小型 Solar Pond 內에 鹽度變化에 따른 溫度와 密度樣相에 관한 實驗的 硏究

A salt-gradient solar pond is a body of saline water which performsas a collector of solar energy and long-term thermal storage system. Salt-gradient solar ponds usually consist of three direct zones: an upper convective zone, a nonconvective gradient zone and a bottom convective zone. The increased density in non-convective-layer, as a result of salt concentration, counterbalance the decrease in density due to thermal expansion caused by solar heating and thus prevents convective circulation. For this purpose, experimental apparatus was made, and temperature, density brine in test pond were measured by pycnometer that was moving vertically. The testing situations and states for data taken were as follows: The test pond is of 0.5m wide, 0.5m high, 1.0m long, 7.1cm of suction height of diffuser above the tank bottom, 1.8cm of discharge height of diffuser above the tank bottom, 0.3 cm of slot size of sunction diffuser, 1.0 cm of slot size of discharge diffuser, 47 cm of diffuser slot length, heating method of circulation of hot water(75℃) through hot water tank, the extraction method of circulation storage brine into a heat exchanger external to the pond. In small test solar pond, confirmed the typical three zone which showed up in real solar pond. The results obtained are as follows: 1. When the salt concentration was constant and flow rate of extration hot brine increased, the density and temperature of storage zone tended to decrease and the temperature of upper convective layer tended to decrease respectively. But the density of upper convective layer tended to increase slowly. 2. The content of salt resulted in the salinity variation had a great influence on typical three zone, then the temperature and density of each layer changed directly. 3. They, that is density and temperature profile, stability governing parameter (Richardson number, Froude number) and visual observation, made use of confirming the height of interface, but the absolute value of it accorded with one another perfectly, tended to be closely according to the high salinity. In this experiment the interface stability level was identitied at a level 18.7 cm or so above the test tank bottom. 4. Optimal operating condition in the test pond as follows: 10% of salt concentration, 0.05 ㎥/h of flow rate of extraction hot brine.

Objectives : Risperidone and olanzapine, which are atypical antipsychotics. are widely used in the treatment of schizophrenia as the 1st line drug, proving their effectiveness for both positive and negative symptoms. They also have many advantages even from the side effects. However, they show differences with the chemical structure and pharmacokinetics and they work differently to receptors. Researchers have studied the effect and side effect during the acute phase of schizophrenia as an open prospective study. Methods : Forty subjects with DSM-IV schizophrenia or schizoaffective patients including 1) 1st onset schizophrenia patient, 2) patient who has been treated by the prior antipsychotics and not improved or even worse to be admitted again, were assigned to receive risperidone or olanzapine for 6 weeks. Psychopathology, adverse effect. weight change, fasting serum glucose, and drug cost were compared within and across groups. Results : After 6 weeks later both treatment groups showed the significant decrease in PANSS positive, general psychopathology and total score while they did not show any significant difference between two groups. Risperidone group, however. showed the significant decrease in PANS negative score, which olanzapine group did not. In terms of adverse effect risperidone group showed more extrapyramidal symptom than olanzapine group. Body weight rised significantly after Gweeks, but no significant difference between two treatment groups. There were no significant indrease of fasting serum glucose level. Conclusions : Risperidone and olanzapine are effective drugs which can be used during the acute phase of schizophrenia. Risperidone is expected to shorten the admission day and remission of the symptom of acute phase, mile olarizapine is more advantage in a neurologic side effect than rispendone.

On the discussion of food safety, the majority of China"s scholars believe that the food manufacturer should responsible for its inferior productis, The food manufacturer should be punished by government more than that of wholesaler retailer. But the punishment produces less effect on the food manufacturer"s adverse selection. This paper establishes a three-sector model, and analyzes empirically the distribution of benefits among food manufacturer, wholesaler and retailer. The research result shows that the unreasonable distribution of benefits resulting in manufacturer"s adverse selection on food safety in supply chain. Therefore, in order to improve the governance of food quality and safety, government should concern about the distribution of benefits among food manufacturer, wholesaler and retailer in supply chain. Based on the above analysis, this paper puts forward some corresponding recommendations.
Detection of Cucumber Powdery Mildew Based on Spectral and Image Information

Purpose The aim of this study was to fi nd the optimal detection method for cucumber powdery mildew and improve the identifi cation effi ciency. Methods Image segmentation technology was used to extract spot images and grade classifi cation of powdery mildew. The relationship between powdery mildew spot and spectral refl ectance and intensity was studied. The powdery mildew detection model was established by using qualitative analysis and quantitative prediction methods combined with greenness ( a* ) indices of cucumber leaves. Results There were strong positive correlations between greenness and spectrum in some characteristic bands. Through the extraction of disease spot images and disease classifi cation, it was found that the higher the disease grade of leaves was, the higher the spectral refl ectivity and fl uorescence intensity. In the quantitative prediction model, the R 2 of the NIR spectrum was improved (0.8742) after MSC and SPA, and the eff ect of the fl uorescence spectrum model was not ideal. In the qualitative discriminant model, KNN and ensemble subspace discriminant were obtained for two kinds of spectra, and the identifi cation accuracy of the qualitative model was 97.5% after verifi cation. Conclusion An NIR spectral model can be used for the quantitative prediction of cucumber powdery mildew. The qualitative discriminant model had high accuracy for cucumber powdery mildew.

<P>Collagen-induced platelet signaling is mediated by binding to the primary receptor glycoprotein VI (GPVI). Reactive oxygen species produced in response to collagen have been found to be responsible for the propagation of GPVI signaling pathways in platelets. Therefore, it has been suggested that antioxidant enzymes could down-regulate GPVI-stimulated platelet activation. Although the antioxidant enzyme peroxiredoxin II (PrxII) has emerged as having a role in negatively regulating signaling through various receptors by eliminating H<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>2</SUB> generated upon receptor stimulation, the function of PrxII in collagen-stimulated platelets is not known. We tested the hypothesis that PrxII negatively regulates collagen-stimulated platelet activation. We analyzed PrxII-deficient murine platelets. PrxII deficiency enhanced GPVI-mediated platelet activation through the defective elimination of H<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>2</SUB> and the impaired protection of SH2 domain-containing tyrosine phosphatase 2 (SHP-2) against oxidative inactivation, which resulted in increased tyrosine phosphorylation of key components for the GPVI signaling cascade, including Syk, Btk, and phospholipase Cγ2. Interestingly, PrxII-mediated antioxidative protection of SHP-2 appeared to occur in the lipid rafts. PrxII-deficient platelets exhibited increased adhesion and aggregation upon collagen stimulation. Furthermore, <I>in vivo</I> experiments demonstrated that PrxII deficiency facilitated platelet-dependent thrombus formation in injured carotid arteries. This study reveals that PrxII functions as a protective antioxidant enzyme against collagen-stimulated platelet activation and platelet-dependent thrombosis.</P>
