      • 韓國産 夜行性 맵시벌科(벌目: 벌亞目)의 分類學的 硏究

        영남대 생물학과에 소장되어 있는 표본과 2001년 4월~2002년 6월 사이에 채집한 표본을 대상으로 하여 한국산 야행성 맵시벌의 분류학적 연구와 출현 현황 및 숙주 관계의 분석을 실시하였다. 분류학적 연구 결과 Gauld(1970)가 영국산 야행성 맵시벌을 대상으로 한 연구에서 기록한 Mesochorinae아과, Tryphonin-ae아과, Ctenoplematinae아과, Ophioninae아과의 4아과외에 Metopinae (Metopius속)를 추가하여 한국산 야행성 맵시벌류는 총 5아과 13속을 기록하였다. 또한 한국산 야행성 맵시벌의 출현 현황을 분석한 결과 야행성으로 잘 알려진 Mesochorinae아과의 Mesochorus속, Tryphoninae아과의 Netelia속과 Ophioninae아과가 전체 야행성 맵시벌 증 95%를 차지하였다. 속별 출현현황을 살펴보면 Netelia속이 393개체가 출현하여 가장 많은 수를 나타내었으며 Ophi-on속, Mesochorus속, Enicopilus속도 전체 출현 분류군 중 높은 비중을 차지하였다. 월별 현황을 살펴보면 전반적으로 4월에서 11월 사이에 걸쳐 나타나는데, Op-hioninae아과는 5월과 7월에, Tryphoninae아과는 6월에 집중적인 출현 빈도를 보였다. 숙주의 분류군에 따른 야행성 맵시벌의 기생 양상을 살펴보면 대부분이 나비목을 대상 숙주로 하고 있으며 Mesochorinae아과와 Ctenopelmatinae아과는 벌목에도 많은 종이 기생하는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 Mesochorinae아과의 Cidaphus속은 위생 해충으로 분류되는 기생파리과(Tachinidae)에도 기생하는 것으로 나타나 위생 해충을 구제할 수 있는 천적 분류군으로 연구될 수 있는 가능성을 보였다. 숙주의 식성에 따라 살펴보면 부식성의 먹이를 섭식하는 부식성(saprophagus) 숙주, 곤충의 유충을 섭식하는 식충성(entomophagus)인 숙주가 소수 출현하였고 기생생활(parasite)을 하는 숙주도 다수 출현하였으나 대부분의 야행성 맵시벌의 기생 대상 숙주는 주로 식물을 해하는 식식성 곤충(phytophagus)으로 나타났다. Nocturnal Ichneumonidae, which was called yellow-brown ichneumonoid, included several subfamilies adapted for nocturnal activity. Taxonomic study of nocturnal ichneumonoid has been investigated by Gauld(1975) but examination of Korean nocturnal ichneumonoid has not been provided until now. This present study: the taxonomic revision, Appearance state and Host-parasite relation analysis of nocturnal ichneumonoid, were examined using Korean peninsula specimens. As the result. approximately 13 genera referable to 5 subfamilies appeared regularly in light trap. Genus MetopiudSubfamily Illetopinae) were newly recorded in nocturnal ichneumonoid. Tryphoninae and Ophioninae, which were dominant in appearance taxa! occupied 96% of total numbers of individuals, and majority of them were taken from May to November. Nocturnal ichneumonoid are parasitoids of part of immature holometabolous insects(Coleoptera, Diptera, Hymenoptera, Lepidoptera). Lepidoptera is the most common hosts of nocturnal group except Mesochorinae and Ctenopelmatine. In large number of Mesochorinae are koinobiont hyperparasitoids of ectoparasitic or endoparasitic BraconiddHymenoptera), and, less frequently, of Tachinidae(Diptera1. Also, Ctenopelmatinae are koinobiont endoparasitoids of Symphyta and, rarely, Lepidoptera. Majority of nocturnal ichneumonoid hosts are phytophagous, feeding plant taxa, and many host of Mesochorinae taxa are parastoids, and a few host are saprophagus or entomophagus.

