Jae Seon Shin Sung Joo Lee This thesis describes an approach to requirements specification in which different aspects of requirements specification are expressed using multiple models. This thesis also describes an interactive software tool named Model-Box, Which supports the construction and analysis of requirements models via textual and graphical representations. Model-Box allows users to define appropriate new models for the aspects they want to describe, without restriction to a single modeling methodology.

Fungus such as Candida albicans is a normal flora that is frequently found in the oral cavity, gastrointestinal tract, genitourinary tract, vaginal mucosa in a normal person. However, candida can cause opportunistic infection in an immune compromised host. Candidiasis has broad spectrum of disease from mucocutaneous infection to invasive or disseminated infection. But, it is rarely reported that candida is associaed with gastrointestinal tract disease in a healthy adult. The case of gastric ulcer associated with candida particularly in a health adult is reported with relevant literature.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the visual variation of skilled and unskilled people, and to obtain data necessary for skill improvement of effective handball penalty throw. An eye tracker was used to collect eye movements, concentration points, directions, and paths during penalty throws. The results are as follows: 1) For skilled players, the place where they threw and the place where their eyes were focused matched. 2) There is no difference in the presence or absence of eye contact with the goalkeeper.
저유속에서 다공성 입자의 충전층에 대한 비흡착성 기체의 확산 및 분산

저유속에서 다공성입자와 충전층에서 비흡착성 기체의 축방향분산계수를 시간역 곡선맞추기법으로 구하였다. 축방향분산계수와 입자내부확산계수에 대한 2차원 오차 contour는, 본 연구의 실험조건하에서, 전자에 대해서는 비교적 민감하지만 후자에 대해서는 거의 영향을 받지 않았다. 1/(Re ·Sc)에 대한 1/Pe의 상관관계는 직선으로 나타낼 수 있었다. 유속이 영에 접근할 때 분자확산계수에 대한 축방향분산계수의 비의 극한값은 0.454이었다. The axial dispersion coeffcient of nonadsorbing gas was obtained from the gas chromatography in the packed bed of porous particles at low rates. The parameter was estimated by technique of curve fitting in time domain. The two-dimensional error contour against the axial dispersion coeffcient and the intraparticle diffusivity is largely affected by the former, but rare affected by the latter. The correlaton of 1/Pe to 1/(Re ·Sc) showed a straigt line. As the velocity of carrier gas approaches to zero, the limiting value of the ratio of the axial dispersion coefficient to the molecular diffusivity was found to be 0.454.
Berberine 含有生藥의 β-cyclodextrin 포접화합물의 生體利用率에 관한 硏究

To increase the bioavailability of berberine inclusion complex were prepared and studied in this experiment. Inclusion complexes of berberine(BER) and methanol extract of Coptis Rhizomia(MEX) with B-cyclodextrin were prepared. The solubilities of BER and MEX were 0.14% and 1.79%, while those of BECD and MECD were 0.36 and 3.22% respectively. The lipid-water partition coefficients of Ber-B-CD indlusion complex(BECD) and MEX-B-CD inclusion complex(MECD) were more increased than BER and MEX respectively. The absorption rates of BECD and MECD in stomach, duodenum, and jejunum of rats were compared with those of BER and MEX, which were more increased than BER and MEX respectively. The times required for the maximum serum concentration fo berberine from BER, MEX, BECD and MECD in mice were 30 minutes after oral administration. The maximum serum concentrations of berberine from BECD and MECD were higher than those from BER and MEX respectively. BECD was shown more increased antibacterial activity to all the gram positive bacteria, gram begative bacteria and mold than BER,MECD was shown more increased antibacterial activity to only S. epidermidis, K. pneumoniae, E. coli than MEX. The dissolutions of BECD and MECD were higher than BER and MEX respectiely. Therefore, it suggest that preparing of inclusion complex brings to prevention of coprecititated formation and improvement fo bioavailability of berberine.
진행 위암환자에서 Lymphokine-Activated Killer (LAK) 활성의 저하

Natural killer(NK) and lymphokine-activated killer(LAK) activities were determined in 31 patients with unresectable stomach cancer before and immediately after chemotherapy with 5-fluorouracil, adriamycin and mitomycin C(FAM) and 31 healthy volunteers. The major purposes of the study were focused on whether peripheral blood lymphocytes(PBL) in stomach cancer patients had a similar ability in the generation of LAK activity to those in healthy volunteers and what the effect was of chemotherapy with FAM on the generation of LAK activity. LAK cells were generated in vitro by culturing human PBL with 100 U/㎖ of recombinant human interleukin-2(rH-IL-2) for 72 hours. K562(human myelogenous leukemia cell line) and MKN-45(human stomach adenocarcinoma cell line) were used as target cells for NK and LAK activities. NK activity against K562, a sensitive line, was significantly depressed in patients with stomach cancer compared with that in healthy volunteers(p<0.01). However, LAK activity against K562 was similar to that of the controls. Age, sex and performance status(ECOG 0-2 and 3-4) did not have an influence on both NK and LAK activities. LAK activity was significantly higher than NK activity, either against K562 or MKN-45, in both healthy volunteers and patients with stomach cancer(p<0.001). NK and LAK activities against MKN-45, a NK-resistant line, in patients with stomach cancer showed significantly lower levels than those in healthy volunteers. We also analyzed the effect of chemotherapy with FAM on NK and LAK activities, with no suppression of NK and LAK activities being observed. In this study, we have demonstrated that PBL of stomach cancer have a reduced ability to generate LAK activity in response to rH-IL-2. However, LAK activity generated from PBL receiving chemotherapy with FAM was similar to that of PBL without chemotherapy.
