The object of this study was to optimize PCR condition for RAPD analysis in adzuki bean. The best template DNA concentration was 20ng(0.25unit taq polymerase and 2.5mM MgCl2), 40ng(1unit taq polymerase and 2.5mM MgCl2, 1unit taq polymerase and 4.5mM MgCl2 and lunit taq polymerase and 7.0mM MgCl2), and 60ng(0.5unit taq polymerase and 2.5mM MgCl2, 0.5unit taq polymerase and 4.5mM MgCl2, 1unit taq polymerase and 2.5mM MgCl2, and 1unit taq polymerase and 4.5mM MgCl2) The best MgCl2 concentration was 2.5mM(40ng template DNA and 1unit taq polymerase, 60ng template DNA and 0.5unit taq polymerase, and 60ng template DNA and 1unit taq polymerase), 4.5mM(20ng template DNA and 0.25unit taq polymerase, 60ng template DNA and 0.5unit taq polymerase, and 60ng template DNA and 1unit taq polymerase), and 7.0mM(40ng template DNA and 1unit taq polymerase). Amount of taq polymerase was 0.25unit(20ng template DNA and 2.5mM MgCl2), 0.5unit(60ng template DNA and 2.5mM MgCl2, 60ng template DNA and 4.5mM MgCl2) and 1unit(40ng template DNA and 2.5mM MgCl2, 40ng template DNA and 4.5mM MgCl2, 40ng template DNA and 7.0mM MgCl2, 60ng template DNA and 2.5mM MgCl2, 60ng template DNA and 4.5mM MgCl2, and 60ng template DNA and 7.0mM MgCl2). When we consider results from template DNA concentration, MgCl2 concentration, and amount of taq polymerase, the best condition for PCR optimization was 60ng template DNA, 4.5mM MgCl2, and 1unit taq polymerase. Reaction temperatures for the optimal PCR condition were 84℃, 32℃, 62℃; 90℃, 40℃, 72℃; and 92℃, 36℃, 72℃.

Finite analytic method is employed to solve the Navier-Stokes Equations with the velocity-pressure formulation. The Chorin's artificial compressibility method and the method of pressure corrections are employed in order to be able to compute the pressure explicitly. The results are compared with the stream function-vorticity ones, and those of finite element and finite difference methods.

韓國現代兒童文學史의 硏究 : 解放後篇 After Liberation

As the researcher mentiaoned in his previous paper "A Study of the History of Modern Korean Juvenily Literature Before Liberation" in which he defined the pre-liberation as "A Period of Juvenile Culture Movement" and the post-liberation as "A Period of Juvenile Leterature Movement", this paper deals with the portaion of the post-liberation. Therefore, this paper includer all the literary instances up to 1960s viewed from the literary movement, not from the cultural movement. For the analysis and arrangement, they are divided into three perids but the vastnessr of their contents makes him describe the details later in a book which will bind the two papers together. The Periods divided are as follows: 1. The Period of Chaotic Liberation(approximately 1945~1950) 2. The Period of the expansion of conventionality(approximately 1950~1960) 3. The Period of Arrangement and Formation(approximately 1960~ )

Post-tensioned precast concrete system(PPS) consists of U-shaped precast wide beams and concrete columns. The continuity of beam-column joint is provided with the topping concrete on the PC shell beam and post-tensioning. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the response of PPS interior beam-column joint subjected to cyclic lateral loading. To this end, the experimental investigation was performed with three half-scale specimens of interior connection. The design parameter is the ratio of beam width to column width. Test results showed that cracks were distributed well and plastic hinges spread toward midspan without any significant degradation of strength and ductility. And the specimens sufficiently resisted up to the limiting drift ratio of 0.035 given by ACI of acceptance criteria for concrete special moment frames.

大邱市內에 있어서의 山羊 및 緬羊의 結核症에 對한 調査

Tuberculosis is rare in sheep and goats. In sheep most of the infection that have been typed in the United States were found to be of the avian-type, but in orther countries most have proved to be of the bovine-type. The data on tuberculosis in goats are very meager, so this fact gives an impression on us that goats are relatively resistant to infection. Infections, however, with human-type, bovine-type and aviane-type have been rarely reported. The obtained specimens (lung, liver, spleen) from a died goat at Taegu Agriculture and Forestry High school in March 1960 were examined bacteriologically and pathologically to diagnose the cause of its death. Moreover, the 10 sheep and 13 goats which had been together in the same pen with the died goat and the 11 sheep and 202 goats which had been fed in the surrounding area of Taegu city were tested on the tuberculin reaction with the intradermal method. The tuberculin was mamalian type (O.T.). The results thus obtained would be outlined as follows: 1. The death of the goat at above school was caused with a generalized tuberculosis infected through respiratory route by the bovine-type of tubercle bacilli. 2. The result of tuberculin test have proved that among 10 sheep and 13 goats which were fed together with the died goat, the positive reaction was found in 2 sheep (20%) and 2 goats (about 15.4%) and the doubtful reaction was found in 1 sheep (10%) and 2 goats (about 15.4%), but among 11 sheep and 202 goats which were fed in the surrounding area of Taegu city, the positive and doubtful reaction were found in 2 goats (about 1%) and 3 goats (about 1.5%) respectively, and all of the sheep reacted in the negative.

Effects of photoperiod(23L or 24D) to the growth of the silkworn vegetable wasp and plant worm were investigated. Exposure of the fungi to 24L photoperiod for at least 3 days accelerated the formation of the spore, but the growth of the fruiting bodies was inhibited. On the contrary, 24D photoperiod inhibited the spore formation, but accelerated the growth of fruiting bodies. Accordingly to harvest high quality silkworm vegetable wasp and plant worm, it is suggested that recommendable light condition for production of longer fruiting bodies is 24D photoperiod during the cultivation.

The Eorini was the juvenile magazine which was led by Sopa, Bang Jeong-Whan. The purpose of publishing the magazine was to cultivate the ability of achieving national independence and children's liberation. Therefore, in this thesis, observing objectively the spirit of independence and self- consciousness reflected in The Eorini, I'll try to grasp all the problems which the current juvenile magazines include. As a result of studying above mentioned problems the periods for which The Eorini has undergone changing process can be divided as follows; The first period(1923. 3-1924. 5); The early period of publication. The second period(1924. 6-1926. 5); The period of prosperity and stability. The third period(1926. 6-1931. 5); The period of severe trials. The fourth period(1931. 6-1934. 7); The period of convalescence and discontinuance of publication. The fifth period(1948. 5-1949. 12); The period of revived publication. Especially from a point of view of contents, the very important fact is that The Eorini is edited to play a role as a supplementary reader. Such a fact is a revelation of the charcter and sense of mission of the magazine. This is the fact which the editors of the current juvenile magazine must keep in their heart. Recognizing the character istics of juvenile magazine rightly, the editors must publish the juvenile magazine with a sense of mission.

The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the response of Precast Prestressed Concrete Interior Wide Beam-Column Joint subjected to cyclic lateral loading. To this end, the experimental investigation was performed with six half-scale specimens of interior connection. The design parameters are the beam to column depth ratio, and the number of tendons within column core. One of the specimens, IJH-6, is modeled for the connection at the top floor of a structure. The test results showed that the specimens sufficiently resist up to limiting drift ratio of 0.035 in accordance with the provisional standard by ACI of acceptance criteria for concrete special moment frames.