        Since fatigue crack in rail can be the source of fractures and dubsequent developmets, quantitative evaluation of the fatigue behavior is made the basis for predicting fatigue life and making a dicision of safe inspection interval. Therefore, as a part of study on fatigue crack propagation, this study was conducted in order to evaluate the effects of stress ratio R and K. from the analysis results of experimental fatigue data. From the results of this study, following conclusions were obtained; From the analysis results of crack orientation on fatigue crack propagation, it was shown that LT orientation and TL orientation crack were the same crack propagation velocity, but SL orientation crack was more faster than formers. So, in is considered that SL orientation crack was the most dangerous in fatigue behavior of rail. It is thought that the effect of stress ratio on fatigue crack propagation had tendency to accelate crack propagation velocity when stress ratio is increase. Particularly the value of m was always constant, but the value of increase as stress ratio increase. From the evaluation of preproposed equation which have been reflected the effect of stress ratio, it was thought that the ratio of crack prop agation rate had to be expressed as combination of AK and K., not only by AK. If crsoack propagation curve was expressed by Crooker and Lange equation in rail steel, it was the best fit in a straight line without regard to stress ratio.

        Af ree market system is based on private property and private enterprises. Thus, in the system, private enterprises are free to pursue their own best interests and they can act in a manner that will maximise their profits. They are free to pursue their profit maximization, however, there is a limitation on management and marketing, which is based on their social responsibility to keep free market system, or free and open compentition system. To ensure to free and open competition system, Government established the fair trade system in 1980. Under the system, such things as unfair methods of competition, division of market, interfering with a competitor’s supply of goods, price fixing, selling below cost, deceptive or unethical promotion, false or exaggerated advertising of goods or deceiving a customer with regard to the quality or quantity of a goods is considered to be illegal. All such regulations call a new concept to revise the marketing concept which is in a stage of selling concept in our market. The new concept means the societal marketing concept. According to this study, the societal marketing concept should be settled in our business society in the soonest possible time, while it is not yet settled effectively even six years after the system established. I hope, the proper authorities should operate the fair trade system more effectively.

        국내 B2B e-Marketplace의 활성화방안

        Nowadays, the spreading of electronic commerce using internet demands a lot of change in business environments, as it is called B2B. Especially, the B2B based EC have a majority rates over the 70% of whole EC markets. As the approach way and the core axis of e-Marketplace in B2B markets are changed more by the business section and industry section than by each company sections, all of the world leading company including Korea are trying to take a prior occupation in e-Marketplace market. In korea, B2B e-Marketplace are mainly leaded by ministry of commerce, industry and energy which choice the company, run a trial managed company. Above MOCIE efforts are now having a lot of trial and error. Accordingly, this thesis are focused on researching the construction trends of B2B e-Marketplace, the future prospects, and promotion plans.

        In this study, it is processed to present the characteristics of the track structure and the long rail theory, in the long rail track to measure and analyze the factors which are the axial force, the resistance of ballast, the lateral pressure under the train passing, the derailment factor and so on, and to analyze the buckling safety of the track and the train driving safety, so it is obtained as the following conclusion. 1. The bucking safety of railroad track secured at measured long rail line which is currently serviced. 2. Be way of constructing long rail at under R=600m track, it is recess are to strengthen the resistance of ballast. 3. Because it is difficult to quantify the accurate axial force of long rail excepting ids to the variation of temperature, measurement of rail axial force is desirable to manage the long rail. 4. The ballast rssistsncs of two n block tie is increased about 43% for that of P.C.T. 5. Allowable passing velocity doss not exceed the allowable derailment factor at curved line, so security is guaranteed. Comparing the long rail track with the jointed one, long rail track has good driving security which is caused be decrease of the derailment factor and wheel weight.

        RBC system was used in order to accomplish the COD removal and nitrification simultaneously in one step. The effect of pH on nitrification rate was examined in a suspended growth system, using microorganism scraped from the rotating discs, and an optimum pH value was between 7.5 and 8.5. Nitrification was not accompanied by a large amount of dissolved oxygen supplied in the system. This might be attributed to the increased thickness of the COD - utilizer - biofilm limited oxygen and substrate transfer for nitrification under high COD loading. It was found that the COD loading must be reduced to below 0.027㎎/㎠·hr, for nitrification to occur in the rotating disc system, and that a multi - stage system could improve the treatment of waste waster containing both high COD and inorganic nitrogen.
