        태권도 선수들이 인지하는 지도자-선수 상호작용이 자기효능감, 운동몰입, 인지된 경기력 간의 관계

        본 연구는 한국 대학 태권도 선수들이 인지하는 지도자-선수 상호작용, 자기효능감, 운동몰입, 인지된 경기력 간의 관계를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 한국대학에서 태권도 겨루기와 품새 선수를 모집단으로 선정하여 비확률표본추출법 중 편의표본추출법을 실시하여, 총 289부 설문지를 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 23.0을 통해 분석되었으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상호작용의 하위요인 중 믿음과 노하우는 자기효능감에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 상호작용의 하위요인 중 믿음은 운동몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 상호작용의 하위요인 중 노하우는 인지된 경기력에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 기술은 인지된 경기력에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 자기효능감은 인지된 경기력에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 운동몰입은 인지된 경기력에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 현대 태권도의 발전에 따라 경기규칙, 시합전략은 계속 변화•발전될 것이며, 지도자들은 이러한 전문성 신장을 위해 지속적인 노력을 해야 할 것이다. 따라서 현재 대학 태권도 지도자들은 필요한 전문지식을 갖추기 위해서 워크숍, 세미나 등에 적극적으로 참여할 필요성이 있다. The purpose of this study is, therefore, to examine the effect of the coach-athlete interaction perceived by Taekwondo athletes on the self-efficacy. To this end, it conducted the convenience sampling among the non-probability sampling, by recruiting Taekwondo sparring and Poomsae athletes from the Korean university, and used a total of 289 questionnaires. data were conducted by using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0. The findings are as follows: First, the belief and the know-how among the sub-factors of the coach-athlete interaction perceived have positive effects of the self-efficacy. Second, the belief among the sub-factors of the coach-athlete interaction perceived has a positive effect on the exercise flow. Third, the know-how among the sub-factors of the coach-athlete interaction perceived has a positive effect on the perceived performance. Fourth, the self-efficacy has a positive effect on the perceived performance. Fifth, the exercise flow has a positive effect on the perceived performance. In conclusion, The game rules, game strategies and training methods would be changed and developed, and coaches should make continuous effort to increase their professionalism, along with the development of the modern Taekwondo. Hence the current Taekwondo coaches need to actively participate in workshops, seminars, etc., to acquire professional knowledge necessary for them.

        중국 태권도장 마케팅 커뮤니케이션이 러브마크, 브랜드 에쿼티, 브랜드 충성도에 미치는 영향

        This study aimed to examine the effect of Chinese Taekwondo gyms' marketing communication on lovemarks, brand equity and brand loyalty.To this end, it recruited parents with children enrolled in Taekwondo gyms located at Shanxi, Gansu, Guangxi and Sichuan province as the population. A total of 320 copies of questionnaires were used in the final analysis. For the data analysis, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis and multi-regression analysis were conducted by using SPSS 25 Version. First, the sub-factors of marketing communication, such as advertisement, relationship marketing and personal selling were found to have significant effects on the affection level, while relationship marketing and personal selling have significant effects on the confidence level. Second, the sub-factors of marketing communication, such as advertisement, relationship marketing and personal selling were found to have significant effects on both brand awareness and image, while relationship marketing and personal selling have significant effects on brand quality. Third, the sub-factors of marketing communication, such as relationship marketing, sales promotion and personal selling were found to have significant effects on brand loyalty. Fourth, lovemarks were found to have significant effects on all factors of the brand equity. Fifth, lovemarks were found to have significant effects on brand loyalty. Sixth, all sub-factors of the brand equity were found to have significant effects on brand loyalty.

