        디지털 치료기술 산업 육성에 따른 투자와 경제적 파급효과

        The digital treatment technology industry is one of the core fostering industries of the Moon Jae-in government along with the global trend. The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the investment and economic ripple effect on the related industries. To this end, we used the industry-related table, which is the actual measurement data for 2015 that the Bank of Korea actually measured and released every 5 years in 2019. The digital treatment technology industry was not clearly classified within Korea’s industrial classification system, so the contents of the industry-related survey were analyzed, and the digital treatment technology industry was reclassified and then analyzed. As a result of the analysis, it was analyzed that the production induction effect of the digital treatment technology-related industry in 2015 was 1.770, the value-added induction effect was 0.875, and the employment induction effect was 19.128, which was higher than that of other industries in Korea. As a result of the analysis of the economic ripple effect (scenario 1), the production inducing effect was about 370 billion won, the added value inducing effect was about 185 billion won, and the employment inducing effect was 4,044 people. The results of this study are expected to play a large role in economic revitalization as the effect of inducing production, increasing employment, and creating added value through fostering the digital treatment technology industry is expected to play a large role in activating the economy. It is expected to play a large role in providing central medical services. Therefore, it is expected that policy support for revitalizing the digital treatment technology industry through active investment support and tax benefits from the government to foster the digital treatment technology industry is necessary.

        ‘신체제(新體制)’ 성립 전후의 한국근대문학 연구방법론 고찰

        신체제 성립 전후의 국민문학 또는 친일문학에 대한 연구가 최근 들어 한국근대문학 연구의 주요한 쟁점으로 부상하였다. 이 글은 이와 같은 최근의 연구성과들을 참조하면서 특히 이태준의 〈농군〉을 둘러싼 논쟁의 추이를 살피는 방식으로 이 시기의 문학연구 방법론을 고찰하고자 한다. 김재용의 논의는 기존의 근대문학 연구사에서 민족주의 담론의 시각이 문학사적 ‘사실’에 가한 폭력적 왜곡을 교정하고 협력과 저항의 새로운 기준을 제시했다는 의미를 지닌다. 그러나 김재용의 〈농군〉 해석은, 스스로 범주화한 ‘협력’의 범위 안에서 이태준을 배제하고자 하는 욕망이 작품 내부의 협력적 논리를 애써 무시하는 데 이르고 있음을 보여 준다. 김철의 논의에 이르러 〈농군〉은 이 시기 문학의 협력과 저항, 또는 식민과 탈식민을 가르는 연구자들의 입장 차이를 명확하게 보여주는 작품으로 호출된다. 그러나 농군이 ‘오족협화’ 슬로건의 구현을 드러내고 있다는 그의 결론은 이태준의 기행문과 비교해 보아도 지나치게 비약적이다. 하정일은 앞선 〈농군〉 논의를 이어받아, 〈농군〉의 자민족 중심주의적 태도가 식민주의에 긴박된 그림자를 보여주지만 그것이 식민주의 자체와는 엄연히 구별된다고 반박한다. 그런데 하정일의 담론적 기획이 〈농군〉에서 탈식민적 저항을 읽어낼 때 만주로 이주해 간 조선 농민의 복합적이고 중층적인 삶의 복합적인 내부는 균질화되어 버리고 만다. 〈농군〉의 서사는 ‘대동아공영권’과 ‘오족협화’를 내세우며 만주 개척을 장려했던 당시 일제의 국책 사업의 논리에 포획될 위험을 갖고 있다. 당시의 농민들 또한 이 포획의 진영 안에 존재했으며, 〈농군〉은 정치적인 의도의 차원을 넘어서는 영역에서 그러한 피식민지인들의 복잡한 삶의 내부와 현실적 처지를 미학적으로 간취할 수 있었다. 〈농군〉을 통해 볼 수 있는 이태준의 시선은 오족협화의 이념이 아니라, ‘일본 제국주의’와 ‘중국 영토’라는 ‘이념’과 ‘실체’ ‘사이’에 놓여 있는 만주 이주 농민들의 처지를 재현하는 것이다. Recently, crucial issue is emerged in Korean modern literature, which is the study about National literature or Pro-Japanese literature around the era of forming New System. Through reviewing recent treatises originated from the issue, this essay focuses on the arguments around Yi Tae-jun's Peasant to speculate literature methodologies about New System era. The arguments of Kim Jae-yong is meaningful reference since it revises the distortion of literature historic facts generates from nationalistic discourses which is hegemonic in established Korean modern literature history. Whereas, to exclude Yi Tae-jun from his own category, 'Collaboration,' his interpretation of Peasant is rather deliberate disregard for the logic of collaboration immanent in it. To arguments of Kim Chŏl, Peasant is called again as the milestone clarifies the differential academic position among the researchers of the era between Collaboration and Resistance or Colonial and Post-Colonial. And he concludes it is the implements for the propaganda, 'Gojokyokai.' However, from comparative research with Yi Tae-jun's Manchurian travel literature, his conclusion is rather in want of referential documents. Succeeding previous arguments about Peasant, Ha Jŏng-il argues that the ethno-centrism of Peasant is shaded by colonialism but this is the another thing from colonialism itself. Although, there is jeopardy for the compounded multilateral life of Manchurian immigrating Choson peasants is homogenized to follow his analysis of Post-Colonial resistance from Peasant in his scheme. The narrate of Peasant is controversial since it could be captured in inner logics by Japanese policy, 'Great East Asia Prosperity Sphere' and 'Gojokyokai' which encourages Manchurian developments. Imaginably, peasant of this era could be captured within Japanese colonial logics. If Peasant has aesthetical accomplishments, its mimesis should be lay beyond political intents, which represents multilateral and real life of colonial peasant of the era. As the writer, the regard of Yi Tae-jun does not designate the ideology of Gojokyokai but the mimesis of realities which of Manchurian immigrating peasant, in the incongruousness between the ideology of Japanese colonialism and the actuality of Chinese domain.

