      • Development of a bivalent live vaccine against duck hepatitis A virus types 1 & 3 and vaccine program for breeder ducks in Korea

        어린 오리에 치명적인 질병을 일으키는 오리바이러스성간염의 예방을 위해 혼합생백신 개발, 백신의 방어기전 연구 및 종오리백신 프로그램의 개발로 질병방어 및 제어를 목표로 연구를 진행하였다. 첫 번째, 국내에는 1형과 3형이 동시 유행하고 있으며, 최근에는 3형의 발생보고가 증가하는 추세이다. 특히 1형과 3형의 복합감염사례도 빈번히 발생하고 있다. 이런 상황에서 효율적인 질병관리를 위해 국내에 발생하는 오리간염 1형과 3형을 동시에 방어하는 혼합백신을 개발하고 그 효능을 확인하였으며, 운반 및 보관 용이성 향상을 위한 연구를 진행하였다. 두 번째, 오리감염 생백신의 3-5일 만에 조기면역을 획득하는 특성분석을 위해 세포성 및 체액성 면역반응을 평가하였다. Cytokine이 백신접종 그룹에서 증가하는 것을 확인하였고, 특히 IFN-α에서 강한 증가를 보였다. 또한 항체가 평가에서는 기존에 알려진 바와는 다르게 백신 후 3일째에 항체를 획득하였고, 10일째에는 최고수준의 항체가 수준을 나타냈다. 세 번째, 1주령이하의 어린 일령에 치명적인 질병의 특성상 모체이행항체에 의한 예방이 가장 효과적이라는 점에 착안하여 종오리백신 프로그램을 개발하고 농장에 적용하여 평가하였다. 종오리 농장 4개동 4천수의 종오리를 대상으로 백신을 실시하였으며, 모체의중화항체가(VN titer) 8 log2이상에서 후대병아리 14일령까지 100% 방어효능을 확인하였다. 모체이행항체의 전달률은 11%수준으로 나타났으며, 후대병아리의 항체가를 개체별 추적하여 계산한 결과 모체이행항체 반감기는 3-5일령임을 확인하였다. 본 연구에서는 오리에 치명적인 질병을 일으키는 오리바이러스성간염 예방을 위한 혼합생백신 개발에 관한 연구로 기존의 국내 상용화백신의 한계점을 극복하고, 국내에 유행하는 혈청형들을 단회백신으로 효과적으로 방어할 수 있는 혼합생백신을 개발하였으며, 백신의 특성상 조기면역에 대한 세포성 및 체액성 면역기전을 평가하였다. 또한 종오리백신 프로그램을 국내에 적용하여 모체이행항체에 의한 후대 병아리의 우수한 방어 효능을 확인하였다.

        디지털 치료기술 산업 육성에 따른 투자와 경제적 파급효과

        The digital treatment technology industry is one of the core fostering industries of the Moon Jae-in government along with the global trend. The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the investment and economic ripple effect on the related industries. To this end, we used the industry-related table, which is the actual measurement data for 2015 that the Bank of Korea actually measured and released every 5 years in 2019. The digital treatment technology industry was not clearly classified within Korea’s industrial classification system, so the contents of the industry-related survey were analyzed, and the digital treatment technology industry was reclassified and then analyzed. As a result of the analysis, it was analyzed that the production induction effect of the digital treatment technology-related industry in 2015 was 1.770, the value-added induction effect was 0.875, and the employment induction effect was 19.128, which was higher than that of other industries in Korea. As a result of the analysis of the economic ripple effect (scenario 1), the production inducing effect was about 370 billion won, the added value inducing effect was about 185 billion won, and the employment inducing effect was 4,044 people. The results of this study are expected to play a large role in economic revitalization as the effect of inducing production, increasing employment, and creating added value through fostering the digital treatment technology industry is expected to play a large role in activating the economy. It is expected to play a large role in providing central medical services. Therefore, it is expected that policy support for revitalizing the digital treatment technology industry through active investment support and tax benefits from the government to foster the digital treatment technology industry is necessary.

