        폐기 목질 재료로 제조한 학생용 책상 천판의 성능에 미치는 성형조건의 영향

        폐기 목질재료를 사용하여 학생용 책상 천판의 성형시 각 제조조건에 따른 천판의 성능을 검토하였다. 책상 천판의 파티클 구성은 고운 파티클과 거친 파티클을 적절히 혼합한 것이 고운 파티클이나 거친 파티클만으로 제조한 것보다는 전체적으로 성능이 양호하였으며, 특히 표층에는 고운 파티클을 중층에는 거친 파티클을 구성하는 것이 표면 마감성이 가장 우수하였다. 그리고 밀도가 높을수록 박리강도, 휨 강도는 우수하나, 흡수두께 팽창율은 증가하였으며, 수지 도포량이 많을수록 박리강도, 흡수두께 팽창율은 양호하나, 포름알데히드의 방출량은 높았다. 가압온도는 높을수록 대부분의 성능이 향상되었으며, 190℃가 가장 적절하였다. 가압시간은 1단계 2분과 2단계 2분이 비교적 양호하나 2단계의 가압시간을 1분으로 단축하여도 성능에는 큰 문제가 없어 앞으로 생산성의 향상을 기대할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. This research was performed to investigate the effect of moulding conditions on properties of the table top for student desk manufactured by wood waste materials. The table top manufactured using the mat mixed properly with fine particles and coarse particles generally showed better physical properties than those manufactured using either fine particles or coarse particles did. Especially, highest performance for overlaying was observed when fine particles were used for face layer and coarse particles were used for core layer. The internal bond (IB) strength, the bending strength and thickness swelling increased with the increase of density. Most of physical properties were improved with the increase of hot pressing temperature. The best physical properties were found at 190℃ when the first hot pressing and the second hot pressing times were two minutes. However, the effect of the second hot pressing time of two minutes on the physical properties was not markedly different from that of one minute. This result suggests that the second hot pressing time of one minute is enough to increase the productivity in manufacturing the table top with the least decrease of the physical properties.

      • 落葉松 林分의 材積生長率 推定에 關한 硏究 : 人工林을 中心으로 for the Artificial Forest

        The purpose of this study was to estimate the stand yield in the future based on the measurement of the volume growth in the 10 years. Surveyed forest stands were the fourth block of Kyung Hee university experiment forest at the Toechon―myun, Kwangju―Kun, kyung gi province in korea. The stand was composed of uneven―aged larch(larix leptolepis)with artificial forest aged 20∼35 years. The estimation of stand growth rate was conducted by taking out the core at the D.B.H. of the sampling trees measured in the sampling plots. The results obtained were as follows. 1)The regression between the diameter(D)and diameter growth(I)was calculated to be I=0.5064-0.0028D. 2)The estimated equation of confidence interval (S^2I)of the diameter growth was S^2I=0.00144(0.53699-0.04382D+0.00094D^2). 3)The equation for estimating tree height(H)from diameter was H=3.88177D^0.53597 with correlation coefficient(r_yx)of r_yx=0.99635, and standard error(S_yx)of S_yx=0.005 in the main equation. The tree height table for larch was prepared by using above tree height equation. 4)The estimation of annual volume growth rate was 4.0% and the rate of estimated error was 3.5%. 5)Total tree volume was 248.15㎥/㏊. 6)Total annual tree volume growth was 9.83㎥/㏊. 7)The range of annual tree volume growth was from 10.18㎥ to 9.47㎥/㏊.

      • 삼나무林分의 材積生長率 推定에 關한 硏究

        To estimate the growth of stand volume on Japanese sugi stand, the data reguired were obtained from 28 sample plots in Jeonnam area, and the results are as follows. 1. The methods were shown to drive average diameter growth by Meyer's increment method, and to calculate the growth of stand volume and growth percent with average diameter growth 2. The best fitted estimation equation is Y=ae^(bx) and these are as follows, logP=1.5681-0.0212 A logP=1.7167-0.0480 D Where, P : Volume growth percent, A Stand age, D Diameter and H : Height 3. Estimated growth percent tables by stand age and diameter are shown in table 6 and 7. and estimated error percentage were 15.14%. and 28.58% respectively.

