        영조대 후반 소론ㆍ남인계 동향과 탕평론의 추이

        This article is part of a group study dedicated to the task of determining the nature and characteristics of the so-called Tangpyeong/蕩平 politics(a political policy or practice designed not to employ discriminative acts based on party politics against potential candidates for official appointments). This article is also focusing upon analyzing the activities of the Soron and Namin party members during King Yeongjo's reign(especially the latter half period), and also analyzing their version of the Tangpyeong policy, in order to gain new understanding of those parties' political roles and status, with regard to the subsequent reign of King Jeongjo. During the latter half period of King Yeongjo's reign, the Soron party and especially the Wanso/緩少 members, who supported moderation in Tangpyeong policies, concentrated its efforts in reinforcing their leadership which was seriously weakened due to the government's Jojae Tangpyeong(調劑蕩平)policy after the Eulhae/乙亥-year political purge. Their efforts were hindered from reaching its goal by the unexpected outburst of clashes between King Yeongjo and the Noron party members which happened over issues of protecting the Crown prince. But their efforts, nonetheless, to protect the Crown prince and Saedo Jojac(世道調劑), led to the Soron members' being heavily enlisted in the government later, during the reign of King Jeongjo. In the meantime, the Cheongnam party members were exonerated from the 'Petty ones/小人' status and succeeded in reaching the government to receive appointments, thanks to a newly established objective criterion for official selections which was established through the Ipbeob(立法) Tangpyeong policy. Inside the government, they maintained a cooperative relationship with the Wanso(緩少) members, and concentrated on strengthening the King's 1eadership and authority as he had the power of Ipheob Jaesa(立法制事), while also concentrating upon establishing their own influences as well. The political experiences accumulated during this time period provided them with a momentum to maintain their political power afterward, and also achieve the status of a major political faction, amidst all the unfavorable situations occurring after the Imo/壬午-year political disaster, including the Noron party members' continuous political attacks.

        진행 위암환자에서 Lymphokine-Activated Killer (LAK) 활성의 저하

        Natural killer(NK) and lymphokine-activated killer(LAK) activities were determined in 31 patients with unresectable stomach cancer before and immediately after chemotherapy with 5-fluorouracil, adriamycin and mitomycin C(FAM) and 31 healthy volunteers. The major purposes of the study were focused on whether peripheral blood lymphocytes(PBL) in stomach cancer patients had a similar ability in the generation of LAK activity to those in healthy volunteers and what the effect was of chemotherapy with FAM on the generation of LAK activity. LAK cells were generated in vitro by culturing human PBL with 100 U/㎖ of recombinant human interleukin-2(rH-IL-2) for 72 hours. K562(human myelogenous leukemia cell line) and MKN-45(human stomach adenocarcinoma cell line) were used as target cells for NK and LAK activities. NK activity against K562, a sensitive line, was significantly depressed in patients with stomach cancer compared with that in healthy volunteers(p<0.01). However, LAK activity against K562 was similar to that of the controls. Age, sex and performance status(ECOG 0-2 and 3-4) did not have an influence on both NK and LAK activities. LAK activity was significantly higher than NK activity, either against K562 or MKN-45, in both healthy volunteers and patients with stomach cancer(p<0.001). NK and LAK activities against MKN-45, a NK-resistant line, in patients with stomach cancer showed significantly lower levels than those in healthy volunteers. We also analyzed the effect of chemotherapy with FAM on NK and LAK activities, with no suppression of NK and LAK activities being observed. In this study, we have demonstrated that PBL of stomach cancer have a reduced ability to generate LAK activity in response to rH-IL-2. However, LAK activity generated from PBL receiving chemotherapy with FAM was similar to that of PBL without chemotherapy.