        청말(淸末) 시기 중국 전통무술 매화권(梅花拳)이 주는 사회·문화적 의미 -의화단(義和團) 사건을 중심으로-

        이 연구의 목적은 매화권의 역사적 기원과 무술 특징을 재검토하였으며, 매화권의 민속문화와 민간신앙, 매화권과 의화단의 관계, 매화권에 대한 사회•문화적 의미를 파악하였다. 이를 통해 중국의 신체문화와 관련된 사회문화적인 가치를 고찰하였다. 연구방법은 질적연구의 문헌고찰을 통해 기술된 자료를 정리하고 해석하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 매화권은 명말청초(明末淸初)에 나타난 격투 신체문화로 무장(武場)과 문장(文場)으로 구분하여 문무겸수(文武兼修)를 강조한 독특한 무술이다. 둘째, 매화권사들은 중국의 주요 명절에 양권(亮拳)이라는 행사를 개최하여 공연으로 대중들에게 매화권의 우수성을 선보였다. 또한 다른 무술과 달리 독특한 민간신앙과 종교사상이 복합적으로 포함되어 있는 특징이 있다. 이는 단순히 무술만 수련하는 것이 아닌 전통문화를 계승하는 유파이다. 셋째, 남다른 민속문화와 전통사상의 특성을 갖추고 있기 때문에 매화권사들은 의화단 운동에 참여하게 된다. 이는 유파의 특성이 의화단 운동에 효과적인 조직형성을 제공하여 신속하게 전개되는데 크게 기여를 한다. 또한 의화단 운동으로 중국인들에게 애국심을 고취시키는 영향과 제1차 대혁명운동과 같은 사회변혁을 일으켰다. 이는 매화권이 사회변혁을 주도하는 무술 유파로 이해된다. 넷째, 매화권은 중국의 전통적 격투 신체문화로서 건강의 확보라는 양생(養生)의 가치 및 사회·문화적인 가치를 내포하고 있다. The purpose of this study is to discuss the historical origins and martial arts characteristics of Meihuaquan, and to understand the folk culture and beliefs of Meihuaquan, the relationship between Meihuaquan and Yihetuan, also the socio-cultural meaning of Meihuaquan. By collecting and analyzing the research through the Literature Review, it drew the following results: First, Meihuaquan, a physical culture of martial arts appearing during the late Ming and early Qing(明末淸初) period, is a unique martial art school stressing the combined cultivation of liberal and martial arts(文武兼修), by distinguishing the martial art field (武場) from the liberal art field (文場). Second, Meihuaquansas held the event called Yanggwon(亮拳) on the occasion of festivals in Chinese main festive days and demonstrated the superiority of Meihuaquan by delivering performances for interacting with the public. Third, Meihuaquansas participated in the Yihetuan movement, as it is characterized by its peculiar folk culture and traditional thought. Such characteristics of the school made a great contribution to the rapid development of the Yihetuan movement, by effectively promoting the formation of it. Moreover, it inspired patriotism of Chines people through the Yihetuan movement, and brought about social reforms such as the first revolution movement, indicating that Meihuaquan can be understood as a martial art school initiating social reforms. Fourth, Meihuaquan, a physical culture of the traditional martial arts, involves the value of Yangseng(養生), meaning the care of health, and the socio-cultural value.

        중국 MICE산업의 국민경제 기여도 분석

        본 연구의 목적은 중국 MICE산업이 중국 국민경제에 얼마만큼 기여하는지를 분석하고 MICE산업의 인지도 향상과 국민경제의 특성을 이해함으로써 향후 중국 MICE산업의 발전을 위한 정책 수립과 활성화 발전방안에 도움이 된다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 중국통계청의 2019년에 발표한 2017년 산업연관표를 중심으로 기본분류인 149개 산업 중 인쇄 ,도매, 소매, 도로운송, 숙박, 요식, 정보 기술 서비스, 임대, 비즈니스 서비스, 문화예술 ,스포츠, 오락 등 12개 부문을 MICE산업으로 분류하여 이에 대한 중국 국가경제 기여도를 분석하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중국 2017년 MICE산업의 생산유발계수 열 합계는 2.045, 행 합계는 7.909로 나타났다. 둘째, MICE산업의 감응도계수는 0.802, 영향력계수는 0.756으로 나타났다. 셋째, MICE산업의 소득유발계수는 0.506, 생산세 유발계수는 0.114등을 보여주고 있다. 넷째, MICE산업의 최종수요 7,893십억 위안을 국가경제에 투입할 경우 전체 산업에서 유발되는 총생산유발액은 275,882십억 위안으로 이 중 MICE산업은 62,429십억 위안으로 전체의 22.6%에 달한다. 그리고 MICE산업의 부가가치유발액은 97,748십억 위안으로 이중 MICE산업 자체에서는 7,893십억 위안으로 총부가가치 유발액의 8.1%이다. 또한 소득유발액은 49,327십억 위안으로 이중 MICE산업 자체에서는 3,990십억 위안의 소득이 창출되어 전체의 8.1%를 치지하고 있다. 생산세 유발액은 총 11,975십억 위안으로 이중 MICE산업 자체에서는 902십억 위안으로 7.5%로 나타났다. 중국 MICE산업은 발전할 잠재력이 충분히 있기 때문에 정부의 정책 지원 필요하고 법적 규정과 시장관리에 대한 감독이 요구되고 MICE산업의 혁신력을 높이고 "인터넷+MICE"모델 개발도 필요하다. This study analyzed the Chinese MICE industry contributes to the national economy and to understand the importance of the MICE industry and the characteristics of the national economy, helping to establish policies for the future development of MICE industry. This study analyzed the contribution of national economy by classifying 12 of 149 industries into MICE industries, which are basic industrial sectors, based on the 2017 Input-output Table published by the China National Statistical Office. The analysis results are as follows. Firstly, in 2017 the total production inducement coefficient of China MICE industry is 2.045 in column, the sum of the rows is 7.909. Secondly, the sensitivity coefficient is 0.802, the influence coefficient is 0.756. Thirdly, the income inducement coefficient is 0.506. Finally, if the final demand of the MICE industry is invested in the national economy of 789.3billion yuan, the total output generated by the entire industry is 275,882billion yuan, and the MICE industry is 62,429billion yuan accounting for 22.6% of the whole industry. And the additional value amount from the MICE industry is 97,748billion yuan, while it is 7,893 billion yuan(8.1%of total) in the MICE industry itself. In addition, the income inducement amount is 49,327billion yuan, make up 3,990billion yuan(8.1%of total) in the MICE industry itself. It is showed that Production tax induced amount to 11,975billion yuan, 7.5%of which came to 902billion yuan in the MICE industry itself. Because China"s MICE industry has full development potential, the government needs to provide active support and policy support, in addition to the need for legal provisions and supervision of market management. In order to improve the innovative development of the MICE industry, it is necessary to develop a new model of "network +MICE".

