미소경도시험에 의한 세라믹피복강재의 밀착성에 관한 연구

To the ceramic films, Al₂O₃and Zro₂, coated by RF magnetron sputtering on a stainless (SUS410) and pure Fe, this paper considers a method of deciding the adherence index based on the measure of micro-hardness. The proposed method is also used to evaluate the adherence of other ceramic coatings. In case where the hardness of a coated film is harder than that of substrate, the composite-hardness will approach to that of the substrate. The main results obtained are summarized as following: (1) for the ceramic film with the film thickness 1㎛, it has only single value of X. However, in case of the film thickness of 2㎛ or 3㎛ and above, we get two value of X. (2) The ceramic film considered is more adherent to the mild steel like a pure Fe than the high strength steel suck as a stainless steel. (3) The adherence of ceramic film, which has amorphous structure, is superior to the ceramic film with a crystal structure.
船舶용 알루미늄合金材의 腐蝕疲勞龜裂 傳播特性에 미치는 腐蝕傳立의 影響

Recently, with the tendency of more lightening, high-strength and high-speed in the marine industries such as marine structures, ships and chemical plants, it is rapidly enlarged the use of AL-Alloy and there occurs much interest in the study of corrosion fatigue crack characteristics. Those ships were encountered the corrosion fatigue fracture because of the repeated stress by ship vibration and wave on the voyage under the marine environmentes. In this paper, the occurance of corrosion fatigue crack and the propagation behavior of the 5086-H112 Al-Alloy was tetsted by use of a rotary bending tester and was investigated, on condition of changing corrosion potential (-540, -762, -781 and -794mv/SCE) and air. The experimental constants of Paris'rule was examined in the various corrosion potential, and the enfluence of load and corrosion affected with the crack growth rate was compared with. The retardation effect of corrosion fatigue crack propagation in E=-794mv(SCE) was quantitatively studied.
A Study on Optimum Pressure Vent of Experimental Booth by Gas Explosion

The purpose of this paper is to find optimum vent port of the booth for gas explosion experiment. Also, it is to understand the safety of the booth for explosion experiment which is installed to let the trainees for legal education which is managed by IGTT(Institute of gas technology training) blow the riskiness of explosion. Since the booth for gas explosion experiment is a confined space, we used the exhaust model for indoor explosion. As the result, it was safety calculated when the amount of leaking gas was close to the maximum of explosion limit on the explosion experiment.
