비대면 만다라 집단미술치료 프로그램이 중년여성 상담초보자의 자기성찰, 마음챙김에 미치는 효과

본 연구의 목적은 비대면 만다라 집단미술치료 프로그램이 중년여성 상담초보자의 자기성찰, 마음챙김에 미치는 효과를 살펴보는 데 있다. 이를 위해 상담심리학과 대학원에 재학 중인 중년여성 22명을 실험집단과 통제집단에 각각 11명씩 배정하였고, 실험집단에는 비대면 온라인 환경에 적합하게 구성한 만다라 집단미술치료 프로그램을 주 2회 12회기 한 회기에 90분을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 실험집단 자기성찰 전체와 하위요인 자기이해, 자기반성이, 5요인 마음챙김 전체와 하위요인 비자동성, 관찰, 기술이 통제집단에 비하여 사전-사후 간 증가 폭이 크게 나타났고, 추후에도 그 효과가 계속 지속되었다. 본 연구는 비대면 만다라 집단미술치료 프로그램이 중년여성 상담초보자의 자기성찰, 마음챙김에 효과가 있다는 것을 시사한다. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the non-face-to-face mandala group art therapy program on the self-reflection and mindfulness of middle-aged female beginning counselors. 11 women were assigned to the experimental group and 11 to the control group from 22 middle-aged w omen enrolled in the Graduate School of Counseling Psychology. The experimental group participated the Mandala Group Art Therapy Program twice a week for 12 sessions for 90 minutes. The results showed a greater increase between result of pre-post examination and post-later than the control group in self-understanding ability and sub-components: self-understanding and self-reflection, and mindfulness ability sub-components:nonreactivity and observing of the experimental group, and the effect continued. This study suggests that the non-face-to-face Mandala group art therapy program is effective in self-reflection and mind-fulness of middle-aged female beginning counselors.
The Effects of a RT-based Autogenic Training Program for Children with Tic Disorder

본 연구는 현실치료 기반 자율훈련법 프로그램이 틱 장애 아동의 틱 증상과 우울 및 불안에 미치는 효과를 검증하는 것이었다. 이를 위해 부모에 의해 부산광역시 소재 K 아동발달센터에 의뢰된 틱 장애 아동 16명을 남녀 인원수를 고려하여 실험집단에 8명, 대기자 통제집단에 8명으로 무선배치하였으며, 두 집단에는 한국판 예일 틱 증상 척도 (K-YGTSS)와 소아우울 검사(CDI) 및 상태-특성 불안 검사(STAIC)를 실시하였다. 실 험집단과 대기자 통제집단 아동 모두는 약물치료를 받았으며, 실험집단에만 현실치료 기반 자율훈련법 프로그램을 2015년 7월 20일부터 8월 31일까지 1회당 30~50분, 주 2회에 걸쳐 24회기 과정으로 진행되었다. 프로그램 종료 후 사후검사가 실시되었으며, 3개 월 후 추적 검사가 이루어졌다. 그 결과, 현실치료 기반 자율훈련법 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단이 대기자 통제집단보다 틱 증상이 유의하게 감소하였으며, 프로그램의 효과는 추적 검사 시기로 갈수록 큰 것으로 나타났다. 또한 실험집단은 우울 수준과 불안 수준이 유의하게 낮아졌다. 이와 같은 결과에 대해 틱 장애, 우울, 불안 순서로 논의하였고 본 연구의 함의와 제한점 및 추후연구에 대해 제언하였다 There is latitude for reality therapy techniques including questioning, choice theory, paradoxical techniques, WDEP procedures, Cognitive behavioral therapy with contingency management, self-monitoring, awareness training, and relaxation technique with AT. The sample was randomly assigned to the therapy or control group. The sample consisted of 16 children (8 therapy group: 5 boys and 3 girls; 8 control group: 4 boys and 4 girls) drawn from the fifth to sixth grade children with one or more tics referred by their parents. Therapy group was an add-on therapy to medication treatment, taking a medicine, whereas control group received medication treatment, whereas control group received medication treatment and was in waiting status for RT-based AT from July 20 to August 31, 2015. K-YGTSS and motor, vocal, and impairment of therapy group were presented significant decrease immediately after the treatment, and this trajectory was maintained 3-month after the treatment. Interestingly, participant’s K-YGTSS and impairment of control group receiving actually pharmacological treatment showed significant decrease immediately after the treatment. And also, the therapy group exhibited significantly higher reduction of depression and anxiety than did the control group. These results suggest that all relaxation methods should not be considered as stand-alone therapies especially in forms of tic disorder and be the combination of other psychological approach such as RT-based AT to medication treatment.
Increased Expression of Nitric Oxide Synthases in Left and Right Ventricular Hypertrophy

