        Squeak noise of BSR problem is studied by using the pin-on-disk system with aluminum pin and steel disk. Noise induced by friction is measured with respect to the static loads and sliding speeds. The negative slope of frictionvelocity curve is seen when the squeak noise occurs. It is found that the static load is one of the factors influencing the sound level of squeak noise. By conducting the hammering test, the frequency of the squeak noise is shown to correspond to one of system modes, which implies that squeak phenomenon arises from the unstable system modes.

        전자정부 서비스 사용자 만족도 영향요인에 관한 연구 - 세금관련 서비스 이용자 사례를 중심으로

        전자정부 서비스 중에서도 홈택스와 같은 세금업무 서비스는 상대적으로 많은 시민들이 인지하고 있다. 본 사례연구는 기술수용모형을 이론적 기반으로 설정하고 만족, 유용성, 용이성, 구전효과, 주관적 규범, 신뢰, 상호작용, 촉진조건 등의 요인들이 전자정부 서비스 활용의도에 미치는 직·간접적 영향력 정도를 알아보는 데 목적이 있다. 279개 설문자료를 이용하여 연구가설을 검증한 결과, 유용성과 용이성은 만족도에 긍정적 영향을 미치는데, 특히 용이성이 유용성보다 영향력이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 서비스 만족도와 구전효과도 활용의도의 선행요인으로 유의한 것으로 분석되었는데, 구전효과보다는 만족도가 활용의도에 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 유용성의 선행요인 중에서는 용이성, 주관적 규범, 신뢰의 순으로 모두 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 용이성의 선행요인도 촉진조건, 상호작용의 순으로 모두 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 그 외 본 연구결과의 학술적, 정책적 시사점도 함께 제시하였다. This paper identifies the determinants of adoption of e-government services. The on-line tax filing and payment system, called Hometax, is a well-known e-government service for taxpayers. Using a theoretical model based on Technology acceptance model, this case study examines the causal relationships among the variables of the adoption behavior for on-line tax filing and payment system. Major research variables include satisfaction, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, words of mouth, subjective norms, trust, interaction and facilitating conditions. Results from 279 survey responses indicate that the usefulness and ease of use affect the user satisfaction, which, in turn, with the word of mouth influences intentions to use an e-government service. Subjective norms and trust has been found to affect the usefulness, and interaction as well as facilitating conditions have also some impact on the ease of use. As a conclusion, the academic and practical implications of these findings are discussed.

        교원 정보화 연수 현황 및 활용 실태에 관한 연구

        교원의 정보 활용 능력 강화 사업은 교원의 정보화 연수, 정보통신기술 활용강화, 정보교육담당 교원 양성 방면에서 다양하게 진행되고 있고, 교원 정보화 연수가 점차적으로 확대되어 가고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 급변하는 지식정보화사회에 대비하여 교원 정보화 연수의 전반적 상황을 파악하고, 연수를 통해 교수학습과 담당 업무의 활용 정도에 얼마나 영향을 미치는지에 대한 교사들의 인식을 조사하고자한다. 또한, 교원 연수과정과 연수 후 교수학습 활동 및 담당업무와 관련된 ICT 활용도를 분석한다. 이를 근거로 교원정보화 연수 개선방안을 제안함으로써 근본적인 교육의 질 향상에 도움을 제공하고자 한다. The business of fortifying teachers` abilities to utilize information is in progress in various ways such as ICT(Information & Communication Technology) training for teachers, the intensification of ICT application, and training teachers who are responsible for information education at school. And teachers` ICT training is being expanded progressively. Therefore, the purposes of this study are to find out the general situation of ICT training for teachers in preparation for the rapidly changing knowledge-information society, and to investigate teachers` recognition about how the training influences on teaching & learning and on the works they are charge in. Also, we analyze the utilization rate of ICT training curriculum in relation to activities of teaching and learning and the works teachers` are charge in. On the basis of these, we propose improvement methods for ICT training, thus improve the fundamental quality of education.

        Brake squeal is the noise produced by the friction between disc and pad. Mode coupling mechanism is sometimes insufficient in studying brake squeal. In this paper, the negative slope mechanism is incorporated into the finite element modeling of disc brake squeal. The instability of specific in-plane mode was found to arise from the negative slope of the friction coefficient. The squeal propensity of this mode was shown to be sensitive to the brake pressure.

