        존 오웬의 죄죽임론(죄억제론)에 나타난 성화론의 은혜와 의무의 상관관계에 대한 개혁주의적 이해

        In the historical unfolding of the doctrine of sanctification, a great deal of debate had centred on the agent of believers' sanctification. In the Arminian perspective, the responsibility for sanctification was placed on man himself, whilst the Calvin position considered this to be a supernatural and gracious work of the Holy Spirit. Owen also felt a kind of tension between the grace of the Spirit and human duty in the process of mortification. In dealing with the believers’ sanctification, most puritans, William Perkins, Richard Sibbes, Richard Baxter, and Thomas Manton among them, acknowledged that mortification has two aspects: passive and active. Owen gave the priority to and emphasized the grace of the Holy Spirit more than the actions and duties of human beings in the tension between the grace of God and the duty of men in Mortification. At the same time he did not overlook the importance of the believers' duty by using the example of horticultural metaphor: the tree has its own principle of growth in itself- it has a seed, a root, leaves and a stem. All grace is immortal seed, and contains in it a living, growing principle. If believers are not supplied with grace like dew from heaven in their wills, minds and affections, their souls will decay and die. If they are, their souls will thrive and grow, although it is impossible to discern the process of thriving and growing, except by the manifestation of the fruits and effects that can be seen. To explain it more clearly, Owen suggested the general and particular, practical directions at length for mortification. By these directions, he urges his readers to watch for the dangerous symptoms of the sinful nature in us, and that we should set faith at work on Christ for the killing of our sin and should lean upon the Holy Spirit.

        소셜미디어 빅데이터를 분석한 관광특구 인식 조사 : 서울시 마포관광특구를 중심으로

        2020년 코로나-19로 인해 전 세계는 큰 변화를 겪고 있으며 이 중 관광산업은 심각한 피해를 입었다. 하지만, 코로나가 사라지게 된다면, 그간 공·사적 활동이 제약되어 관광시장이 잠재관광객들로 하여금 관광에 대한 억눌린 감정이 폭발적인 수요로 발현될 것으로 예상되고 있다. 외래 관광객들의 수요가 가장 많은 서울의 경우 더욱 관광산업의 중요한 발전시키기 위해서는 도시 및 지역이 관광목적 지로서의 유인력을 가지기 위해 중요한 요건 중 하나가 관광객들의 관심을 유발할 수 있는 독특한 매력을 가진 특정 지구를 형성하는 것이 중요한 부분으로 인지 되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 서울시 마포관광특구를 대상으로 빅데이터 분석을 통해 소셜미디어를 통하여 관광특구에 대해 주목하는 컨텐츠와 햄심 자원은 무엇인지 또한, 관광특구에 대한 이들의 인식과 경험과 관련된 연관어를 도출하고, 빈도수를 분석하여 관광자들의 관심과 주요 관광이슈를 파악하고자 한다. COVID-19 in 2020 is undergoing major changes around the world, of which the tourism industry has suffered serious damage. However, if COVID-19 disappears, public and private activities have been restricted, and the tourism market is expected to express suppressed feelings toward tourism to potential tourists as explosive demand. In the case of Seoul, which has the highest demand from foreign tourists, one of the important requirements for cities and regions to attract tourists as tourist destinations is to form a specific district with unique charms that can attract tourists' attention. Therefore, this study aims to identify tourists' interests and major tourism issues by analyzing big data for Mapo Special Tourist Zone in Seoul, deriving related words related to their perception and experience through social media.

      • A Lumped-Element Directional Coupler With High Isolation for Mobile RFID Reader

        <P>A lumped-element directional coupler with a high isolation characteristic for mobile RFID reader systems is proposed and experimentally demonstrated. Compared with the conventional lumped-element circuit, the proposed structure utilizes compensation capacitors and achieves a very high isolation despite low quality factor on-chip inductors. It was fabricated on a high-resistivity silicon substrate and showed an isolation of 79 dB, a coupling level of 14.8 dB, and an insertion loss of 1.74 dB at 910 MHz.</P>

        Keratinocyte-Like Cells Trans-Differentiated from Human Adipose-Derived Stem Cells, Facilitate Skin Wound Healing in Mice

        Background: Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) have been reported to promote wound healing in both animal models and human studies. Among MSCs, adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs) can be easily harvested in large quantities. Objective: We investigated whether skin wound healing in mice can be facilitated by keratinocyte-like cells differentiated from ADSCs (KC-ADSCs). Methods: For the wound contraction and epithelialization model, a 20 mm×20 mm fullthickness skin wound was made on the dorsum. For the wound epithelialization model, a 6 mm×6 mm full-thickness skin wound was made on the dorsum. A nitrile rubber stent with an inner diameter of 8 mm was sutured around the wounds to minimize wound contraction. Undifferentiated ADSCs (uADSCs) or KC-ADSCs was injected around the wound base in both models. To evaluate whether the injected ADSCs could enhance wound contraction in a skin wound, the contractile activity of ADSCs was assessed by an in vitro type I collagen gel contraction assay. Alpha-smooth muscle actin (αSMA) expressions in uADSCs and KC-ADSCs were also evaluated by flow cytometry and real-time polymerase chain reaction. Results: In a wound contraction and epithelialization model, KC-ADSCs further facilitated wound healing compared with uADSCs. In a wound epithelialization model, KC-ADSCs also further facilitated wound epithelialization compared with uADSCs. The contractile activity of KC-ADSCs was lower than that of uADSCs. The uADSCs expressed high levels of αSMA, which decreased after the differentiation into keratinocyte-like cells. Conclusion: Our results suggest that the wound healing effect of KC-ADSCs depends primarily on re-epithelialization rather than wound contraction. (Ann Dermatol 33(4) 324∼332, 2021)

      • A tilted chirped fiber grating pairs based dispersion compensator in a transmission

        A transmissive-type dispersion compensator based on tilted chirped fiber grating pairs is proposed. The tilt angle to maximize mode coupling and phase matching condition to occur a resonant wavelength along the fiber grating are investigated. A simple analytical expression for dispersion in the proposed dispersion compensator is derived by using ray?optics approach. A comparison with dispersion results by a simple analytic equation and those by the coupled-mode equations shows a good agreement.

      • Petri Net-Based FTL Architecture for Parametric WCET Estimation via FTL Operation Sequence Derivation

        <P>A flash translation layer (FTL) provides file systems with transparent access to NAND flash memory. Although many applications running on it require real-time guarantees, it is difficult to provide tight worst case execution time (WCET) bounds with conventional static WCET analysis since an FTL exhibits a large variance in execution time depending on its runtime state. Parametric WCET analysis could be an effective alternative but it is also challenging to formulate a parametric WCET function for an FTL program because traditional FTL architecture does not properly model the runtime availability of flash resources in its code structure. To overcome such a limitation, we propose Petri net-based FTL architecture where a Petri net explicitly specifies dependencies between FTL operations and the runtime resource availability. It comes with an FTL operation sequencer that derives at runtime the shortest sequence of FTL operations for servicing an incoming FTL request under the current resource availability. The sequencer computes the WCET of the request by merely summing the WCETs of only those FTL operations in the sequence. Our experimental results show the effectiveness of our FTL architecture. It allowed for tight WCET estimation that yielded WCETs shorter by a factor of 54 than statically analyzed ones.</P>
