        어린이의 하악골에서 발생한 Burkitt 림프종

        Burkitt 림프종은 B림프구 기원의 악성종양으로 비호지킨 림프종(non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma)의 한 종류이다. Burkitt 림프종은 임상적으로 아프리카에서 나타나는 지역형(endemic), 세계 각지에서 발생하는 산발형(sporadic), 면역결핍상태와 관련되어 나타나는 형태로 나눌 수 있다. 과거에는 그 예후가 매우 불량했으나, 최근에는 집중적인 화학요법으로 인한 치료 성공률이 50-80%에 달한다. 많은 경우 악골을 포함하고 있으며 임상증상으로는 심하게 흔들리는 치아, 치아의 변위 그리고 치은의 발적 및 부종 등이 있다. 본 증례는 진행속도가 상당히 빠른 Burkitt 림프종에 이환된 환아에 대한 내용이다. 악골에 생긴 병소로 내원하였으며, 치과에서 처음 진단하였고 신속하고 적절한 치료를 통해 양호한 결과를 얻었다. Burkitt’s lymphoma is a malignant tumor originated from B lymphocyte and a type of non-hodgkin lymphoma. It is clinically classified by endemic, sporadic and immune deficient forms. In the past, it had poor prognosis but in recent years survival rate is 50~80% treated by intensive chemotherapeutic regimens. Mostly it is a lesion of the jaws. Clinical symptoms are severe tooth mobility, displacement, gingival redness and swelling. This case is about a patient with aggressively progressing Burkitt’s lymphoma of the jaws. Initial diagnosis was done in dental hospital and it has shown satisfactory outcome by prompt and appropriate treatment.

        ADI 재료의 드릴 가공시 절삭특성이 공구수명에 미치는 영향

        Drilling tests were carried out austempered ductile cast iron(ADI) to clarify the factors influencing the drilling characteristics of ADI material. The machinability of material was evaluated using high speed steel drill and cobalt contained drill of 6mm diameter. The spheroidal graphite cast iron materials were austenized at 900℃ for 1 hour and then wear was kept at 375℃ for 2 hours. Austempered ductile cast iron contains a great deal of retained austenite which contributes to an improvement of impact strength. In this paper, machinability of ADI was investigated by drilling experimentation. the results obtained are as follows; a) Flank wear increases logarithmically with the increases of cutting time. b) Relation of flank wear and cutting force can be applied to F_z=925VB + 820 for the cutting suggested condition. c) Drilling hole number of about 2 times can be reduced more step feed than ordinary feed due to the high hardness of ADI material and hardness increasing ascribed to the martensite of retained austenite.

      • 주파수 선택성 다중경로 페이딩 채널에서 Near/Far 영향을 받는 Multi-Carrier CDMA Trellis Coded 16 QAM 시스템의 성능 해석

        본 논문에서는 주파수 선택성 다중경로 페이딩과 Near/Far 영향을 받는 Multi-Carrier CDMA 시스템의 성능을 분석하였다. 성능 분석을 위해 사용한 파라미터들은 Multi-Carrier의 수, 다중사용자의 수, RAKE 수신기의 가지수, 주파수 선택성 다중경로 페이딩의 감쇄지수, 그리고 CDMA 다중사용자의 분포와 세기이다. Multi-Carrier CDMA 시스템에서 Near/Far 영향을 분석하기 위하여 3가지의 간섭 분포 모델을 설정하였다. 첫 번째 모델은 다중사용자가 간섭과 대 반송파 비인 I/C를 -4 dB에서 4dB 사이에서 2dB씩의 차이를 가지며 20%씩 균일하게 분포하는 경우이다. 두 번째 모델은 다중사용자가 I/C 비를 -2 dB에서 2 dB 사잉에서 2 dB씩의 차이를 가지며 33.3%씩 균일하게 분포하는 경우이다. 그리고 세 번째 모델은 모든 다중사용자가 I/C가 0 dB로 신호 전력과 간섭 전력이 동일하게 분포하며 전력이 완전하게 제어된 경우이다. 그리고 본 논문에서는 주파수 선택성 다중경로 페이딩의 영향을 감소시키기 위하여 RAKE 수신기를 채용한 Multi-Carrier CDMA 시스템을 제안하였다. 이 시스템에서는 제시한 3가지의 간섭 분포 모델중에서 세 번째 모델(완전 전력제어가 된 경우)이 가장 좋은 성능을 나타내었고, 간섭파의 전력과 신호파의 전력차이가 적을수록 희망 신호에 영향을 주는 간섭 신호의 전력량이 적어서 Multi-Carrier CDMA 시스템의 성능이 향상됨을 알 수 있었다. The performance of a multi-carrier CDMA system is analyzed considering frequency selective multipath fading and Near/Far effects. The number of multicarrier, multiuser, and arms of RAKE receiver, and the decay ratio of frequency selective multipath fading are used as a parameter for the performance analysis. Moreover, the distribution and the strength of multiuser interference are also considered. To evaluate the Near/Far effects in a multi-carrier CDMA system, three distribution models are assumed. In the first model, Interference to Carrier Ratio, I/C, ranges from -4 dB to 4dB, and at each 2 dB interval, 20% of multiuser is assumed to be uniformly distributed. In the second one, I/C ranges from -2 dB to 2dB, and 33.3% of multiuser is assumed to be equally dispersed at each 2dB interval. The third model is 0 dB of I/c, that is, with perfect power control, multiuser are assumed to be evenly located. In this paper, multi-carrier CDMA system adopting RAKE receiver is proposed to mitigate the frequency selective multipath fading. From the results, the third model(i.e. perfect power control) shows the best perfomance, and the narrower range of I/C causes the less effects to the desired signal, which reads to the better performance.

