Bot. V (3) : 25-29, 1962. Succeeding the previous papers, nineteen species of marine green algae and three species of fresh water green algae are analyzed to the free amino acid patterns by paper chromatogram, and it has been described as containing significant qualities of the pattern in relation to phylogenetic studies. Those seem to have a tendency of recognizable pattern on inter-Orders and inter-Phyla of marine algae. And the patterns of fresh water and marine green algae are also carried out referring to these studies.

Propofol 마취와 Enflurane 마취간의 인지기능 및 정신운동기능의 회복에 관한 비교

Backgrounds: For out-patient anesthesia a safe and rapid postoperative recovery, especially, the full recovery of psychological function for $quot;street fitness$quot; has become increasingly important. Up to the present, the scoring system - Steward postanesthesia recovery score - has been frequently used for the decision of discharge. But this system focuses on recovery of vital signs, other objective tests are needed to investigate cognitive and psychomotor function which is suitable for estimation of $quot;street fitness$quot;. Methods: The propofol group(n=70) received fentanyl 0.8 ㎍/kg followed by propofol I mg/kg for anesthesia induction. Continuous propofol infusion was initiated upon induction. Ventilation was supported with N₂O-O₂ mixture. The enflurane group(n=70) was induced with sodium thiopental 4 mg/kg. 2.0 vo1% of enflurane with N₂O-O₂ mixture was initiated immediately upon induction. Both group received vecuronium 0.08 mg/kg as muscle relaxants. We measured Steward postanesthesia recovery score as scoring sm and seven kinds of parameters as cognitive and psychomotor function test. The tests were performed at three measurement points; the day before the operation and 30, 60 minutes after extubation. Results: By the scoring system, no difference in recovery score at postop. 60 min. could be found between two groups. But by the cognitive and psychomotor function test, propofol group showed significantly better recovery than enflurane group at all tests, reaching control values at postop. 60 min. Conclusions: The scoring system is not suitable method for decision of discharge, thus cognitive and psychomotor function test should be performed for $quot;street fitness$quot; after outpatient anesthesia. Propofol was associated with less impairment in cognitive and psychomotor function than enflurane.

"植物 의 耐寒性에 關한 硏究" Ⅱ報 : 大麥類의 耐寒性과 渗透壓과의 關係에 對하여 Relative to Cold-Resistance and Osmatic Pressure with Barley

Taking Spring and Autumn barley which show a distinct difference on cold-resistance measuring osmotic pressure under various conditions, pursued the relation between cold-resistance and osmotic pressure. (1) Regardless the degree of cold-resistance, in the growing condition(27℃±2℃) which is adequate to temperature, no difference of osmotic pressure was observable. (2) However, whether the barley is treated under insufficient temperature after growth of grown under such condition, both Spring and Autumn barley show the adaptation to it and make the osmotic pressure raise; but the raising rate is seen higher by Autumn barley. (3) Acordingly, osmotic pressure does not become the direct cause to cold-resistance, but it becomes indirect cause through protoplam property or coll id condition. (4) The raise of osmotic pressure of the plant grown in the low temperature, does not come out by want of water supplied, but it is originated by increasing osmotic pressure caused by low temperature, the plant grown in the low temperature shows the higher osmotic pressure even in the equal water condition, But the raising rate of pressure is more higher by Autumn barley than Spring barley. (5) During the growing period, some amount of potash is applied, the more potash shows the higher osmotic pressure. (6) The barley grown in the sun-shadow shows an inclination of less osmotic pressure that of grown in the sun-light.

NaNO₂의 N 핵사중극 공명 연구

펄스형 핵사중극 공명장치(Pulsed system)를 이용하여 상온에서 NaNO? 분말시료의 위와 아래 공명진동수, 핵사중극 결합상수, 비대칭인자와 스핀-스핀완화시간을 구하였다. FID공명선으로부터 구한 값은 υ+=4.6354 NHz/ υ-=3.5983 MHz, e?qQ/h=5.4891 MHz와n=0.3779이었다. 90?,ι, 180? 펄스연속(spin-echo 신호)과 r를 변화시켜 얻은 진폭을 이용하여 스핀 -스핀 완화시간 T2를 측정하였다. 이결과 υ(T?)=2.50ms, υ-(T?)=2.17ms임을 보였다. Measurements of the upper and lower resonance freqency, quadrupole coupling constant, asymmetry parameter and spin-spin relaxation time are reported for NaNO? powder sample by using the pulsed NQR system at room temperature.From FID line-shapes, we obtained υ=4.6354 MHz, υ=3.5983 MHz, e?qQ/h=5.4891 MHz and η=0.3779. The spin-spin relaxation time T? was maesured using a 90?,ι, 180? pulsed sequanco (spin-echo signals) and varying τwhile measuring the amplitude of the echo. The result showed υ+(T?) =2.50 ms and υ+(T?) =2.17ms.

소비자 인식에 따른 브랜드마케팅이 고객충성도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

A conception uf consumption becomes different recently as a result of development of the infonnation society and high-class consumption. It is altered a simple action to buy a product into experience marketing to find a unique experience and personality in consumption itself. Of these new techniques, the 'experiential marketing', which induce customers to purchase products by creating varioua experiences for customers, is being tried out at various industries and has proven its effectiveness. The consumers regard the product as a symbol of self-realization not method to satisfy their desire and they attain mental satisfaction in such a case. That is, the consumers express themselves through the symbolic brand image of product. this study observed the personality of consumer and imported image into the personality of consumer. And finally the purpose of this study was to define a brand experience space in which consumer have felt strong affinities with the brand as a new communication to cope with change of consumption environment.

