        유관순열사의 서훈등급 및 인식에 관한 연구

        우리나라의 1945년 해방은 일본제국주의의 패전에 따른 단순한 부산물만은 아니었다. 조선 말기 이후 일본제국주의의 강점기에 끊임없이 전개된 우리 민족의 독립을 향한 많은 독립운동가의 열망과 노력, 분투의 결과였으며, 유관순열사의 3.1운동도 그중의 하나이다. 유관순열사는 1919년 3·1운동 당시 병천아우내장터의 만세시위를 주도하다가 검거되었으며, 다음 해인 1920년 10월 형무소에서 옥사하였다. 이러한 역사적 사실에 근거하여 유관순열사는 1962년 정부로부터 건국훈장 독립장을 수여받았다. 정부는 2019년 유관순열사의 서훈을 1등급으로 상향추서 하였다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 시민들의 유관순열사의 서훈등급 및 서훈인식 등의 연구를 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구목적 달성을 위해 유관순 열사의 서훈등급, 서훈인식, 기타 사업 활성화 방안 등을 조사하였다. 먼저, 우리나라 서훈 제도, 독립유공자의 포상과 유관순열사의 서훈문제, 선행연구를 검토 하였다. 다음으로 기존 연구를 바탕으로 측정지표를 도출하였다. 그다음으로 유관순열사의 서훈 등급 향상, 유관순열사 정신 잇기 등과 관련 영역을 설문조사하였다. 마지막으로 유관순열사 관련 사업의 개선 및 발전방안을 제시했다. 유관순 열사의 사업활성화를 위한 방안은 다음과 같다. 먼저, 유관순열사 정신을 잇기 위해 ‘열사의 사적지보존 및 기념관 관리’, ‘초·중·고등학생 생가방문 활성화’, ‘유관순 열사체험관 건립’ 등이 필요하다. 다음으로 유관순열사의 사적지 및 기념관 방문객 증대를 위한 노력으로는 ‘보다 많은 공연 등 볼거리 제공’, 생가 방문을 위한 ‘셔틀버스 운영’, ‘시설개방과 이용시간의 연장’ 등이다. 마지막으로 홍보자료를 정교하게 만들어서 인터넷, 언론 등 다양한 방법으로 홍보를 강화해야 한다. Korea’s 1945 liberation was not just a byproduct of the defeat of Japanese imperialism. It was the result of the aspirations, efforts, and struggles of many independence activists toward the independence of the Korean people that developed during the Japanese imperialism period since the end of Joseon Dynasty, and the March 1 Movement of Yu Gwan-sun was one of them. Yu Gwansun was arrested during the March 1st Movement in 1919 while leading the Manse demonstration at the Aunae Site in Byeongcheon. He died in prison in October 1920 the following year. Based on this historical fact, Yu Gwan-sun was awarded the Order of Independence of the Order of National Foundation by the government in 1962. The government raised the honor of martyr Yu Gwan-sun to the first grade in 2019. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to conduct research on the rank of conferment and recognition of conferment of martyr Yoo Gwan-sun. In order to achieve the purpose of the research, a survey was conducted on the rank of conferment, recognition of conferment, and other measures to promote projects, etc. of martyr Yoo Gwan-soon. First of all, the Korean conferment system, the reward of independence fighters, the conferment of martyr Yu Gwan-sun, and prior research were reviewed. Next, measuring indicators were derived based on existing studies. Next, it surveyed the areas related to the improvement of the conferment of martyr Yu Gwansun and the connection of the spirit of Yu Gwansun. Finally, the government proposed ways to improve and develop related projects to the martyrs. Measures for the revitalization of the project of Yu Gwan-soon shall be as follows: First of all, to continue the spirit of martyr Yoo Gwan-sun, “preservation of the historical site and memorial hall management of the martyrs,” “activation of visits to birthplace of elementary, middle and high school students,” and “construction of the martyr Yoo Kwan-soon Experience Center” are needed. Next, efforts to increase the number of visitors to Yu Gwan-sun’s historic sites and memorial halls include “more performances and other attractions,” “shuttle bus operation” for visits to birthplaces, and “open facilities and extend use hours.” Finally, promotional public relations should be elaborated and promoted in various ways such as the Internet and the media.

      • 중소규모 정수장의 침전지 효율 향상방안 연구

        The existing water treatment process is long-lasted in Korea, accordingly there is a thendency to accept the conventional operation method as it stands. There are many cases which introducing foreign research results or facility designing guideline into the domestic intact, set it up to operate. Consequently, some facilities brought about useless due to the operational method in regard to automatic system. So it is needed to draw up a plan for diagnosis of the facility and to bring up the in pavement of it for the sake of effective operation. In particular, the small and medium sized water treatment facility whose waterworks population less than 100,000 or having the capacity of water supply below 20,000 ㎤/d commands an overwhelming majority among the operating facilities by the lacal autonomous entities. The ratio of those occupies 91% of all 577 spots. Thereupon I selected the medium sized water treament facility which is operated by the county unit and studied how to improve the sedimentation basin among the water clarification precess. Sedimentation is broadly defined as the separation of a suspension into a clarified (quid and a more concentrated suspension. The type applied to sedimentation basin is the horizontal rectangular, which is simple to operate and adapt easily to the installation of high-rate settler modules. The term high-rate settler refers to any small sized inclined tubes or tilted parallel plates which permit effective gravitation settling of suspended solids within the modules. In this research, 1 focused on the tilted parallel plates as an option of settling module to review.

