C_57BL/6계 생쥐와 Nude계 생쥐의 오금림프절내 림프소절 및 종자중심의 분포에 관한 3차원적 연구

This study was aimed to clarify the distribution of lymph follicles and germinal centers in the lymph nodes of the C_57BL/6 and nude strain mice. Male adult mice were used in this study. After animal were sacrificed, the right popliteal lymph nodes were removed and fixed in Zenker-formol solution for 3 hours and embedded in JB-4 resin. One of every two section, cut 3㎛ in thickness serially, was stained with May-Gru‥nwald and Giemsa solution. The results obtained from this study were as follows; 1. The number of lymph follicles per popliteal lymph node was average 11.25 C_57BL/6 mice but, the number of lymph follicles in nude mice was 20.25. In C_57BL/6 mice major distribution(8.5) of the lymph follicles situated in peripheral cortex overlying the unit(PCOU). In unde mice major distribution(14) is peripheral cortex beyond the unit(PCBU). 2. The thickness of most lymph follicles was between 0.01-0.19 mm in C_57BL/6 mice. But in nude mice the thickness of most of lymph follicles was between 0.20-0.39mm 3. The number of lymph follicies contained germinal center was 8.75 in nude mice. But C_57BL/ 6 mice was not observed germinal centers. 4. The average number of deep cortex is 1.5 and shape is semiovoid in C_57BL/6 mice. Spherical shaped deep cortex was observed and the number of that is one in nude mice. In stained section low density deep cortex was observed in nude mice specifically. 5. The size of lymph follicle in C_57BL/6 mice is 0.405mm and in nude mice 0.795mm

Ignitability of explosive gas mixture by spark of dry cell in case of short circuit by accident was studied for the purpose of evaluation of intrinsically safe characteristics of dry cell that manufactured in Korea. IEC type spark test apparatus, 21±2[vol%] of hydrogen-air mixture, and dry cell that produced in Korea was used for the experiment. The result of this research could be used for design, manufacturing and using the intrinsically safe electrical apparatus.

In this paper, the applicability of connectionist network is tested against CP rating. A three-layered Connectionist network is designed, and of which performance in learning agency judgement of CP rating is assessed, and compared with prediction model derived from multiple discriminant analysis. The results show that connectionist network outperforms MDA, and can be use to develop a more accurate prediction model for CP rating.

Investigating Directives in Korean: Advice and Suggestion Jee-Won Hahn (Kyung-Hee University) Even though it is based on a small number of responses, this study provides some interesting findings and implications for two directive speech acts. Advice and suggestion are examined from three aspects: conceptual, situational, and linguistic. These speech acts are shown to present similarities and differences as well. From a conceptual aspect, a set of semantic features are identified to distinguish advice and suggestion. The situational dimension offers the insight into the speech act theory (Searle and Venderveken 1985) to understand the condition for determining directive speech acts. Finally, linguistic realizations present various strategies employed for performing an act. Compared to advice, due to weakening illocutionary force, suggestion tends to be simplified in types of linguistic strategies. In addition, this study argues that a sentence-based approach needs to be complemented by a variety of pragmatic devices when it comes to the English-learning environment.
보릿짚의 수분함량 및 수확시기가 소각시 대기오염물질 발생에 미치는 영향

영남지방 벼-보리 이모작답에서 가장 널리 시행되고 있는 보릿짚 처리방법인 소각이 대기환경에 미치는 영향을 소각시 발생하는 온난화가스, 대기오염가스 및 분진발생량을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 보릿짚 소각시 온난화가스 발생량은 CO₂376.8, CH₄ 1.56, N₂O 0.05 kg/10a 로서 CO₂의 발생량이 가장 많았으며, 대기 오염가스 중에는 유기물의 불완전 연소시 배출되는 CO발생량이 28.8 kg/10a로서 가장 많았다. 그 외 SO₂ H₂S, NH₃, NO등의 질소 및 황 함유 유해가스도 소량 발생되었고 발생된 PM 10 분진의 대부분은 인체에 미치는 영향이 PM 10보다 큰 PM 2.5로 이루어져 있었다. 또한 수확시기가 빠르거나 수분함량이 높은 보릿짚일수록 온난화가스 및 대기오염 가스의 발생량이 증가하고 소각 연기내 PM 10 분진중 PM 2.5의 미세분진 비중이 높았다. 수확적기로 알려진 출수 40일 이후의 보릿짚은 출수 후 40일된 보릿짚 소각시 발생하는 대기오염가스 발생량과 큰 차이가 없었다. This study was carried out to determine impacts of burning of barley straw produced from rice-barley double cropping paddy field on air quality by investigating emissions of greenhouse gases (CO₂, CH₄ and N₂O), air pollution gases (CO, SO₂, H₂S, NH₃ and NO) and particulate matters (PM 10 and PM 2.5). When the barley straw at a rate of 4.5 t/ha was burned at open status, the emitted GHGs amounts were CO₂ 376.8 kg/10a, CH₄ 1.56 and N₂O 0.06. The amount of CO emission was the largest among air pollution gases. These results showed that the range of 45~55% of total C in barley straw was emitted as CO₂-C, followed by CO-C (6.4~5.9%) and CH₄-C (0.5~0.7%). As far as moisture content in barley straw is concerned, the higher moisture content that the barley straw contains, the larger amount of air pollution gases and the higher portion of PM 2.5 in PM 10 were emitted when it burned. In case of harvesting time of barley straw, emission amounts of greenhouse, air pollution gases and PM 2.5 portion in PM 10 had tendency to increase when earlier harvested barley straw was burned.

