The Primary goal of this research is to verify the usefulness of Aster Koraiensis as a garden plant and to figure out the appropriate planting space which would bring the most effective results in terms of scenery and cost. For these purpose, we gathered the saplings of the wild grown Aster koraiensis in August and maintained them for winter. The following spring, we planted them in flat bare land with 3 different panting spaces of 50 x 50Cm, 40x30Cm, 30x30Cm. 2nd years after planting, we observed and compared the 3 different columns on the status of growth, number and size of leaves and conditions of flowering. The results are as follows : The number of leaves, stalks and roots of individual plants were increased by the wider planting density. But the ratio of leaf area per unit area appeared to be the highest in the 40X30cm sector which showed 366.9%, while the 50x50cm column showed 294.1% and 360.4% in the 30X30cm column. As for the conditions of flowering, such as the size of flowers, the number of petals per blossom and the length of flowerstalks, the best results were observed in the 50x50cm column. On the other hand, the 40x30cm column yielded the largest number of blossoms per unit area. On the basis of these results, we could induce that the 30x30cm column had already passed the peak point for the best scenery within 2 years after planting, while the 50x50cm column had not yet reached the peak point. Naturally, this leads to the conclusion that the 40x40cm planting space could be most effective when we assume the peak period for scenery to be 2nd years after planting. According to our investigation, the blooming period of Aster Koraiensis in the central region of the Korean peninsular lasts about 70 days from 15th June to 25th August. And the peak blooming time is 30 days from 5th July to 5th August. On the basis of these findings, we can reach the final conclusion that Aster Koraiensis has many merits and is useful as ornamental flavor of garden.

인터넷을 통해서 본 미국 고등학교의 생물교육 내용 분석

컴퓨터 통신과 인터넷에 힘입어 앞으로의 교육은 온라인 교육이 보편화될 것이다. 생물 교육에도 온라인 교육이 교육의 한 형태로 자리매김할 것으로 예상되므로 인터넷상의 학습 정보가 어느 정도인가를 파악하는 것은 매우 의미있는 일이라 생각된다. 따라서, 본 연구는 우리 나라보다 인터넷이 먼저 도입되고 또 많은 정보가 실려 있는 미국 고등학교 홈페이지의 생물 교과 내용을 조사 및 분석하여 우리 나라 고등학교의 생물 교과 온라인 교육 자료 제작에 참고할 수 있도록 함으로써 생물 교과의 수업에 조금이나마 도움을 주는 데 목적을 두고 수행되었다. 생물 교과 내용이 우수한 고등학교를 선정하기 위해서 미국에서 일반적으로 많이 적용하고 있는 4개의 홈페이지에 실린 19개 Topic을 기준으로 삼았다. 미국의 고등학교 홈페이지에 실린 내용이 그 기준에 어느 정도 접근하였는지를 조사하여, 접근률이 가장 큰 것에서부터 10개의 홈페이지를 선정, 그 내용을 분석하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 미국 고등학교 훔페이지에는 학생들이 스스로 공부할 수 있는 생물 교과 내용이 충분히 있었고, 각 Topic에는 관련 사이트들이 많이 연결되어 있어서 각자의 능력에 맞는 내용을 선택하여 이용할 수 있게 되어 있었다. 2. 또한 전자우편을 통하여 질문과 답변뿐만 아니라 시험문항에 대한 답을 교환할 수도 있었다. 3. 표준으로 삼은 4개의 홈페이지와 상위 10개 홈페이지에 주로 소개되는 Topic은 Classical Genetics, The Cell, Biological Evolution, Chemistry of Life, Plants, Molecular Basis of Heredity, Energy, Diversity of Organisms, Behavior of Organisms, Cellular Respiration의 순서로 나타났는데, 이들 내용은 우리 나라 고등학교의 생물 교과 온라인 수업에 이용될 내용을 선정하는 데 참고로 삼을 만하였다. The continuous development of internet makes us not only use many types of information such as letters, pictures, sounds, animations and video-visions synthetically, but ?? communicate with each other. In a short time, we will make use of the computer with multimedia instead of the blackboard in education. And the on-line education will be world-wide by the help of telecommunication and internet. Naturally, it also will be applied to biology education. The purpose of this study is to analyze the homepages of the United States high school in order to help building up the data-base for high school biology curriculum of our country. For this study, we first investigated the references. Next, we classified and standardized the curriculums of the United States high school. After that, we searched for the high school home pages in the registered engine. Finally, we selected and analyzed the home pages close to the standard biology curriculum of them. The analyzed results were as follows. 1. The homepages of the United States high school were contained much biology related contents, and linked to various related topic sites including many animations to stimulate interest of students. It means that United States high school make good use of internet for the biology learning. 2. The homepags of the United States high school were also contained the teaching plan, the informations and questions for examination so that students may catch the way of learning. 3. It may be possible that students self-study using them. because the homepages were composed of the simple and systematic structure.

