        백서 삼차신경내 신경세포체의 치아이동에 따른 CGRP 면역염색성의 변화

        이 연구의 목적은 중추신경계에서는 동통의 전달을 조절하며 말초조직에서는 혈관이완, 면역체계의 조절, 탐식기능 조절 등의 염증에 관여되며 골 생성세도 관여하여 치아이동시 중요한 기능을 할 것으로 추측되고 있는 CGRP의 생성장소인 삼차신경절내의 세포체의 크기에 따른 CGRP면역 반응성의 변화를 관찰하여 삼차 신경절내 CGRP면역양성을 띄는 각 크기의 세포들의 치아이동의시간 경과에 따른 반응을 밝혀보고자 하는 것이다. 생후 9주령의 Sprague-Dawley계 백서 30마리를 정상 대조군 6마리, 3시간 교정력 적용군 5마리, 12시간군 4마리, 1일군 5마리, 3일군 5마리, 7일군 5마리로 나누어 실험군은 각 해당 시간동안 상악 우측 제1대구치에 30gm내외의 교정력을 가한 후 희생시켰다. 희생시킨 백서의 삼차 신경절을 적출하여 냉동 절편을 형성한 후 토끼의 항체를 이용하여 면역화학 염색을 시행하였다. 삼차 신경절의 CGRP면역양성 신경세포체를 크기에 따라 소형 (20㎛ 미만), 중형(20-35㎛), 대형(35㎛초과)으로 나누어 교정력 적용시간에 따른 변화를 관찰하였다. 1. 삼차 신경절내 전 신경세포체중 CGRP면역양성 신경세포체가 차지하는 비율은 정상 대조군이 33.0%였으며, 교정력적용후 1일 후에는 24.5%로 감소하였으나 7일 후에는 41.8%로 증가하였다. 2. 정상대조군에서 CGRP면역양성 신경세포체중 소형, 중형, 대형은 각각 51.4%, 44.0%, 4.7%였다. 3. 소형의 CGRP면역양성 신경세포체는 3시간, 12시간 군에서 높게 나타났다. 4. 중형의 CGRP면역양성 신경세포체는 3일, 7일군에서 대형의 CGRP면역양성 신경세포체는 7일군에 높게 나타났다. 위를 종합하여 볼 때 치아이동 초기에는 CGRP면역양성 신경세포체중 소형의 세포가, 후기에는 중형, 대형의 세포가 반응한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. GRP was known as the modulator of pain transmission in central nervous system and local effector to peripheral tissue causing vasodilation, increased blood flow, modulation of immune sysem, stimulation of endothelial cell proliferation, and stimulation of bone formation. Numerous study, therefore, were done to elucidate involvement of CGRP to tooth movement. To investgate the response of CGRP immunoreactive nerve cells according to cell size in trigeminal ganglion during tooth movement, immunohistochemical study was performed using rat. Experimental rats(9 weeks old, 210gm) were divided as six groups(normal(n=6), 3 hour group(n=6), 3 hour group(n=5), 12 hour group(n=4), 1 day group(n=5), 3 day group(n=5), 7 day group(n=5), and were applied orthodontic force (apporximately 30 gm) to upper right maxillary molar. After frozen sections of trigeminal ganglions were immunostained using rabbit antisera, the change of CGRP immunoreactive cells in regard to cell size distribution(small cell(upto 20㎛), medium cell(20-35 ㎛), large cell(above 35㎛) were observed. The results were as follows 1. The percentage of CGRP immunoreactive cells to all nerve cells in trigeminal ganglion was 33.0% in normal control group, was decreased to 24.5% in 1 day group, and was increased to 41.8% in 7 day group. 2. The percentage of small, medium, and large cells expressing CGRP immunoreactivity in normal trigeminal ganglion to all CGRP immunoreactive cells were 51.3%, 44.0%, 4.7%, respectively. 3. The percentage of small cells with CGRP immunoreactivity to all CGRP immunoreactive cells was increased in 3 hour and 12 hour groups. 4. The percentage of medium cells with CGRP immunoreactivity was increased in 3 day and 7 day groups. 5. The percentage of large cells with CGRP immunoreactivity in 7 day group. Conclusively, the small cells with CGRP immunoreactivity in trigeminal ganglion respond to orthodontic force during initial phase of tooth movement, and later the medium and large cells with CGRP immunoreactivity respond.

