      • 은행경영지배구조 개선에 관한 연구

        경영진견제 측면만이 부각된 현 사외이사제도 중심의 은행경영지배구조는 주주가치의 극대화 및 경영효율성 제고와 투명성 확보차원에서 보면 다음과 같은 문제점이 있다. 첫째로 이사회 및 경영진의 역할이 불명확하여 경영의 성과제고를 어렵게 하고 있으며, 둘째로 대부분 위원회 의결기능이 결여되어 제 기능을 발휘하지 못하고 있고, 셋째로 개별이사 및 이사회를 평가할 수 있는 구체적인 기준이나 절차가 거의 없어 이사의 교체방안이 없다. 마지막으로 대부분 은행의 경우 경영진의 성과평가 절차 및 기준이 없거나 명확하지 못하여 경영진에 대한 보상이 제대로 이루어지지 않고 있다. 이와 같은 문제점에 대한 개선책으로는 첫째로 은행은 은행장과 이사회의장 및 이사회와 위원회의 역할과 의무를 구체적으로 명시하는 문서를 구비할 필요가 있으며 이사회 지원기능을 강화하고 경영진과 이사회간의 창구를 단일화시킬 필요가 있다. 둘째로 각 위원회에 권한을 대폭 이양하여 위원회의 기능을 활성화시킴과 동시에 이사회로의 보고체계를 확립시킬 필요가 있고, 셋째로 각 은행들의 이사회는 이사회 및 이사에 대한 성과평가를 매년 의무적으로 실시하고 평가 결과를 바탕으로 이사회의 재구성이 가능하도록 해야 할 필요가 있으며, 마지막으로 각 은행들은 은행장과 임원의 경영성과가 충분히 보상될 수 있도록 합리적인 성과평가 절차를 구축하고 보상수준과 구조를 개선할 필요가 있다.

      • 김치가 노화촉진쥐 뇌의 유리기 생성 및 항산화효소 활성에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 김치가 노화와 직접적인 관련이 있는 유리기 생성 및 항산화 효소활성에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위하여 배추김치, 배추갓김치 그리고 갓김치를 식이중량의 5% 첨가하여 실험식이를 제조하여 이를 노화촉진쥐인 SAMP8에게 1년간 섭취시켰다. 총유리기, OH radical, H_2O_2농도 그리고 TBARS 농도 모두 가령에 따라 증가하였으며, 김치섭취시 유의적으로 감소되었다(p<0.05), 김치군에 있어서 생성된 유리기를 제거하기 위해 항산화계 효소인 SOD, catalase, GSH-px 그리고 GSH/GSSG는 모든 김치군에서 유의적으로 증가 하였다(P<0.05). 따라서 김치섭취는 먼저 가령에 의해 생성되는 유리기의 생성은 억제시키면서, 둘째 이를 제거하기 위한 항산화계 효소 활성은 더욱 활성화시키므로써 항노화 기능을 발휘한다고 생각된다. 김치종류 중에서는 배추갓김치와 갓김치가 배추김치보다 유리기 생성을 억제하고, 항산화계 활성을 증진시킨 것으로 보아 이들의 항노화 효과가 클것으로 생각된다. This study was performed to investigate the effect of kimchi intake on antiaging characteristics in the brain of senescence-accelerated mouse (SAM) in terms of free radical production and anti-oxidative enzymes. Two hundreds twenty SAM (20 mice) were divided into four groups and fed kimchi diet for 12 months. Experimental groups were kimchi free AIN-76 diet (control) group, Korean cabbage kimchi diet (KCK)group, 30% mustard leaf added Korean cabbage kimchi diet (MKCK) group, and mustard leaf kimchi diet (MLK) group. Concentrations of total free radical, OH radical and H_2O_2 of control group increased up to 123%, 262% and 174% of initial value (p<0.05) after one year. Increase in free radical production in kimchi groups due to aging was decreased by kimchi feeding. Among kimchi groups. MKCK and MLK groups showed greater inhibiting effect against free radical production than KCK. The concentration of TBARS in the bruin of control group also significantly increased up to 362% of initial value as aged (p<0.05) and production of TBARS in kimchi groups were decreased. When the activities of Cu, Zn-SOD, Mn-SOD, GSH-px and catalase of kimchi groups were compared to those of control at the same experimental period, anti-oxidative enzyme activities of kimchi groups were lower than those of control (p<0.05). But GSH/GSSG in kimchi groups were higher compared to control. In conclusion, decrease in free radical production and increase in anti-oxidative enzyme activities were observed from kimchi groups suggesting that kimchi might have important role on retarding aging. Among kimchi variety tested in this experiment, MKCK and MLK seem to have greater effect on inhibiting free radical production and increasing anti-oxidative enzyme activities than KCK.