        Fungus such as Candida albicans is a normal flora that is frequently found in the oral cavity, gastrointestinal tract, genitourinary tract, vaginal mucosa in a normal person. However, candida can cause opportunistic infection in an immune compromised host. Candidiasis has broad spectrum of disease from mucocutaneous infection to invasive or disseminated infection. But, it is rarely reported that candida is associaed with gastrointestinal tract disease in a healthy adult. The case of gastric ulcer associated with candida particularly in a health adult is reported with relevant literature.

        Carcinoid tumors have been reported in a wide range of organs but most commonly involve the lungs, bronchi and gastrointestinal tract. Within the gastrointestinal tract, appendix is the most common location for carcinoid, followed by the distal small intestine, the rectum, and the stomach. Among these, primary involvement of the ampulla of Vater is extremely rare. We report a case of carcinoid tumor of ampulla of Vater. A 62-year-old man presented with epigastric soreness. Gastroduodenal endoscopy showed hyperemic bulging mass on ampulla of Vater and diagnosed as carcinoid tumor by histologic finding, with immunohistochemical study. In ^(111)In-octreoscan, tumor had regional lymph node metastasis, but no evidence of distant metastasis. Pancreatoduodenectomy with lymph node dissection was performed.

      • Electron Cyclotron Resonance O_2 Plasma에서 증착한 규소 산화 박막의 특성

        규소 산화막을 ECR-CVD(electron cyclotron resonance-chemical vapor deposition) 증착방법으로 5인치 기판위에 상온에서 증착하고, 증착공정조건인 증착율, 기판온도, 마이크로파의 세기변화 및 플라즈마 혼합기체의 비에 따른 규소 산화막의 특성을 조사하였다. 또한 산화막의 구조적인 특성을 비교하기 위해 FTIR을 이용하여 ECR-CVD 증착한 산화막, RPE-CVD(remote plasma enhanced-CVD) 증착한 산화막 및 열 산화막의 stretching frequency를 측정하였다. 측정된 결과 ECR-CVD로 증착된 산화막이 구조적인 면에서 열 산화막과 거의 같음을 보였다. ECR-CVD로 증착된 산화막의 전기적인 특성을 전류-전압 및 축전-전압 측정에의하여 분석하였다. 축전된 산화막의 전기적인 특성은 산화막의 전하 밀도는 1×10 exp (11)/㎠이였고, 평균 절연 파괴 전압은 약 6 MV/㎝이다. We have grown thin films of SiO_2 at room temperature by using an ECR-CVD system and have investigated the changes in the properties of the deposited films with changes in the processing conditions such as the deposition rate, the substrate temperature, the microwave power and the plasma gas mixing ratio. We also measured the stretching frequency of three kinds of oxides, and ECR-CVD-grown oxide, a PECVD-grown oxide, and a thermally grown oxide, using FTIR analysis to compare their structural properties. The result shows that the structural properties of the ECR-grown oxide are similar to those of the thermally grown oxide. Additionally, the electrical properties of the ECR-grown oxide were investigated by using current-voltage and capacitance-voltage measurements. These electrical results indicate that the oxide charge density and the average breakdown voltage are 1×10 exp (11) ㎝^-2 and 6 MV/㎝, respectively.