This study was attempted to kinematical characteristics of the El-grip swing with 1turn to el-grip in elite horizontal bar for the purpose of improving performance. The subjects were three males who were 2002 Busan Asian Games in men's team. The three dimensional motion analysis with DLT method was executed using three video cameras of analyzing the actual competition situation. In point of analyzing the actual competition situation, it is expected that gymnastics and coaches have the effective informations, and the following conclusion had resulted. 1. In case of release, It is impotant to make fast horizontal velocity of CM, high vertical position of CM, large hip and shoulder angle. Also It should be performed release motion of trunk rotation angle(+). 2. During LHR the action should be made at higher position than the CM and the shoulder joint is moving within 127±16.82. It is important to make large trunk rotation angle. 3. During Hop, the RHR motion should be done in high position with short time and fast twisting action and to reduce the vertical speed is important.

        감자를 첨가한 기능성 크림수프의 품질 특성

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the quality characteristics of potato added functional cream soup. The highest crude protein (p<.01) and crude lipid (p<.001) were for the potato soup with added potato peel (S₃). The highest pH of 5.95 was for the potato soup with added potato peel (S₄). The highest lightness of 69.46(1, value) was for the potato soup with added potato peel (S₃) (p<.01). The redneess(a value) and yellowness(b value) were increased by the adding of potato peel to the potato soup(p<.01). Viscosity was increased by potato content, and was the highest for the potato soup (S₂) (p<.001). The glycoalkaloid content of the potato soup with added potato peel was 175 mg and 2.20 mg, for Si and S4 respectively. In sensory evaluation. the highest sensory scores for flavor and taste (p<.05) of mean 3.55 and 3.45, respectively, were obtained from the potato soup with added potato peel (S₄). The highest overall acceptability of mean 3.00 was for the potato soup with added potato peel (S₃) (p<.01).

        ICC 중재법원의 판정사례에 관한 연구 : 이집트와 유고슬라비아의 철강제수출입분쟁사건을 중심으로

        This study is to analyze the case law on the disputes of the ex-im contract of steel bar from Yugoslav to Egypt, for which awards were made by the ICC Arbitration Court, trying to find out the characteristic approach of the tribunal toward arbitration case dealing with socialistic country, Yugoslav and Islamic Egypt. An Egyptian importer and an yugoslavian Exporter concluded a contract, with an option to purchase an additional quantity, for the steel bar. The importer exercised this option as provided in the contract. But the exporter refused to honor the option, due to the fact that the world market price for the steel bar has gone up. As a result, the importer had to purchase the steel bar as a replacement from a Rumanian company at the price higher than the original contract. And it has initiated arbitration under the arbitration clause at the ICC Arbitration Court to claim compensation for the loss due to the price difference. CISG and ULIS were closely studied along with the Yugoslav Law to determine whether the exporter could be exempted from the liability to damages. But the tribunal denied to accept the exporter's contention. The tribunal decided that the importer was entitled to damages due to the exporter's failure to deliver the additional quantity of goods at the original price, It was due to the fact that the price increase was not extremely sudden & high enough to exceed a reasonable entrepreneurial risk and also could be taken into account when concluding the contract.

