        汉韩两语中同源词语义的对比研究 - 以汉语“前后“和“韩语“전후”为例

        한국어의 한자어 중 중국어와 동원어 관계에 있으나, 두 언어간의 기의가 일치하지 않아서, 한국인들의 중국어 학습시 난점이 되고 번역 시 오류를 유발하는 동원어를 박쥐말이라고 한다(맹주억 2004). 방향사로 구성된 박쥐말 “전후”와 이에 상응하는 중국어 어휘인 “前后”는 맹주억(2004)의 박쥐말 의미 대조 4유형 중 중국어의 의미범주가 부분 중첩인 경우에 속한다. 본고는 모국어 부정전이로 인한 박쥐말의 오도 및 회피 오류를 줄이고, 중국어 교수자들의 동원어 어휘 교육에 도움이 되기 위하여, “前后”와 “전후” 간의 기의의 차이점을 전면적으로 분석하였다. 정성적으로는, 개념적 은유 이론 (Lakoff&Johnson 1980 등)에 근거하여, “前后”와 “전후”의 각종 의미들을 공간의미(근원영역)및 추상의미(목표영역), 즉 시간/총괄범위/논리관계/서면형식 의미로 분류하여 분석하였다. 정량적으로는, 각 의미항목들이 실제 언어사용에서 차지하는 분포를 살펴보기 위하여, 한국어 및 중국어 코퍼스를 사용하여 대량의 예문에 반영된 각 의미항목의 양적 분포를 통계하였다. 코퍼스 통계 분석의 결과, 중국어 및 한국어에서 용례가 거의 발견되지 않은 “前后”와 “전후”의 기의들은 박쥐말 유형 다이어그램 중 중첩되지 않는 부분과 일치하였다. This work provides a contrastive semantic analysis on two disyllabic spatial localizers ‘qian-hou’ (‘front-back’)and ‘jeon-hu’ (‘front-back’)that are Chinese-Korean cognate. Korean learners of Chinese face difficulty in the process of learning spatial localizer ‘qian-hou’, because Language Transfer may occur between the non-overlapping meanings of Korean and Chinese cognates, as discussed in Maeng (2004)’s study on Chinese-Korean cognates, termed as ‘false friends’, i.e., cognates which have the same pronunciation, but different polysemy. Based on Lakoff & Johnson (1980)’s cognitive approach to metaphor, we explore lexical-semantics of the polysemy of spatial localizers ‘qian-hou’ and ‘jeon-hu.’ Then, using the large-sized corpus, we analyze the distribution of the usage frequency of each semantic item that are expressed by each cognate and further study the semantic and syntactic characteristics of the usages of each meaning item. Our quantitative result of the corpus analysis confirms that there are particular meaning items that are only expressed by either ‘qian-hou’ or ‘jeon-hu.’ This study aims to reveal the difference and the similarity between the polysemy of the two cognates so that the instructors of Chinese can help Korean learners to properly learn and use ‘qian-hou’.

      • A SLAM-Integrated Kinematic Calibration Method for Industrial Manipulators with RGB-D Cameras

        The accuracy of robot manipulator, one of the long-standing problem, is a major issue in the industry community. The manipulator may produce kinematic errors during operation. Traditional methods require expensive equipment with complex steps to calibrate kinematic parameters. Another issue is motion planning of the manipulator, which requires a map of the workspace. However, the mapping is time-consuming. In order to employ an efficient way to accomplish kinematic calibration and offer convenience to plan the motions of the manipulator, we study a new method called SKCLAM (Simultaneous Kinematic Calibration, Localization, and Mapping), which can calibrate the kinematic parameters of an industrial manipulator and achieve 3D environmental mapping simultaneously by employing an RGBD camera attached to the end effector. In this paper, the true kinematic parameters were changed randomly to test and evaluate the effectiveness of our approach in simulation.