        Radiofrequency ablation(RFA), as a form of minimally invasive therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma, has become an important treatment modality. Because of limitation of surgery, RFA has become standard therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma in some situations. But there are some complications of RFA such as bleeding, infection, hematoma, adjacent organ thermal damage including intestinal perforation, needle track seeding, and so on. There are few reports in the literature that systematically evaluate the incidence of needle tract seeding and its associated risk factors. And only 2 cases of needle tract seeding of hepatocellular carcinoma after RFA were reported in Korea. We report a case of needle tract seeding of hepatocellular carcinoma after RFA.

        1. 本試驗의 目的은 新規竹林 造成의 合理的인 植栽本數를 究明함에 있으며 試驗方法은 다음과 같다. a. 各試驗區面積 : 300㎡ b. 母竹의 植栽는 4月初旬에 植栽하였으며 母竹의 년령은 2∼3年生이고 直徑은 2∼3㎝ 母竹을 各各 가지를 5개씩 남기고 윗부분은 절단하였음. 2. 各處理別 發筍本數는 2,000本植栽區에서 가장 많았으며 다음이 1,500本, 1,000本, 500本植栽區였다. 3. 各處理別 發筍新竹 直徑및 束數도 發筍本數와 같은 경향이였다. In order to improve the suitable number of planting has been investigated. 1. The greater number of emeged sprouts that was planted 2,000 per Ha in poor soil for the effects of proper stand density in bamboo production. 2. The greater volume(bundles) of new-bamboos that was planted 2,000 per Ha but it was reduced the planting terms of bamboo production.

      • Nb계 합금의 고온 산화 거동

        Niobium, one of the refractory metals, exhibits very attractive properties for many high temperature systems. This metal possesses a high melting point (2415℃) and has excellent mechanical strength at elevated temperatures. Unfortunately, Nb, which is otherwise the most promising of high temperature materials, oxidizes very rapidly at even moderate temperatures. Thus. in order to utilize Nb at reasonably high temperatures Nb was alloyed with W, Mo, Cr, Al and platinum group metals that may form protective oxides and therefore prevent the loss of the underlying metal phase. When Nb alloys were made by the activated sintering method, the highest density was obtained under the sintering condition of 1250℃ and 48hours. By the addition of Cr to Nb, the oxidation resistance was increased due to the formation of the protective Cr_2O_3 scale after initial periods of Nb oxidation. The alloy showing the best oxidation resistance was found to be Nb-20wt%Cr-3wt%Ni, which displayed better oxidation resistance than the commercially available Nb-lwt%Zr alloy.

      • 유한요소계산을 이용한 Airline 방향성 결합기 설계 파라미터 추출

        In this paper, we extracted design parameters of airline directional coupler by finite element analyis. By employing the capacitance obtained by FE analysis, design parameters for each lines are extracted. Using the proposed method, the airline directional coupler has been designed and fabricated for measurement. We obtained the desired coupling value and the high directivity of 40dB. The measurement results show the validity of this design method.