實在(有)와 空에 대하여 : 初期佛敎의 空思想에서『船若經』의 我空法空으로 From S'u￣nyata￣ of Early Buddism to Pudgala Naira￣tmya Dharma Naira￣tmya of Prajna￣para￣mit-su￣tra

There is nothing to sermon the S'u-nya except the Buddhism in the world thoughts. In this point Buddhism has its original character any other thoughts nerver have not. Therefore we can say that S'u-onya makes Buddhism more Buddhism. This paper deals with the problem of 'Reality' from early Buddhism to early Maha-ya-na Buddism through the S'u-nya. That is, S'u-nyata- and ana-tmava-das(Naira-tmyava-da) of early Buddhism is transformed into the theory of elements in the Sarva-stiva-da. That is deviated from the fundamental teachings of Buddha. Opposite to this position some criticism is araised. This is very the Pudgala Naira-tmya·Dharma Naira-tmya of prajna-paramit-su-tra. S'u-nyata- as above thoughts is systematically established by Na-ga-rjuna. This paper is developing historically the series of thoughts as above through the ReaUty(Being) and S'u-nya.

法醫學剖檢 統計로 본 感染死의 實態

The author investigated the 9693 medico-legal autopsied cases that performed at National Institute of Scientific Investigation from 1975 to 1984 to provide the basic statistical problems of infectious diseases as cause of death. So, the following conclusions were obtained from 700 cases of infectious diseases. 1. 700 deaths (9.6%) of the total 9693 medico-legal autopsied cases were occured by infectious diseases. 2. Male to female ratio of death from infectous diseases was about 2 : 1. 3. The highest incidence of age was less than 9 years old, and then 3rd, 4th, 5th, 2nd and 6th decades in frequency. 4. The highest incidence of system involvement of infectious diseases was respiratory tract (55.7%), and then gastrointestinal tract (19.4%), cardiovascular system (8.5%), septicemia (8.1%) and central nervous system (6.9%) in order. 5. Peneumonia, pulmonary tuberculosis, panperitonitis, septicemia, interstitial myocarditis and meningitis in frequency were the common causes of death from infectious diseases.

교육사회학 연구의 신조류와 전망

The definition of education is dependent on the social context. There had been various on the nature of education. Especially in the case of the nature of education itself, it was inevitably required the sociological theory is analysis to explore the function of education, then structure of sociological theory is adopted to search for the relationship between society and education. So it needed to review the development in sociology, the sociology of education and the interaction between them. In this respect this article is accomplished. There would be the distinction amongst sociological theories by paradigm-"normative" paradigm vs. "interpretative" paradigm. The former is concerned with the positive, rigorous methodology, the latter is concerned with the subjectivity, interaction and the conflict etc. It must be noted that the interpretative paradigm was emerged from the reaction to normative paradigm and it is based on phenomenology , symbolic interactionism and ethnomethodology. The sociology of education is now faced with the new direction-the interpretative approach. According to this approach the subjects of the sociology of education are altered. Equality and inequality , school organization and educational knowledge are aeged under the new perspectives. The cultural relativism and the sociology of knowledge are penetrated into the discipline. So it is possible to say that the exiting sociology of education is faced with the research crisis. But it is sure that the new directions give an available framework of analysis to the given approach. The ambiguity, the tiny base and the legitimation problems are crucial in the new perspectives. Futhermore the concepts of ideology and social control make the new perspectives more difficult. The controversy between structural functionalism and conflict theory in the United States, the conflict between the "old" sociology of education and the "new" sociology of education in Britain are distinctive trends in the education research. In Britain the sociology of curriculum and the educational knowledge are main issues, while the school organization and the problem of equality are arguing in the United States. The contributions of the new approach are much, despite its "problematic" attitude and the fragilities have much ambiguity, microcosmic and esoteric character. It is most important to discuss whether the new approach emerged from the multidimensional western society is completely accepted in more simple Korean society or not.

케미컬오일을 이용한 ERF 연마 특성

Electro-rheological fluid is recently used for the micro polishing of 3-dimensional micro-aspherical lens. It's also used for polishing small area defects on the wide flat wafer. Since ER fluid shows a behavior of viscosity changing under certain electric fields, micro polishing efficiency may be enhanced for certain cases. In this paper, a perfluorinated carbonyl fluoride oil based ER fluids was used to improve surface polishing rate and submicron-scale accuracy. As the polishing electrodes, micro size cylindrical tools had been used for maximizing the electric field. An experimental device, which was applied for micro polishing a number of wafers of 4 inches in size and other workpieces, was made on a precision polishing system. It consisted of a steel electrode, a wafer fixture, 10mA current and DC 5kV power supply unit, and a controller unit. From the Experiments, the ER fluid is applicable for micro polishing of small parts.