      • Zn를 첨가한 고온초전도체 Y Pr Ba₂Cu₃O 의 Raman 분석

        고온초전도제 Y Pr Ba₂Cu₃O 에 Zn를 첨가(x=0.00, 0.05, 0.10, 0.15, 0.20)하여 전이온도 측정, X-ray회절 실험과 Raman 실험을 하였다. Raman 측정결과 다섯 개의 시료가 일반적인 YBCO 초천도체의 Raman 스펙트럼에서 존재하는 다섯 개의 대칭활성모드(115cm¹,150cm¹.340cm¹,440cm¹,504cm¹)가 관측되었다. 이것은 Cu 와 관련된 대칭활성모드의 주파수가 모두 저주파 변위를 나타내어 Zn가 Cu(1)과 Cu(2)에 치환되었음을 의미한다. 저주파 변위 정도는 Zn에 거의 무관했으나, Raman 스펙트럼의 각 피이크의 선폭은 치환된 Zn에 의해 증가했다. 이 결과는 Zn가 Cu자리에 어느 한계 이상은 치환되지 못하고 시료 내에서 불순물상을 형성함을 나타내는 것이다. We measured transition temperature, X-ray diffraction pattern and Raman spectra of Zn added(x=0.00, 0.05, 0.10, 0.15, 0.20) high-T superconductor Y Pr Ba₂Cu₃O All samples have been observed five symmetric activity modes(115cm,150cm¹.340cm¹,440cm¹,504cm¹)which exist in Raman spectrum of general YBCO superconductor. This means Zn is substituted for Cu(1) and Cu(2) due to the fact that symmetric activity mode frequency related with Cu shows low-frequency shift. The degree of low-frequency shift was nearly independent on Zn but line width of Raman spectra peaks were increased by the substituted Zn. This results shows that Zn does not be substituted for Cu-site more than limit value and formes impurity phase in the sample.

      • 엘리트 높이뛰기 선수들의 발구름 동작에 관한 운동학적 분석

        This study was attempted to kinematical characteristics of the take-off motion in elite high jumpers for the purpose of improving jumping height. The subjects were three males who were 2002 Busan Asian Games medalist in high jump. The three dimensional motion analysis with DLT method was executed using three video cameras of analyzing the actual competition situation. In point of analyzing the actual competition situation, it is expected that high jumpers and coaches have the effective informations, and the following conclusion had resulted. The take-off time shows that this study was longer than the other former studies. This result comes from wet ground condition, because of cold day. The ratio of height that center of gravity was 52.8±4.3 % in touch-down phase and 72.3±5.3% in take-off phase. Also vertical height of increasing between touch-down and take-off was 19.5±1.5%, maximum height was 124.3±2.8%. In order to improve jumping height the vertical and medial-lateral velocity of center of gravity should be increased as possible. And the lead leg and both arms contribute to the increase of center of gravity's velocity. It is appeared that the knee joint angle the lead leg at touch-down phase 162.2±8.89 degree, at take-off phase was 167.7±8.38degree, the angle of maximum flextion was 174.0±3.58 degree. The take-off leg were 117.4±10.6, 66.9±8.0, 146.8±13.1degree respectively.

      • 배구의 A 속공시 신체분절 각도와 각속도에 대한 숙련자와 미숙련자간의 운동학적 비교분석

        This study was conducted to investigate the biomechanical charateristics of A-quick in the volleyball spiking to improve the technique of the volleyball spike. The subjects were six male college and high school athletes. The motions of volleyball spike were filmed by using two Panasonic D-5100 S-VHS Video Cameras. The mechanical factors were angle and angular velocity of body segments in the upper limbs and the lower limbs. The conclusions were as follows; 1. The skilled showed larger than the unskilled in angle of the shoulder joint on impacting in A Quick-Spike. 2. The skilled showed smaller than the unskilled in angle of the elbow joint on impacting in A Quick-Spike. 3. The skilled showed smaller than the unskilled in angle of the wrist joint on impacting in A Quick-Spike. 4. The skilled showed larger than the unskilled in angle of the hip joint on all phase in A Quick-Spike. 5. The skilled showed smaller than the unskilled in angle of the knee joint on getting take-off in A Quick-Spike, and similar on getting take-off and impacting. 6. The skilled showed larger than the unskilled in angle of the ankle joint on getting take-off in A Quick-Spike. 7. The skilled showed faster than the unskilled in angular velocity of the shoulder joint, elbow joint, wrist joint on on impacting in A Quick-Spike.