        To compare growth rates among Pressler's, Schneider's, and Meyer's method, volume growth and growth rates for the last 5 years at 37-year Pinus Koraiensis stand were calculated by each method, and the results are as follows; 1. Growth rates calculated by Pressler's Schneider's, and Meyer's method were 4.22%, 4.73%, and 4.81% respectively. 2. The field survey and calculation process by Pressler's and Schneider's method were simple and easy, yet Meyer's method required times in the field survey and calculation of growth rate. 3. There are many differences between growth rates calculated by the coefficients of Schneider's formula, so studies on the coefficients of Schneider's formula by species and diameters could be carried out. At present. therefore, Pressler's method is the most suitable method to calculate growth rate.

      • 樹高表의 調製에 關한 硏究 (第1報) : 本校 加平演習林의 소나무林을 中心으로 In Areas of Japanese Red Pine(Pinus Densiflora) Stand of Kyung Hee University Forest

        The porpose of this study was to calculate tree height growth by the measurement of some sample trees. Surveyed forest stand was the second block (20.80ha) of Kyung Hee University forests located at San 58 and 64, Gaegok-Ri, Gapyung-Yeup, Gapyung-Goon, Kyunggi province in Korea. The stand was mainly composed of uneven-aged Japanese red pine. The following results were obtained based on the relationship between tree height (H) growth and diameter breast high (D.B.H.) 1. Japanese red pine had height curve of H=1.32376 D^0.77958, correlation coefficient of Υ_yx=0.99727 in the main equation, and standard error of S_yx=0.01226. 2. The tree height table for Japanese red pine was calculated by D.B.H. class using the above height curve equation. 3. Tree height growth showed culmination in the prime of life and gradually decreased after this stage.

        펄프 고해과정중 발생되는 微細織維를 究明하기 위하여 시간별로 TMP, KP를 고해하여 濾水度 변화, 微細織維발생량 및 형태에 대하여 검토한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1.고해시간이 길어지면 濾水度, 微細織維 발생량은 증가되고, 섬유의 朶軟性 차이로 KP보다 TMP가 높았다. 2.고해에 의해 발생되는 微細織維는 절단된 朶細胞 破片과 細胞壁 2次壁의 마이크로휘브릴이다. 3.TMP, KP에서 발생된 微細細胞의 종류는 同하지만, 형태에서는 差異點을 보이고 있다. 印解가 진행되면 朶細胞는 小片化되고, 마이크로휘브릴은 切斷, 細分化된다. 4.印解初期에 발생된 微細織維는 1, 2次壁이 共存하지만, 印解가 더 진행되면, 1, 2次壁이 分離되었다. The freeness variation, the fine fibers occurrence and type were examined to investigate characteristics of fine fibers produced by beating during TMP(Thermomechanical Pulp) and KP(Kraft Pulp)processes. According to increased the beating time, the freeness and the fine fibers occurrence were gradually increased, and TMP showed higher freeness and occurrence than KP due to the difference on fiber softness. In addition, the fine fibers produced by beating were generally cut parenchyma cell and microfibrils of secondary wall. The kindness of fine fibers produced by TMP and KP processes were similar, but the types were different. At initial stage of besting, the primary and secondary walls of fine were coexisted. but as the beating was more processed, those primary and secondary walls were separated each other.

