        The definition of education is dependent on the social context. There had been various on the nature of education. Especially in the case of the nature of education itself, it was inevitably required the sociological theory is analysis to explore the function of education, then structure of sociological theory is adopted to search for the relationship between society and education. So it needed to review the development in sociology, the sociology of education and the interaction between them. In this respect this article is accomplished. There would be the distinction amongst sociological theories by paradigm-"normative" paradigm vs. "interpretative" paradigm. The former is concerned with the positive, rigorous methodology, the latter is concerned with the subjectivity, interaction and the conflict etc. It must be noted that the interpretative paradigm was emerged from the reaction to normative paradigm and it is based on phenomenology , symbolic interactionism and ethnomethodology. The sociology of education is now faced with the new direction-the interpretative approach. According to this approach the subjects of the sociology of education are altered. Equality and inequality , school organization and educational knowledge are aeged under the new perspectives. The cultural relativism and the sociology of knowledge are penetrated into the discipline. So it is possible to say that the exiting sociology of education is faced with the research crisis. But it is sure that the new directions give an available framework of analysis to the given approach. The ambiguity, the tiny base and the legitimation problems are crucial in the new perspectives. Futhermore the concepts of ideology and social control make the new perspectives more difficult. The controversy between structural functionalism and conflict theory in the United States, the conflict between the "old" sociology of education and the "new" sociology of education in Britain are distinctive trends in the education research. In Britain the sociology of curriculum and the educational knowledge are main issues, while the school organization and the problem of equality are arguing in the United States. The contributions of the new approach are much, despite its "problematic" attitude and the fragilities have much ambiguity, microcosmic and esoteric character. It is most important to discuss whether the new approach emerged from the multidimensional western society is completely accepted in more simple Korean society or not.

        국내 항만의 효율 촉진을 위한 선진 물류산업 집적지의 네트워크에 관한 연구

        최근에 전자상거래가 확산되고 지역발전을 추구하면서 물류가 한층 더 중요해지고 있다. 더욱이 중국, 러시아, 일본 등이 동북아시아에서 물류중심국이 되고자 항만과 공항, 운송체계, 관련 산업 등을 육성하면서 국내에서도 항만을 중심으로 한 물류거점을 육성하고자 하는 움직임이 나타나고 있다. 이러한 움직임은 선진 항만이나 정부에서 시행하는 각종 정책이나 인프라 건설 등에 한정되어 그 바탕이 되고 연결과 탐색에 중요하며 지역경쟁력을 창출하기 위한 네트워크로 이어지지 않고 있다. 이러한 문제점은 한국 항만의 경쟁력을 강화하지 못하기 때문에, 선진 물류산업 집적지에서 도출한 시사점을 이용하여 방안을 제시하였다. Recently, the cluster-based industrial policy has become a useful policy tool for enhancing the competitiveness of nations, regions, industries and firms. Clusters would provides them with special access, closer relationships, better information, powerful incentives, and other advantages that are difficult to tap from a distance. Especially, the logistics clusters are strategic networks, knowledge-sharing networks, social networks which can be used as a systematic foundation for providing one-stop value added logistics service to its customers. The competitiveness of the logistics clusters rely definitely on cluster's networks composing of participants, central and local government, universities and related institutes, private companies and individuals, taking part in businesses, conferences, etc held in the clusters and the neighborhoods.

      • 敎育 革新의 成功的 實行을 위한 關聯 要因 探索 硏究

        The purpose of this study was to explore those variables related to successful expansion of the ideas of educational innovation to the educational fields. The concept of educational innovation was defined as a human effort to bring about change in education for a long time period. The recent trend of educational innovations were reviewed through such countries as U.S.A., United kingdom, France, and Japan. These countries recognized essential role of education in the country's development, and practiced educational innovations. In 1983, U.S.A. became aware of the educational problems as reported in the Nation at Risk very seriously and Started remarkable innovations from the very next year, and many educational problems were being solved. France and United Kingdom are also aiming at quanititative and qualitative improvement in educational conditions to recover the splendor of past years. Japan also renovated the educational environments and carried out innovations for enhancing the educational quality. Procedures and strategies for distributing the educational innovation were reviewed considering how the ideas of innovation distributed and implemented starting from initiating institutions of agents to the educational field. Policy-making model relates political system with the innovative decisions and distributions and describes the educational innovation as realization of strong wills. Research and Development Model emphasizes the procedure of reasonable solution. In this model innovative ideas produced by some professionals are implemented through application research and distribution activities. Grass-root model stresses the bottom-up process. Considering the importance of the role of condition in educational field in recognition of problems. production of innovative ideas and final decision making. Network andlysis model emphasizes the social relationship in accepting the innovative ideas. There are so many variables related to the distribution of education innovation. It is because the educational activities are closely related to and interacting with many other activities in the society. Some of these variables are conventional condition, which is related to adiministrative supports. Educational innovation in generally distributed relatively slowly and the possibility of begin successful in its realization is fairly low. The reasons are some what structurally determined. Some specific reasons are lack of materials. lack of agents, and lack of economic benefits. Above all, awareness of and participation in the educational innovation of the members involved in the projects seem to be the most critical variables in success of innovation. In conclusion, the professionalism of teachers and initiative role of teachers in educational innovation are very essential in educational innovation. In addition, the market economic principles of free enterprise system should be introduced for successful educational innovation.

