        Fluid-structure coupling effects on periodically transient flow of a single-blade sewage centrifugal pump

        A partitioned fluid-structure interaction (FSI) solving strategy that depends on problem characteristics is applied to quantitatively obtain the coupling effects of a fluid-structure system in a single-blade centrifugal pump on the unsteady flow. A two-way coupling method is employed to realize strong FSI effects in the calculation procedure. The successful impeller oscillation measurement using two proximity sensors validated the FSI simulation accuracy in a complicated and practical fluid-structure system having a rotating component. The results show that the hydrodynamic force deviation can be observed in the results for the coupled versus uncoupled cases. Additionally,the coupled unsteady pressure is larger than the uncoupled value for every monitoring point at every impeller rotation position. Comparison results for different monitoring points under an overload condition and partial-load condition display the same regularities. To some extent, this interaction mechanism would affect the accuracy and reliability of the unsteady flow and rotor deflection analysis.

        Low Resolution Rate Face Recognition Based on Multi-scale CNN

        For the problem that the face image of surveillance video cannot be accurately identified due to the low resolution, this paper proposes a low resolution face recognition solution based on convolutional neural network model. Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) model for multi-scale input The CNN model for multi-scale input is an improvement over the existing "two-step method" in which low-resolution images are up-sampled using a simple bi-cubic interpolation method. Then, the up sampled image and the high-resolution image are mixed as a model training sample. The CNN model learns the common feature space of the high- and low-resolution images, and then measures the feature similarity through the cosine distance. Finally, the recognition result is given. The experiments on the CMU PIE and Extended Yale B datasets show that the accuracy of the model is better than other comparison methods. Compared

        Human rights issue, especially the human rights protection question of the ethnic minority, is generally paid close attention to by nowadays international community. China is a unified multi nationality country, Chinese Government combines the history and culture of the Chinese ethnic minority and actual conditions of living in concentrated communities, have made the basic policy of solving China`s national problem, i.e. ensure right and interests of the ethnic minority through nationality`s regional system. The law of regional national autonomy, as one Basic Law, open the whole new page which establishes the national law, have stipulate that protects the basic principle of the ethnic minority, has stressed the position in the law of national problem, have offered the important legislative authority for the fact that the human rights of the ethnic minority is ensured. Thus enable us to clearly find out: Regional national autonomy task of law, to undertake, maintain national unity stabilize and ensure equal rights and regional autonomy right of ethnic minority, safeguard the fundamental interests of the country and ensure lawful right and interests of the national autonomous areas, safeguard the socialist ethnic relationship of Chinese various nationalities` equality,unity and mutual aid, in order to promote the mutual prosperity of Chinese various nationalities. This thesis, after introducing new China and setting up at first, the national autonomy state of the minority area of China, facilititate understanding the regional distribution situation of all ethnic minorities of China, basic state of local autonomy; Secondly, through the research the Chinese constitution and regional national autonomy legislate, weknow that protects the relevant legal contents of the ethnic minority. Pass the expansion of content of the Chinese constitution and regional national autonomy law, know Chinese Government protects policies implemented to the rights and interestses of the ethnic minority and minority area, and protect the system of the human rights of ethnic minority in relevant China.

      • The MTHFR C677T Polymorphism and Risk of Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia: an Updated Meta-analysis Based on 37 Case-control Studies

