크리스티앙 라크로와(Chiristian Lacroix)의 디자인 특성 고찰

I would like to investigate the way how Christian Lacroix(1951~) has kept his unique individuality and creativity intact, in the background of fashion world which is the versatility itself. The characteristics of his design and its changes were shown socially, especially with emphasis on the aspect of its chronological changes. His works might be categorized in three periodical blocks. His first period works(1987-1993) were tinted with folk costume like the one in southern France and Spain, in a traditional way. The colors, forms and patterns of his works are all powerful and were merged into a remarkably gorgeous one, added by trrimming technique like frills and ruffles formed in old costumes. In the second period works(1994-1997), the traditionality and ornamentality were predominant traits in view of X-shilhouette taken from the idea of baroque. rococo and bustle style, and surface decoration which is quite exquisite and in high quality made In hand, in the third period works(1998-2001), the natural tubular silhouette were employed, giving sense of snugness and free movement. The various material taken from natural and relatively coarse resources are mainly used. His uique creativity and individuality was maintained and improved, not being hrmed by modification of his design according to the fashion trend of its age, with steadfast adherence to the idea of the traditionality and ornamentality.

Bombyx mandarina (Lepidoptera: Bombycidae), the presumed ancestor of B. mori, has long been a subject of study to illustrate the geographic relationships in connection with origin of B. mori. We report 97 mitochondrial genome (mitogenome) sequences of B. mandarina collected from Korea and Japan. Phylogenetic and population genetic analyses showed that all individuals of B. mandarina collected in Korean localities formed a strong group together with all individuals originated from northern China (mainly north of the Qinling-Huaihe line) and some of southern China. This group was placed as the sister group to B. mori strians suggesting that this group had been served as an immediate progenitor for B. mori.

Lepidoptera is one of the largest insect orders, but the phylogenetic relationships within this order, have yet to be completely described. One of the unresolved relationships includes the monophyly of Papilionoidea in relationship with the monotypic superfamily Hesperioidea. We newly sequenced five hesperid mitochondrial genomes (mitogenomes), representing four subfamilies: Pyrginae (Daimio tethys and Lobocla bifasciatus), Coeliadinae (Choaspes benjaminii), and Hesperiinae (Potanthus flavus), and Heteropterinae (Carterocephalus silvicola). Along with these newly sequenced hesperid genomes phylogenetic analysis was conducted with all available lepidopteran mitogenomes including three reported species of Hesperiidae that consisted of ~70 species in ten lepidopteran superfamilies. The test for the effect of optimization schemes, such as exclusion and inclusion of third codon position of 13 PCGs, other genes (22 tRNAs and two rRNAs), and with and without partitions also was performed. Majority of datasets consistently placed the monophyletic Hesperiidae the sister to ((Pieridae + Lycaenidae) + Nymphalidae), placing another true butterfly family Papilionidae as the basal lineage of this group, presenting the relationships (Papilionidae + (Hesperiidae + ((Pieridae + Lycaenidae) + Nymphalidae))). Consistent to previous result, Pyraloidea was placed as the sister to ((Bombycoidea + Geometroidea) + Noctuoidea), placing the Macrolepidoptera as non-monophyletic group.
Rheological Properties of Soyprotein Dope

게살과 구조적으로 유사한 대두단백 섬유는 dope를 방사하여 얻은 것으로, 대두단백의 dispersion이나 dope의 성질에 의존한다. 대두단백섬유의 출발물질인 대두단백의 dispersion과 dope의 동적 물성을 측정함으로서 그들의 점탄성을 조사하였다. 단백질 농도가 증가할때 dispersion이나 dope 모두 단백질간의 상호반응이 일어났다. Dispersion에 알칼리 용액을 넣은 dope는 고분자 중합물질에 상호연결된 특성을 나타내었다. 반면에 dispersion에서는 무정형 중합물질의 특성이 나타났다. Dispersion에 대한 화학변형이 동적물성에 미치는 영향도 관찰하였다. The dynamic rheological properties of the dope and the hydrated disperson of the soyprotein, as a starting material of soyprotein fiber, were studied to investigate their viscoelastic properties. The increase of protein concentration in the both cases of the rope cases of the dope and the dispersion resulted in the establishment of intermolecular reation of the protein. With the addition of alkali solution to the dispersion, the dope shows the characteristics of very lightly cross-linked high molecular weight polymer. In constrast, the dispersion shows the properties of an amorphorous polymer. The effects of chemical modification of the dispersion on the dynamic properties were also investigated.

The complete mitochondrial genome sequence of the nerippe fritillary butterfly, Argynnis nerippe, which is listed as an endangered species in Korea, is described with an emphasis on the A+T-rich region. The 15,140-bp long circular molecule consisted of 13 protein-coding genes, two rRNA genes, 22 tRNA genes and one control region, known in insect as the A+T-rich region, as found in typical metazoans. The 329-bp long A+T-rich region located between srRNA and tRNAMet possessed the highest A/T content (95.7%) than any other region of the genome. Along with the several conserved sequences found typically in the lepidopteran insects the genome contained one tRNAMet-like and tRNALeu(UUR) -like sequence in the A+T-rich region.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the street style of women in Dalian, China. 1.185 females of Dalian central street have participated for the survey of this study. This study analyzes characterization of the street style and, classifies it`s characteristics by age groups, clothing styles, and clothing items. There are three outcomes due to the aim of this study, 1. In age group classification, every age groups preferred casual style. Especially, young/young adults preferred mix match styles with various designs. Distinctly, some of missy group preferred fashion trend and others preferred mature style. Also, the preference of missies/madame`s group is obviously divided into two groups which pursues fashion trend and not. 2. In clothing style classification, casual styles such as mini-skirts, hot pants, tight t-shirts, are mostly in tight silhouette. Also, the main colors are indigo-blue, white, black and point color, which are vivid tone and fluorescent colors. The characteristics of sport casual style contribute the upper garment and the lower garment, which forms a set. Classic styles are divided into two groups of typical formal dress and traditional Qipao dress. The colors of feminine style and textile printing are more sumptuous than other styles. 3. In clothing items classification, the points of the upper garments is the construction of designs, textile printing, ornament with beads, embroidery, and ribbon etc., exposed back. The lower garments like hot pants and mini-skirts are made of jeans. The cargo pants that is made of jean, cotton, luster textile. Also, one-piece dress has the characteristics of tiered and irregular hem line.