        한국인 윌리스환의 미세수술적 해부

        The authors studied and analyzed microsccopically structure, length and diameter of each part of Willis circle in 264 cerebral hemespheres of 182 autopsied patients in the Taegu area from 1984 to 1990. The mean length of each A1 was 14.1mm and diameter at distal A1 was 2.25mm. The most common anatomical anomaly of the ACA part was A1 that of hypoplasia which appeared in 7.5% of the cases. The origin of the Heubner a. was accounted for the highest incidence of AcoA(82.5%). The length of AcoA, noted 3.5mm with the incidence of duplication and triplication in 38.6%. The inner diameter of ICA noted 3.9mm at the communicating segment in ICA, and the average length of C4 was 12.5mm. Except 5 hemispheres of undetectable origin at ICA, all the anterior choroidal a. originated from ICA, and the double stump of which noted 15.5%. Fetal type PcoA. showed 16.6% of all and average legnth of the a. was 13.5mm. The inner diameter of MCA was 3.1mm and the mean length of M1 noted 15.5mm. The length of each P1 noted 6.95mm and the inner diameter of basilar a. at 1cm below the bifurcation was 3.3mm. The mean circumference of willis circle including both side of A1, P1, PcoA. AcoA. and choroidal and communicating segment of ICA was 88.6mm. Incidental finding of unruptured aneurysm noted 5.3% and junctional dilatation of PcoA. showed 11.4% of all the cases.

      • 고정화 Mucor SPP L42 응유효소를 이용한 치즈커드 형성에 관한 연구

        활성화시킨 Succinylaminopropyl glass beads에 glutaraldehyde을 사용하여 고정화시킨 Mucor spp L42 응유효소를 치즈 커드 형성과정에 이용하고져 고정화 효소의 안정성, 재이용성, 반응의 조건, 반응조의 형태등에 대하여 탈지유(pH 5.6, 8℃)를 사용하여 반응시킨후 30℃ 항온수조내에서 커드의 형성 상태를 조사하였던바 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1) 고정화 Mucor spp L42 응유효소를 0.2M phosphate buffer(pH 4.6)에 0.06% sodium azide을 첨가한 액에 침지한 상태로 5℃ 이하에서 보존할 경우 3개월 후에도 활력의 80%가 유지되었다. 2) 고정화 Mucor spp L42 응유효소를 탈지유(pH 5.6, 8℃)로 반응시켰을때 반응 초기에는 고정화 효소의 활력이 급격히 감소하였고, 이것은 bead에 결합되는 질소화합물과 효소의 활력간에 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 3) 고정화 Mucor spp L42 응유효소에 bead와 탈지유의 접촉시간을 60 sec/ml로 하여 탈지유(pH 5.6, 8℃)로 연속적으로 반응시켰을때 6시간 이후에도 bead의 활력의 70%가 유지할 수 있었다. 4) Fluidized bed와 shaking fluidized bed을 사용하는 것이 충진반응조 보다 탈지유의 반응속도가 높았다. In order to study of practical purpose of immobilized Mucor spp L42 milk clotting enzyme on activated succimylamino-propyl glass beads with glutaraldehyde in continuous curd coagulation, acidified milk(pH5.6,8℃) was treated through reactor packed with immobilized beads, and warmed at 30℃ and allowed to coagulation for the determination of enzyme stability, deactivation of milk clotting ability by continuous reaction, the beads treatment conditions, and contact time of milk and beads in reactors. The results obtained were summarized as follow; 1) After 3 month's storage, activity of immobilized Mucor spp L42 milk clotting enzyme in 0.2M phosphate buffer(pH 4.6) with 0.06% sodium azide was only 80% of initial activity. 2) Milk clotting activity of the beads was decreased by continuouse exposure on acidified skim milk. Nitrogen accumulation on the beads paralled loss of the activity in initial reaction stage. 3) After 6 hours continuous treatment of the beads at 60 sec/ml surface time, the milk-clotting activity of the beads was about 70% of initial activity. 4) Bead reactor and shaking bed reactor were more effective than column reactor on continuouse skim milk coagulation.