<P> The present study was aimed to explore pathophysiological implications of nitric oxide in the development of left and right ventricular hypertrophy. To induce selective left and right ventricular hypertrophy, rats were made two-kidney, one clip (2K1C) hypertensive and treated with monocrotaline (MCT), respectively. Six weeks later, the hearts were taken and their ventricular tissue mRNA and protein expression of endothelial constitutive isoform of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) were determined by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction and Western blot analysis, respectively. In 2K1C hypertensive rats, the expression of NOS mRNA was increased in parallel with its proteins in the left ventricle, but not in the right ventricle. In MCT-treated rats, the expression of NOS mRNA and proteins were proportionally increased in the right ventricle, but not in the left ventricle. These results suggest that the expression of NOS is specifically increased in association with the ventricular hypertrophy, which may be a mechanism counteracting the hypertrophy.
Diminished Vascular Guanylyl Cyclase Activity in Deoxycorticos- terone Acetate-Salt Hypertension

<P> Pathophysiological implications of the vascular nitric oxide (NO)/cGMP pathway in hypertension were investigated. Sprague-Dawley rats were made deoxycorticosterone acetate (DOCA)-salt hypertensive for six weeks. The protein expression of endothelial constitutive NO synthase (ecNOS) and the tissue content of NO were determined in the thoracic aorta. The protein expression and catalytic activity of soluble guanylyl cyclase (GC) were also determined. Systolic blood pressure measured on the day of experiment was significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control. The hypertension was associated with decreases in the vascular tissue content of NO metabolites, concomitantly with the expression of ecNOS proteins. The protein expression of GC was not affected, while its catalytic activity was significantly decreased in hypertension. These results indicate that the high blood pressure is associated with a decreased activity of vascular NO/cGMP pathway in DOCA-salt hypertension.
Sympathetic Regulation of Aquaporin Water Channels in Rat Kidney

Whether there exists a sympathetic neural regulation on the aquaporin (AQP) channels in the kidney was examined. Male Sprague-Dawley rats were used. They were renal nerve denervated by stripping the nervous and connective tissues passing along the renal artery and vein, and painting these vessels with 10% phenol solution through a midline abdominal incision. Three days later, the expression of AQP1-4 proteins in the denervated kidneys was determined. The content of norepinephrine was found significantly decreased following the denervation. Accordingly, the expression of AQP2 proteins was markedly decreased. The expression of AQP3 and AQP4 was also slightly but significantly decreased, while that of AQP1 was not. Neither the basal nor the AVP-stimulated accumulation of cAMP was significantly affected in the denervated kidney. It is suggested that the sympathetic nervous system has a tonic stimulatory effect on AQP channels in the kidney.