      • Robust Gesture Recognition with Kinect Data Acquisition

        To realize the gesture recognition of high precision ratio, the gesture recognition method of multi-model data fusion based on Kinect depth image is proposed, to implement the automatic splicing of models. First of all, the feature package model uses the speeded up robust feature (SURF) algorithm to replace the scale invariant feature transform (SIFT) algorithm to extract features, improve the real-time performance. Secondly, Hu moment is introduced to describe the global gesture features, further improving the recognition rate, the ray casting is used finally, and the obtained coordinate information is used to solve the rigid transformation between two point cloud models. Finally, the proposed data fusion method is verified through two experiments, the algorithm in this paper is better than the traditional support vector machine (SVM) method both in real time performance and recognition rate, and obtains better model splicing effect.

        Slow Feature Analysis for Mitotic Event Recognition

        Mitotic event recognition is a crucial and challenging task in biomedical applications. In this paper, we introduce the slow feature analysis and propose a fully-automated mitotic event recognition method for cell populations imaged with time-lapse phase contrast microscopy. The method includes three steps. First, a candidate sequence extraction method is utilized to exclude most of the sequences not containing mitosis. Next, slow feature is learned from the candidate sequences using slow feature analysis. Finally, a hidden conditional random field (HCRF) model is applied for the classification of the sequences. We use a supervised SFA learning strategy to learn the slow feature function because the strategy brings image content and discriminative information together to get a better encoding. Besides, the HCRF model is more suitable to describe the temporal structure of image sequences than nonsequential SVM approaches. In our experiment, the proposed recognition method achieved 0.93 area under curve (AUC) and 91% accuracy on a very challenging phase contrast microscopy dataset named C2C12.

        Ginsenoside Re inhibits myocardial fibrosis by regulating miR-489/myd88/NF-κB pathway

        Background: Myocardial fibrosis (MF) is an advanced pathological manifestation of many cardiovascular diseases, which can induce heart failure and malignant arrhythmias. However, the current treatment of MF lacks specific drugs. Ginsenoside Re has anti-MF effect in rat, but its mechanism is still not clear. Therefore, we investigated the anti-MF effect of ginsenoside Re by constructing mouse acute myocardial infarction (AMI) model and AngII induced cardiac fibroblasts (CFs) model. Methods: The anti-MF effect of miR-489 was investigated by transfection of miR-489 mimic and inhibitor in CFs. Effect of ginsenoside Re on MF and its related mechanisms were investigated by ultrasonographic, ELISA, histopathologic staining, transwell test, immunofluorescence, Western blot and qPCR in the mouse model of AMI and the AngII-induced CFs model. Results: MiR-489 decreased the expression of α-SMA, collagenI, collagen III and myd88, and inhibited the phosphorylation of NF-κB p65 in normal CFs and CFs treated with AngII. Ginsenoside Re could improve cardiac function, inhibit collagen deposition and CFs migration, promote the transcription of miR-489, and reduce the expression of myd88 and the phosphorylation of NF-κB p65. Conclusion: MiR-489 can effectively inhibit the pathological process of MF, and the mechanism is at least partly related to the regulation of myd88/NF-κB pathway. Ginsenoside Re can ameliorate AMI and AngII induced MF, and the mechanism is at least partially related to the regulation of miR-489/myd88/NF-κB signaling pathway. Therefore, miR-489 may be a potential target of anti-MF and ginsenoside Re may be an effective drug for the treatment of MF.

