        큰느타리버섯 재배의 최적 CO₂조건

        CO₂는 버섯의 발이를 촉진하고 갓의 생성을 억제해서, 담자포자를 가지는 주름(gill)의 발달을 억제하여 버섯의 품질을 결정하는데 영향을 미친다. 본 실험에서는 큰느타리버섯의 생육에 가장 적합한 CO₂농도를 구명하려고 1,600, 2,400, 3,200ppm 이하의 농도에서 버섯생육 실험하였다. 방임처리구에서 수확율은 방임조건 1,600, 2,400, 3,200ppm에서 각각 98.6, 99.3, 93.8%로 2,400ppm이 가장 우수하였고, 병당 무게에서도 2,400ppm이 가장 우수한 102.5g이 수확되었다. 품질은 2,400ppm이 6.1, 1,600ppm에서 5.5로 111% 우수하였다. 솎음처리구에서 품질은 1,600, 2,400, 3,200ppm에서 9.4, 9.5, 8.0로 2,400ppm이 가장 높았다. 병당 수확량은 1,600, 2,400, 3,200ppm에서 각각 90.7, 98.2, 77.3g 이어서 방임처리구와 마찬가지로 2,400ppm에서 많은 수확량을 보였다. 이러한 결과를 놓고 볼 때 방임과 솎음처리구의 최적 CO₂농도는 2,400ppm으로 사료된다. Carbon dioxide(CO₂) promotes development of primordia and depress differentiation of sporophore and gill containing basidia, have an effect on quality. This experiments were conducted to elucidate optimal level of CO₂ for king oyster mushroom(Pleurotus eryngii). King oyster mushroom was cultivated under 1,600, 2,400, and 3,200ppm CO₂. Harvest ratio in normal plot were 98.6, 99.3, and 93.8% at 1,600, 2,400, 3,200ppm, respectively, so 2,400ppm is optimal. The yield per bottle was 102.5g at 2,400ppm, better than 99.7g at 1,600ppm, The CO₂ concentration of 2,400ppm was also the best condition for quality, 6.1 at 2,400ppm was 115% of 1,600ppm's. In thinning treatment plot, quality at 2,400ppm was 9.5 better than 1,600ppm whose quality was 9.4. The yields per bottle were 90.7, 98.2, 77.3g at 1,600, 2,400, 3,200ppm respectively. These results show that 2,400ppm was optimal CO₂ concentration for quantity of King Oyster mushroom as well as quality.

        큰느타리버섯의 품질기준에 관한 연구

        In order to make the objective quality standard of Pleurotus eryngii, we statistically analysed fruit body collected by the type of market with our own mushroom research lab's quality standard and suggested the quality standard of Pleurotus eryngii by grade. Namely, premium(extra large), first(large), second(middle), and third grade(small) fruit body were 120∼130, 110∼120 below, 80∼110below, and 80mm and below, respectively in height. The diameters of stipe of each grades were 40∼45, 30∼40below, 25∼30below, 25mm below, respectively. The standard of the diameter of pileus indicated ratio of the diameter of pileus/the diameter of stipe instead of the diameter of pileus only because a quality is depend on a ratio of pileus/stipe. The premium and first grade of a ratio of pileus/stipe were 1.6 below and 1.7and below respectively. The weights of premium(extra large), first(large), second(middle), and third grade(small) fruit body were 95 ∼120, 70∼95below, 50∼70below, 50g below, respectively 큰느타리버섯의 객관적인 품질기준을 마련하기 위하여 유통형태별로 자실체를 수집하여 통계적으로 본 연구실의 기준과 비교분석하고, 등급별 품질기준을 제시하였다. 즉, 키의 경우 특품(특대)120∼130, 상품(대)110∼120미만, 중품(중)80∼110미만, 하품(소)80mm 미만으로 두었고, 대두께는 품질별로 특품(특대)40∼45, 상품(대)30∼40미만, 중품(중)25∼30미만, 하품(소) 25mm미만으로 정하였다. 갓직경은 절대적인 수치보다 대두께와의 비례에 의해 품질이 정해지므로 구체적인 수치를 없애는 대신 비율을 적시하였다. 특품(특대)은 갓직경/대두께의 비율이 1.6이하, 상품(대)은 1.7이하로 두었다. 무게는 특품(특대)이 95∼120, 상품(대)70∼95미만, 중품(중)50∼70미만, 하품(소)50g미만으로 설정하였다.

