송재노숙동(松齋盧叔仝)의 생애(生涯)와 시세계(詩世界)

이 논문은 南冥曺植의 제자 가운데 한 사람인 盧鎭의 증조부로 조선 초기함양을 대표하는 인물 松齋盧叔仝에 대한 것이다. 여기에서는 그에 대해 정리한 『松齋實紀』에 수록된 자료들을 중심으로 그의 생애와 시세계에 대해 살펴보았다. 송재는 세종 때 집현전에 들어 교리, 응교 등을 거치고 세자시강원 필선, 예문관 직제학 등을 지낸 뒤 호조참판 등에 이른 경력으로 보아 학문과 문장이 뛰어남을 알 수 있으나, 그가 남긴 시문도 그리 많지 않고 학문을 알 수있는 것은 「八字遺訓」이 유일하다. 「팔자유훈」은 아들이 충주의 판관으로 나갈 때 지어준 誠·信·廉·公·勤·簡·和·惠의 여덟 자의 교훈인데, 이전에는 이에 대한 뜻을 풀이한 내용이 있었다고 하나 지금은 여덟 글자만 남아 있다. 후손들이 이에 풀이를 더한 것을 통하여 그가 후손들에게 남기고자 했던 뜻과 이를 후손 및 후학들이 어떻게 받아들이고 있는가 하는 것을 살피를 수 있다. 그의 시세계는 그가 남긴 몇 편의 抒情詩와 酬唱詩를 통하여 살필 수 있는데, 주로 벼슬살이 하는 중간에 느낀 것을 읊은 서정시 10제 11수와 중국 사신이 왔을 때 지었다고 하는 13제 21수가 분석의 대상이다. 서정시는 지방에 관직을 수행하기 위해 오가며 보고 느낀 바를 지은 것이 대부분인데 나라를 걱정하는 마음이 잘 드러나 있다. 수창시는 1457년 陳鑑과 高閏이 왔을 때에 지은 7제 10수가 있는데, 이시들은 모두 당고와 고윤이 성균관을 방문하였을 때, 호조참판으로 그들과 함께 성균관에 가서 수창한 것이다. 중국 사신을 대접하며 그들의 뜻에 맞추어시를 지은 것이다. 나머지 祈順에게 화답한 것으로 5수가 있고, 唐皐에게 화답한 것으로 2수가 있다. 하지만, 이 가운데 기순과 당고는 송재가 별세한 뒤에 사신으로 왔던 사람들이므로, 이들과 화답한 작품을 송재의 것으로 수록한 것은 잘못된 것이라 하겠다. 이밖에 화사의 이름이 등장하지 않는 시, 즉 누구와 수창, 화답한 것인지 드러나 있지 않는 작품으로 「臨津舟中酬華使」, 「鳳仙館又次前人」, 「次華使猪灘過橋韻」, 「蔥秀嶺又次華使」의 네 수가 있는데, 이 시들은 언제 지은 것인지 확인이 필요하다. Till now, I've looked through the life and poetry of Song-jae No Sook-dong. About his ancestors I've examined 「皇考贈嘉善大夫兵曹 參判兼同知義禁府事府君墓表陰記」which was written by himself, and about himself I've gone over the material already arranged and 「嘉靖 大夫禮曹參判兼同知中樞府事世子左副賓客藝文館提學松齋盧公墓碑記」, 「事實」which were written by No Jin who is his grandson. Through these researches I could distinguish the academical aspect of Songjae as an officer who was outstanding in writing and studying in early Choseon Dynasty. The only remaining that can show his academical aspect is 「八字遺 訓」. This work is an axiom with eight chinese letters, “誠, 信, 廉, 公, 勤, 簡, 和, 惠”, for his elder son when he was leaving to be a judge of Chongju. Originally, there was an annotation about these letters, but were missing that it's a shame that we can not interpret the specific meaning. However, this axiom influenced generation after generation. There are two types in his poems, lyrics and correspondences. Firstly, lyrics were about his thinking while he was an officer in Seoul office and about his feelings toward relics and beautiful sceneries while he was in the country. As we can see, he enjoyed writing poems habitually and expressed his mind actively in his poems. In the part of the poetry written in Yimsil 獒樹縣of Jeonla Province, the poetry written after having seen Seock Jang Sung, and the poetry written sending an envoy to Japan, we can find out the fidelity toward the lord. Correspondences with Chinese envoys consisted of the writing written when 陳鑑and 高閏came, the writing written when 祈順came, and the writing written when 唐皐came. One of the writings was composed when Jin gam and Ko yun came to Korea as embassadors and payed respect to Confucius shrine in Seong Kun Guan and then corresponded a few poems with seven officers from government. There are a lot of poems left in this kind and even Chinese envoys original letters were left. He left 「賓接皇朝正使陳翰林鑑謁宣聖廟次韻」 writing after Jin gam and left 「次頒詔使高閏謁聖五言長篇」writing after Ko Yun, and here, expacially, he wrote a long preface as an appendix. There are other works in Song Jae Sil gi which was known as a book written at the time when Ki Sun and Dang Go came, but we can not tell these are all Song Jae``s works, since Ki Sun and Dang Go came to Korea long after Song Jae``s death.
Mycophenolic Acid에 의해 유도된 Jurkat 세포주 세포자멸사에서 Heme Oxygenase-1의 발현이 미치는 영향