      • 택사와 옥수수 수염 추출액이 개구리 피부를 통한 수분 이동에 미치는 영향

        The effects of Alisma orientale S. and Zea mays L. water extract on the water uptke and urine flow was investigated in the intact frog. 86 frogs were divided into two groups : immersion and injection. Immersion-group was submerged in 100ml of diluted solution containing Alisma orientale S. extract(0.3%, 1g%) and Zea mays L. exract (0.3g%, 1g%), and 100ml of distilled water as a control. Injection-group was injected Alisma orientale S. extract (20mg, 60mg) and Zea mays L. extract(40mg, 120mg) into the dorsal lymphatic sac, and submerged in 100ml of distilled water. Body weight, urine flow and urinary concentration of chloride and osmolarity were measured for 1 hour interval during 3 hours under continuous oxygen supply at room temperature. The results obtained summerized as follows : 1. Relationships between urine flow rate and body weight difference of pre-and-post urine emptying were statistically significant in all cases. 2. Urine flow rates were significantly increased(P<0.05) for first 1 hour in groups injected Alisma orientale S. extract and groups immersed in Zea mays L. extract. 3. Increase rates of body weight (rate of water uptake) were increased significantly (P<0.05) for first 1 hour in groups injected Alisma orientale S. extract and groups immersed in Zea mays L. extract. 4. Urinary osmotic concentrations were inversely related to urine flow rate in all groups, and the excretion rates of osmolar particles were significantly increased(P<0.05) when urine flow level were high. 5. Urinary chloride concentration was increased for first 1 hour in the groups immersed in Alisma orientale S. extract. In the above results, it suggest that increased urine formation was due to the increased water uptake across the frog skin in both groups injected Alisma orientale S, extract and immersed Zea mays L. extract, and their mechanism of action was different.

      • 김치가 노화촉진쥐 간의 유리기 생성 및 항산화효소 활성에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 김치가 노화 억제에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위하여 AIN-76마우스 식이에 배추, 갓김치, 갓배추김치를 각 동결건조 김치를 5%씩 첨가하여 만든 후 김치식이를 노화촉진쥐인 SAMP8에게 1년간 섭취시키면서 간의 노화관련 특성인 유리기 농도와 항산화효소계의 효소활성 변화를 살펴 보았다. 노화촉진쥐 간의 총유리기, OH radical, H_2O_2 그리고 TBARS모두 가령에 따라 증가되었으며, 간에서 생성된 유리기 농도와 TBARS 농도는 대조군에 비해 김치섭취시 유의적으로 감소되었다(p<0.05). 그러나 생성된 유리기를 제거하기 위한 SOD활성은 오히려 김치섭취군에서 유의적으로 증가되었으며(p<0.05), catalase와 GSH-px, GSH/GSSG의 비율도 김치섭취군에서 유의적으로 증가하였다(p<0.05). 따라서 김치섭취는 노화에 따라 발생되는 간의 유리기 및 TBARS 생성은 억제시키면서, 이를 제거하는 항산화계 효소는 활성화시켜 노화를 억제한 것으로 생각된다. 김치종류 중에서는 배추김치보다 배추갓김치와 갓김치가 유리기 생성 억제 및 항산화 효소 활성을 더욱 증진시킨 것으로 관찰되어 이는 첨가된 갓의 항산화물질 때문인 것으로 생각된다.       • 위절제술 후 Carboxy-Methylcellulose를 이용한 위장관 조영술

