      • CdTe 감마선 검출소자의 표면거칠기가 Au/CdTe Schottky Barrier의 전기적 특성에 미치는 영향

        The effects of the surface roughness of CdTe gamma­ray detector chips on the electrical characteristics of Au/n-CdTe Schottky barrier have been investigated using the Schottky diode prepared with he surface roughness in the range of 0.1∼0.5㎛. Measured for the diode are the electrical resistance characteristics, the potential barrier height and the electrical noise. The dynamic resistance is observed to decrease exponentially as R_d=370exp(-9.94ㆍRa)with the surface roughness(Ra) of the CdTe wafers. The potential barrier hight shows an exponential decay like ∮_B=0.88exp(-0.75ㆍRa) with the increase in roughness while the electrical noise shows a linear growth.

        우리의 人文精神과 21世紀

        人文精神의 입장에서 본다면 20세기 우리는 서양의 것을 철저하게 借用했다. 이는 곧 20세기 우리의 人文學이 〈제정신 없이〉 遂行됐음을 말해주는 것이고 20세기 우리 人文學은 서양의 〈The Humanities〉를 흉내짓 하고 말았다는 서글픈 事實을 마주하게 된다. 朝鮮朝의 人文精神을 돌이켜 보자. 만약에 崔萬理 類型만 있고 〈世宗大王〉을 필두로 하여 〈西溪-西浦-茶山〉 등등의 〈實學精神〉이 없었더라면 오늘날 韓國人文學의 人文精神이 기댈 수 있는 〈舊貫의 언덕〉을 찾을 길이 없을 터이다. 韓國人文學의 人文精神을 破綻시킨 직접적인 部類는 日帝 强点期의 親日派와 毆美派를 묶어서 整理하게 된다. 솔직하게 말해 20세기 後半에 韓國人文學에 從事했던 學者치고 〈나는 毆美派가 아니다〉고 豪言할 當事者는 全無하다 할 만큼 韓國人文學의 人文精神은 〈誠忘의 重病〉을 앓고 있는 중임을 지적하지 않을 수 없다. 만일 韓國人文學을 짊어진 21세기 3세대 學者들이 1-2세대의 過誤를 峻嚴하게 비판하지 않는다면 上古로부터 19세기까지 5천년에 걸쳐 일구어온 韓民族의 〈舊貫〉과 韓國人文學을 接脈시키지 않으면 안 된다는 人文精神의 正道를 깨우쳐 터득하지 못할 것이다. 다시 한 번 西溪가 밝혀놓은 學問의 正道를 들춘 다음 反問으로써 결론을 삼고자 한다: 〈行遠必自邇 (반드시(必) 가까운 곳(邇)에서부터(自) 먼 곳을(遠) 간다(行).)〉. 이는 〈먼 곳을 가려면 반드시 가까운 곳에서 출발하라〉 함이다. 韓國人文學의 〈舊貫〉이 밟을 곳이 어디가 가까운 데인가? 〈朝鮮朝〉가 아니면 서양인가? 西洋은 멀고 朝鮮朝는 가깝다는 것은 어린애도 다 하는 사실이다. 이 사실을 정성껏 銘心하고 人文學을 탐구하면 韓國人文學의 人文精神은 正道를 밟는 것이다. In our view of the humanism in the 20th century, we completely borrowed the western way of thinking. It just means that our Humanism of 20C has achieved unconsciously, and we should remind ourselves a sad fact that we imitated the concept of the western Humanities. Let us reflect upon the humanism of the Chosun Dynasty period. We can never find the beauty of conventionalities of Korean humanism, if we are only concerned about Choi Man-Ri's linguistic patterns and do not care about the Shilhak Mind of King Sejong, Seogye Park Se-Dang, Seopo Kim Man-Jung, Dasan Jeong Yak-Yong, etc. We usually separate the immediate group which overthrew the Korean Humanism; the pro-Japanese party and Eur-American party under the rule of Japanese imperialism of the late 20th century. Frankly, there might be no Korean humanism scholar in that period who can boast that he 'is not a member of Eur-American party'. That is the reason why we point out that the humanity of the Korean Humanism is suffering from a severe illness. If the third generation scholars of 21th century who are charged with the Korean Humanism do not criticize the mistakes of the first and the second generations strictly, it will be impossible for us to realize the path of righteousness of the humanities which teaches the necessity of the connection of the conventionalities and the Korean Humanism. Those are the results of the Korean people which they cultivated for 5 thousand years from the ancient times to the 19th century. Now, I am trying to conclude this article by making a retort about 'the right path' of knowledge which Seogye defined; "行遠必自邇" which means 'If one should go far, he/she must take his/her departure from a nearer place.' Where can be the nearer place for the conventionalities of the Korean Humanism to step on? Will it be the Chosun Dynasty or the West? It is a definite fact that the West is far, and the Chosun Dynasty is near. If we bear this fact in mind and research on the Humanism elaborately, the humanities of the Korean Humanism will tread the path of virtue.

