        일반논문 : 김유정의『동백꽃』의 갈등과 소통의 문제

        Kim Yu Jeong`s "Dongbaekggo" was analyzed for this study. In particular the love relationship between the boy and Jeomsun was analyzed. The boy who was from a poor family, and the girl, Jeomsun, who was born with a silver spoon in her mouth, had problems with communication during her time of slumming; the problems were dealt with very humorously in "Dongbaekggo." "Dongbaekggo" structural and content studies, which have focused on the difficult relationship between the boy and Jeomsun, have mainly focused on the class contradictions. Therefore, this study will focus on the problems and reconciliations, and the failures and successes which come with such a situation. The background is an old, rural village, and those who are involved in the unfolding of the romance between a boy and a girl help bring laughter during the time of the love tug-o-war, which makes everything feel more beautiful. In "Dongbaekggo," the extroverted, aggressive, and strong minded Jeomsun`s own love is represented through the potato and the cockfighting (both signifiers), and through those actions Jeomsun wants to reach the boy, who is a sharecropper`s son. Symbolically, Jeomsun is aggressive with the potato (signifier) and the warm feelings (the signified). However, the boy can`t quite grasp and misreads the true meaning of the signifier and the signified. Jeomsun aggressively pulls the boy`s attention through the chicken (signifier). Even though the chicken is a signifier of Jeomsun`s own opinions, to the boy, because of the value he puts on life, problems appear more quickly. The problems between the clever and active young girl and the simple and honest adolescent boy progress throughout "Dongbaekggo" to a more exciting climax. The communication between Jeomsun and the boy becomes more ironically fun in the story, and help maximize the fun as the accomplishment of the love approaches. In the end, "Dongbaekggo" the pure love between the boy and Jeomsun bring about many conflicts, which help achieve the fulfillment of the love as the resolution of the story progresses.

      • 독성물질의 세포사 기전 및 세포사 유발물질의 검색법 개발에 관한 연구(Ⅰ) : 독성물질로 인한 파킨슨병 모델에서의 세포사 기전 연구 Study on the cell-death mechanisms of toxin-induced parkinsonism

        MPTP 독성물질이 도파민성 신경세포에 선택적으로 작용하여 산화성 손상에 의한 신경세포사를 일으키는 것을 이용하여 파킨슨병의 동물모델을 만들고, 이를 통해서 아폼토시스를 비롯한 포사의 기전에 대한 연구 및 너코틴의 신경세포 보호효과 여부를 판정하는 실험을 병행하고자 하였다. 파킨슨꾐의 동물모델을 MPTf 독성 물질을 이용하여 확립하였으며, MPTP(30mgag, i.p.)를 투여한 후 1, 2,3, 4, 5일째 흑질 조직을 채춰하여 tarm로 박걸하여 tyrosine hydroxylase 면역조직화학염색을 수행하여 cell countif우한 결과, control은 57.635ce11s, 1일째 친.OfDells,2일째 57.9±6cells,3일릴 없.3±죠ells, 4일째 49.0츠3cells, 5일째 39.4±Scells료 4, 3일째 뚜렷한 신경세포 수의 감소를 보였다. 신경세포사 기전 규명을 위한 아폼토시스 분걱에서는 벼PTP 투여 후 1, 2, 3, 4, 5일째 조직을 채취하여 Hoechst staining, TUNEL staining을 수곡하였는데 양성 반응을 보인 신경세포는 관찰되지 않아. 아폼토시스로 인한 세포사가 관찰되지 않았다. bIPTP 파킨슨병 동물모델에서 nicotine 보호효과 탐색에 관한 실험은 nicat푸e 0.2mgAg을 5일 퐁안 투여 후 리『fP(30mgag)를 CS7Bt/6 마은스에 복강 내주사로 nicotine과 병용 투여한 후 1, 2, 3, 4, 5일째 뇌를 적출하땄다. 신경세포사가 뚜렷이 관찰되기 시작하는 4, 5일째의 신경세포 수의 감소 정도를 20. 30% 정도 약화시키는 경향을 보였으나, nicotine 보호효과에 대한 추가 실헝이 현재 수행 중에 있다. The cause of Parkinson's disease (PD) is largely unknown. However, free radical toxicit? may plaf a role ip. the degeneration of substantia nigra, which is the Hajorfocus of pathological damages in PD. Recently, a neuroprotective effect of nicotine in PD has been suggested. Therefore, the mechanism of neurodegenerafion and protective potential o( nicotine in PD were investigated in the experimental modeB of Pll using a neurotoxin, C57BL/6mice were administered with 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine (MPTP, 30 mg/kg,j.p.). The degree of neurodegenerafion was determined by immunohistochemical stainiHB oftyrosine hydroxylase (TH). TH-positive cells on nigral sections were found 56.0 ±4, 57.9 ±6,52.315ce11s, 49.0±3cells, and 39,4±Scells at days 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, respectively (controls : 57.6±Scells). Hoechst and TUNEL staining showed no evidence of apoptosis. The exandnation on themice co-adrunistered with nicotine(0.2mgAg) and MPTP(30mgag) revealed a tendency ofnicotine protective effects. At days 4 and 5, the degree of TH-positive cells was decreased by20-30%, In corclusiffn, the role of apoptosis was not evidenced in this MPTP modeB of PB.The possible proteccon by nicotine should be elucidated with further studies.