본 연구의 목적은 골프웨어 소비자들을 대상으로 전반적은 구매행동(구매 시 상품선택요인의 중요도, 구매 시 정보원의 활용도, 아이템 소유현황, 구매목적, 구매횟수, 브랜드 선호도)의 특성을 연구하고 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 상품선택요인의 중요도와 정보원의 활용의 차이를 규명하는 것을 그 목적으로 하였다. 측정도구로는 선행연구들을 토대로 연구자가 수정ㆍ보완한 설문지를 사용하였고, 응답자의 구매 행동에 관한 문항과 인구통계적 특성 문항으로 구성되었다. 조사대상은 서울과 경기지역의 30대 미만에서 70대 이상까지 골프를 하는 남녀 소비자를 대상으로 총 530부의 설문지를 배부하여 그 중 452부를 본 연구의 최종 분석자료로 사용하였다. 자료의 분석을 위해 빈도분석과 백분율, Cronbach's α계수, 상관분석, t-test, 분산분석(ANOVA), Tukey's test 등의 통계분석기법을 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 골프웨어의 구매목적에서는 골프와 일상복으로 겸한다는 응답자와, 구매횟수에서는 계절이 바뀔 때마다 구매한다는 응답자가 가장 많았다. 인구통계학적 변인에 따라 구매 시 상품선택요인의 중요도와 정보원의 활동도에서 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. The purposes of the study were to understand general purchasing behavior of golf wear consumers and to figure out differences in purchasing behaviors and use of information according to demographic characteristics. As a measuring tool, the questionnaire was developed by the researchers based on previous studies. And the questionnaire consists of questions regarding purchasing behavior of golf wear consumers and demographical characteristics. The total of 530 questionnaires were distributed to male and female golfers, and 452 ones were used for the analysis. For data analysis, frequency analysis, Cronbach's α coefficient, t-test, ANOVA and Tukey's test were used. The findings from the study were summarized as follows: 1) Golf wear was used as active golf wear as well as everyday casual wear. 2) There were differences in importance of merchandise selection factors according to consumers' demographic characteristics. 3) There were differences in use of information source when selecting golf wear as a merchandise according to consumers' demographic characteristics.

Silicon-to-silicon anodic bonding was accomplished using lithium doped interlayer. Lithium doped interlayers were deposited on silicon substrates by electron beam evaporation, which has a fast deposition rate compared with sputtering method. Silicon-to-silicon bonding occurs in the range of temperatures from 250℃ to 300℃ with the applied voltages from 70V_(DC) to 100V_(DC). The bonding strength obtained from tensile test was about 5MPa under the condition of 80V_(DC) in 300℃. The surface morphology of lithium doped interlayer was studied with the atomic force microscopy (AFM). Finally, secondary ion mass spectroscopy (SIMS) analysis was carried out in order to investigate the role of the lithium ions in bonding mechanism.
주파수도약방식에서 비트동기추적장치의 성능개선에 관한 연구

기존의 Nonuniform ADPLL방식은 수신시 잡음이 증가하는 환경에서 비트 슬립 발생 확률이 높고 레벨 천이가 없는 데이타가 지속될때 tracking 범위를 벗어날 가능성이 있다. 본 논문에서는 Nonuniform ADPLL에 비해 신호대 잡음비가 우수한 ESNT(Error Symbol NotTracking) 알고리즘을 이용한 window tracking ADPLL 방식의 비트동기추적장치를 제안하였다. 재밍 환경을 가정하여 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션한 결과 기존의 방식보다 위상오차 분포특성은 양호한 결과를 얻었으며, 특히 -30dB에서 N=4,M=6일때 기존의 방식은 8번, 제안된 방식은 1번의 비트슬립을 얻었다. In this study, the synchronization method of Frequency Hopping system was examined. We suggest the new class of bit synchronization algorithm using ADPLL in order to replace conventional ones which present various problems. In new bit synchronizer designed by suggested algorithm, ESNT (Error Symbol Not Tracking) and Window Tracking Filter concepts are applied of improving phase error and bit slip characteristics. Througth computer simulations, the performence of Window Tracking ADPLL is compared with conventional Nonuniform ADPLL. As a result, the new one shows better phase error and bit slip performances.