        ICT를 활용한 PBL 코스웨어 설계 방안-중등 과학교과를 중심으로-

        오늘날 학습자 중심의 교육을 강조하는 구성주의(constructivism)에 기반을 둔 교수-학습법인 PBL에 ICT를 효과적으로 활용하기 위한 구체적인 학습모형이 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 교사들이 과학수업에 PBL을 적용하여 수업 지도안을 만들 때 ICT를 활용하는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 전통적 과학수업 모형을 PBL의 문제해결모형 내용에 적용하고, 수업 진행 단계별로 ICT의 교과내용 결합 정도와 상호작용 정도에 따라 수업을 분석하고, 이를 통해 교사와 학생 모두 활용이 가능한 PBL 코스웨어를 설계하였다. 이를 위해, 모든 절차를 파악할 수 있는 PBL 패키지 개발 절차 8단계와 PBL수업 지도 5단계의 모형을 제시하였다. Recently substantial learning model is strongly demanded through which ICT could be effectively used at PBL, teaching and learning method, based on constructivism putting an emphasis on learner centered education. This thesis is designed to introduce the way to make the most of ICT when teachers try to make teaching plan applying PBL to science class. PBL courseware is designed to make teacher and student use by applying traditional science class model to the model for problem solving of PBL, analysing class according to the degree of connecting ICT with contents of learning. This paper suggests 8 stages of PBL package development and 5 stages of teaching pattern to grasp whole procedure.

        Hybrid Fraud Detection Model: Detecting Fraudulent Information in the Healthcare Crowdfunding

        In the crowdfunding market, various crowdfunding platforms can offer founders the possibilities to collect funding and launch someone’s next campaign, project or events. Especially, healthcare crowdfunding is a field that is growing rapidly on health-related problems based on online platforms. One of the largest platforms, GoFundMe, has raised US$ 5 billion since 2010. Unfortunately, while providing crucial help to care for many people, it is also increasing risk of fraud. Using the largest platform of crowdfunding market, GoFundMe, we conduct an exhaustive search of detection on fraud from October 2016 to September 2019. Data sets are based on 6 main types of medical focused crowdfunding campaigns or events, such as cancer, in vitro fertilization (IVF), leukemia, health insurance, lymphoma and, surgery type. This study evaluated a detect of fraud process to identify fraud from non-fraud healthcare crowdfunding campaigns using various machine learning technics.

        The Internet Information and Technology Research Directions based on the Fourth Industrial Revolution

        The fourth industrial revolution is currently proceeding and is expected to significantly affect the way individuals live and in result change the society in various aspects. The ICT-based convergence industries of the fourth industrial revolution contain various fields such as driverless cars, lighter and tougher materials, robotics, 3D printing and even biotechnology. This paper examines the researches done in fourth industrial revolution field based on the articles submitted to APIC-IST 2015. The topics from articles related to the fourth industrial revolution were categorized based on the keyword frequency of main issues. Results suggested that IoT and Wireless sensor network related researches were among the fields that the most researches were done in it and topics like nanotechnology, biotechnology, driverless cars, sharing economy and 3D printing were not mentioned at all. This paper also suggests necessary contents in the fourth industrial revolution to be focused on for further research in this field.

        A Study on the Design and Effect of Computational Thinking and Software Education

        The software centered world following the fourth industrial revolution is rapidly approaching us. Countries around the world attach importance to software's ability as one of the key elements for training future human resources. In order to train software centered human resources, each university has designated Software Education as an essential curriculum for not only major but also non-majors. In the past Software Education was an education for a major, but recent Software Education was changed to the essential education that is necessary for all living in the software centered world. In the past the curriculum was focused on software development and implementation-oriented education, but recent curriculum emphasizes sequential arranging and thinking of problem solving. In order to reflect trends in recent Software Education in detail, we integrate Software Education with major concept of Computational Thinking. In this paper, we analyzed the effect of the main concept of Computational Thinking on Software Education for non-majored learners who received Software Education based on Computational Thinking (here refers to learners who major in humanities, social sciences and arts). In addition, research models of satisfaction, self-efficacy, and occupational change was established as the elements of Software Education, and it was found that there was a relation between Computational Thinking and Software Education.
