        한부모가족 자녀양육을 위한 법제 개선방안

        최근 우리 사회에서 증가하고 있는 한부모가족은 경제생활의 어려움, 자녀양육의 어려움 등을 겪고 있으므로 한부모가족의 사회통합적인 측면에서 정착방안을 마련하기 위해서는 한부모의 자녀양육에 대한 실태 및 현황을 파악하고 관련 법제 및 정책을 검토하여 문제점을 알아볼 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 여성가족부의 2015년 한부모가족실태조사를 통해 자녀양육의 현황을 알아보고「한부모가족지원법」및「양육비이행확보 및 지원에 관한 법률」의 주요 내용과 문제점을 검토하여 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다. 연구결과 한부모가족의 자녀양육지원을 위해서는「한부모가족지원법」상 지원대상 확대를 위한 법제개선이 이루어져야 하며, 한부모가족 지원 패러다임을 저소득 한부모가족 중심에서 일반 한부모가족 중심으로 전환하는 것이 필요하다. 우선 한부모가족 자녀의 보육시설 우선 입소순위에서 일반한부모가족도 1순위로 내용이 개정되어야 하고 한부모가족에 대한 이해증진과 우리 사회의 인식개선을 위한 한부모이해교육을 법적으로 의무화할 필요가 있다. 또한 한부모가족의 자녀양육비를 실질적으로 확보하게 하기 위해 양육비 이행확보 및 지원에 관한 법률의 개정이 필요하다. 즉 양육채무자의 동의 없이도 양육비 확보를 위한 정보수집을 가능하게 하고,「국민기초생활 보장법」 등을 적극적으로 검토하고 한부모의 근로소득 등을 고려하여 자녀양육비 확보가 한부모의 소득으로 산정되지 않도록 하는 방안 등이 마련되어야 할 것이다. The number of single-parent families has been increasing in Korea, and the single-parent families have difficulties in economic activities and child rearing. To prepare the settlement measures for the single-parent families from the perspectives of social integration, it is imperative to grasp the actual situations on child care of single-parent families and to examine the problems of the related legislations and policies. Therefore, this paper aims to look into the present conditions of child care through the 2015 research on the actual condition of single-parent family conducted by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family, and to suggest the improvement measures on Single-Parent Family Support Act (hereinafter SPFSA) and Act on Enforcing and Supporting the Payment of Child Rearing Expenses (hereinafter AESPCRE) by investigating the main contents and problems of those legislations. According to the research findings, to support single-parent families’ child rearing, the legislation improvements should be realized to expend the support targets in the SPFSA, and the paradigm to support single-parent family should be switched from the single-parent family with low income to the overall single-parent family. In particular, it needs to be revised that the entry of overall single-parent families to enter a childcare center for single-parent families should be ranked first as well, and the educations should be mandatory to promote understandings and to increase social awareness for single-parent families. In addition, the AESPCRE needs to be revised so as to secure the child support expense effectively. For instance, it should be enabled to collect the information to secure the child rearing expense without the consent of the obligor of child support, the National Basic Living Security Act has to be positively examined, and the measures not to calculate the child rearing expense as the single-parent’s income in the light of single-parent’s earned income.

        우리 나라 무역업체의 인터넷 무역거래알선사이트의 활성화방안

        무역거래의 패턴이 최근 크게 변화하고 있는데, 기존 무역거래방식에서 인터넷무역방식으로 그 비중이 확대되면서 인터넷 무역거래알선사이트에 관한 관심과 활용도가 점차 높아지고 있으며 특히 무역거래알선사이트의 구축 및 운영은 국내외의 무역 유관기관과 지방자치단체, 대기업 종합무역상사 및 개별기업을 중심으로 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이에 실제 우리 나라 무역업체들의 사이트 이용 및 현황과 이용만족도 조사를 위해 설문조사를 한 결과, 현재까지 무역업체들이 가장 선호하는 사이트는 무역 유관기관이 운영하는 사이트들이다. 또한 실제 무역거래알선사이트를 이용한 결과와 관련하여 거래알선사이트 제공서비스에 대한 만족은 대상 업체 중 불과 17.9%의 낮은 수준으로서 이렇듯 낮은 만족도를 보이는데는 다음과 같은 문제점들이 있었다. 즉, 정보 인프라 측면에서의 관련정책의 분산, 보안 인프라의 우려, 오프라인 상의 결제 및 세금문제, 인터넷무역 관련 국제협력문제 등을 들 수 있으며, 무역업체의 측면에서는 전문인력의 부족, 최고경영자의 정보화 인프라에 대한 마인드 부족과 업체내의 웹 기반 환경 구축 미흡 등을 들 수 있다. 이상의 문제점들을 개선하기 위한 활성화방안을 살펴보면 첫째, 거래정보 보호기술의 육성 둘째, 무역거래알선사이트의 적극적인 국내외 홍보 셋째, 무역거래알선사이트 관련 분쟁 ·신용조회 등의 통합관리 넷째, 사이트관련 온라인과 오프라인상의 제반환경 개선 및 국제거래 규약 개선 다섯째, 무역거래알선시스템의 효율성제고를 위한 전문인력 양성 및 교육훈련강화 등이 절실히 요망되고 있다.

