독일과 일본의 정서·행동장애 교육 체제가 우리나라 정서·행동장애교육 발전에 주는 시사

이 연구는 우리나라보다 정서·행동장애 교육이 먼저 실시된 독일과 일본의 정서·행동장애 교육체제를 통해 우리나라 정서·행동장애 교육 발전의 시사점을 얻기 위해 실시되었다. 연구결과를 보면, 첫 번째로, 이 두 나라에서는 정서·행동장애 정의를 사회 환경과의 상호작용과 심인성에 의한 적응행동 곤란으로 보고 있어, 우리나라에서도 정서·행동장애의 원인을 구체적으로 밝힐 필요가 있다고 생각된다. 두 번째로, 이 두 나라에서는 정서·행동장애 진단은 외부기관과 협력하고 교육 프로그램과 연계하고 있어, 우리나라에서도 이러한 진단 방식의 도입이 필요하다고 생각된다. 세 번째로, 교육적 배치에 있어서, 이 두 나라에서는 다양한 형태의 학급이나 교육지원센터와 단기치료센터가 운영되고 있었다. 우리나라에서는 정서·행동장애 학생이 특수학교, 특수학급, 통합학급에 주로 배치되어 있어, 다양한 학급이나 기관의 설치가 필요하다고 여겨진다. 네 번째로, 교육과정을 보면 이 두 나라에서는 분리형교육과정이나 일반교육 과정의 보완 교육과정이 운영되고 있어 우리나라에서는 이 나라들의 사례를 참고로 교육과정을 개발할 필요가 있다고 생각된다. 마지막으로, 독일에서는 학부-대학원 연계 과정과 2년 이상의 교육 실습과 수습 교사 생활을 거치고 나서 정서·행동장애 교사 자격증을 부여하는 교사 양성 체계를 갖추고 있다. 우리나라에서는 각종 연수나 대학원 과정을 통해 정서·행동장애 학생 지도 능력을 갖춘 교사 양성이 가능하다고 제안하였다. This study was implemented to gain implications for the further development of education for students with emotional and behavioral disorder (EBD) in Korea by analyzing the education system of students with EBD in Germany and Japan. The implications from the study are as followed. First, in both countries, the definition of EBD is regarded as difficulty in applying adaptive behaviors due to interaction with the social environment and psychological characteristics. Therefore, it seems that we should establish the direction of the map by specifically identifying the cause of EBD in Korea. Second, in both countries, the diagnosis of EBD conducts by cooperating with out of school education, counseling, and support, linked with educational programs, and reflecting educational, medical, and psychological perspectives. It is also necessary to introduce such a diagnosis method in Korea. Third, in the educational placement, various types of classrooms, educational support centers, and short-term treatment centers were operated in these two countries. In Korea, students with EBD are mainly assigned to special schools, special classrooms, and integrated classrooms, so it is considered necessary to install various types of classrooms or institutions. Fourth, for students with EBD, the two countries operate separate curriculums or supplementary curriculums for general education. It is necessary to develop curriculum for students with EBD by referring to the examples of these countries in Korea. Finally, German teacher-training system for EBD teacher certificates requires more than two years of educational practicum and probationary teaching, and in undergraduate and graduate school-linked courses. In Korea, it is not possible to do it like Germany, but in reality, it is possible to train EBD teachers through various training or graduate courses.
Reliability-guaranteed multipath allocation algorithm in mobile network

The mobile network allows redundant transmission via disjoint paths to support high-reliability communication (e.g., ultrareliable and low-latency communications [URLLC]). Although redundant transmission can improve communication reliability, it also increases network costs (e.g., traffic and control overhead). In this study, we propose a reliability-guaranteed multipath allocation algorithm (RG-MAA) that allocates appropriate paths by considering the path setup time and dynamicity of the reliability paths. We develop an optimization problem using a constrained Markov decision process (CMDP) to minimize network costs while ensuring the required communication reliability. The evaluation results show that RG-MAA can reduce network costs by up to 30% compared with the scheme that uses all possible paths while ensuring the required communication reliability.

역사교육에는 과학적 사고라고 일컬어지는 논리적인 비판 분석 능력과 함께 감정이입 직관 통찰 상상적 추론 등의 상상적 이해 능력이 요구된다. 이를 위해서는 암기식 주입교육에서 벗어나 역사의 사건들을 통해 현실의 삶을 바르게 이해하고 바람직한 미래를 건설하도록 하는 역사조망 능력을 배양하는 교육이 필요하다. 암기식 주입교육의 대안으로'추체험적 역사교육'을 전략적으로 선택하고 이의 효과적인 교육방법으로'시뮬레이션 게임'의 활용을 제안하였다. 시뮬레이션 게임의 의미와 범주를'정보의 재구성'을 기준으로 정의하고 효과적인 에듀테인먼트 콘텐츠에 대한 조건을 정리하였다. 사례연구를 통한 제안의 타당성을 검토하기 위해 4년간의 고입선발고사와 시판 문제집 실전모의고사 사회과목 역사분야 문제의 유형과 빈도를 분석하였고 (주)KOEI가 발매한 역사시뮬레이션 게임'태합입지전(太閤立志傳)V'의 게임구조와 비교하였다. 몰입환경 속에서 게임유저에게 반복적인 동작을 수행하게 함으로써 역사적 사건이나 지역명 인물 등을 자연스럽게 암기하게 하는 게임의 속성은 단답식 주입교육의 대안으로서의 효과가 크다는 것과 게임의 전체적 맥락 속에서 그 시대에 살고 있는 듯한 몰입환경을 제공하고 나아가 게임유저가 주관적으로 그 시대에 대한 이해와 평가를 한다는 부분은 추체험적 역사학습을 위한 교구(校具)로서 시뮬레이션 역사게임이 매우 적절한 것이라는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. Both abilities of imaginative understanding of empathy intuition insight inference etc. and scientific thinking of logical criticism and analysis ability are required in history education. To cultivate the two abilities the history education needs to get out of the indoctrination and rote learning and to aim for the proper understanding of real life through historical events and the correct viewing of the history to build a desirable future. In this paper'the re-enactment in history education,' as an alternative of indoctrination instruction by rote learning was chosen strategically and the use of'simulation game,' as an effective teaching method was proposed. Meaning and scope of simulation game were defined by the criterion of'information restructuring' and the effective conditions of edutainment contents were organized. With a purpose to investigate the proposal feasibility through the case study the question types and their frequencies contained in ten sets of high school entrance examination were analyzed and the results were compared with the game structure of'Taiko-Risshiden V' a history-simulation game released by KOEI company.
Bayesian Hypothesis Test Using Nonparametric Belief Propagation for Noisy Sparse Recovery