      • CATV 망에서의 고속 DATA 서비스를 위한 적정 셀 규모에 관한 연구

        Recently the surrounding of data communication industry has been changing through the rapid growth of the information technology, which has been sparked by the convergence of computer and optical fiber technology. This phenomenon requires broadband network to transmit video, audio and data at once. Multimedia and broadband services are provided widely over the Internet. The traditional telephone companies, CATV operators, and Internet service providers are all rushing to provide integrated services over their infra-structures. Among them, CATV seems to be the most promising from an economic perspective, because CATV infrastructure is already in place in a majority of homes and can deliver broadband service without requiring costly upgrade of the existing CATV systems. In this paper, analysis the problem of data services over CATV network, suggest size the proper cell for the high speed data services over CATV network.

        Now, we are in the point where we should consider the importance of future education again. Among the contents of future education, the education of population and environment linked directly with the survival of man. The problem of equalizing educational opportunities and lifelong education form the very core of future education. These problems demand untiring study in a desirable direction as well as our concern and attention. However, the most pressing problem to solve for future education may be how to guard against dehumanization caused by civilization progresses. We can foresee that the phenomena of self-loss,self-negation and self-alienation wil get worse and worse. Thus, future education should put its emphasis on rehabilitation of humanity and human values. Since science and technology are nothing but the instrument and means for human being, and we cannot be sure that the age will not come when man will be under the control of them, the role of education is of great significance. Those who take charge of education should bear in mind that the ultimate purpose of education lies in the promotion of man's happiness.

        The essential purpose of this study was originally motivated by the following three perspective: firstly, from Korea's historical viewpoint at the present time a generalization of the theory of development was in urgent request; secondly, it was necessary to systematize or redevelop the theory of development which could overcome the future crisis in the very near future; thirdly, it is inevitable to set up an effective theory of development educational administration to push up the education to which generalization of the future oriented skills could be adapt and could plan future against the historical tendency of the above statements. Under this visual angle, this dissertation aimed to study and explain the theory of the origin, trend, concept and many side(relation between many social system) of the theory of development to unfold the development education in chapter two. And next, this dissertation has stated the theoretical background and coordination of development deucation and has approached to concept building of development education. Here the writer has endeavoured to seting up Korean idea of development, because it is important that development-agent who could carry out idea of development should be diffused. And it is why the importance of the harmony between the 'logic of time' and 'the logic of place' should be emphasized. Here especially, he tried to find out the character of independent variable on the education related to the development by the theory of background on development education from that following three angles: from an angle of educational philosophy, from approach to system theory which is the systematic aspects of economy, politics and society on the forward function of education to national development, from a visual angle of counter function of education to development, and in other experession, this dissertation studied the character of independent variables on education related to the development and in addition to the importance of development education by means of dynamic analysis through the above statements. The author has unfolded a testable study to establish a theory of development educational administration based on the theory of development education in chapter three. First, he searched that the existing definition remained in the category of administration behavioral theory passed through literature. Next he tried to establish the definition of educational administration based on the development function theory and the policy making function theory of the administrational theory which could back up the modern development deministration. It is necessaqy to define the above statement because we are in lack of performing the theoretical capability to plan, to adapt, and to challenge on the modern times which is accelerating on a rapid professional and highly technical differentiation and high degree of the growth, with the stationary theory as administration behavioral theory which is neglecting the core that a gloval educational system and educational administration is closely related to the policy-making and policy executing for national development really. And the study defined the concept of development education administration that backing education could be conformed on modern nation and society of powerful developmental nature, in other words, that backs up the educational administrative power which is operated as an independent variable on national development. The factors of building the concept of the development educational administration which the author tried to conceptualize definition were as followings; first, on the promise that educational administration should base on development theory secondly, it should emphasize on the point of the public interest; third, it can be defined as a process of cooperative group behavior; fourth, the importance of a high degree of rationality; Fifth, the aspect of circulating of policy-making and executing. In this dissortation the essence of development educational administration emphasized on a value oriented and goal oriented for development and in same time emphasized on more possitive administrative function of integration, differention and adjustment. And this study was attempted to study the characteristic of development educational administration and concept building. Then it was attempted to establish the basic ideas in development education administration: The auther especially added up the nature of public welfare and culture as a basic idea of development education administration. Then he established the basic ideas of development education administration as follows; lawfulness, efficiency, democratization, effectiveness, nautrality, public welfare-culture. Finally the writer suggested the following six department as follows; as a testable study of constituting the contents of development educational administration. (a) Public or governmental bureaucracy (b) Development educational planning (c) Educational institution building (d) Development educational finance (e) Leadership (f) Innovation in education
