        망간에 폭로된 용접작업자들의 신경행동검사 수행능력

        To study neurobehavioral effects for manganese fume exposure of welders, we administrated questionnaire about subjective symptom, related with manganese exposure. Neurobehavioral Core Test Battery of World Health Organization(NCTB) and finger tapping for 98 welders and 29 non-welding workers. We adopted welding duration as a criterion for exposure assessment, because of the lack of the longitudinal valid data and differences in airborne concentrations of manganese in welding types, such as shielded metal arc and CO2 arc welding. Neurologic, musculoskeletal and concentration symptoms were significantly increased by increase of welding duration. Performance of finger tapping preferred hand, Santa Ana dexterity test preferred hand and correct number of pursuit aiming were significantly decreased by increase of welding duration. These results comparable with previous studies that suggest neurobehavioral test, especially motor test, to be an appropriate tool to detect early neurobehavioral abnormalities related with manganeses exposure.

      • 面單位 農村地域의 類型化에 관한 硏究 : 西部慶南을 中心으로 Based on Sobu Kyongnam

        本 硏究에서는 行政 및 文化生活의 基礎自 治單位인 西部慶南 9개 郡의 100개 面을 標本으로 삼아 因子分析方法등 여러 數理分析技法을 使用하여 村落의 形想를 3개 그룹으로 區分하며 農村地域의 特性을 나타내고 諸 指標를 利用하여 面單位의 農村地域의 土地利用特性과 類型化를 行하였다. 그 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. l) 判別된 平野村 25개, 準山村 49개, 山村 20개는 成功化率 94.0%로 3개 그룹으로 效率的인 村落區分이 이루어졌다. 2) 上位 5개 因子의 特性別 地域區分은 제1因子(人口가 많은 평야지대) 제2因子(畜産業이 盛한 地域), 제3因子(農家率이 높은 地域), 제4因子(果樹. 草地造成地域), 제5因子(沓作이 많은 地極)로 區分되었다. 3) 地域의 類型化는 Al類型(53개 面), A2類型(22개 面), B1類型(6개 面), B2類型(2개 面), C1類型(14개 面), C2類型(2개 面),D1類型(1개 面)의 7개 類型으로 區分되었다. 이러한 各 類型別 空間分布의 特性은 該當 農村地域의 地域開發과 關聯된 政策 이나 開發計劃樹立時 그 地域特性에 맞는 發展戰略과 手段이 될 것이다. This study is purposed to investigate the charactristics of using farm land and the classification of the area of rural community in Myo˘n Unit. With materials and methods to study in this paper, Cases and variables are given. The cases of rural settlement in So˘bu Kyo˘ngnam are one hundred. The variables of structure factor are twenty-three. The cases according to analysis are analysised by method of discriminant, factor and cluster analysis. From this study, The results obtained are as follows. 1) The cases of rural settlement are divided three groups by discriminant analysis. There are twenty-five plains, forty-nine Semi plains and twenty Mountain villages in So˘bu Kyo˘ngnam. 2) Five upper factors are analysised factor 1(populous plain), 2(high animal husbandry), 3(high farmhouse rate), 4(frute tree & pasture), 5(rice paddy field) on factor scores by factor analysis. 3) One hundred cases in So˘bu Kyo˘ngnam are classified according to rural settlement. Seven types of classification are the type of A1(53), A2(22), B1(6), B2(2), C1(14), C2(2), D(l).

        In nuclear power plant, the source of the energy is generated from the nuclear fuel rod. Given a certain level of consumption, the burnt fuel rod should be removed and replaced by a new(fresh) one. The burnt fuel is approximately one third of the whole fuel rods. Currently, this operation is done manually using paper documents and verbal communication and consumes a lot of operation time. In this study, we develop an computerized operation process of nuclear fuel rod replacement procedure based on the ERP(Enterprise Resource planning) methodology.