        다포계형식 건축물의 이방에 관한 연구

        This study is on the Korean wooden architecture's Corner Bracket Sets(Gui-kongpo) and one of these elements "Yibang(耳枋)". The Purpose of this study is to understand the relationship between "Yibang(耳枋)" and Korean wooden architecture's structure system. To conduct this research , it is important to analysis its type and structure system in korean wooden architecture "Dapogye". The basic conceptions of "Yibang(耳枋)" are sought, its character and shape is actual surveyed through 140s object buildings in this study. In result, first of all, Using period of "Yibang(耳枋)" is Chosun dynasty and "Yibang(耳枋)" appears in wooden architecture style "Dapogye". Second, the size of roof isn't related with "Yibang(耳枋)", and it's duty is up to Corner Bracket Sets(Gui-kongpo). Third, the buildings with "Yibang(耳枋)" get more 'numerical value ; a2/b' than buildings without "Yibang(耳枋)".

      • 국내 전력품질향상기기의 성능평가기준 결정방법

        21세기에 접어들면서 본격적인 정보화 사회로의 진입이 가속화됨과 동시에 고품질의 전력을 요구하는 고기능 정보화 기기가 대량 보급/운용되고 있는 실정이어서 이를 위한 전력품질향상기기(Custom Power Deivces)의 개발과 보급이 진행되고 있다. 그러나, 국내의 경우 이리한 전력품질향상기기의 최적설계 및 제작에 필요한 성능평가기준이 마련되어 있질 않다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 국내에 보급되는 고기능 정보화기기부하를 고려한 전력품질향상기기의 성능평가기준을 결정하는 방법을 제안한다. In the beginning of the 21st century, Custom Power Devices have been developed and applied to electrical power systems for supplying high quality electricity as the information society is speeded up and many information processing devices are diffused into electrical networks. But in Korea the performance level of the Custom Power Devices has not been established until now, which is necessary to design and make them optimally. This paper proposes a method for determining the performance level of the Custom Power Devices considering the characteristic of the high function information device and electrical power systems.

      • MACHINING CENTER를 利用한 鏡面加工에서 表面粗度에 관한 硏究

        This study has been performed to experiment of plastic metallic mold KP-4M on the variation of spindle revolution, feedrate, polishing times, grain size, and the pressure adding to tool.The results obtained from this study are as follows : 1. Surface roughness(Ra) grows worse, as the velocity is lower in the area of low revolution, and the velocity highter in the area of high revolution. 2. Above 1500rpm at the spindle revolution, Ra grows worse if polishing times (N) is less than 2 because of the preceding process, and the surface turn brillant if polishing times more than 4 because of loading. 3. As the higher pressure which adding to a tool is better when we expect more manufacturing quantity, and we need low pressure when surface roughness take precedence of quantity. 4. On the basic of the experimental findings, it is possible to be automatic of mirror like finishing with the machining center.

        환경 및 시간경과에 따른 건축용 단열재의 열전도율 변화에 관한 실험적 연구

        The objective of this research is to provide the basic experimental data for thermal insulation design standard of buildings and for test criterion. We tested the thermal conductivity of insulation materials which was the insulation materials in domestic buildings with environmental condition change and long-time elapse. In research, we measured change of thermal conductivity with change of contained water rate by weight, test temperature change and the passage of time. the specimens of insulation materials were kept in test condition, which was influenced by the outside environment during long-time elapse test. The result of the research shows 1)the contained water rate of artificial mineral fiber insulations is higher than others, 2)thermal conductivity rises as test temperature goes up, 3)the thermal conductivity of the extruding insulations and hardened Urethane foam changes with environmental condition and time elapse. As a result, the test methods and standards for thermal conductivity properties have much room for consideration.

        The purpose o f this research is to develop method and tool that are available to quantitatively estimate CO₂exhaust, energy consumption and resource. The results of this study brings on the recommendation of promoted environmental friendly building and the active device for the global environmental problems. This paper mainly dealt with the composition of the economic estimate part(LCC program) of building environmental performance assessment. The composited LCC program had logic to use data of life cycle, cost information of materials, etc. these data was constructed to execute building life cycle assessment(LCA) and when user input building data(material quantity, building area, life cycle, estimate period, discount rate, etc.), LCC analysis result is showed by annualized method.

      • 담낭질환의 Neuron Specific Enolase 반응세포 출현에 관한 면역조직화학적 연구

        A total 50 patients who had undergone cholecystectomy for cholecystopathy were included in the study to observe the staining pattern of the cells and distribution of antihuman Neuron Spectific Enolase (NSE) antibody by avidin-biotin immunoperoxidase method. The studies consisted of 31 cased of chronic cholecystitis with lithiasis, 9 cases of adenoma and 10 cases of carcinoma including 6 cases of moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma, 3 cased of poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma, and 1 case of small cell carcinoma of combined type. The results were as follows : 1. In the chronic cholecystitis with lithiasis, nine of 31 cases (29%) with the NSE immunoreactive cells, arranged in single of grouped fashion, are focally observed in the covering surface epithelium. 2. The NSE immunoreactivities of carcinoma is more stronger than that of chronic cholecystitis and adenoma. 3. The coarse granular intracytoplasmic strong positive reaction of small cell carcinoma is diffusely observed in noeplastic small cell and glandular epithelium. Therfore, authors suggested that two elements arise from a common primitive cells of endodermal derivation capapble of differentiation along two cell-endocrine ans epithelial.
