텔레스코픽 크라운 임플란트 지지 피개의치와 치아 지지 피개의치의 하악골내 응력분포에 관한 유한요소분석

PURPOSE. The purpose of this study was to investigate the stress distribution in mandibular implant-supported overdentures and tooth-supported overdentures with telescopic crowns. MATERIALS AND METHODS. The assumption of this study was that there were 2, 3, 4 natural teeth and implants which are located in the second premolar and canine regions in various distributed conditions. The mandible, teeth (or implants and abutments), and connectors are modeled, and analyzed with the commercial software, ANSYS Version 10.1. Stress distribution was evaluated under 150 N vertical load bilaterally on 3 experimental conditions - between canine areas, canine and 2nd premolars, 10 mm posterior to 2nd premolars. RESULTS. Overall, the case of the implant group showed more stress than the case of the teeth group in stress distribution to bone. In stress distribution to superstructures of tooth and implants, there was no significant difference between TH group and IM group and the highest stress appeared in TH-IV and IM-IV. The stress caused from bar was much higher than those of implant and tooth. TH group showed less stress than IM group in stress distribution to abutment teeth and implant. CONCLUSION. The results shows that it is crucial to make sure that distance between impact loading point and abutment tooth does not get too far apart, and if it does, it is at best to set abutment tooth on premolar tooth region. It will be necessary to conduct more experiments on effects on implants, natural teeth and bone, in order to apply these results to a clinical treatment. 연구 목적: 이 연구의 목적은 텔레스코픽 크라운 하악 임플란트 지지 피개의치와 치아 지지 피개의치에서 지대치의 수와 위치에 따른 응력 분산을 비교하기 위함이다. 연구 재료 및 방법: 본 연구에서는 임플란트를 4개 식립하고 임플란트 지지 피개의치로 설계하였고, 식립 위치를 견치와 소구치 부위에 위치 별로 3개 또는 2개 존재시를 실험군으로 설정하였다. 자연치아를 갖는 경우도 견치와 제2소구치 4개를 가진 경우를 대조군으로 설정하고 부위별로 3개 또는 2개를 가지는 경우를 실험군으로 설정하였다. ANSYS Version 10.1 (Swanson, Inc., USA)로 분석하였다. 결과: 악골내 응력의 경우, 전반적으로 임플란트(IM)로만 구성된 경우가 치아(TH)로만 구성된 경우에 비해 응력이 크게 발생하였다. 상부구조의 경우, 치아군(TH)과 임플란트군(IM) 사이의 차이는 크게 없었으며 편측 견치와 제2소구치에 지대치 또는 임플란트가 위치하는 경우 가장 큰 응력이 나타났고 바(bar)에서 발생된 응력이 임플란트와 치아에서 발생되는 응력에 비해 상대적으로 훨씬 크게 발생하였다. 지대치와 임플란트의 경우, 치아군(TH)이 임플란트군(IM)보다 응력이 작게 발생하였다. 결론: 본 연구의 결과로부터 지대치(임플란트 또는 치아)를 설정할 때는 하중작용점과 지대치 사이의 거리가 너무 길어지지 않도록 지대치의 수와 위치를 확보해야 하며 소구치 자리에 지대치를 확보하는 것이 유리하다. 앞으로, 실제 임상에 적용하였을 경우, 임플란트 및 자연치아와 악골에 미치는 결과에 대한 연구가 더 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

DNA flow cytometric analysis was performed on paraffin-embedded tissue from 10 cases of squamous cell eareinoma (SCC) and 10 cases of basal cell carcinoma(BCC). These results were applicable to do a better prognosis in BCC than SCC. In 10 cases of SCC, the DNA index was 1.34 and aneuploidy was identified in 9. In 10 cases of BCC, the DNA index was 1.30 and aneuploidy was identified in 6. (Kor J Dermetol 29(3): 384 300,1991)
논문 : 1920년대 보천교(普天敎)의 활동과 조선사회의 대응