        River water which is one of important unused energy resources has been utilized as cooling water in industrial factories for a long time. The temperature of river water is higher than air in the summer season and vice versa in the winter season. In addition, the river water temperature is relatively stable. From these features, the river water has been expected as alternative cooling and heating heat sources with the development of the heat pump techniques. To utilize the river water as heat source, it is important to establish the standard method for estimating the quantity of river water converted into energy and evaluate the available quantity accurately and on a realistical basis. In this study, the standardization of estimating method is attempted and then the quantity of unused energy of river water is estimated regionally and its energy saving effect and potential are discussed.

        In general, the contraction of thread in a fabric can be determined by the following factors such as tension, ends or picks per inch, weaves, counts and turns per inch. In order to simplify the calculation we ignored the effects of tension and twists on contraction, and classified the fabric as follows: a) a square fabric b) a fabric whose angle of curvature of warp or weft proceeds the other. c) a fabric whose angle of curvature of warp or weft slightly differes from the other. Firstly, we determined the maximum possible density of warp or weft as follows: D=1/cosθ(de+df) where θ; angle of curvature de; dia. of warp df; dia. of weft D; maximum possible density of warp and weft. The results are as follows L = {I×C×(de+df)×n/D}×D/N where L; original length of warp or weft in a unit length of fabric. I; number of curvature in a repeat due to weaves. C; constant of angle of curvature. n; number of threads that continuously float in a repeat due to weave. And on the variation of tension during weaving we analysed the variation of tension due to three principal motion of loom and classified the nature of variation as follows; such as a) tension which varies continuously during weaving b) tension which varies intermittenly during weaving And summerized as follows; A) tension which varies according to shedding and beating motion varies intermittenly B) tension which added to the warpbeam increases by the decrease of warp beam dia. C) tension which varies according to letting off and taking up motion varies intermittently or continuously by the mechanism.

      • p-PbSe/n-Si Heterojunction 태양전지에 대한 연구

        Heterojunction solar cell of p-PbSe/n-Si fabricated by solution growth technique at room temperature. The crystal structure, spectral response, surface morphology, and I - V characteristics of p-PbSe/n-Si heterojunction are studied. The PbSe/n-Si layer deposited on a silicon substrate (400) were found to be cubic structure with crystal orientation (400), (220), (200), and (111) from the X-ray diffraction patterns. The open-circuit voltage, short-circuit current, fill factor, and conversion efficiency of p-PbSe/n-Si heterojunction solar cell under 80Mw/㎠ illumination were found to be 0.41V, 21mA, 0.73, and 6.285%, respectively.

      • SERVQUAL 척도를 활용한 입원환자 서비스의 질 구성차원에 관한 연구

        The objective of this study is to analyze the dimension of inpatient care service quality using SERVQUAL scale. The SERVQUAL scale is based on the gap theory, that is, the difference of patients' expectations and the actually received medical care service in hospital. On the basis of this theory, we measured the inpatients' perceived service quality and patient satisfaction. Data was gathered from a self-administered questionnaire at a 980 bed university hospital in Inchon City. These questionnaire measuring the service quality were distributed to 250 inpatients. A total of 166 questionnaires were finally analyzed. The response rate was 66.4%. Factor analysis was performed on 42 items and reliability and validity of these items was evaluated. And we analyzed the effect of service quality dimension on overall patient satisfaction through the multiple regression analysis. The major results of this study are as follows. First, The dimension of inpatient service quality was categorized into 7 dimensions, that is, personal caring, communication, access, physical environment, facilities and equipment, cleanliness, appropriateness and health status. Second, the reliability and validity of inpatient service quality items was satisfied. Finally, the effect of 7 dimensions on overall satisfaction was statistically significant (p<0.05).