      • 트리아민-구리(Ⅱ)-이미다졸염 착물의 촉매작용에 관한 연구

        Acetylsalicylic acid의 가수분해 반응에서 imidazole과 몇 가지 triamine-copper(Ⅱ)-imidazolate complex들의 촉매효과를 비교 하였다. 촉매로서는 imidazole(ImH)과 그 2- 또는 4-치환 유도체, diethylenetriamine-copper(Ⅱ)-imidazolate complex(C₂C₂CuIm)와 그 imidazole-ring 치환 유도체 및 N-(2-aminoethy1)-1, 3-propanediamine-copper(Ⅱ) imidazolate complex(C₂C₂CuIm)와 그 imidazole-ring 치환 유도체들을 택하였다. 촉매효과의 비(kcat값으로 비교)는 ImH : C₂C₂CuIm = 1.00 : 2.81 : 2.66로 나타났으며 촉매의 효과는 이들 complex의 imidazole-ring의 전자주는 치환기에 의해 증가 하였다. Catlytic effects of imidazole and several of triamine-copper(Ⅱ)-imidazolates were investigated for the hydrolysis of acetylsalicylic acid. As catalysts, imidazole(ImH) and its 2- or 4-substituted derivatives, diethylenetriamine-copper(Ⅱ)-imidazolate complex(C₂C₂CuIm) and its imidazole-ring substituted derivatives, and N-(2-aminoethyl)-1, 3-propanediamine complex(C₂C₂CuIm) and its imidazole-ring substituted derivatives were chosen. The ratio of efficiency among these catalysts was observed to bh ImH : C₂C₂CuIm : C₂C₂CuIm = 1.00 : 2.81 : 2.66, and the effect of catalytic action was enhanced by an electron-releasing substituent on imidazole-ring of the complex.

        본 논문은 정보교환기 실시간 운영체제의 구조 및 구현에 대한 기술과 정보교환기 실시간 운영체제의 수행시간을 각 기능별로 최소 수행시간, 최대 수행시간, 일상 수행시간으로 분류하여 측정하였다. 또한 기본 호 처리를 위한 운영 체제의 수행시간과 일상적인 정보교환기의 용량과 트레픽시 정보교환기 운영체제의 시스템 오버헤드를 구하였다. In this paper, We described the architecture and the implementation of the real time Operating system for Information Exchange System, and also we measured and presented The execution time (best case, average case, worst case execution time) of all functions Implemented in the real time kernel. In addition, we measured the execution time of this real time operating system for Processing a basic call, and also measured system overhead of this real time operating System under the average system capacity and traffic of the Information Exchange System.

      • 4주간의 육미지황탕 투여가 최대하운동시 근대 5종 선수들의 혈액성분 및 혈액가스성분 변화에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to estimate the changes of blood components and blood gases on submaximal exercise after Yuk-mi-ji-Whang-tang administration during 4 weeks. Ten modern pentathlon athletes participated as subjects of this study. The result and conclusion of this study is as follows; The changes of blood components on pre-, post-sumaximal exercise and during recovery time was not significant difference in Yuk-mi-ji-whang-tang administration group except for WBC(p<.05.). But comparative observation of blood gases levels such as pH, PCO₂, PO₂, HCO₃, O₂SAT, O₂CT was showed a tendency of being lower acidity, higher PO₂, lower PCO₂on pre-, post-sumaximal exercise and during recovery time in Hyang-sa-pyung-yi-san than in Yuk-mi-ji-whang-tang administration group.

      • 포천천(포천군)의 관속식물상

        This study was to establish the floristic composition in Pocheon stream(a total of 8 sites) of Pocheon-gun. Vascular plants were composed of 53 families, 129 genera, 150 species, 20 varieties, and 3 formae, totaling 173 taxa(inc1uded 21taxa of aquatic plants), Persicaria lapathifolia and Humulus japonica were the predominant species. A new forma-species, Quamoclit angulata for. alba (Convolvulaceae), is described from karae-ri, Pocheon-gun, Kyongkido, Korea. A naturalized plants were 25 species, correspond to 11.5% of totaling 218 species appeared in South Korea. The Life-form were Geophyte(6.9%), Magaphanerophytes(7.5%), Nanophanerophytes(5.8%), Microphanerophytes (4.1%), Chamaephytes (5.2%), Hemicryptophytes(l4.5%), Hydatophytes (12.1%). Therophytes (43.9%) respectively. Also the original aquatic plants were Sium suave, Potamogeton oxyphyllus, Najas minor, Lemna paucicostata and Spirodela polyrhiza.

        보강재로 보강된 개방 원뿔형 쉘의 해석

        In this study, open conical shells with ring and stringers are analyzed. A versatile 4-node shell element which is useful for the analysis of conical shell structures is used and 3-D beam element is used for stiffeners. An improved flat shell element is established by the combined use of the addition of non-conforming displacement modes and the substitute shear strain fields. The proposed element has six degrees of freedom per node and permits an easy connection to other types(beam element) of finite elements. Optimum location and optimum section properties of ring and stringer are obtained. It is shown that the thickness of conical shell can be reduced about 20~50% by appropriate location of stiffeners.