<P>This paper proposes a low-computational Bayesian algorithm for noisy sparse recovery (NSR), called BHT-BP. In this framework, we consider an LDPC-like measurement matrices which has a tree-structured property, and additive white Gaussian noise. BHT-BP has a joint detection-and-estimation structure consisting of a sparse support detector and a nonzero estimator. The support detector is designed under the criterion of the minimum detection error probability using a nonparametric belief propagation (nBP) and composite binary hypothesis tests. The nonzeros are estimated in the sense of linear MMSE, where the support detection result is utilized. BHT-BP has its strength in noise robust support detection, effectively removing quantization errors caused by the uniform sampling-based nBP. Therefore, in the NSR problems, BHT-BP has advantages over CS-BP which is an existing nBP algorithm, being comparable to other recent CS solvers, in several aspects. In addition, we examine impact of the minimum nonzero value of sparse signals via BHT-BP, on the basis of the results. Our empirical result shows that variation of x<SUB>min</SUB>is reflected to recovery performance in the form of SNR shift.</P>
Exploratory Research on Muscle Activity by Using fNIRS

Functional Near-Infrared Spectroscopy (fNIRS) is a valuable tool for real-time emotion detection. This study explores the role of the Prefrontal Cortex, with a focus on blood flow changes induced by eye blinking in the Fp1 and Fp2 areas. Using Artinis Brite, four optodes were positioned based on the International 10-20 system. Participants executed left and right eye blinks, revealing distinct patterns of oxyhemoglobin. Fp1 exhibited increased activation during left blinks, while Fp2 demonstrated higher activation during right blinks. These findings challenge previous cognitive-centric fNIRS studies by highlighting responses related to facial muscles. Detecting emotions through eye movements provides efficient, non-intrusive emotional analysis, which is crucial for human-AI interactions and metaverse experiences. This innovative approach demonstrates real-time emotional monitoring using minimal sensors. This breakthrough enables accurate emotion detection without intrusive measures, advancing the field of emotional neuroscience.
Thermal Cure Kinetics of Cold-setting Melamine-Urea-Formaldehyde Resins with High Melamine Contents

Cold-setting melamine-urea-formaldehyde (MUF) resins have been used in the manufacture of a variety of wood-based products, including glued-laminated timber (Glulam), cross-laminated timber (CLT), and laminated veneer lumber (LVL). However, thermal cure kinetics of these resins have received little attention. As a result, this study reports the thermal cure kinetics of cold-setting MUF resin synthesized at three high melamine contents (20, 30, and 40% wt), using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Two model-fitting (MFT) methods (Kissinger and reaction order (RO)), and three model-free kinetics (MFK) such as methods Friedman (FR), Flynn-Wall-Ozawa (FWO), and Kissinger-Akahira-Sunose (KAS) are used to theoretically estimate the cure kinetics of cold-setting MUF resins with varying high melamine contents. Kissinger, the FR, the FWO, and the KAS methods are reliable in terms of R2 value and curing parameters. A reaction model can be selected in the MFK method by using the plot form and values of the special functions (y(α), z(α)) of the KAS method in the Malek diagram. As a result, MUF resins with 20 and 30% melamine followed the reaction order model (RO (n>1)), while the one with 40% melamine showed an autocatalytic reaction model ((SB (m, n)).

<P>We report a fully subthreshold current-based technique for characterization of subgap density of states [DOS:g(E)] with consistent mapping of the surface potential (ψ<SUB>S</SUB>) in p-channel polymer-based thin-film transistors (PTFTS). Initially, we propose a technique for extraction of the DOS over the bandgap using the gate voltage (V<SUB>GS</SUB>)-dependent ideality factor [m(V<SUB>GS</SUB>)] from the transfer characteristics of the PTFTs under subthreshold operation. We also propose a technique for a consistent nonlinear mapping of V<SUB>GS</SUB> to the subgap energy level by converting m(V<SUB>GS</SUB>) to ψ<SUB>S</SUB>. Through combining the two methods, the exponential tail and deep g(E) are obtained to be N<SUB>TD</SUB>=1·1×10<SUP>17</SUP> [eV<SUP>-1</SUP>·cm<SUP>-3</SUP>], kT<SUB>TD</SUB>=0·035 [eV], N<SUB>DD</SUB>=9·8×10<SUP>16</SUP> [eV<SUP>-1</SUP>·cm<SUP>-3</SUP>], and kT<SUB>DD</SUB>=0·80 [eV] over the bandgap.</P>