This thesis tries to deal with the activity and thought of Bocheongyo(普天敎) , a new religion expanded congregation and fell into decline in 19205. In order to understand how Bocheongyo``s activity and idea placed in the Korean histoy, the focus will be on the reactions of other influential groups in colonized Korea. Bocheongyo expanded congregation after the March First Independence Movement of 1919, by using a rumor, which says Korea will become an independence state in 1924 and a new utopian era will be started, The utopia of Bocheongyo, Hu-cheon-seon-gyeong(後天仙境), has positive attitude toward convenience of modem civilization, as well as traditional value in daily life. This idea shows the values of modem civilization and Korean tradition were deconstructed and reconstructed by Korean people``s standard in their life. Because of the rumor, the Japanese Government-General of Korea suppressed Bocheongyo. But their policy changed to appeasement in the name of Cultural Government in 1920s, therefore, Bocheongyo could appear in public area in 1922. The activity of Bocheongyo attracts notice in two aspects. First, a religious community was built around head office in Jeong-eup, north Jeolla province. Second, a social movement such as participation in movement of Korean products encouragement and publication of magazine was tried by a reformist group in Seoul. The religious commune was built by believers who donated all their wealth. As an attempt of building a utopia, they sought equality and self-sufficiency, influenced by movement of Korean Products encouragement. And also, those reformist group appeals to the general public through the thought of Bocheongyo. On the other hand, a lot of intellectuals expressed concern about Bocheongyo. Especially Cheondogyo criticized Bocheongyo because Bocheongyo protected old way of topknot and opposed modem education. Bocheongyo was described as old customs and superstition by Cheondogyo, which pursued modernization and Enlightenment in rural area. 1his criticism is rather understood as an intention of Cheondogyo to maintain congregation in competition of new religions. The emerging socialists group also criticized Bocheongyo strongly when Bocheongyo Reformists took over a newspaper company, ``Sidae Ilbo``. In order to take a closer look, it shows the situation that socialist intended to seize initiative to people and mass media in 1920s. Bocheongyo was divided due to the reformists were expelled. In order to maintain congregation, the religious sect leader and the conservatives organized Si-guk-dae-dong-dan(時局大同團) for Imperial Japanese propaganda activity, but this organization brought a crusade against Bocheongyo. Furthermore, the dictatorship of the religious sect leader was intensified and demand of donation was reinforced. Consequently, people in commune got suffered from poverty, and they seceded from Bocheongyo. O:her denominations endeavored to recuperate influence to Korean society, but these efforts resulted in failure because of the extension of values of modernity and idea of the Enlightenment and censorship of thought and religion.

Although a great deal is known biochemically about Peroxiredoxins (Prxs), little is known about their real physiological function. We show here that two cytosolic yeast Prxs, cPrxⅠ and Ⅱ, which display diversity in structure and apparent molecular weights (MW), can act alternatively as peroxidases and molecular chaperones. The peroxidase function predominates in the lower MW forms, whereas the chaperone function predominates in the higher MW complexes. Oxidative stress and heat shock exposure of yeasts causes the protein structures of cPrxⅠ and Ⅱ to shift from low MW species to high MW complexes. This triggers a peroxidase-to-chaperone functional switch. These in vivo changes ate primarily guided by the active peroxidaxe site residue, Cys^(47), which serves as an efficient "H_(2)O_(2)-sensor" in the cells. The chaperone function of these proteins enhances yeast resistance to heat shock.

<P>A Gram-stain-positive, non-motile rod, designated strain SGM3-12<SUP>T</SUP>, was isolated from paddy soil in Suwon, Republic of Korea. 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis revealed that the strain represented a novel member of the family <I>Microbacteriaceae</I>. The nearest phylogenetic neighbour was <I>Leifsonia kribbensis</I> MSL-13<SUP>T</SUP> (97.4 % 16S rRNA gene sequence similarity). Strain SGM3-12<SUP>T</SUP> and <I>Leifsonia kribbensis</I> MSL-13<SUP>T</SUP> formed a distinct cluster within the family <I>Microbacteriaceae</I>. Strain SGM3-12<SUP>T</SUP> contained MK-12(H<SUB>2</SUB>) and MK-11(H<SUB>2</SUB>) as the predominant menaquinones with moderate amounts of MK-12 and MK-11; anteiso-C<SUB>15 : 0</SUB> and iso-C<SUB>16 : 0</SUB> as the major cellular fatty acids (>10 % of total); and diphosphatidylglycerol, phosphatidylglycerol and unidentified glycolipids as the polar lipids. The peptidoglycan type of the isolate was B1δ with <SMALL>l</SMALL>-Lys as the diagnostic cell-wall diamino acid. On the basis of these results, strain SGM3-12<SUP>T</SUP> represents a novel species within a new genus, for which the name <I>Lysinimonas soli</I> gen. nov., sp. nov. is proposed (the type strain of the type species is SGM3-12<SUP>T</SUP> = KACC 13362<SUP>T</SUP> = NBRC 107106<SUP>T</SUP>). It is also proposed that <I>Leifsonia kribbensis</I> be transferred to this genus as <I>Lysinimonas kribbensis</I> comb. nov. (the type strain is MSL-13<SUP>T</SUP> = DSM 19272<SUP>T</SUP> = JCM 16015<SUP>T</SUP> = KACC 21108<SUP>T</SUP> = KCTC 19267<SUP>T</SUP>).</P>

A society will lose a lot of something in this field when the forest fire broke out. If a forest fire can be detected in advance, damage caused by the spread of forest fires can be prevented early. So, we studied how to detect forest fires using CCTV currently installed. In this paper, we present a deep learning-based model through efficient image data construction for monitoring forest fire smoke, which is unstructured data, based on the deep learning model YOLOv5. Through this study, we conducted a study to accurately detect forest fire smoke, one of the amorphous objects of various forms, in YOLOv5. In this paper, we introduce a method of self-learning by producing insufficient data on its own to increase accuracy for unstructured object recognition. The method presented in this paper constructs a dataset with a fixed labelling position for images containing objects that can be extracted from the original image, through the original image and a model that learned from it. In addition, by training the deep learning model, the performance(mAP) was improved, and the errors occurred by detecting objects other than the learning object were reduced, compared to the model in which only the original image was learned.