        In the present study, we investigated possible mechanism for the triggered global CaH wave from local Ca2+ wave in atrial myocytes under shear stress. Shear stress was applied onto single cells isolated from rat atria and two-dimensional confocal Ca2+ imaging was performed to measure Ca2+ signal. Shear stress of 16 dyn/cm2 induced local Ca2+ wave, which was followed by a rapid transverse global Ca2+ wave inhibition of Na + -ci+ exchange using KB-R7943 suppressed the occurrence of rapid transverse wave ob served under shear stress, but not the shear-induced local wave. in the presence of this chemical local wave was developed to global wave under shear stress which results in slower time to peak of peripheral and central CaH transients. As the preceding local Ca"+ wave signal was higher, the latency of the occurrence of transverse global wave was shorter, suggesting Ca2+ dependence of transverse Ca2+ wave. The results sug-gest that shear stress may activate Na+ -Ca2+ exchange via local CaZ+ wave, triggering the rapid global Ca2+ wave

      • 배양골세포 이식이 치조골재생에 미치는 영향

        This study was performed to estimate the effects of cultured bone cell inoculated on porous type hydroxyaptite for the regeneration of the artificial alveolar bone defect. In this experiment 3 beagle dogs were used, and each of them were divided into right and left mandible. Every surgical intervention were performed under the general anesthesia by using with intravenous injection of Pentobarbital sodium (30mg/Kg). To reduce the gingival bleeding during surgery, operative site was injected with Lidocaine hydrochloride (1:80,000 Epinephrine) as local anesthesia. After surgery experimental animal were feeded with soft diet(Mighty dog, Frisies Co., U.S.A.) for 1 weeks to avoid irritaion to soft tissue by food. 2 months before surgery both side of mandibular 1st premolar were extracted and bone chips from mandibular body were obtained from all animals. Bone cells were cultured from bone chips obtained from mandible with Dulbecco's Modified Essential Medium contained with 10% Fetal Bovine Serum under the conventional conditions. Porous type hydroxyapatite were immerse into the high concentrated cell suspension solution, and put 4 hours for attachment the cells on the surface of hydroxyapatite. Graft material were inserted on the artificial bone defect after 3 days of culture. Before insertion of cell-inoculated graft material, scanning electronic microscopic observation were performed to confirm the attachment and spreading of cell on the hydroxyapatite surface. 3 artificial bone defects were made with bone trephine drill on Abe both side of mandible of the experimental animal. First defect was designed without insertion of graft material as negative control, second was filled with porous replaniineform hydroxyapatite inoculated with cultured bone marrow cells as expermiental site, and third was filled with graft materials only as positive control. The size of every artificial bone defect was 3 mm in diameter and 3 mm in depth. After the every surgical intervention of animals, oral hygiene program were performed with 0.1% chlorhexidine digluconate. All of the animals were sacrificed at 2, 4, 6 weeks after surgery. For obtaining histological section, tissus were fixed in 2.5% Glutaldehyde and decalcified with Planko-Rycho Solution for 72 hr. Tissue embeding was performed in paraffin and cut parallel to the surface of mandibular body. Section in Bum thickness of tissue was done and stained with Hematoxylin-Eosin. All the specimens were observed under the light microscopy. The following results were obtained. 1. In the case of control site which has no graft material, less inflammatory cell infiltration and rapid new bone forming tendency were revealed compared with experimental groups. But bone surface were observed depression pattern on defect area because of soft tissue invasion into the artificial bone defect during the experimental period. 2. In the porous hydroxyapatite only group, inflammatory cell infiltration was prominet and dense connective tissue were encapsulated around grafted materials. osteoblastic activity in the early stage after surgery was low to compared with grafted with bone cells. 3. In the case of porous hydroxyapatite inoculated with bone cell, less inflammatory cell infiltration and rapid new bone formation activity was revealed than hydroxyapatite only group. Active new bone formation were observed in the early stage of control group. 4. The origin of new bone forming was revealed not from the center of, defected area but from the surface of preexisting bony wall on every specimen. 5. In this experiment, osteoclastic cell was not found around grafted materials, and fibrovascular invasion into regions with no noticeable foreign body reaction. Conclusively, the cultured bone cell inoculated onto the porous hydroxyapatite may have an important role of regeneration of artificial bone defects of alveolar bone.