      • 한국 대학에서의 특수 목적 영어 교육 (ESP)의 전망

        The English education at universities in Korea has continually developed and renovated since the 1990s and it has become necessary to seek further development of English education towards the 2010s. Therefore there has been growing discussion on ESP(English for Specific Purposes) approaches which focus on the learners' needs, purposes, interests and motives in relation to their subject areas. This study discusses the overview and definition of ESP approach, the development and current difficulties of English education at the Korean university level, the necessity and the prospect of ESP programs, and the problems that need to be solved before ESP expands in Korean universities.

      • 항장무와 가부끼의 춤사위에 따른 의상 및 소품·분장 분석

        Our nation is included in oriental cultural boundary and has a considerably individual and creative characteristic, comparing with other oriental countries. However, our culture does not show its reality under Japanese shadow due to the frailty of weak race and the lacking of theoretical consideration. In this aspect, this research compares our culture with Japanese culture so that it recognizes the excellence of our culture and generates the necessity of finding out the concrete fact that each country has its own identity and object despite the similarity of orientalism. Especially, among them, Hangjangmoo is the representative dance drama in the orient and has a unique aimed structure with a special channel that various dramas played by common people at the end of Josun dynasty were flowed in the royal court. Corresponding this kind of dance drama with similar structure, Gabuki is the representative dance drama of Japanese traditional art and has a complex and live tradition of Japanese culture so that it contains a deep and unique culture of Japan more than other Japanese arts. Therefore, this research compares the composing factors in public performance between Hangjangmoo in Korea and Gabuki in Japan, and through this, it investigates the similarity and difference and furthermore plans to generate the recognition of dance drama, reviving and develop the tradition beyond the simple succession. The result of this are described as follows. 1. After comparing the dance movement, it can be found that both in Hangjangmoo and Gabuki, there are scuffle, fierce dance movement, and action with fighting sword. 2. While the costume of Hangjangmoo shows the personality and social position of characters, Gabuki describes these ones through make-up and wig.

      • 잎담배 생산농가의 경작규모별 곁순방제 소요노동력 조사

        This study was carried out to decect efficient method of sucker control classifed by cultivation hectarage per farm in 57 farms selected in the main producing districts of flue-cured and burley tobacco. In topping, it was no difference of working hours by cultivation hectarage per farm in flue-cured and burley tobacco. Suckering was the best in working hours among working type, and the more cultivation hectarage per farm was small, the more working hours of topping, suckering and application of suckercide was increased. Application of system suckercide shows a decrease as compared with application of contact suckercide but the decrease of working hours in application of contact suckercide by cultivation hectarage per farm was larger than in system suckercide. 경작면적별 효율적인 곁순억제방법을 알아보고자 황색종 및 버어리종 주산지에서 57개 경작농가를 선정하여 조사한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 적심작업의 경우 황색종과 버어리종 모두 경작면적에 의한 노력소요량의 차이는 없었다. 2. 곁순제거작업은 다른 작업에 비해 노력소요량이 가장 많았고, 경작면적이 작을수록 노력소요량이 증가하였다. 3. 황색종과 버어리종 모두 침투성 곁순억제살포작업에 비해 접촉성 약제살포작업에서 노력소요량이 많았으나 경작면적이 큰 경우 접촉성 약제 살포작업 노력소요량 감소폭이 침투성 곁순억제제 살포작업에 대한 노력소요량 감소폭보다 컸다. 4. 각 작업에 대하여 농가간 최저 및 최고 노력소요량 차이가 큰 것으로 나타나 조사방법과 시기를 보완하여 보다 체계적이고 세밀한 조사가 추가적으로 이루어져야 할 필요가 있다.

      • β-naphthol 유도체 합성 및 항종양활성 검토

        Sythesis of β-naphthol derivatives and their anti-tumor activity were investigated. Binaphthol 1 obtained from β-naphthol by oxidative C-C bond formation(phenoloxydation) was converted into its derivatives. Treatment of 1 with POCl_3 followed by aziridine introduction gave phosphoryl aziridine 3. Also, diaziridine 5 was obtained from 1 by chlorination and successive aziridine introdution. Typical chemical transformation of 1 to obtain ester-type afforded compound 7 and 8. Compound 5 was the most effective derivative of the tested compounds on their anti-tumor activity.