      • 정제된 주사(HgS)의 적출된 흰쥐 심근 수축력 억제효능에 관한 연구

        According to books (or Our forefather doctors of oriental medicine have thought) Cinnabar has the effects of tranquilization, sedation anticonvulsion by controlling heart channel heat, and of detoxification, antifebrile reinforcing eyesight by cooling down heart heat, and of soothing, reinforcing Qi by tonifyion heart Qi. Today clinical adjustment suggests that Cinnabar has the effects of tonifying mind, passing blood & Qi in meridian through, soothing both body & mind, moistning heart and lung, anticonvulsion tranquilization, sedation and antifebrile. In current medical terms, it could be said to have effects on central nervous system and heart. So this study was projected to find out Cinnabar's effect on cardiac contractility, cardiac function and, further, on central nervous system. Isolated atrium was used to examine the effect of Cinnabar on cardiac contractility. MATERIALS AND METHODS To examine(or study) the mechanism of Cinnabar(Hgs)'s effect on heart, 150 to 250g Sprague-Dawley rats were selected. And their hearts were extracted(or isolated) shortly after killed by guillotine followed by being suspended in modified Krebs-Ringer bicarbonate glucose medium with 95% Oxygen and 5% carbon dioxide flowing. And atrium are separated in as short time as possible with care not to destroy the cardiac conduction system. Right atrium was connected to tissue holder and Left atrium to force transducer(Havard apparatus type) by silk(gut) with 750mg constant tension. After one hour, 10-5M, 5×10-5M, 10-4M Cinnobar(232.68g red HgS) were mixed into the medium bath with the atrium in equilibration state. Electrical stimulation was given to the atrium by 20 pulse/min with 10msec conduction pacing voltage. Harvard type chart mover system was used to record the developed tension due to atrial contraction. The change of developed tension was expressed in percentile change. So the effect induced by added substance was expressed as the percentile change of developed tension. The contractility of the isolated hearts was measured every ten minutes for one hour. And then the isolated hearts containing cinnabar were washed by fresh medium and the contractility was remeasured. The experiment was taken in 30℃ because the result was better and heart rate was more regular and lasting in 30℃ than in 37℃. RESULTS 1) The contractility of the heart suspended in Krebs-Ringer bicarbonate glucose medium was decreased 30% by 10-5M Cinnabar. 2) The contractility of the heart suspended in Krebs-Ringer bicarbonate glucose medium was decreased 50% by 5×10p-5M Cinnabar. 3) The contractility of the heart suspended in Krebs-Ringer bicarbonate glucose medium was decreased 80% by 10-4M Cinnabar. 4) The contractility of the heart injected with 10-5M Cinnabar was recovered about 20% by washing with new nutritive medium. These results suggest that Cinnabar has the inhibitory effect on the myocardial contractility and are consistent with the explanations on the effects of Cinnabar -the effects of tranquilization, sedation, anticonvulsion by controlling heart channel heat, and of detoxification, antifebrile, reinforcing eyesight by cooling down heart heat, and of soothing, reinforcing Qi by tonifying heart Qisedation of both body and mind etc.-written in old books. The more study on detail pharmacological mechanism needs to(is expected to) be followed.

      • 레이저 재료 가공을 위한 광폭빔 광학 장치

        A new wide laser beam optical system for the laser materials processing has been developed with a polygonal mirror. It consists of polygonal mirror and cooling part that prevents the surface of rotating polygonal mirror from damage by heat. The polygonal mirrors have been designed and made as 24 and 30 facets in pyramid type. This system provides a uniform linear laser heat source with the surface scanning width from 15 to 50mm according to the scanning height. To examine the wide laser beam, He-Ne laser is used. Also, Acryl is used to confirm the laser beam pattern by bum-pattern print. to analyze the energy distribution of the wide laser beam, empirical values and theoretical values are compared and discussed. To improve the efficiency of the wide laser beam optical system, methods are suggested by the optical theories. For larger area processing like turbine blade, drawing roller, cold roller and guide plate, optimal overlapping locations have been calculated and analyzed by geometric and optical theories.

      • 도시 소하천에서 수질현황 및 오염부하 특성에 관한 연구

        This study was performed to analyze the water quality from small urban stream and to restore the stream and the take to the amenity environment by purifying urban stream. The amenity environment of the urban stream influences on ecosystem and the water quality of the lake. In this study sampling sites were set for the Shingal stream, the Jigok stream and the sewages which flow in the Shingal stream. The flow rate, pH, EC, concentration of DO, BOD, COD, NH_4-N, NO_2-N, NO_3-N, T-P, PO_4-P and Cl^- in stream were analyzed from April, 1995 to March,1996. The results obtained from these investigations were as follow; The annual average pH was 7.63. Concentrations of SS, BOD, T-N and T-P were 10.6㎎/1, 3.42㎎/1, 8.58㎎/1 and 0.275㎎/1 at the upstream and 24.8㎎/1, 16.64㎎/1, 14.25㎎/and 0.88㎎/1 at the downstream, respectively. It indicates that rapid contamination of water quality occurred during its flow from upstream downstream. The suggested plans to improve the water quality of the Shingal stream and lake Shingal are as follows. ① Reduction of inflow loading with construction of wastewater treatment plant. ② Educate environmental consciousness for getting the reduction of municipal sewage inflow. ③ In the industrial area, reinforce wastewater emission control level with more strict requisitions. ④ Dredging of sediment for self-purification.