      • HPLC 시스템을 이용한 大氣中 多核芳香族 炭化水素의 定量에 關한 硏究

        In this study, an analytical procedure was evaluated for the determination of atmospheric PAH, both in gaseous and particulate phases. The method involves Soxhlet extraction of the filters and Tenax adsorbent, followed by a clean-up stage using a silica mini column prior to analysis by reversephase HPLC with wavelength programmable fluorescence and UV detection. A total of 18 PAH were identified and quantified, all of which have been of environmental concern. In order to validate the methodology and to ensure compatibility of the results, the analytical method used for the determination of PAH was evaluatd with respect to the efficiencies of extraction and clean-up procedure, HPLC separation, and lower limits of detection. In addition, substrate dependency of PAH recovery was also investigated for the two type of filter(glass fiber and PTEF filters) and Tenax adsorbent.

      • 불포화 폴리에스테르 수지의 물성이 폴리머 콘크리트의 강도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구에서는 폴리머 콘크리트의 결합재인 불포화 폴리에스테르 수지(UPR)의 물리적 성질을 조사하였다. 그 결과는 비중 1.1 g/mL, 점도 3.0 poise, styrene의 함량은 40% 내외이고 산값은 약 20이었다. 본 실험에서 제조된 폴리머 콘크리트의 압축강도는 평균 1,056 Kg/cm², 휨강도는 216 Kg/cm², 인장강도는 110 Kg/cm²이었는데, 이는 시멘트 콘크리트에 비해 비교적 좋은 역학적 성질을 나타낸 것이다. 변동계수는 압축강도의 경우 약 3%, 휨강도의 경우 5%, 인장강도의 경우 6% 내외로서 매우 양호하다. 강도비를 산출하여 본 바 압축강도와 휨강도의 비가 4.9, 압축강도와 인장강도의 비가 9.7, 휨강도와 인장강도가 1.97로서 나타났는데 이는 폴리머 콘크리트의 압축강도는 1000 Kg/cm²를 상회함을 감안할 때 휨 및 인장강도가 상대적으로 큼을 보여주는 결과이다. In this study, effect on the strength of polymer concrete of unsaturated polyester Resin's(UPR) property was investigated. The physical property of UPR was as follows; density 1.1 g/mL, viscosity 3.0 poise, the content of styrene 40%, and acid value 20. The mechanical property of Polymer Concrete was relatively good; compressive strength 1,056 Kg/cm², flexural strength 216 Kg/cm², splitting tensile strength 110 Kg/cm², The coefficient of fluctuation was 3% of compressive strength, 5% of flexural strength, and 6% of splitting tensile strength. The ratios of respective strength were 4.9(compressive strength to splitting tensile strength), and 1.97(flexural strength to splitting strength). Therefore, flexural strength and splitting tensile strength of polymer concrete was relatively big under consideration of compressive strength(1,000 Kg/cm²).

        중국 상해지역 대학생의 김치에 대한 인식조사

        The purpose of this study was to investigate Chinese university students' in Shanghai perception for Korean Kimchi. The results were as follows : A questionnaire was examined on male 139(49.5%) and female 142(50.5%) college students of residing in Shanghai. Nationality of Kimchi answered Korea 75% of all the participants, and have eaten Kimchi was 60.9%. Male purchsed commercial Kimchi 42.2% and female restaurant 46.3%(p〈 .01). The first answered 'it was taste' 51.6% when commercial Kimchi purchsed, and packing size of commercial Kimchi was 200g 56.9%. Among the intake experience have eaten Kimchi was the highest Baechu Kimchi 77.8%, Mu Kimchi 58.5% and Oi Kimchi 35.7%, also preference of Kimchi was Baechu Kimchi 49.7%, Mu Kimchi 26.9% and Oi Kimchi 13.8% in order. After have eaten Kimchi answered good 54.5%(p〈 .01), Kimchi liked reason were the highest 'refreshing taste' 39.7%, unliked were oder(of garlic, ginger and anchovy juice, etc) and too spicy in order. Improvement on consumption extention of Kimchi answered 'not too hot' 30.4%, 'not too salty' 28.6% and 'not over-riped' 21.7%. Perception for Kimchi answered the highest mean 3.51 'Kimchi can be preserved for a long time'(p〈 .05) and 'Kimchi is a good side dish with cooked rice'.
