        The injuries of the heart are classified into the penetrating and the no penetrating myocardial injuries with or without underlying heart disorders and they are clinically emergent. Generally, no penetrating myocardial injuries are combined with the other relatively emergent injuries of the lung, brain, skeleton, or abdominal organs. In these cases, sometimes, clinicians overlook the myocardial injuries due to externally serious symptoms of other injuries, in spite of life-threatening myocardial injury. To save the patients with no penetrating myocardial injuries, close observation, several laboratory tests, and intensive care with exact diagnosis are necessary. And in autopsy, clinical data must be reviewed, and the whole heart must be examined grossly and microscopically. However, in the cases combined with underlying heart disorder which could be the cause of sudden unexpected natural death, minute trauma which is not valuable in the healthy person and has no visible injuries in myocardium grossly or microscopically act as a triggering factor of sudden death. No penetrating injuries of the heart are cardiac concussion, cardiac contusion, complete or partial rupture of atrium, ventricle, papillary muscle, or corda tendinae, and delayed rupture of cardiac structures, myocardial infarct, cardiac tamponade, sudden or delayed onset of arrhythmia, and so on. All of these injuries are engaged in the sudden death, regardless to the underlying heart disease. In autopsy reports, to decide the direct cause of sudden death such as trauma induced injury, underlying heart disorder, or both, the relationship between them must be clarified. Experimental rats injured by blunt chest trauma with optimum kinetic energy reveal abnormal ECG findings such as increased amplitude of impulse, bradycardia, or arrhythmia in early stage of trauma, and ST segment elevation after 24 hours. Microscopically the injured myocardium is replaced by mononuclear cells in posttraumatic 48 or 72 hours and path physiologically expected to be replaced by fibrosis after several days or weeks. From these results, experimental model may be useful to investigate about the path physiology, clinical course, and response to various treatment in posttraumatic myocardial injury.

      • 초등교사 배구팀의 집단응집력이 경기결과와 선수 만족도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate how elementary school teacher volleyball team's group cohesion has influence on satisfaction and playing products. In order to attain the result, 246 teacher of elementary school were questionnaire as the subject of study at 10 elementary school teacher volleyball team in B metropolitan city 2005. The studies questionnaire about group cohesion and players' satisfaction used the Group Cohesion and Questionnaire(GCQ) and the Member Satisfaction Questionnaire by Williams and Hacker(1982). It was analyzed by SPSS PC+ 11.0 for windows program. The conclusions obtained from this research are as follows : First, there is significant differences in the group centered socially cohesion and individual centered socially cohesion by career and distinction of sex. Second, there is significant differences in the positional satisfaction by distinction of sex. Third, there is significant differences in the level of group cohesion and playing products by distinction of sex. Forth, there is significant positive correlation between the group cohesion and players' satisfaction.

        The purpose of this paper is to present brief past achievement in the study of meaning and some applications of the theories to some vocabularies. The study of meaning has recently become to hold the spotlight in linguistics and many scholars have showed their interest in it. Semantics, however, has often seemed baffling because there are many different approaches to it. In recent years there have been a number of attempts to discover some of the principles on which the vocabulary is organized. These inquiries have moved on two different planes: that of single words and that of conceptual spheres, but this approach is surely to play in the further development of semantic studies. Strucuural semanties has most strikingly succeeded in the study of conceptual spheres. Most of these are directly or indirectly connected with the theory of 'Semantic fields' which was first put forward by professor J. Trier. Trier elaborated his connection of fields as closely-knit sectors o( the vocabulary, in which a particular sphere is divided up, classified and organized in such a way that each element helps to delimit its neighbors and is delimited by them. One other approach is that of componential analysis, which underlies the linguistic theories developed by Kat2 and Fodor, and others. It defines the meaning of a lexical element explicitly in terms of semantic components or features. These components are not part of the vocabulary of the language itself, but rather theoretical elements, postulated in order to describe the semantic rotations between the lexical elements of a given language. These approaches do not answer all the problems of semantic structure and description. However, they have laid opening to the study of meaning before us.