        Background: The C677T polymorphism of the methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) has been associated with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). However, results were conflicting. The aim of this study was to quantitatively summarize the evidence for the MTHFRC677T polymorphism and ALL risk. Methods: Electronic searches of PubMed and the Chinese Biomedicine database were conducted to select case-control studies containing available genotype frequencies of C677T and the odds ratio (OR) with 95% confidence interval (CI) was used to assess the strength of any association. Results: Case-control studies including 6,371 cases and 10,850 controls were identified. The meta-analysis stratified by ethnicity showed that individuals with the homozygous TT genotype had decreased risk of ALL (OR= 0.776, 95% CI: 0.687~0.877, p< 0.001) in Caucasians (OR= 0.715, 95% CI: 0.655~0.781, p= 0.000). However, results among Asians (OR=0.711, 95% CI: 0.591~1.005, p= 0.055) and others (OR=0.913, 95% CI: 0.656~1.271, p= 0. 590) did not suggest an association. A symmetric funnel plot, the Egger's test (P=0.093), and the Begg- test (P=0.072) were all suggestive of the lack of publication bias. Conclusion: This meta-analysis supports the idea that the MTHFR C677T genotype is associated with risk of ALL in Caucasians. To draw comprehensive and true conclusions, further prospective studies with larger numbers of participants worldwide are needed to examine associations between the MTHFRC677T polymorphism and ALL.

      • EMBRYOS OF EARLY CRETACEOUS CHORISTODERA (REPTILIA) FROM THE JEHOL BIOTA IN WESTERN LIAONING, CHINA

        Choristodera는 잘 알려지지 않은 그룹이지만 매우 독특한 해양 파충류로 후기 트라이아스기에서부터 후기 올리고세까지 아시아, 북미, 유럽에 걸쳐 산출된다. 비록 수천 개의 choristodera 표본이 중국 전기 백악기 Jehol biota에서 수집되었지만 바다거북처럼 난태생이였는지 Pachypleurosauria (해양파충류) Keichousaurus hui처럼 태생이었는지 아직 확실하게 밝혀지지 않았다. 우리는 이 논문에서 중국 서부 요녕성의 Jiufotang층에서 산출된 가죽질의 알껍데기가 함께 잘 보존된 Hyphalosaurus baitaigouensis (파충류, Choristodera)를 보고한다. 이것은 Hyphalosaurus baitai-gouensis 같은 choristoderian 파충류가 남중국 Guizhou에서 산출된 후기 트라이아스기 Keichousaurus hui처럼 태생이었을 것임을 지시하는 직접적인 첫 번째 증거다. The Choristodera is a poorly known clade, but very a distinctive group of aquatic reptiles, which has been found from the Late Triassic to the Late Oligocene in Asia, North America and Europe. Although thousands of choristoderian specimens have been collected from the Early Cretaceous non-marine beds in Liaoning, China, no direct evidences have been found to determine whether they were oviparous like sea turtles or viviparous like Keichousaurus hui of Pacbypleurosauria (marine reptiles). Here we report a well-preserved specimen of Hyphalosaurus baitaigouensis with leathery embryonic eggs from the Jiufotang Formation in western Liaoning, China. It provides the first direct evidence to indicate that choristoderian reptiles are most likely viviparous like Late Triassic Keichousaurus hui from Guizhou, Southern China.

        中國 經濟憲法의 變遷과 經濟秩序의 形成 軌迹

        We may divide Chinese history into three steps according to the social and economic situations since the establishment of the People's Republic of China. Those are the Restoration of wealth, the Cultural Revolution, and the Reform and Open time. Each the time, They have the economical characters. And they are closely connected with each constitution. This paper shows the relationship between economical situations and constitution and also their changes. Since 1966 the Cultural Revolution of China was in the middle of chaos itself for 10 years. But with Mao Zedong's death, the Cultural Revolution finished. During that time, economy collapsed. The Reform and Open began in the 1978. Since that time, the character of economy has changed in quality. It made chinese economy wealthy and progressive. China have developed most for 50s years after her establishment. In 1982, the current constitution was established for the adaptation of the political and economical situation. And then it has been three times of the constitution's revision. The revisions were connected with the social and economical paradigm of china. China had been the planned economy system. But Reform and Open made China to be the market economic. And it means that China chose the mixed economy system. For the establishment and three times' revisions of constitution, China accepted a lot of things as economic subject in addition to government. Under the established constitution, communism and nationalism also were the main current. With constitution having been amended, the characters of capitalism and liberalism have been chosen. China has been developed in the area of society and economy, according as the constitution has changed.