      • 江原道 地域 남녀 中學生의 食習慣 및 食品嗜好에 關한 調査

        This study was undertaken to investigate food habits and preferences of middle school students in Kangwon-Do. It was conducted from May 10th to 25th in 1984. A special form of questionnaire was prepared and distributed to 710 subjects (345 male and 365 female students) of 12 middle schools in order to find out their food habits and preferences. Results were as follows: The most emphasized meal of the subjects was supper. Most of them preferred rice to bread for the breakfast. The subjects preferred the foods frequently taken. Male showed higher preferences of meats than female, whereas female, whereas female prefered vegetables than male. They took snacks at least once a day. Fruits were the most favorits snacks by the subjects. Most of the subjects were influenced by the mass communication media advertisement on foods. More than 30% of the subjects were satisfied with their diets.

        악안면골절의 임상적고찰

        With the increase of population, dramatic urbanization, traffic, leisure and sports, the number of maxillofacial injury has increased markedly. Subsequently the number of motor vehicle accident, sports accident and industrial accident were increased and the number of oral and maxilllofacial trauma patients were also markedly increased. A clinical study on 177 patients with facial bone fracture who visited Kangnam General Hospital during 4 years(1992-1995) was done by analysing sex, cause, fracture site, treatment method, complication and involvement of other body part. The results obtained were as follows : 1. The occurrence was more frequent in male than in female with the ratio of 4.2 : 1 and most frequently in twenties. 2. Violence was the most common cause of facial bone fracture. 3. Mandible was the most frequently occurred site and there were more cases of simple fracture(81.9%) than cases of compound fracture. 4. Simple fracture was most frequently occurred(44.0%). 5. In mandible fracture, simple fracture was 86.1%, fracture site was average 1.5 sites, most frequently in symphysis. 6. As treatment methods, open reduction(78.5%) was used more frequently than closed reduction(21.5%). 7. Post-operative complication occurred in 29.4% of the cases. 8. Other injuries that were related to maxillofacial fracture occurred in 28.2%.

        This investigation was undertaken for the purpose of studying rheological properties, nutritional value, and the quality and acceptability of Coupee breads, which could be used for school lunch program, containing various levels of barley-soy flour. Whwat-barley-soy flour blends had shorter farinograph stability and elasticity than wheat flour. On the other hand, wate absorption was increased by increasing the amounts of barley-soy flour. The products containing barley-soy flour had higher contents of protein and mineral than the product made without barley-soy flour. The loaf volume of breads were decreased as the amounts of barley-soy flour increased. The crumb became darker and coarser. Although the mean values of subjective scores decreased as the amount of barley-soy flour increased, the results showed the possibilities to use the Coupee breads containing up to 10% of barle-soy flour, respectively, for school lunch program.

      • XC-68탄소강의 베이나이트 변태에 관한 연구

        In this study, austempering process of AISI 1070 was examined in order to establish bainitic transformation mechanism of XC-68 carbon steel. The effect of volume fraction and morphology of bainite on the microstructure and mechanical properities of XC-68 carbon steel were also investigated. The banite volume fraction and morphology were controlled by isothermal holding time at four levels of bainite transformation temperature. When holding time at each temperature increased. volume fraction of bainite was also increased, while that of martensite decreased. As a reults, increasing of holding time produced decreasing of hardness. It was also found from hardness and wear test the lower bainite microstructure was more desirable than the upper bainite microstructure to produce a good combination of wear resistance and strength.

      • 멸치가루를 이용한 Doughnuts의 특성에 관한 연구

        This investigation was undertaken for the purpose of study the quality and texture of doughnuts containing various levels of Anchovy flour. The quality and texture of doughnuts were evaluated by both objective and subjective methods. Objective measures of texture were made utilizing the Instron. Sensory evaluation was done by five panel members. The mean values of all the objective and subjective scores decreased as the amount of anchovy flour increased. The results showed that doughnuts can be supplemented with anchovy flour up to 10% of wheat flour.

        This study is to analyze sentence patterns in the Japanese text as mentioned above. The text is being widely used in most colleges and institutions for students who want to learn Japanese. the text being most fit for Koreans studying Japanese. And the text is so compiled that it contains correct Japanese grammar in comparatively systmac order. This study is focussed on the analysis of sentence patterns with a special reference to coniugation of each part of speeth attempts to analyze and classify most important sentence patterns which have been selected from the text, and to present other sentence patterns which are relevant to those sentence patterns. Through examining the frequency in use of sentence patterns, it can be shown how far the sentence patterns in the text, compared with those which have been collected by the present author, are useful and how systematically they are arrangde in view of learning efficiency.

        가솔린 화재의 소화를 위한 수분무의 특성에 관한 실험적 연구

        This study discribes characteristics of water spray for extinguishment of gasoline fire. Experiments are carried out for the gasoline pool fire with the atomizing nozzles. Droplet size, spray pressure, amount of water which reaches the flame base and velocity of water spray are measured to find extinguishment conditions. Air entramment due to the water spray and extinguishing process of gasoline fire by water spray are visualized. Boundary conditions of water spray for extinguishment of gasoline pool fire is quantitatively shown. As the result of experiments, it is found that the velocity of entrainment air and sprayed water are almost same and the water droplets size having small diameter under 40㎛ can not extinguish the fire because too small droplets does not reach the fuel surface.