Boguslaw Schaffer의 「Introduction to composition」에 나타난 음열작곡 분석

As a result ofanalyzing series of B.Schaffer, some characteristics can be found as follows. First, series can be extended through rotation and transposition. Second, when series is horizontal., it is used melodically and when it is vertical it is harmony, and tone of series is transposed and series of different structures can be made in various types. Fourth, twelve series make a unit with three sounds and the sum of these sounds can be used as the harmony of various forms. Fifth, series composition using tone makes 6 series and 5 series according to the repetition of tone. And the series made by transposition is symmetrical to the contrast of tone and sound order and each characteristic of series found according to the method of making series shows the variety of colors for each work. Therefore B. Schaffer's series composition suggests infinite challenge and diversity of a new music.

제주마의 체형에 관한 연구

흰쥐의 화농성 슬관절염 치유에 He-Ne IR레이저 처치의 효과

He-Ne, IR Laser가 급성 화농성 슬관절염 치유에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위해 Sprague-Dawley계 흰쥐를 포도상 구균으로 화농성 슬관절염을 유발 4일 후 부터 1일 1회 4분 및 10분 동안 7일간 레이저로 점조사를 하였다. 레이저 점조사를 한 동물 혈액의 효소활성과 IgG의 변화를 분석하여 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. ALT활성은 대조군과 각 실험군이 비슷한 수준을 보였다. AST활성은 관절염군에 비해 10분 레이저군은 유의한 증가를 보였으나 4분 레이저군은 유의하게 감소하여 대조군과 비슷하였다. LDH활성은 대조군에 비하여 10분 레이저군은 유의하게 증가하였으나 관절염군과 4분레이저군은 유의한 감소를 보였다. ALP활성은 대조군에 비하여 관절염군, 4분 및 10분 레저군이 유의하게 감소되었으나, 그러나 관절염 군에 비해 10분 레이저군은 유의한 증가를 보였다. CK활성은 대조군과 관절염 군이 비슷하였으나, 관절염 군에 비하여는 10분 레이저군은 유의하게 증가하였고, 4분 레이저군은 유의하게 감소되었다. IgG의 변화는 관절염 군에 비해 10분 레이저군은 유의한 증가를 보였으며 4분 레이저군은 비슷한 수준을 보였으나 대조군에 비하여 각 실험군이 유의한 증가를 보였다. 이상의 결과를 종합해볼 때 레이저 치료로 근육에 많이 함유하고 있는 효소들이 염증이 있는 관절염군에 비하여 10분 레저군에서 AST, LDH, ALP 및 CK활성과 IgG농도는 유의하게 증가하였으나, 4분 레이저군에서는 AST, LDH, 및 CK활성이 관절염 군에 비해 유의하게 감소된 것으로 봐 화농성 슬관절염 치유에 효과가 있는 것으로 생각된다. 앞으로 화농성 관절염에 대해 얻어질 수 있는 레이저 치료 효과와 치유기전, 그리고 적절한 조사시간에 대해서는 더 연구되어야 할 것으로 생각된다. The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of He-Ne, IR laser therapy for 4 and 10 minutes on healing of septic arthritis. Sprague-Dawley rats (212.1±10g) were randomly assigned to one control and three arthritis groups, Septic arthritis groups were divided into arthritis control, 4 or 10 minute laser therapy groups. Arthritis was experimentally induced by intraperitoneally administration of staphylococcus aureus in citrate buffer (pH 4.3). These result were obtained as follows: AST, LDH, ALP, CK activities and IgG concentration in 10 minute laser group were signifantly increased compare with those in the arthritis group. AST, LDH and CK activities in 4 minute laser group were significantly decreased compare with those in the arthritis group. We think that laser therapy in 4 minute may effective on the healing of septic arthritis. And we will have to study of the effect of laser therapy on healing mechanism appropriate time of septic arthritis.

제주마의 모색빈도에 관한 연구

The coat color records of 210 Cheju Island pony were analyzed to examine if the frequency is independent of sex. In Chelu Island pony the frequencies of chestnut color were 35.7 and 39.7 percent respectively in the male and female, and those of bay color were 21.4 and 31.6 percent respectively. Other colors(black, fallow, piebald)tended to be more frequent in the female than in the male. The Chi-square tests for the sex x coat color table showed that the sex differences were significant.

아세트아미노펜 서방형 정제의 용출유사성에 대한 고찰

We have studied the dissolution kinetics of three extended release commercial tablets of acetaminoPhen in simulated gastric juice, and the dissolution profiles were compared. The applied methods for the comparison of in vitro dissolution profiles are model independent methods including difference factor (f₁) and similarity factor (f₂), and statistical methods based on the analysis of variance and in t-test. The comparison of the dissolution profile, using difference factor (f₁), and similarity factor (f₂), indicates that the three tablets are equivalent in their dissolution. But, statistical methods based on the analysis of variance and in t-test indicate that the three tablets are not equivalent in their dissolution. The results show that statistical methods are better indicator of discrimination than the f-factors.