        중국 모바일게임의 특성과 소비자체험이 만족도와 구매의도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 중국 모바일 게임의 특성과 소비자 체험이 이용자의 만족도와 구매의도에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 모바일 게임을 체험본 적 있는 이용자를 대상으로 2021년 2월 1일부터 2월 20일까지, 수집된 설문지 317부에 대한 SPSS Statistics 24를 사용하여 실증분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가설검증을 실시하기에 앞서 측정개념에 대한 타당성 및 신뢰성 분석결과 게임특성은 즉시접속성, 사용편리성, 상호작용성 등 3개 요인으로 나타났으며 소비자 체험은 오락적 체험, 현실도피적 체험, 심미적 체험 들 3개 요인으로 제시하였다. 둘째, 모바일 게임의 특성 3가지 변수 중 사용편리성만 이용자의 몰입에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는데 제외된 다른 변수들이 즉시접속성과 상호작용성이 몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 소비자 체험의 3가지 변수가 몰입에 모두 긍정적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 특히 그중에 현실도피적 체험이 몰입에 미치는 영향이 가장 높다. 셋째, 몰입이 게임 이용자의 만족도와 구매의도에 유의한 영향을 준다고 확인되었다. 넷째 모바일 게임의 특성, 소비자 체험과 만족도, 구매의도 사이에 몰입의 매개효과가 있다는 것을 검증되었다. 몰입은 모바일 게임의 특성, 소비자 체험과 만족도의 미치는 매개효과 사이에 오락적 체험과 심미적 체험은 부분매개효과가 있다는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 몰입은 모바일 게임의 특성, 소비자 체험과 구매의도의 미치는 매개효과 사이에 심미적 체험은 완전 매개효과가 있고 현실도피적 체험은 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. This study verified the influence of characteristics of china s mobile games and consumer experience on consumer satisfaction and purchasing intention. This study conducted an online and offline survey for 20 days from February 1the to February 20th, 2021. A total of 317 responses were collected from Chinese consumerswhomobile game users. The analysis results are as follows. First of all, of the three variables that characterize mobile games, only easy of use has a significant positive effect on user traffic, while the other variables have no significant effect on flow. Three experiences of consumer experience have significant positive (+) effects on flow, Escapist Experience had the most significant effect on flow. Second, we found that flow had positive (+) effect on mobile game consumer satisfaction and purchasing intention. Third, there was a mediating effect of flow among mobile game characteristics, consumer experience and satisfaction, purchasing intention. It can be seen that there was a partial mediating effect of Flow among Entertainment Experience, Esthetic Experience and satisfaction. In addition, there was a partial mediating effect of flow among Escapist Experience and purchasing intention, a completemediating effect of flowamong Esthetic Experience and purchasing intention.

        An efficient process for co-production of γ-aminobutyric acid and probiotic Bacillus subtilis cells

        This study was to establish an integrated processfor the co-production of c-aminobutyric acid (GABA) andlive probiotics. Six probiotic bacteria were screened andBacillus subtilis ATCC 6051 showed the highest GABAproducingcapacity. The optimal temperature and initial pHvalue for GABA production in B. subtilis were found to be30 C and 8.0, respectively. A variety of carbon andnitrogen sources were tested, and potato starch and peptonewere the preferred carbon and nitrogen sources for GABAproduction, respectively. The concentrations of carbonsource, nitrogen source and substrate (sodium L-glutamate)were then optimized using the response surface methodology. The GABA titer and concentration of viable cells ofB. subtilis reached 19.74 g/L and 6.0 9 108 cfu/mL at120 h. The GABA titer represents the highest production ofGABA in B. subtilis. This work thus demonstrates a highlyefficient co-production process for GABA and probiotic B. subtilis cells.