      • 비정질 인듐갈룸ᅳ아연-산화물 박막트랜지스터 기반의 AMOLED 화소 회로

        본 논문은 비정질 인둠ᅳ갈f ᅳ아연-산화물 박막트랜지스터 (a-IGZO TFT)를 이용하여 능동형 유기발광다이오드 (AMOLED)용 문턱전압(Vth )을 보상하는 화소 회로를 제안하였다. 산화물 TFT는 n-채널 TFT로써, 우리는 n-채널 TFT 특성으로 회로를 최적화하였다. 제안된 화소 회로는 회로 시뮬레이션 뿐만 아니라 회로 분석을 이용하여 확인되었다. 제안된 화소 회로는 AMOLED에서 구동 TFT의 문턱전압 변화를 보상할 수 있다. 제안된 화소 회로를 이용함으로써, 문턱전압 보상은 달성되었다. rhis paper proposes a tnresnold voltage compensation pixel circuit for active-matrix organic light-emitting diode (AM OLED) using amorphous indium-gaUiimi-zinc-oxide thin-film transistors (a-IGZO TFTs), Oxide TFT is an n-channel TFT; therefore, we optimized the circuit for the n-channel TFT characteristics. The proposed pixel circuit was verified using circuit analysis as well as circuit simulations. The proposed circuit could compensate for the threshold voltage variations o f drive TFT in AM OLED. Using the proposed pixel circuit, threshold voltage compensation was achieved.

        Nitric Oxide (NO), derived from L-arginine, is produced by two types (constitutive and inducible) of nitric oxide synthase (NOS: cNOS and iNOS). The NO produced in large amounts by the iNOS is known to be responsible for the vasodilation and hypotension observed in septic shock and inflammation. The inhibitors of iNOS, thus, may be useful candidate for the treatment of inflammatory diseases accompanied by the overproduction of NO. We prepared alcoholic extracts of herbal drugs which have been used for the treatment of inflammation in oriental medicine. We have screened the inhibitory activity of NO production in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-activated macrophages after the treatment of these extracts. Among the 81 kinds of extracts of herbal drugs, 34 extracts showed potent inhibitory activity of NO production above 50% at the concentration of 50 (μg/ml. The inhibitory activities of NO production were also evaluated for several solvent fractions at three different concentrations. Especially, hexane soluble fractions of Agrimonia pilosa, Hydrangea serrata, Machilus thunbergii, Prunella vulgaris, Saussurea lappa, Tussilago farfara, and ethyl acetate soluble fractions of Angelica gigas, Ostericum koreanum, Torilis japonica, Perilla frutescence showed moderate activity at 10 and/ or 25 (μg/ml. These fractions are promising candidates for the study of the activity-guided chromatographic purification of active compounds.

