        In a national economy, a tourism industry is a fast-growing one which plays an important role in obtaining foreign currency, And a tourism industry not only facilitates income redistribution among regional areas, but it can also increase the national employment level. Therefore, it is a strategic industry which gives a large contribution to the nations' economy development. In a local economy, also, a tourism industry can bring about a lot of spillover effects as well as high economic profits, which allow the local government to raise and expand local budget for the local economy development, Spillover effects includes job creation, local economic growth, and environment preservation, The local government, therefore, has to prepare a long-term and grand plan for nurturing and subsidizing it local tourism industry, including how to make use of its endowed tourism resources, In the age of local self-government, each city should continue to nurture its tourism industry which may be helpful in financing regional development projects. Gimhae, also, has to strive to create favorable conditions to make local and foreign tourists enjoy comfortable and enjoyable trips.

        Unreasonable price-decision of special tour products can give rise to a lot of problems to employees not only on the spot but domestic places as well. Low tour price will lead to improper service from the travel industries and authorities concerned. Also, it'll make competitive tour employees go away. The problems caused by special low-price are absence of prudent consumer service since a pilgrimage is composed of s large number of people, level of hotels, yes or no of tour places including admission fee, excellent, experienced tour guide, and so on. The price of pilgrimage products, especially that of package tour, should be decided to the direction for profit-maximization in the light of producers considering market-making price. Further, the essentials of price-decision and the subject dominating success or failure are harmonization of these conflicting, double faces. For consumers naturally prefer lower-price products in the light of themselves. Thus, the price-policy goals in the tour industries could be either one among profit maximization, gain of profit rate expected, maintenance and expansion of occupancy rate and survival or simultaneous goals. This study presents following measures overcoming existing price-decision methods. First, price-decision of tour products should be designed as a non-price competition under the consumer-oriented view and methods. This means it is necessary that price-value acknowledgement level and brand-role of tour products should be strengthened. Second, influential price should be presented in the market in a reasonable level by market-leaders. Third, the price should be decided in a long-term and strategic sense. To fulfill each item such as profit maximization, sale and market expansion, survival, price should be designed as a result of market demand and supply in a long-term and strategic sense. Finally, market penetration, market development, products development and multiple strategies should be adapted to overall development process of pilgrimage tour products.

      • 문형정보를 이용한 한국어 파싱

        자연어 문장에 대한 구문분석은 용언에 대한 명사구의 문법적 역할을 밝히는 것이다. 현재 한국어의 구문분석에서는 서술어를 단지 자릿수 서술어나 형용사, 자동사, 타동사 등으로 분류하는 수준이어서 필수격 이외의 명사구들은 신경을 쓰지 못하기 때문에 틀린 문장이 옳은 문장으로 인식되는 경우가 빈번하게 발생된다. 국소적으로 틀린 문장이 옳은 문장으로 인식되는 것은 전체 문장의 모호함을 가중시킨다. 따라서 용언을 보다 세밀하게 분류하여 이와 어우러지는 명사구를 가능한 한 분석의 초기에 찾아내는 시도가 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 [양승원95]의 분석 방법을 토대로 보다 세밀하게 분류된 용언을 이용하여 문장형태를 세 분류하고 문장에 필수적으로 나타나는 명사구를 분류하여 분석을 시도하였다. 이 분석 방법에 있어서 언어학적인 틀에서 크게 벗어나지 않는 범위내에서 약간의 경험지식을 동원하였다. 본 논문에서 제시한 파싱 방법은 조사가 주는 정보를 보다 적극적으로 이용함으로써 한국어 문장의 기본구조를 자연스럽게 표현할 수 있기 때문에 의미구조로의 직접적인 사상이 가능하며 보다 견고한 분석을 할 수 있다.

        용혈성 요독 증후군 부검 1예

        We experienced an autopsy case of hemolytic uremic syndrome. Over 75% of cases occur in children with intestinal infection with verocytotoxin-producing E.coli. The disease is one of the main causes of ARF in children. It is characterized by the sudden onset, usually after a gastrointestinal or flu-like prodromal episode of bleeding manifestations(especially hematemesis and melana), severe oliguria, hematuria, a micro-angiophathic hemolytic anemia, and prominent neurologic changes?

      • 효소고정화막과 반투막성질의 PVA적층막 제조 및 산소센서에서의 특성

        The oxygen electrode of biosensor needs enzyme immobilized membrane and dialysis membrane for measurement of oxygen concentration, which in solution after enzyme reaction with its substrate. The one-layer PVA laminated CTA/PCL membrane was developed for oxygen electrode of biosensor. Enzymes have immobilized on cellulose triacetate/polycarprolactone membrane by CDI method, and laminated with polyvinyl alcohol, aldehyde and acid. This membrane immobilized with glucose oxidase, ascorbate oxidase, pyruvate oxidase and alcohol oxidase by CDI mehod, and PVA laminated CTA/PCL membrane have been tested with various concentration of substrates of enzymes by use of YSI oxygen sensor. Under 5-10mmol substrates become 0.37-0.83μA(r=0.995) currents, and about 56% of glucose oxidase activity was remained after 8 weeks, others were remained very low. SEM shows smooth surface and tightly attached PVA on enzyme immobilized CTA/PCL membrane.

