The physicochemical and sensory properties of barley Kochujang added with germinated barley powder were periodically examined during storage at 20 for 40 days. The pH of barley Kochujang added with germinated barley powder increased gradually according to the level of added germinated barley powder, whereas it decreased gradually during storage. On the other hand, acidity showed the opposite relationship with addition level. Salinity of the samples decreased gradually according to the amount of added germinated barley powder. Amino nitrogen content of barley Kochujang increased gradually according to the amount of added germinated barley powder, whereas it increased gradually during storage. L-, a-, and b-values of samples increased gradually according to the amount of added germinated barley powder, whereas they decreased gradually during storage. As a result of the sensory evaluation, barley Kochujang added with 5% germinated barley powder was found to be superior in taste, viscosity, and overall preference. Sensory evaluation revealed that addition of 5% germinated barley powder was optimum for improving Kochujang quality.

본 연구는 다세대·연립주택 개발사업 단계별 리스크 요인의 중요도를 분석하여 다세대·연 립주택 개발사업의 리스크 관리방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 최근에는 부동산 건설산업을 둘러싼 환경이 급속하게 변하고 있는 상황이다. 고물가 및 통화긴축 여파로 글로벌 경기 하방 압력이 지속되고 있지만, 글로벌 지수가 반등하면서 기존 예상보다 경기 회복세로 전환되는 시기가 빨라질 가능성도 나타나고 있다. 이처럼 세계 경기침체에 대한 우려가 크고, 글로벌 공급망 차질 완화와 인플레 둔화가 진행 중인 가운데 중국의 리오프닝 정책과 미국 경제의 연착륙 가능성으로 IMF가 세계 경제전망을 상향 조정하는 등 경기 낙관론도 일각에서 제기되고 있다. 특히 코로나19때 증가한 아파트 대체상품인 오피스텔 그리고 지식산업센터 등 주택 건설물량의 대폭 상승, 건축허가면적 증가 등에 힘입어 다세대·연립주택 개발사업이 크게 성장 하였지만, 글로벌 경기가 러시아 우크라이나 전쟁, 이스라엘 하마스전쟁으로 인하여 국제유가의 급등 등 자국 보호주의 흐름으로 국가 간 경쟁이 치열해지고 있는 실정이며, 국내 또한 원자재값 급격한 상승, 인건비 증가, 금리 인상, 미분양증가, 전세값 하락 등으로 경기 침체가 점점 현실화되어가고 있다. 따라서 경기침체가 현실화 될 경우 대비 더욱더 다세대·연립주택 개발의 위험을 세분화 단계로 분류하여 리스크요인을 찾아내어 위험을 최소화 하는게 필요하다 할 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the importance of each apartment development project to examine the risk factors, and to find ways to minimize risk for each part and to develop the apartment development project. This study classified all stages of the development process into five stages by referring to previous research papers and literature surveys published on risk factors and management plans for apartment and integrated housing development projects. The cause of the risk is analyzed through research, experiences, and cases that occurred in the process of selecting and securing the initial development site, and the implications through solutions are examined by organizing the problem-solving process for each case. AHP analysis and fuzzy analysis were applied to calculate each core and fundamental risk. The purpose of this study is to recognize the risk factors included in the apartment real estate development project and to derive management measures to minimize the risk.
GENE TRANSFER BY MANIPULATION OF PRIMORDIAL GERM CELLS IN THE CHICKEN

The primordial germ cells (PGCs) were transfected in vitro and expressed the exogenous RSVLTR/${\beta}G2$ plasmid, suggesting thaI PGC is a possible vector for direct gene transfer into the germ line. Transfection efficiency of cell suspensions containing PGCs was 1.5% by liposome mediated DNA transfection. By microinjection of the transfected PGCs into the host germinal crescent, PGCs migrated via blood vessel to the future gonad and these transfected PGCs resulted in the RSVLTR/${\beta}G2$ expression in the gonad. The results from the seeding of PGCs on the chorioallantoic membrane were insufficient to test the hypothesis that PGCs can penetrate or invade the chorioallantoic membrane for transport via the circulatory system.