      • 전해산성수를 이용한 새로운 내시경 소독 시스템(Cleantop WM-1??)의 소독효율

        Background : Electrolyzed acid water (EAW) is a new liquid chemical germicide containing a mixture of oxidizing species and prepared by mixing a small amount of salt with tap water in an electrolyzer. We attempted an in-use evaluation of the high-level disinfection capability of Cleantop WM-1□, a new endoscope reprocessing system using EAW. Methods : Forty-seven flexible endoscopes were randomly collected just after upper endoscopic examinations and were disinfected using Cleantop WM-1□. Parts of the endoscopes without contact to EAW were disinfected with 75% ethyl alcohol. Immediately after the disinfection procedure, samples were taken from the biopsy channel (S-1), tip of the insertion tube (S-2), the umbilical cord (S-3), and the angulation knob (S-4). Results : In EAW-disinfected parts of the endoscopes, the culture-positive rates were 4.3% (2/47) in S-1 samples and 12.8% (6/47) in S-2 samples. In ethyl alcohol-disinfected area, the culture-positive rates were 2.1% (1/47) in S-3 samples and 25.5% (12/47) in S-4 samples. The colony counts of culture-positive samples ranged from 1 to 144. Pseudomonas aerugi-nasa was recovered from the angulation knob of an endoscope, but other contaminating organisms were mostly : normal flora or opportunistic pathogens. Conclusion : Although part of the endoscopes disinfected with 75% ethyl alcohol were contaminated with more organisms than EAW-disinfected areas, Cleantop WM-1□ showed a relatively good disinfection efficacy in reprocessing patient-used endoscopes.         The quantitative interfacial adhesion energy of Cu-Cu direct thermo-compression specimen with bonding temperature and wet pre-treatment was measured by using 4 point bending test for 3-D IC integration. The evaluated interfacial adhesion energy was 2.79±0.82, 3.46±0.87, 4.93±0.2 J/㎡ bonding temperature 300, 350, 400℃ and 0.29, 1.28, 1.64, 1.17 and 0.43 J/㎡ acetic acid pre-treatment at 35℃ for 0, 1, 5, 10, and 15 min. From the result, 5 min treated Cu to Cu thermo-compression bonding has the highest interfacial adhesion energy at 350℃.

      • 남ㆍ여 고교 축구선수들이 받는 스트레스 원인과 해소방법에 관한 연구

        This research has the purpose of finding out the cause of stress which is inflicted on men · women soccer players in high schools. To turn out reliable calculations of average and standard deviation, I used the data collected through questionnaires which are answered by the total number of 472 soccer players(284 men in a high school, 188 women in a high school), and the conclusion was reached with the t-test for statistical verification. Among the cause of stress imposed on soccer players of man's high schools, the most stressful low-factor is when they lost the game, while among woman's high school soccer players, it is when they are despised by the others, and the least stressful factor is the problem with the other sex. The difference of the causes of stress classified by factors reveals that the athletics performance factor is the highest for both the groups of soccer players of women's high schools and colleges. The factor with the most meaningful difference between both the groups of women soccer players is before-competition factor(girl's high school: 2.48±.68, boy's high school: 2.14±1.17), with the meaningful difference at the level of t=-3.64, p<.001, and the rest of the factor don't make any meaningful difference. The stress-mitigating method which soccer players have chosen the most is thinking the matter over and over, but the lowest chosen by them is depending on smoking and drinking. The difference of stress-relieving methods classified by factors demonstrates that the clarification of the causes of stress is the highest factor for both the groups of soccer players. The factor with the most meaningful difference between both the groups is conversation(girl's high school: 2.06±.77, boy's high school: 1.79±.76), with the meaningful difference at the level of t=-3.670, p<.001, and the compensate factor is the next(girl's high school: 2.24±.82, boy's high school: 2.04±.77), with the meaningful difference at the level of t=-2.683, p<.009, and the physical factor is(girl's high school: 2.04±.61, boy's high school: 2.17±.60), with the meaningful difference at the level of t=2.373, p<.018. Therefore, the fact that boy soccer players get much of serious stress from the result of competition tells us that we should be more careful about our words and deeds in the field service. In addition, fear of failure acts greatly as the cause of stress, which requires a preventive alternative through psychological training. Finally, it is thought that it is necessary to make athletics performance ability maximized by making the most of healthy leisure hours.

        The changes in contents of phospholipids were analyzed in Chlorella treated with carbon sources (glucose, sucrose, raffinose) during the cultures. The content changes of PC were decreased average 99% in glucose treatment, but increased average 200% in sucrose treatment, 182% in raffinose treatment compared with the control. The PG content were markedly increased average 302%, 138% and 102% in glucose, sucrose and raffinose treatment. The content changes of PG were increased average 222%, 244% and 129% in glucose, sucrose and raffinose treatment. The average increase was 2-5 times. The PI content were increased average 246% in glucose treatment, 289% in sucrose treatment, 304% in raffinose treatment compared with the control. The average increase was 5-6 times.