      • 고분자 물질 첨가에 따른 수직 하향 이상유동에서 대류 열전달 관한 실험적 연구

        This study was conducted to figure out the convective hear transfer in vertical downward tow-phase flow with polymer additives. This experiment was studied in 26mm inner diameter, 800mm heating length and 1×10^(5)W/m^(2) heat flux. The polymer concentration ranged from 0 PPM to 500 PPM of vertical downward flow in cylindrical tube. Experimental results show that the convective heat transfer increased with increasing the superficial air and water velocity but decreased with increasing the polymer additives of vertical downward two-phase flow in cylindrical tube.

        As factory automation is rapidly propelled, automatic manufacturing facility is developing widely. But the development of ATE(Automatic Test Equipment) is not reached than that of it. In this paper, we designed intermodule interface for measurment device for computer and CAT(Computer Aided Test) for automatic testing device of spectrum analyzer and implemented real time processing program for control of measurement device. OOP(Object Oriented programming) technique was used in control program to be interfaced with other measurement equipment easily. And we constructed of GUI(Graphical User Interface) method that can be used softwere for user.

      • 비부착 PS콘크리트 구조의 시간의존적 특성을 고려한 비선형 해석에 관한 연구

        This paper presents a comparative study on nonlinear analysis of the unbonded PSC structure considering time-dependent effect. For developing a finite element analysis program, an unbonded PS tendon model which can represent straight or curved unbonded tendon is proposed. The F.E. analysis program, named RCAHEST(Reinforced Concrete Analysis in Higher Evaluation System Technology), is used. Material nonlinearities of cracked concrete are taken into account by tension, compression, and shear models. And nonlinear material models for reinforcing and prestressing steels are included. These models work with models for time-dependent effect such as aging, creep and shrinkage of concrete and stress relaxation of prestressing tendon. The developed finite element analysis program is verified by comparison with reliable experimental results.

      • 오존산화된 이축연신폴리프로필렌의 열자격 전류 특성

        In this paper, Thermally stimulated current(TSC) spectrum was mearsured as a function of formation temperature, formation time, formation voltage and heating rate in a biaxially oriented polypropylene film of thickness 40[μm], which is better than polyethylene in the enduring characteristic against heat and dielectric characteristic, the variation of the TSC was observed by ozone oxidation. This measurment has been carried out in the temperature range from-40[℃] to 140[℃]. As results of the measurment, A,B,C,D peaks was made at 0[℃], 40[℃], 80[℃], 120[℃], respectively. B peak was made at the near second glass transition temperature is estimated the dipole polarization by microbrown motion, C peak is estimated to the polarization of ionic space charge. And, In according to the increase of oxidation time by ozone, B peak increased slowly and C peak increased rapidly after it increased slowly during first oxidation time of 15[Hr]. By initial rising method, activation energies of B,C peaks were calculated to about 0.57, 0.84eV, respectively. The hopping distance and mobility of C peak for pure specimen and ozone oxidated specimen 54A, 71A and 1.099×10??cm²/υ·s, 8. 55×10??cm²/υ·s, respectively.

        Interspecific Cross Compatibility among Five Domesticated Species of Capsicum Genus

        The Capsicum genus includes 27 species; 5 domesticated and 22 wild ones. Among the 5 domesticated species, C. annuum is the most widely cultivated commercial species and thus, intensive breeding programs have been being carried out to improve this species worldwide. Recently, it has been reported that almost all traits needed for pepper breeding are mainly found in related or wild species of cultivated pepper (C. annuum). This experiment was carried out to determine interspecific crossability among 13 different genotypes of 5 cultivated species. The crosses of C. annuum with C. chinense or with C. frutescens were compatible or partial-compatible in many cases, although there were some differences in crossability among genotypes within the two parental species. In contrast, the crosses of C. annuum with C. baccatum or with C. pubescens were completely incompatible. The cause of incompatibility between C. annuum and C. baccatum was determined to be embryo and/or endosperm abortion. Several crosses determined as incompatible by the conventional crossability test were able to be re-determined as partial-compatible through an embryo rescue technique. Consequently, this experiment extended the boundary of breeding by interspecific hybridization in chili peppers.