        Cyclosporin에 의한 치은증식증의 치험 2례

        Cyclosporin is a relatively new immunosuppressive agent which has been used to prevent organ transplant rejection, to treat type-I diabetes mellitus and several other autoimmune disorders. It is anticipated that the therapeutic use of cyclosporin will increase progressively in the future to treat numerous other disorders. As its clinical use broadens, it will needed for health professionals to be familiar with the beneficial effects as well as some of the undesirable side effects of cyclosporin therapy. A side effect of this drug in dentistry appears to be pronounced gingival hyperplasia. Cyclosporin induced gingival hyperplasia is indistinguishable from gingival hyperplasia induced by phenytoin and nifedipine in clinical and histopathologic finding. We experienced two cases of gingival hyperplasia secondary to cyclosporin therapy in patients, 48-year old & 28-year old females who received a kidney allograft transplant. Clinical examinations revealed a severely overgrown and inflammed gingiva. Surgical excision of the excess tissue was accomplished under local anesthesia. On follow-up check, gingival hyperplasia in a 48-year old patient whose oral hygiene was very poor showed successive recurrence after three times surgical excision, another patient who could control oral hygiene thoroughly showed good healing. Conclusively, it seems to be very important to control oral hygiene thoroughly to decrease occurrence and recurrence of cyclosporin-induced gingival hyperplasia.

        간척지 중염답에서 유수형성기 염처리에 따른 벼 생육 및 수량 변화

        본 연구는 새계화벼를 공시하여 간척지 중염답(0.3~0.4%)에서 관개수 염농도에 따른 생육 및 수량성을 검토하고자 유수형성기에 5일간 염수를 처리하여 시험한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 관개수 염분농도가 높을수록 벼 출수는 1~2일 지연되었고, 출수기 지상부건물중은 가벼워졌다. 2. 간장과 수장은 관개수 염분농도가 높을수록 짧아졌다. 3. 관개수 염분농도가 높을수록 수당 립수가 적어 ㎡당 립수가 적었으며, 등숙비율이 낮고 현미 천립중이 가벼워, 쌀 수량은 민물 관개(무처리)의 330㎏/10a에 비해 관개수 염분농도 0.1%는 94%, 0.3%는 85%, 0.5%는 76%, 0.7%는 71%의 수량을 얻었다. 4. 관개수 염분농도가 높을수록 완전립 비율은 낮아졌다. 따라서 간척지에서 중염도 토양(0.3~0.4%)에서 벼를 재배하여 유수형성기에 한발이 닥쳐 저류지 등 염분 농도 0.7%의 물로 5일간 담수하여도 쌀 수량은 29% 정도 감수되고 쌀의 품위도 저하되지만 어느 정도 수량은 얻을 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. This experiment was conducted at the Kyehwado Substation of the National Honam Agricultural Experiment Station(NHAES) RDA, Korea. The experimental field contained 0.38% NaCl in soil solution. The experiment was involved five treatments (control, 0.1, 0.3, 0.5, 0.7%) in a randomized complete block design with three replicates, saline solution was applied only one time at panicle formation stage for 5 days. Saegyehwabyeo, a japonica rice variety was used in this experiment. In yield components, Spikelets number per ㎡ decreased with increasing salinity level, particularly in the 0.7% of saline solution water. This factor affected the most yield reduction among the components. The percentage of ripened grain was inclined to decrease with increasing salinity level. 1,000 grain weight decreased with increasing salinity level but it was lest affected by salinity among yield components. The reduction of milled rice yield decreased significantly with increased saline water level, in detail 6% of yield reduction at the 0.1% saline solution, 15% at the 0.3%, 24% at the 0.5%, and 29% at the 0.7% saline solution level compared with control respectively. Results indicate that the gaining of rice yield could be reliable performance in terms of economical benefit for rice production even though high reduction of yield occurred at high salinity levels on a reclaimed saline soil in Korea.

      • 유전실험법에 의한 가교폴리에틸렌의 절연특성 평가

        In this paper, we estimated the insulation properties of cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) for ultra-high voltage cable. we have studied the dielectric characteristics of XLPE due to frequency and temperature variation. The dielectric characteristics were measured in the temperature range from 25[℃] to l20[℃]. Also we measured in the voltage range of l[V] to 20[V] according to the step voltage application method. From FT-IR spectrum as an analysis of physical properties, a strong absorption in wavenumbers 700 to 730[cm^(-1)] 1456[cm^(-1)] and 2700 to 3000 [cm^(-1)] observed by the methyl group(CH₂). From the analysis of DSC. the crystalline melting points of the specimen observed in the temperature 60[℃] and 106.58[℃].