        The purpose of this study was to determine the usefluness of the UGI study with Carboxy-Methylcellulose (CMC) and 140% barium in the patient undergone gastrectomy We reviewed the UGI study with effervescent agent and barium and the UGI study with CMC and 140% barium of twenty one patients, undergone gastrectomy (Billroth-Ⅱ:12, Billroth-Ⅰ:4 total gastrectomy:5). The average interval between these studies was 19 months. The coating quality of the remnant stomach, anastomosis sit e, jejunum and proximal ileum in two studies were compared. The maximum luminal diameter of the same site and the maximum distance between a adjacent valvulae conniventes were measured for evaluating the distensibility of these studies. Compared with the coating quality of the remnant stomach, the UGI study with effervescent agent and barium was superior to the UGI study with C MC and barium in 68% (11/16) patients. The difference of coating quality between these studies was marginal in the anastomosis site and jejunum. The UGI study with CMC and barium provided a better coating quality in the proximal ileum of 95%(20/21). The maximum luminal diameter of the anastomosis site, jejunum and proximal ileum was respectively 2.75cm, 3.36cm, and 2.82cm inthe UGI study with effervescent agent and barium, 3.2cm 3.35cm, and 3.40cm in the UGI study with CMC and barium(p〈0.01). The maximum distance between a adjacent valvulae conniventes of the jejunum and proximal ileum was respectively 0.61cm and 0.51cm in the UGI study with effervesent agent and barium, 0.74cm and 0.72cm in the UBI study with CMC and barium (p〈0.05). Compared with the distensibility, the UGI study with CMC and barium was superior. The UGI study with CMC and barium in subjects, undergone gastectomy, showed the advantage the mucosa distal to anastomosis site except for the remnant stomach and must be supply the more information in finding lesion such as adhesion and peritoneal dissemination.

      • 김치가 청장년 및 노인의 유리기 생성 및 산화억제에 미치는 영향

        This study was performed to investigate the effect of kimchi intake on free radical and oxidative substance production in young adults and the elderly. Daily kimchi intake by people in their twenties (n = 93, 20 to 29 years old) and over sixty-five (n = 143, over 65 years old) in M city were surveyed and blood was drawn to analyze the free radicals in their plasma. The average amount of kimchi intake by the subjects was 115.8 ± 91.7 g. The amount of kimchi intake of those in their twenties (106.1 ± 80.6 g) was significantly lower than that of those over sixty-five (125.5 ± 102.9 g, p < 0.05). Concentrations of total free radicals and OH radicals were 27 and 33% greater respectively, in those over sixty-five than in those in their twenties, indicating that more free radicals were produced by the older group. The concentration of GSH was not signiacantly different in the two groups, but that of GSSG in the over sixty-five age group was 53% greater than in the twenties group, which resulted in a 35% reduction in GSH/GSSG in the elderly group. TBARS concentration in the over sixty-five group was 26% greater than that of the twenties group. In order to see the effect of kimchi intake on free radical production, subjects in same age group were divided into two sub groups-the mean over and the mean under groups-according to the average amount of kimchi intake, which was 115.8 g. The total free radicals, the OH radicals, the GSH, the GSSG, and the GSH/GSSG in the twenties group were not significantly different in the two kimchi intake groups. However, those in the over sixty-five group were significantly different. The concentration of total free radicals and OH radicals of the mean over group were 21 and 26% lower respectively, than those of the mean ova. group (p < 0.05). The GSH and GSH/GSSG of the mean ova. groups were higher by 8 and 12%, respectively. The correlation coefficient between the kimchi intake and the total free radicals was -0.1862 (p < 0.05) and that for GSH/GSSG was 0.1861 (p < 0.05). In conclusion, the production of free radicals and oxidative substances increased with age, and kimchi seemed to retard this phenomena.