<P> The pathophysiological implications of aldosterone and adrenomedullin in the cardiac ventricular hypertrophy were examined. Male Sprague-Dawley rats were treated with deoxycorticosterone acetate (DOCA)-salt and monocrotaline (MCT) to selectively elicit left and right ventricular (LV, RV) hypertrophy, respectively. The mRNA expression of aldosterone synthase and adrenomedullin in LV and RV was determined by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction. The expression of aldosterone synthase and adrenomedullin was increased in LV, while not altered significantly in RV of DOCA-salt-treated rats. On the contrary, the expression was not significantly altered in LV, but increased in RV of MCT-treated rats. The enhanced expression of aldosterone synthase may be causally related with the development of ventricular hypertrophy, and the increased expression of adrenomedullin may act as a counter-regulatory mechanism.
Decreased Expression of Aquaporin-2 Water Channels in the Kidney in Rats Treated with Reserpine

<P> Whether there exists a sympathetic neural mechanism regulating the expression of aquaporin (AQP) water channels in the kidney was investigated. Male Sprague-Dawley rats were treated with reserpine (1 mg/kg, <I>IP</I>), and the expression of AQP1-4 proteins was determined in the kidney one day thereafter. Following the treatment with reserpine, the systolic blood pressure measured in a conscious state was significantly decreased in the experimental group compared with that in the control (83⁑8 vs 124⁑6 mmHg; n=6 each, P<0.05). The expression of AQP2 proteins was decreased in the cortex, outer medulla, and inner medulla. The decrease of AQP2 proteins was in parallel in the membrane and the cytoplasmic fractions, suggesting a preserved AQP2 targeting. No significant changes were observed in the expression of AQP1, AQP3, or AQP4. Neither basal nor AVP-stimulated formation of cAMP was significantly altered. These results suggest that the sympathetic nervous system has a tonic stimulatory effect specifically on the expression of AQP2 water channels in the kidney.
Effect of Zr Addition on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of a Cast Cu60Fe40 Alloy

Cu–Fe alloys have drawn extensive attraction due to excellent multi-functional properties, including electrical, magnetic,and mechanical properties. However, the immiscible nature of Cu–Fe alloys results in heterogeneous microstructure andunexpected mechanical properties. In this study, a small amount of Zr was added to the cast Cu60Fe40(wt%) alloy to suppressthe liquid–liquid phase separation during solidification of the alloy. The microstructure and mechanical propertiesof the Zr-free and Zr-containing Cu–Fe alloy were investigated. It is found that the addition of Zr successfully inhibits theheterogeneous microstructural evolution caused by liquid–liquid phase separation, while the FeZr-rich precipitates form inthe dual-phase microstructure. The FeZr-rich precipitates affect grain growth of the Zr-containing alloy through the Zenerpinning effect, leading to extra grain boundary strengthening and precipitation hardening. The resulting microstructure ofthe Zr-containing alloy substantially enhances the strength of the alloy with a loss of ductility. The fractured surface revealsthat microcracks are formed near the precipitates, which is associated with the reduced elongation of the Zr-containing alloy.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>In this work, the effects of homogenization annealing temperature of Al<SUB>0.5</SUB>CoCrFeMnNi HEA on cracking during cold-rolling were investigated. AlNi B2 phases were formed by low-temperature homogenization and affected the cracking phenomenon during cold-rolling. X-ray diffraction, microstructure, and composition analyses and thermodynamic calculations were conducted to identify the crystal structure of the alloy after the homogenization annealing treatment. The phase fraction and hardness of the homogenized alloy confirmed that the formation of the AlNi B2 phase induces cracking during cold-rolling of the Al<SUB>0.5</SUB>CoCrFeMnNi alloy. High-temperature annealing for homogenization of the alloy is recommended to prevent cracking during cold-rolling.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> The Al<SUB>0.5</SUB>CoCrFeMnNi HEA annealed at 1200 °C was successfully cold-rolled. </LI> <LI> The alloys annealed at low temperatures were cracked during cold-rolling. </LI> <LI> AlNi-rich B2 phases were formed at lower annealing temperatures than 1200 °C. </LI> <LI> The formation of AlNi-rich B2 phases hardened the alloy. </LI> <LI> The method to prevent cracking during the cold-rolling of the alloy was proposed. </LI> </UL> </P>