        Decomposition of α -methylstyrene dimer was studied over acid and base catalysts relating to their acidity and basicity. High conversion was obtained over KIT-1 mesoporous material with a large amount of hydroxyl group compared to strong acid and base catalysts. Dehydration and acid-base treatments of KIT-1 catalysts showed the strong contribution of hydroxyl group to the decomposition reaction. The role and characteristics of hydroxyl group as an active site for the decomposition of α-methylstyrene dimer was discussed.

        고농도 니켈 침출액으로부터 Na-PC88A에 의한 Co, Mn 및 Zn의 분리에 관한 연구

        Solvent extraction experiments for the separation of impurities from Ni-rich solution were carried out for manufacturing of high purity Ni compounds from acid leaching solution of spent Ni-Cd secondary battery. Synthesised and actual leaching solution were used as aqueous phases and PC88A saponified by sodium in kerosene were used as organic phases. The extraction order is Zn>Mn>Co>Ni and extraction percentage of metal ions was increased with an increase of the concentration of extractant, initial pH of aqueous phase and ratio of O/A The separation of Ni and other impurities was effectively accomplished at the condition of extraction stage = 1, O/A = 1, saponified percent 50%, initial pH 5.0, concentration of extractant 1.0M.

      • 온라인 전자 지도안 시스템의 구축 및 활용에 관한 연구

        본 연구자들은 ICT 활용 교육을 위한 초등교육 지도안을 온라인상에서 작성하고 활용할 수 있는 Web기반 전자지도안 시스템을 개발하였다. 개발된 온라인 전자지도안 시스템 은 ICT 교수-학습 과정안 자료를 데이터베이스화하여 체계적으로 관리할 수 있도록 하였으며, 교수-학습 과정안의 공유, 활용, 저장성의 극대화를 도모하여 학교 정보화에 이바지할 수 있다. 이렇게 개발된 시스템이 현장에서 활용되면서 나타난 교육적 효과 및 문제점을 분석하여 해결 방안을 제시하는 것은 시스템의 개발 못지않게 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 첫째, 본 시스템 개발을 위한 ICT 활용 교수·학습 과정안 형태의 구안과정과 둘째, 본 시스템의 설계와 구현 방법의 개요, 그리고 셋째, 초등학교 현장에서 적용하면서 나타난 시스템의 효과와 문제점 분석 및 개선방안을 제시하였다 또 연구를 통하여 초등교육에서 사용하게 될 전자 교육 시스템의 개발 과정 및 활용 상의 고려사항과 문제점의 해결 방안에 대한 교육적 근거를 제공하였다. The researchers developed On-line Lesson Planner System so that teachers can make a lesson plan using ICT(Information & Communication Technology) on line. Developed On-line Lesson Planner System can make ICT using lesson plans store in the database, manage them systematically and help maximize share, use and storage of the lesson plans. It can contribute to the school informatization. It is important to suggest solution through analyzing the educational effects and problems appeared during applying to this developed system in real fields. Thus, this study suggests first, procedure of designing the lesson plan using ICT for the development of this system, second, the summary of designing and embodying methods, and third, the improvement and analysis of the effects and problems revealed in elementary school fields. This study provided educational grounds of the solution to the problems and consideration of this On-line Lesson Planner system.

        The pore sizes of MCM-41 and KIT-1 mesoporous materials could be controlled by the addition of 1,3,5-trimethylbenzene as a complementary chemical or the use of templates with different chain lengths such as ?? and ??. The synthesized mesoporous materials are characterized from X-ray diffraction patterns and N₂adsorption isotherms. With the addition of 1,3,5,-trimethylbenzene, the pore size of synthesized, mesoporous material increased, while the pore size distribution became broad. On the other hand, the mesoporous material synthesized using a template with a larger carbon chain such as ?? showed larger pore size with a narrow distribution.

      • Turning에서 正ㆍ負의 Rake Angle 이 切削抵抗에 미치는 影響

        This study was observed experimentally on the cutting resistance and cutting ration in turning when the positive and negative rake angle was under the same working condition, and concluded as follows ; 1) When the cutting depth was 1 mm, under the condition of positive and negative rake angles, vertical componet of cutting resistance (P_c) was almost same, but when the cutting depth was 1.5 mm, negative rake angle was increased 10%. 2) In case of the positive rake angle, radial componet of cutting resistance (P_r) was constant regardless of cutting depth, but P_r was larger 50% in the negative rake angle than positive rake angle and increased with increasing the cutting depth. 3) With increasing the cutting speed, 3 componet of cutting resistance was dropped in the positive rake angle than in the negative rake angle. 4) Cutting ration (γ_c) was decreased with increasing cutting feed, but cutting resistance was increased by the influence of shearing area ; cutting ratio and cutting resistance was inversely proportioned.

        For Web server implementations, there are 4 main schemes: process-per-request (PPR), thread-per-request (TPR), worker thread pool (WTP), and worker thread pool with buffers (WTPB). This paper compares performance of the schemes in response time point of view. WTPB shows the best performance. The appropriate number of worker threads for WTPB depends on the request service time. For short requests, the number can be very small. But for longer requests, it is about 1/6 of the number of simultaneous connections.