      • Corrigendum Algorithm for Gesture Recognition Based on Multiple Information Fusion and Kinect

        Gesture recognition is an important and challenging task in the field of computer vision. Starting from the 3D shape of coding gestures, it puts forward a new kind of gesture recognition framework based on depth image. It extracts the space characteristics of a variety of 3D point cloud based on Kinect, including local principal components analysis on point cloud to get the histogram of main component, gradient direction histogram based on local depth difference and depth distribution histogram of local point cloud. Principal component histogram and gradient direction histogram effectively coding the local shape of gestures, depth distribution histogram compensates the loss of the shaping descriptor information. Through preliminary training of random forest classifier to filter the characteristics, and characteristics with less influence on classification results are removed, thus the computational costs are reduced. The filtered characteristics are used for training of random forest classifier again to classify gestures. Experiment is carried on two large-scale gesture data sets, for more difficult ASL dataset, the proposed method has improved the recognition rate of 3.6% then the best previous algorithm.

        Free vibration analysis of thin rectangular plates with two adjacent edges rotationally-restrained and the others free using finite Fourier integral transform method

        For the first time, the finite Fourier integral transform approach is extended to analytically solve the free vibration problem of rectangular thin plates with two adjacent edges rotationally-restrained and others free. Based on the fundamental transform theory, the governing partial differential equations (PDEs) of the plate is converted to ordinary linear algebraic simultaneous equations without assuming trial function for deflection, which reduces the mathematical complexity caused by both the free corner and rotationally-restrained edges. By coupling with mathematical manipulation, the analytical solutions are elegantly achieved in a straightforward procedure. In addition, the vibration characteristics of plates under classical boundary conditions are also studied by choosing different rotating fixed coefficients. Finally, more than 400 comprehensive analytical solutions were well validated by finite element method (FEM) results, which can be served as reference data for further studies. The advantages of the present method are that it does not need to preselect the deformation function, and it has general applicability to various boundary conditions. The presented approach is promising to be further extended to solve the static and dynamic problems of moderately thick plates and thick plates.

        Characterization and performance of SmxA1xMnO3 (A=Ce, Sr, Ca) perovskite for efficient catalytic oxidation of toluene

        Catalytic oxidation of toluene was implemented over SmMnO3, Sm0.8A0.2MnO3 (ABO3, A=Ce, Sr, Ca) and Sm1xCaxMnO3 (x=0.0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3) perovskite oxides synthesized via sol-gel method. The effects of A-site substitution of SmMnO3 and the amount of calcium substitution of SmMnO3 perovskite-type catalyst on the catalytic activity of toluene were investigated in a fixed bed reactor. The structure and chemical properties of the perovskites were studied by XRD, SEM, XPS, and H2-TPR. The results showed that the substitution of Ce and Ca had a positive impact about the catalytic properties of toluene oxidation, while a negative impact was caused by the substitution of Sr. The catalytic activity of toluene oxidation followed the order of Sm0.8Ca0.2MnO3>Sm0.8Ce0.2MnO3>SmMnO3>Sm0.8Sr0.2MnO3 in terms of the temperature of T90%, at toluene concentration=1,000 ppm and weight hourly space velocity (WHSV)=3,000mL/ g·h. Sm0.8Ca0.2MnO3 had the highest catalytic capacity (T90%=238 oC), which could be attributed to its high adsorbed oxygen concentration, Mn4+/Mn3+, and the best low-temperature reducibility (H2 consumption=0.36). Meanwhile, the Sm0.8Ca0.2MnO3 catalysts showed great long-term stability after 30 h of the reaction, and the toluene degradation rate remained over 95% at 350 oC.

        Numerical investigation on the multiphase flow field at various muzzle velocities

        To predict the multiphase flow field during the underwater launch, a twodimensional (2D) transient model and a visual experiment platform were employed. The simulated graphs were compared to the experimental photos, and the results indicate the reasonableness of the model. Furthermore, the effects of muzzle velocity on the flow field were investigated. The results demonstrate that a partially formed bottle-shaped shock wave is generated when t = 0.4 ms for various velocities, and a greater muzzle velocity can accelerate its expansion process. Additionally, the maximum displacement of the Mach disk fulfills the binomial law with the muzzle velocity. The maximum peak pressure of oscillations increases with the greater muzzle velocity, but the duration of pressure oscillations decreases.