Within the next few decades, Italy could have a difficult time supporting its elderly population, because the future work force looks fairly small. A government study shows Italy has one of the lowest global birth rates in the world, leading to predictions that the population will shrink from 58 million to 40 million by 2050. The country, which for centuries has favored large families, now has fewer children under age 15 than it does people over 65. In the 1950s there were three children for every elderly Italian citizen. Sociologists say the population change may be due to Italy's failure to accommodate the family needs of a growing female work force. The government has not created more day-care centers or other child-care options for working mothers. Sociologists worry that in the near future, there won't be enough working taxpayers to support the retirees on pensions. By 2010, Italy will be the first major civilization in history where the number of citizens over 60 years old exceeds the number under the age of 18. Decreasing birth rates have become commonplace in the developed world. In Italy, however, birthrates have nose-dived to one of the lowest levels in the world-roughly about 1.2 babies per household. This steep fall has taken place over the course of only a few decades. The aging population causes serious budgetary and public spending pressures. Although public spending on welfare is slightly lower than the EU average, pensions account for 60 per cent of welfare spending while the EU average is 45 per cent. Successive Italian governments have attempted to encourage private pension schemes to top up state pensions, but a more radical overhaul of the pensions system has not been broached. The Italian parliament has been urged by businesses in the country's economically robust north to naturalize up to 30,000 more immigrants to help meet labour shortages, according to a recent issue of Migration News, a monthly summary of immigration trends published in the United States. Cash payments, tax incentives, job leaves and the flexibility to work part time are also considered as a subsidiary method of solution.

엔로플록사신 액제의 닭유래 병원세균에 대한 시험관내 항균효과 시험

In this study the antimicrobial spectrum and sensitivity of a liquid formulation of enrofloxacin against the major six pathogenic bacteria isolated from the diseased poultry in Korea were evaluated in comparison with ciprfloxacin (CFX), gentamicin (GM) and penicillin (PC). A liquid form of enrofloxacin, a test material and ciprofloxacin showed at least 83% antibacterial activity against all of six test pathogenic microorganisms at the fixed concentration of 10 ㎍/㎖. Gentamicin and penicillin revealed much lower antibacterial activity at the same condition. We evaluated the liquid form of enrofloxacin as having widespread antibacterial spectrum against poultry infections. The liquid form of enrofloxacin showed potent antibacterial activity, with the MIC range being 0.12∼2 ㎍/㎖ against Gram positives, 0.06∼2 ㎍/㎖ against Gram negatives and 0.5∼2 ㎍/㎖ against Mycoplasma spp. These values were equivalent to or somewhat higher than those of ciprofloxacin, but much lower than those of gentamicn and penicillin. This new liquid form of enrofloxacin would find its way in application of mixing with drinking water for the prevention and treatment of diverse infections in chickens.

토끼에서 enrofloxacin과 enrofloxacin acetate의 比較藥物動態學

This study was designed to examine the in vitro antibacterial activities and pharmacokinetics of enrofloxacin acetate (ENFXA) and enrofloxacin (ENFX). Two enrofloxacins had wide spectrum antibacterial activities against Gram positive and negative bacteria, and mycoplasma, showing potent antibacterial activities with low MICs (0.05-3.33 ㎍/㎖ for Gram positives, 0.002 ㎍/㎖ for Gram negatives and 0.02 ㎍/㎖ for mycoplasma). In order to investigate the profiles of two formulations of enrofloxacin we studied comparative pharmacokinetics of them in rabbits. Five rabbits were given 5 ㎎/㎏ body weight of each enrofloxacin formulation intravenously (i.v.) and orally (p.o.) in a cross-over study. Pharmacokinetic parameters of both formulations were calculated by the use of PCNONLIN, a computer program. Their bioavailibility in rabbits, the means of the area under the curve (AUC). After oral administration of each formulation in rabbits, the mean elimination half-lives (t_1/2,ke) were 3.25h (ENFX) and 4.32 h (ENFXA), and mean AUC 4.27 ㎍·h/㎖ (ENFX) and 6.21 ㎍·h/㎖ (ENFXA). Both enrofloxacin formulations seemed to have good tissue distribution and penetration as indicated by large volume of distribution: 4.76 1/㎏ for ENFX and 7.23 1/㎏ for ENFXA. With the results obtained in this study, ENFXA could be used in place of ENFX in rabbits.
