In this study, a sulfonated poly (ether ketone sulfone) with multiple sulfonic acid groups was preparedand named as MSP, where the multiple sulfonic acid groups in the polymer were located on its sidechains of uneven length. And a series of hybrid membranes were prepared by introducing organic–inorganicfillers (ZIF-67/GO) into this side chain type polymer matrix. Among them, ZIF-67 was chemicallygrafted onto the GO sheet through coordination between Co+ and the carboxyl group of GO, bound toGO and grown uniformly. The ZIF-67/GO and hybrid membranes were characterized by FT-IR, XRD,SEM, AFM and 1H NMR. The hybrid membranes exhibited increasingly high proton conductivity fromMSP (0.0876 S cm1) to MSP-1 % ZIF-67/GO (0.1426 S cm1) at 100 C and 100 % relative humidity. Moreover, the hybrid membranes have excellent chemical stability. The results indicated that ZIF-67/GO was important for constructing of proton transport channels, and the prepared hybrid membranesshowed great potential for application in PEM.

Purpose – This study investigates which product characteristics influence customers’ purchase intention for brand extension products of the fashion brands. Furthermore, this study suggests brand awareness as a moderator which strengthens the positive effects of the product characteristics on the consumers’ purchase intention towards brand extension products of the fashion brands. Research design, data, and methodology – Two hundred and twenty-three Chinese consumers were randomly solicited to participate in this study. Email, website (www.wenjuanxing.com), social media (WeChat) were utilized to conduct the survey and collect data. Result – The findings obtained through hierarchical regression analysis indicate that product uniqueness, product scarcity and product popularity have significant effects on purchase intention for brand extension products of the fashion brands. In addition, brand awareness moderates the relationship between product characteristics (uniqueness and scarcity) and purchase intention positively. Conclusion –The results indicate that brand extension products of the fashion brands could attract more consumers by focusing on designing unique products and using limited release and celebrity publicity strategy. Additionally, the present research posits the crucial significance of brand awareness, thereby making a noteworthy contribution to the integrated marketing approach for fashion brand marketers.

Effects of FEMY-R7, composed of fucoidan and evening primrose extract, on the bacterial growth and intragastric infection of Helicobacter pylori as well as gastric secretion were investigated in comparison with a proton-pump inhibitor pantoprazole. For in vitro anti-bacterial activity test, H. pylori (1×108 CFU/mL) was incubated with a serially-diluted FEMY-R7 for 3 days. As a result, FEMY-R7 fully inhibited the bacterial growth at 100 μg/mL, which was determined to be a minimal inhibitory concentration. In addition, 6-hour incubation with H. pylori, FEMY-R7 inhibited urease activity in a concentration-dependent manner, showing a median inhibitory concentration of 1,500 μg/mL. In vivo elimination study, male C57BL/6 mice were infected with the bacteria by intragastric inoculation (5×109 CFU/mouse) 3 times at 2-day intervals, and simultaneously, orally treated twice a day with 10, 30 or 100 mg/kg FEMY-R7 for 7 days. In Campylobcterlike organism-detection test and bacterial identification, FEMY-R7 exerted a high bacteria-eliminating capacity at 30-100 mg/kg, comparably to 30 mg/kg pantoprazole. In contrast to a strong antacid activity of pantoprazole in a pylorus-ligation study, FEMY-R7 did not significantly affect gastric pH, free HCl, and total acidity, although it significantly decreased fluid volume at a low dose (10 mg/kg). The results indicate that FEMY-R7 eliminate H. pylori from gastric mucosa by directly killing the bacteria and preventing their adhesion and invasion, rather than by inhibiting gastric secretion or mucosal damage.

In this paper, we study the open-loop Stackelberg strategy of the stochastic Stackelberg game with time delay. The main contribution is to give the explicit Stackelberg strategy in terms of Riccati equations. The key to solving the problem is the explicit solvability of the forward and backward stochastic difference equations (FBSDEs). Moreover, the optimal costs are indicated by using the initial value of the state.
Multiplex PCR for simultaneous identification of turkey, ostrich, chicken, and duck
Jingmei Li,홍연,김재환,Pei Qin,김미주,김해영 한국응용생명화학회 2015 Applied Biological Chemistry (Appl Biol Chem) Vol.58 No.6
To discriminate economically motivated adulteration in poultry meats and products, species-specific oligonucleotide primer sets for multiplex polymerase chain reaction (PCR) of four poultry meats were newly designed. Sequences for species-specific primers were generated based on the nucleotide variation in mitochondria cytochrome b gene through sequence comparisons. The sizes of species-specific PCR products for turkey, ostrich, chicken, and duck were 217, 330, 516, and 820 bp, respectively. By adjusting PCR conditions and the concentrations of primers, a simultaneous discrimination of four poultry meats was successfully performed. The limits of detection of both single and multiplex PCR for turkey were 0.05 and 0.005 ng for other species, respectively. The developed multiplex PCR method was successfully applied to identify the target species in 34 of poultry meat products and thus was considered to be a useful tool for monitoring poultry meat products.
