This study aims to analyzes the spatial organization of Gyungbok Palace into the ceremonial consolidation(禮制整備) and the main palace system(法宮體制) in the reign of King Sejong(世宗). There is relation ceremony to the spatial organization of Gyungbok Palace. The spatial organization of Gyungbok Palace analyzes character into ceremony acting on Palace Jodang(朝堂) played an important role in the all ceremony understands function and location. Then the Oejo-region(外朝一廓) of Gyungbok Palace grasps the spatial organization completed in the reign of King Sejong
해수중 우라늄 회수를 위한 Acrylamidoxime섬유의 합성과 특성

A fibrous adsorbent containing amidoxime groups for the recovery of uranium from seawater was synthesized through the amidoximation of polyacrylonitrile fiber with hydroxylamine. The infrared spectra of the fiber showed the characteristic absorption peaks of amidoxime, i.e. -OH stretching at 3200∼3400㎝-¹, =C=N- stretching of the hydroxylimino group at 1650㎝-¹and =N-O- stretching of hydroxyimino group at 930㎝-¹. Amidoxime groups containing in the fibrous adsorbent determined by elemental analysis were 2.8 meq/g-Ad. Uranyl ions were not adsorbed on the amidoxime fiber from acidic solution below pH 2. However, when PH of the solution increased to over 3, uranyl ions were adsorbed. The increased in temperature and flow rate of seawater in the adsorption process were effective in increasing the amount of adsorbed uranium. The minimum immersion time to obtain equilibrium desorption in 1N-H₂SO₄is estimated to be 30 min. The concentration factors for uranium and transition metal were in the order of 10, while those for alkali metals and akaline earth metals were in the order of 10∼10¹.

This paper make a study of the process and contents on an auspicious ceremony-Youngchikseoui(迎勅書儀), the ritual of receiving a Royal letter from an Emperor of Ming(明). It is one of the Choson Dynasty-ritual(王朝禮). The result was that political meaning, space appropriation and quality of Throne hall at Gyungbok Palace through the ritual(儀禮) are cleared up. Gyungbok Palace was established for Yajae-architecture(禮制建築) by way of ceremany appeared and asked in Yaejae(禮制)
SSM(Service-Specific Multicast)을 이용한 e-러닝 시스템에 관한 연구

In traditional distance learning systems, transfering multimedia information such as voice or video was performed via unicast. But unicast-based scheme incurs much traffic especially for multimedia e-learning applications. In this paper, we propose Service-Specific Multicast(SSM) which does not use conventional IP multicast between multicast sender and receivers. The SSM is performed at application layer and does not use IGMP protocol which is essence for IP multicast. We suggested an e-learning system using SSM in order to minimize the traffic for e-learning applications. In SSM, Group Server relays unicast data from the sender to multiple receivers in a region the Group Server covers.
화학-기계적 우식 제거법을 이용한 유구치 우식의 치료 : 증례보고

전통적인 bur에 의한 우식치질의 삭제는 진동과 열에 의한 자극을 초래하기 때문에 아이들은 치과에 가는 것을 무서워 한다. 최근 전통적인 방법을 대체하는 방법을 개발하려는 노력이 이루어져 왔고, 화학-기계적인 우식 제거법 역시 이러한 시도 중 하나이다. Carisolv^(TM)는 세가지 아미노산과 낮은 농도의 sodium hypochlorite, 그리고 특별하게 고안된 수 기구로 구성된 제품이다. 본 증례는 Carisolv^(TM)로 치료한 두 증례를 보고한다. 우식 상아질을 Carisolv^(TM) gel과 기구로 제거하고 복합레진으로 수복하였다. The conventional drilling method of caries removal makes vibration and thermal stimuli, so that children are afraid of dental treatment. Recently, various non-invasive caries removal techniques of alternatives to traditional methods are introduced and chemo-mechanical canes removal is one of them. Carisolv^(TM) comprises a gel that is composed of three different amino acids and a low concentration of sodium hypochlorite and specially-designed hand instruments. This report describes two cases of dental caries treatment with Carisolv^(TM). The carious dentin was eliminated with Carisolv^(TM) gel with instruments and then composite resin restoration was conducted.
전립선암과 전립선비대증 환자에서 혈청 유리 및 총전립선특이항원 측정의 의의

Purpose: This study was peformed to investigate whether the free to total PSA ratio(F/T PSA ratio) offers a better discriminant for the detection of patient with prostatic cancer(CaP) and those with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) than serum total PSA alone. Materials and Methods: From September 1996 to February 1999, free and total PSA levels were measured on frozen sera samples of 154 men with BPH and 46 with CaP using immunoradiometric assay. Results: In all subjects, the mean total PSA was significantly higher in CaP group(72.57±66.58ng/ml) than BPH group(3.12±4.10ng/ml). The mean PSAD was significantly higher in CaP group(1.64± 1.86) than BPH group(0.08±0.01). The mean F/T PSA ratio was significantly lower in CaP group(0.19± 0.07) than BPH group(0.30±0.13). Among 41 subjects whose total PSA were between 4-20ng/ml, the mean PSAD was significantly higher in CaP group(0.37±7.16) than BPH group(0.17± 0.07), but the mean F/T PSA ratio was not significantly different between CaP(0.19± 0.10) and BPH group(0.25±7.13). By comparing the sensitivity and specificity of total PSA alone, PSAD and F/T PSA ratio on receiver operating characterislic (ROC) Cutie in all subiects and subiects with total PSA between 4-20ng/ml, F/T PSA ratio had no superiority than total PSA alone and PSAD for discrimination between CaP and BPH. Conclusions: We suggest that the F/T PSA ratio is not superior to total PSA alone and FSAD in the detection of prostatic cancer, and further evaluation of the usefulness of F/T PSA ratio should be required.
철골보와 철근콘크리트기둥으로 이루어진 접합부의 기존 내력평가법에 관한 비교연구

This paper is on the study of strength evaluation for the frame joint made from reinforced concrete column and steel beam(RCS system joints). Especially for those categorized as through beam type, the accuracy of the existing design equations proposed in the inside and outside of the country was studied in detail with shear key such as face bearing plate(FBP), Extended FBP, vertical joint reinforcement. It was shown that strength evaluation equations proposed in James K. Wight provided the most accurate and consistent strength estimates. Some design equations proposed by Japanese often underrated the joint strength for specific joint details.