        The porpose of this study was to calculate tree height growth by the measurement of some sample trees. Surveyed forest stand was the second block (20.80ha) of Kyung Hee University forests located at San 58 and 64, Gaegok-Ri, Gapyung-Yeup, Gapyung-Goon, Kyunggiprovince in Korea. The stand was mainly composed of uneven-aged Oak tree. The following results were obtained based on the relationship between tree height (H) growth and diameter breast high (D.B.H.). 1. Oak tree had height curve of H=1.99682D^(0.62328), correlation coefficient of r_(yx)=0.98481 in the main equation, and stand error of s_(yx)=0.01846. 2. The tree height table (table 2) for oak tree was calculated by D.B.H class using the above height curve equation. 3. Tree height growth showed culmination until the prime of life and gradually decreased after this stage.

      • 大豆未熟子葉祖織의 營養培地條件에 따른 器官分化

        大豆의 末熟子葉組織을 사용하여 여러가니 營養培地에서 칼루스와 胚狀體로부터 器官을 分化시키고자 하였던 바 얻어진 결과를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1. 칼루스誘起는 MS 基本培地에 1.0mg/12,4-D,와 2.0mg/1kinetin을 첨가하거나 (M5培地) 하였을 때 가장 효과적이었다. 2. M4培地에 培養한 칼루스로부터 生長點모양의 완전한 구조를 갖춘 細胞群을 組織學的으로 관찰할 수 있었다. 3.칼루스를 器官分化를 위한 培地에 ?代培養하였을때 根分化, 칼루스로부터胚狀體의 形成, 胚狀體로부터 싹이나 잎의 分化는 供試한 大豆系統이나 使用한 營養培地에 따라 약간의 差異는 있으나 비교적 용이할 것으로 여겨졌다. 4. 供試한大豆系統인 뱀콩의 末熟子葉組織을 M4培地에서 칼루스를 誘起시킨 후 MS基本培地에 0.005mg/1 picloram 과 2.0 mg/1 BAP를 첨가한 培地(OM2培地)에 ?代培養하였을 때 칼루스로부터 胚狀體의 形成이 잘 되었고 胚狀體들로 부터 잎이 分化되었다. The experiments were conducted to investigate organ differentatin rom calls and embryoid under various media using immature ctyledon of soybeam. The results obtained were as followings: 1. 1. Omg 2,4-D plus 0.2mg kinetin or 0.2 mg BAP perr litre on MS basal mediu were efective growth regulators for callus induction. 2. Meristematic structure was observed from the callus induced by 1.0mg 2,4-D plus 0.2mg kinetin per litre in MS basal medium in which callus growth showed best response. 3. Root and embryoid from callus and shoot or leaflet from embryoid were differentiated on the medium subcultured for organ different on the soybean lines and media applied. 4. Embryoid from callus and leaflet from the embryoid were differentiated on the nutritional condition subscultured with 0.005mg picloram plus 2.0mg kinetin per litre on MS in immature cotyledon of spybean line Baemkong.

      • 林分生長量의 推定에 關한 硏究(第3報) : 副次描出法을 中心으로 by the Sub-Sampling

        This study is to estimate the stand yield in future base on the mensuration of the volume growth in the last 10 years. Surveying district is the second block (20.80 ha) of Kyung Hee University experiment forest on the Gaegok-ri, Gapyung-Yeup, Gapyung-gun, Kyunggi province. The stand is composed of mainly the oak tree processing the survey of stand was conducted by taking the core at the D.B.H. of the sampling tree, which was selected by the sub-sampling. The results are as following. 1. The regression between the diameter and diameter increment I^ = 0.4777 + 0.0105 D 2. The estimated regression of confidence interval of the diameter increment S^(2)I^ = 0.00551 (0.09253-0.00900D +0.00025D²) 3. The equation of tree height curve is H = 1.99682D^(0.62328) 4. The calculated volume equation is V = 0.00005117D^(1.9301) H^(0.9219) 5. Annual increment volume is 4.4988㎥/ha. and its effective range are 4.6343∼4.3568㎥/ha. 6. Annual growth rate of total volume is 9.96% and error 3.01%.