      • 밀리미터파 발진을 위한 WG모드와 전송선로결합 조건

        유전체 공진기중 WG모드가 밀리미터 대역에서 높은 Q값과 저 위상잡음의 특성을 나타내는 가장 적합한 모드로 이용되고 있으므로 본 논문에서는 밀리미터파 발진기를 설계하기 위하여 WG모드의 공진주파수와 공진모드의 해석 및 WG모드와 마이크로스트립선로와의 결합관계를 해석하였다. 모의 실험을 통하여 WG 모드 유전체 공진기를 비유전율이 38인 사파이어를 직경 4mm, 높이 0.225mm, 방위모드수 14로 할 때 77GHz 밀리미터파 발진기를 설계할 수 있음을 보였다. The frequencies of WGM(whispering gallery mode) dielectric resonators which have very high Q factor and low phase noise on the millimeter wave have been used in preference to fundamental mode dielectric resonators. This paper present the physical condition of whispering gallery mode resonance frequency and coupling condition between microstripline and WGM resonator. With a whispering gallery mode sapphire resonator of relative permittivity of 38, we determine the physical size of the diameter 4 mm and the height 0.0225 mm of sapphire and the azimuthal mode number is 14 to design of 77GHz millimeter oscillator.

      • Thermal 증착에 의한 ITO 박막의 광학적 특성에 관한 연구

        Indium tin oxide(ITO) film is the material that has high visible light transmission and electrical conductivity and it is used for various functions like non-freeze transparency films, liquid crystal display(LCD) panel, electro-magnetic interference(EMII) shielding film, etc. ITO thin films have the change of optical and electrical properties by post-deposition treatment process. The change of properties on post-deposition treatment methods was investigated. Thermal evaporated ITO thin film properties was analyzed. Transmittance increased and the sheet resistance became lower with increase of annealing temperature.

        Jinsa(Cinnabar) which is a compound of the mercury(Hg) and Sulfer is chiefly composed of mercury, and an ore that becomes sexangular crystal of which singular crystal is transparent Jinsa(Cinnabar) means that was originally made of mercury sulfide that put scarlet glaze on it. It was called the Sunhong Sagi, JuJum Sagi and Jinhong Sagi in our country, and Chehong Sagi, Sunhong Sagi, Eurihong Sagi, U-hyulhong Sagi, Do-who hong Sagi and Hwa-yeom hong Sagi in chaina. But special is that copper has never been used as a colouring agent under the celudon glaze. Cinnabar glaze is burned at a high temperature of sk 6~7, colured by cuo colloid, and has a nuclei generated at 650℃ also it is reduced at 800~1100℃ and becomes copper, and is melted at 1083℃ and becomes the red colloid. The results of this experiment are the glazing in No. 1~6 and the un(not)-melting in No. 7~10℃. The number of melting agent that is the most colourful of No. 1~6 is as follows ; 1-4,5,6,12,26, 2-7,9,10,11,12,13,16,17,18,19,20,21,23,24,25,26,27,28,33,34,40,41, 3-13,14,16,17, 18,19,20,21,22,23,24,25,26,27,28,30,36,37,38,39,40,41,42,43,44,45,48,49, 4-7,12,19,20,33,34, 5-4,5,6,10,11,12,16,17,18,19,20,23,24,25,26,27,30,31,32,33,41,42,48, 6-13,29,30,31,32,45. But the application of the colouring agent most be recognized in a situation of industrial art, not an analysis by a simple statistical data, And its ultimate object most be recognized as not only a manufacturing course but also a completed work. Accordingly, I think that the harmony of amion glaze colouring agent and property of firing is more important than that of meltes in the technology.

      • 개에서 방사선촬영을 이용한 복강유착의 진단

        복강내 유착은 개복술의 주요한 합병증으로 이를 조기에 진단하면 계속되는 후유증이나 재수술시 적절한 절개부위를 선택할 수 있다. 본 실험은 개에서 위와 장의 복벽유착을 진단하기 위하여 수행하였다. 개의 위나 장을 유착시킨후 기복을 시키지 않고 일반적인 방사선촬영을 실시한 경우에는 유착을 확인할 수 없었다. 기복을 실시한 개에서는 앙와자세에서 측위로 방사선을 수평조사하여 얻은 결과에서 위나 장이 복벽에 유착되었음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이상의 결과 개에서 위나 회장이 복벽에 유착되었을때 기복을 실시한 후 유착이 존재하는 부위를 체축의 상부로하여 방사선촬영을 실시하면 유착의 진단이 가능하다고 사료된다. The abdominal adhesions are important sequelae in laparotomy. If it is early diagnosed, the prevention of proceeding sequelae of the adhesions and choice of better incision site will be possible. This study was performed to diagnose gastric and intestinal adhesions to abdominal wall in dogs. In case of usual radiography it is impossible to diagnose gastric or intestinal adhesions to abdominal wall. But with lateral view, horizontal beam, supination after pneumoperitoneum it is possible to diagnose the adhesions.