        Multiple Properties-Based Moving Object Detection Algorithm

        Object detection is a fundamental yet challenging task in computer vision that plays an important role in object recognition, tracking, scene analysis and understanding. This paper aims to propose a multiproperty fusion algorithm for moving object detection. First, we build a scale-invariant feature transform (SIFT) vector field and analyze vectors in the SIFT vector field to divide vectors in the SIFT vector field into different classes. Second, the distance of each class is calculated by dispersion analysis. Next, the target and contour can be extracted, and then we segment the different images, reversal process and carry on morphological processing, the moving objects can be detected. The experimental results have good stability, accuracy and efficiency.

        Improved Deep Residual Network for Apple Leaf Disease Identification

        Plant disease is one of the most irritating problems for agriculture growers. Thus, timely detection of plant diseases is of high importance to practical value, and corresponding measures can be taken at the early stage of plant diseases. Therefore, numerous researchers have made unremitting efforts in plant disease identification. However, this problem was not solved effectively until the development of artificial intelligence and big data technologies, especially the wide application of deep learning models in different fields. Since the symptoms of plant diseases mainly appear visually on leaves, computer vision and machine learning technologies are effective and rapid methods for identifying various kinds of plant diseases. As one of the fruits with the highest nutritional value, apple production directly affects the quality of life, and it is important to prevent diseaseintrusion in advance for yield and taste. In this study, an improved deep residual network is proposed for apple leaf disease identification in a novel way, a global residual connection is added to the original residual network, and the local residual connection architecture is optimized. Including that 1,977 apple leaf disease images with three categories that are collected in this study, experimental results show that the proposed method has achieved 98.74% top-1 accuracy on the test set, outperforming the existing state-of-the-art models in apple leaf disease identification tasks, and proving the effectiveness of the proposed method.

      • Effect of Land-use Types on Soil Organic Carbon and Particulate Organic Carbon in Ecotones of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry

        In this paper, the effect of different land-use types on soil organic carbon (SOC) and Particulate Organic Carbon(POC) was studied by analyzing the soils in the meadow and conversing land of grassland to cropland in ecotones of agriculture and animal husbandry. It is shown t㏊t, compared with meadow, rotations of P/O and P/Cwill reduce SOC in 0-30㎝ soil layers by 47.54%-65.11% and 34.16-64.26% and POC by 16.90%-24.48% and 11.94%-20.29%, respectively. And SOC in meadow is more t㏊n in conversing land of grassland to cropland (P<0.05). Conversing grassland to cropland in ecotones of agriculture and animal husbandry will decrease the contents of SOC and POC.

        Identification and heterologous reconstitution of a 5-alk(en)ylresorcinol synthase from endophytic fungus Shiraia sp. Slf14

        A new type III polyketide synthase gene (Ssars) was discovered from the genome of Shiraia sp. Slf14, an endophytic fungal strain from Huperzia serrata. The intron-free gene was cloned from the cDNA and ligated to two expression vectors pET28a and YEpADH2p-URA3 for expression in Escherichia coli BL21(DE3) and Saccharomyces cerevisiae BJ5464, respectively. SsARS was efficiently expressed in E. coli BL21(DE3), leading to the synthesis of a series of polyketide products. Six major products were isolated from the engineered E. coli and characterized as 1,3-dihydroxyphenyl- 5-undecane, 1,3-dihydroxyphenyl-5-cis-6 -tridecene,1,3-dihydroxyphenyl- 5-tridecane, 1,3-dihydroxyphenyl-5-cis-8 - pentadecene, 1,3-dihydroxyphenyl-5-pentadecane, and 1,3- dihydroxyphenyl-5-cis-10 -heptadecene, respectively, based on the spectral data and biosynthetic origin. Expression of SsARS in the yeast also led to the synthesis of the same polyketide products, indicating that this enzyme can be reconstituted in both heterologous hosts. Supplementation of soybean oil into the culture of E. coli BL21(DE3)/SsARS increased the production titers of 1–6 and led to the synthesis of an additional product, which was identified as 5-(8 Z,11 Z-heptadecadienyl) resorcinol. This work thus allowed the identification of SsARS as a 5-alk(en)ylresorcinol synthase with flexible substrate specificity toward endogenous and exogenous fatty acids. Desired resorcinol derivatives may be synthesized by supplying corresponding fatty acids into the culture medium.