      • Delay Line을 이용한 1차 미분 임펄스 발생기 설계

        본 논문에서는 UWB (Ultra-WideBand)시스템에 사용되는 짧은 폭의 임펄스 발생기를 설계하였다. SRD와 두개의 단락된 전송 선로를 이용 하였다. 단락된 전송 선로는 시간 지연과 위상의 반전을 효과적으로 제공 한다. RC 미분기 대신에 단락된 전송 선로(Delay Line)을 이용하여 1차 미분 임펄스를 발생시켰다. 시뮬레이션을 통해 700psec의 펄스폭과 600mV(p.p)의 진폭, 펄스 모양의 좋은 대칭성을 확인하였고 또한, 펄스 주변의 떨림 현상이 거의 발생하지 않았다. In this paper, we have designed impulse generator of short pulse width for UWB(Ultra-Wide band) system using SRD and two short-circuited stubs. The short-circuited stub provides good time delay and reverse of phase. The first derivative impulse was generated by using short-circuited stub(Delay Line) instead of RC differentiator. A first derivative impulse of 700 psec pulse duration, 600mV(p.p) pulse amplitued, and good symmetry has been demonstrated though simulation. Also, there are extremely small amount of ringing around the first derivative impulse.

        This paper is appeared that considers the control characteristic through simulating to make up volume 4.5[KVA], 3 phase Voltage type PWM converter using a switching device IGBT, and that Real-Voltage-Current to analyze out using a Stationary frame method by proposing controller is assumed by unit current. When 3 phase Voltage type PWM converter being operated, it is maintained the regularity voltage fastly in case of a variable load and is become same phase, power voltage and current.

      • 산도가 장관의 운동성에 미치는 영향

        The effects of hydrogen ion concentration changes on the motility as well as patterns of motility to autonomic drugs was investigated in the isolated duodenum and ileum of rabbits. Motility was recorded on a Physiograph with force transducer by means of Magnus method in sodium lactate Ringer's solution at 37℃ The pH of the Ringer's solution used were nornal (pH 7.4), acidic (7.4-5.5), and alkaline(7.4-9.5), titrated by 0.01 N BCI or 0.01 N NaOH solution respectively. Acetylcholine and norepinephrine as autonomic drugs was treated at normal, acidic, and alkaline Ringer's solution. Obtained results may be summarized as follows. 1. Increased hydrogen ion concentration (or decreased pH) inhibited tie motility of duodenum and ileum and that was proportional to increment of hydrogen ion concentration. 2. Decreased hydrogen ion concentration(or increased pH) enhanced the motility of duodenum and ileum and that at was proportional to decrement of h drocen ion concentration. 3. Effect of acetvlcholine on the patterns of motility in duodenum and ileum was not altered by hydrogen ion concentration changes. 4. Effect of norepinephrine on the patterns of motility in duodenum and ileum was not altered by hydrogen ion concentration changes.

      • 예견퍼지 알고리즘을 사용한 트럭-트레일러의 자율주차 제어 시스템에 관한 연구

        본 논문에서는 예견퍼지 알고리즘을 사용하여 트럭-트레일러의 자율주차 제어 시스템의 시뮬레이션을 행한다. 트럭-트레일러의 전·후진 동특성 방정식을 설정하여 예견퍼지 제어기의 설계시에 사용하고, 새상 시스템으로도 사용한다. 제안한 알고리즘으로 시뮬레이션을 통해서 일정 지역내의 임의의 출발점에서 적절한 도중목표를 설정하여 전후진을 하면서 핸들조작 횟수가 적게 최종목표 위치에 잘 주차됨을 입증하였다.
