China is a developing country with great population. It is well known to all that China is undertaking a dramatic social transition. The fast economic development has led to a great change in the material life. At the same time, it also caused people to realize the importance of education to promote the social progress and human resources development. Along with implementation of the family planning policy, the parental expectation to education and society is getting greater and greater. The Chinese government is making greater efforts to guarantee the childrens rights to education.
Attention-based for Multiscale Fusion Underwater Image Enhancement

Underwater images often suffer from color distortion, blurring and low contrast, which is caused by the propagation of light in the underwater environment being affected by the two processes: absorption and scattering. To cope with the poor quality of underwater images, this paper proposes a multiscale fusion underwater image enhancement method based on channel attention mechanism and local binary pattern (LBP). The network consists of three modules: feature aggregation, image reconstruction and LBP enhancement. The feature aggregation module aggregates feature information at different scales of the image, and the image reconstruction module restores the output features to high-quality underwater images. The network also introduces channel attention mechanism to make the network pay more attention to the channels containing important information. The detail information is protected by real-time superposition with feature information. Experimental results demonstrate that the method in this paper produces results with correct colors and complete details, and outperforms existing methods in quantitative metrics.
Video Saliency Detection Using Bi-directional LSTM

Significant detection of video can more rationally allocate computing resources and reduce the amount of computation to improve accuracy. Deep learning can extract the edge features of the image, providing technical support for video saliency. This paper proposes a new detection method. We combine the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and the Deep Bidirectional LSTM Network (DB-LSTM) to learn the spatio-temporal features by exploring the object motion information and object motion information to generate video. A continuous frame of significant images. We also analyzed the sample database and found that human attention and significant conversion are time-dependent, so we also considered the significance detection of video cross-frame. Finally, experiments show that our method is superior to other advanced methods.
Exposing Image Sharpen Forgeries Based on Dyadic Contrast Contourlet

In order to distinguish the sharpening operation in a manipulated image, a sharpen forgeries detection algorithm is proposed. Combined with efficient image signal processing method, a new non-subsampled dyadic contourlet transform based on contrast à trous wavelet is designed. In contourlet domain, sharpening characteristics are analyzed by multi-scale and multi-directional methods. A classifier is trained by artificial intelligence methods to complete sharpening tampered image detection. Experimental results show that the algorithm in this paper can detect possible sharpening and locate the tampering boundary accurately.
PATN: Polarized Attention based Transformer Network for Multi-focus image fusion

In this paper, we propose a framework for multi-focus image fusion called PATN. In our approach, by aggregating deep features extracted based on the U-type Transformer mechanism and shallow features extracted using the PSA module, we make PATN feed both long-range image texture information and focus on local detail information of the image. Meanwhile, the edge-preserving information value of the fused image is enhanced using a dense residual block containing the Sobel gradient operator, and three loss functions are introduced to retain more source image texture information. PATN is compared with 17 more advanced MFIF methods on three datasets to verify the effectiveness and robustness of PATN.
Deep Reference-based Dynamic Scene Deblurring

Dynamic scene deblurring is a complex computer vision problem owing to its difficulty to model mathematically. In this paper, we present a novel approach for image deblurring with the help of the sharp reference image, which utilizes the reference image for high-quality and high-frequency detail results. To better utilize the clear reference image, we develop an encoder-decoder network and two novel modules are designed to guide the network for better image restoration. The proposed Reference Extraction and Aggregation Module can effectively establish the correspondence between blurry image and reference image and explore the most relevant features for better blur removal and the proposed Spatial Feature Fusion Module enables the encoder to perceive blur information at different spatial scales. In the final, the multi-scale feature maps from the encoder and cascaded Reference Extraction and Aggregation Modules are integrated into the decoder for a global fusion and representation. Extensive quantitative and qualitative experimental results from the different benchmarks show the effectiveness of our proposed method.
Investigation of fl ow regime in debris bed formation behavior with nonspherical particles

It is important to clarify the characteristics of flow regimes underlying the debris bed formation behaviorthat might be encountered in core disruptive accidents of sodium-cooled fast reactors. Although in ourprevious publications, by applying dimensional analysis technique, an empirical model, with itsreasonability confirmed over a variety of parametric conditions, has been successfully developed topredict the regime transition and final bed geometry formed, so far this model is restricted to predictionsof debris mixtures composed of spherical particles. Focusing on this aspect, in this study a new series ofexperiments using nonspherical particles have been conducted. Based on the knowledge and data obtained,an extension scheme is suggested with the purpose of extending the base model to cover theparticle-shape influence. Through detailed analyses and given our current range of experimental conditions,it is found that, by coupling the base model with this scheme, respectable agreement betweenexperiments and model predictions for the regime transition can be achieved for both spherical andnonspherical particles. Knowledge and evidence from our work might be utilized for the futureimprovement of design of an in-vessel core catcher as well as the development and verification of sodium-cooled fast reactor severe accident analysis codes in China.
Microstructural Evolution of a High W Content Ni-Based Superalloy at γ′ Sub-Solvus Temperatures

The evolution of γ′ phase and γ/γ′ eutectic during short-time heat treatment of the Ni-based superalloy with high W content,K416B are investigated. In this study, high temperature Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) is employed to designthe heat treatment experiments and the precipitate temperature of secondary γ′ is found in the cooling curve. The standardcoarsening model is applied to figure out the coarsening rate constant of γ′ precipitate. On this basis, a novel method isproposed to predict the globularization time of γ phase in γ/γ′ eutectic during the heat treatment process. As holding temperatureincreases, more γ lamellae convert to platelets before reaching thermodynamic equilibrium. Electron microscopyobservations exhibit the boundary splitting and necking formation on the γ plate surface. Moreover, the dissolution kineticsof γ phase is quantitatively assessed by JMAK model. The volume fraction descends rapidly in the initial stage, and thenreach to a threshold. Above proposed approaches are validated via various heat treatment experiments.