Purpose: This study demonstrates that pharmacologic induction of heme oygenase-1 (HO-1) along with catalytic activation significantly modulated apoptosis of Jurkat cells induced by mycophenolic acid (MPA). Methods: Cells were cultured with the presence or absence of MPA. Flow cytometric analysis was performed after propidium iodide staining. Western blotting of HO-1, Bcl, and Bax was also performed. Cells were stained 4'-6-Diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI) and measured by flow cytometry in the absence or presence of CoPPIX. Results: Treatment of MPA decreased cell viability in a dose- and time-dependent manner. MPA-induced cell death was confirmed as apoptosis characterized by sub G0/G1 phase arrest. Expression of HO-1 assumes a pattern of decline after rising at the initial phase. CoPPIX, HO-1 inducer, significantly inhibited the cisplatin-induced apoptosis. Treatment of MPA resulted in reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation in Jurkat cells. CoPPIX attenuated ROS production in MPA-treated cells. Conclusion: This result suggests that the protective mechanism of HO-1 on MPA-induced cytotoxicity is associated with direct inhibition of ROS generation and mitochondrial permeability transition.
FK506이 T 림프구 사멸에서 활성산소 생성에 미치는 영향

Purpose: Tacrolimus (FK506) has been widely used as an immunosuppressant in organ transplanted recipients to suppress organ rejection phenomenon. We investigated the role of oxidative stress and heme oxygense-1 by FK506 on human Jurkat T cells. Methods: The cells viability was examined by DAPI stain, enzyme activity of caspase family proteins, and western blotting for Baks, PUMA, iNOS, HO-1. Cells were cultured in the absence or presence of CoPPIX or ZnPPIX and the fluorescence intensity was analyzed using a flow cytometry. Results: Treatment with FK506 increased the generation of reactive oxygen species (ROS), including hydrogen peroxide and superoxide anion, and NO in Jurkat cells in a dose-dependent manner. Immunohistochemistry and Western blot analysis data revealed the hemoxygenase-1 (HO-1) was induced by the addition of FK506 in Jurkat cells. Induction of CoPP, HO-1 inducer, resulted in decreased intracellular H₂O₂ and NO concentrations. Instead ZnPP, an HO-1 competitive inhibitor did it reversely. In addition, ZnPP regulates iNOS protein synthesis by inhibition of HO-1. Conclusion: Increase of HO-1 expression would induce to decrease the intracellular H₂O₂ and NO concentrations. Also, HO-1 would regulate iNOS protein synthesis. Consequently, we can expect the regulation of HO-1 expression with concomitants use of FK506 to suppress organ rejection phenomenon by enhancing apoptosis.