      • 교육부의 주기별 대학평가 정책과 관리자 관점에서의 시사점

        As an institution of higher education, universities play an important role in the future development of a country in education and research. Universities have long been called ivory towers, but today there is a controversy over whether to respond appropriately to the supply of educational services compared to social expectations and demand. On the other hand, as it has been subject to evaluation by various institutions, universities are investing a lot of manpower and time to prepare for evaluation prior to carrying out their essential functions of education, research, and volunteer activities. One of the most important evaluations is the evaluation system being conducted by the government. The government is also exposed to an unavoidable environment. Representatively, the rapid environmental change surrounding the university due to the possibility of devastation of higher education institutions due to the rapid decline of the school-age population increases the difficulty of policy establishment and execution by the policy authorities, and it can be said to be a more confusing situation from the university standpoint. However, regardless of any difficulties, universities will have to perform their own functions. For this, necessary resources must be secured, and an efficient operation system and performance management system must be established. The government's university evaluation seems to be focusing on this area. This study first attempts to grasp the characteristics of the Ministry of Education's university evaluation system three times until recently. From the standpoint of the manager in charge of the management of the university, I would like to find a way for the university to fulfill its original function and to be free from evaluation.

      • 土工을 中心으로 한 林道網 配置 計劃에 關한 硏究 : 白雲山 演習林 地區를 對象으로 Application in Mt. Baekwoon Research Forest

        This study was aimed at determining the rational forest road networks in mountainous terrain forests by using the developed computer model. The computer model used for this study is composed of two major subroutines for digital terrain analysis and road-route selection, and the road-route selection subroutine uses the area-partitioning method in order to fully investigate alternative roading routes and to determine the layout of forest roads. The developed computer model was applied to designing a road network for the Research Forest of Seoul National University. The forest having an area of about 11,000 hectares is located in Mt. Baekwoon region of Kwangyang-gun and Gurye-gun in Chulanam-do. To evaluate the optimality of the determined road networks in this study, such factors as the average skidding distance, accessibility to forest stands, development index and circulated road network index were measured. The results of the optimality analysis of the road network is good and practicable.

        제지폐수의 응집특성에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 우유팩을 이용하여 재생용 화장지를 만드는 제지공장의 제지폐수를 이용하여 폐수의 침강특성 및 SS, BOD_5, 제거 효율을 검토하고, Jar-tester를 이용하여 급속교반시간, 완속교반 시간에 따른 탁도, SS, BOD_5 및 최적 응집제 주입량을 결정하였다. 각종 응집제 첨가 및 침강 특성에 의한 탁도제거의 효율을 측정하였다. 적정 응집제 첨가량, 급속교반 및 완속교반의 시간에 따른 처리 효율의 이론식을 제시하였다. 또한 응집제 Polyalunlinium chloride(PAC) 및 Aluminium sulfate의 응집 비교 실험을 행하였다. Sedimentation characteristics SS, BOD_5 and removal efficiency of waste water in the tissue paper mill using milk carton were examined. Optimum dosage of coagulant, rapid mixing time and slow mixing time were determined by turbidity. SS and S-BOD_5 and then equation for treatment efficiency was suggested. For the coagulant, polyalumimium chloride(PAC) are compared with a little better efficiency compare to the aluminium sulfate.

      • 3축 자세 제어용 센서 시스템의 구현

        In this paper, were developed the 3 axes attitude control sensor system to control and monitoring the moving object. The proposed sensor system has been studied in Japan, America for a year ago. But it is high expensive and has a difficulty in application. To overcome these problems, proposed the 3 axes attitude control sensor system is low cost and easily applied. Proposed sensor system is equipped with the 3 gyro sensors, 2 tilt sensors and 3 MR sensors using 80C51 microprocessor for signal processing. It's output value transmit at long distance using RS232 serial communication protocol. We expect this system shall have a good performances in many applications of control and monitoring the moving object.
