Background Excessive intake of fat, one of the causes of obesity, is associated with low-grade infammation in various susceptible organs and eventually causes tissue toxicity. This study examines the multifaceted suppressive efects of Korean red ginseng extract (KRG) on high-fat diet (HFD)-induced lipotoxicity and infammatory responses in the aorta, liver, and brain. Methods Male C57BL/6 mice were fed HFD with or without KRG for 12 weeks. The improvement efect in KRG on lipotoxicity and infammatory potential was determined in the blood and the aorta, liver, and brain tissues. Results KRG signifcantly inhibited 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A (HMG-CoA) reductase activity by >20% in vitro. KRG supplementation suppressed HFD-associated body weight gain, lipid profle changes, and excessive fat deposition in the liver and increased leptin, insulin, and ALT levels in the blood. Infammatory markers in the aorta, liver, and brain were also signifcantly reduced by KRG treatment. In microvascular endothelial cells, the 15% cyclic stretch-mediated upregulation of ICAM-1 and vascular cell adhesion protein-1 (VCAM-1) expression was signifcantly attenuated in the presence of KRG. Conclusion KRG supplementation attenuates HFD-mediated body weight gain, lipid profle changes, and multi-tissue infammatory responses.

동성 간의 생활공동체에 대한 법적 지원 방안 검토

In 2015 the U.S. Supreme Court decided that because the right about marriage is a kind of the rights of freedom, it must be equally granted not only to heterosexual couples but also to same sex couples. With this decision same sex marriage is legitimized in the whole U.S. On the other hand in european countries including for instance Germany and France give the legal protection to sam sex couples through the independent legislation for registering them. The reasons for it are because the members of the societies agree that the human rights of sexual minorities should be respected. However, although the perception of homosexuality and same sex marriage is gradually improving, Korean still has a high negative perception about it among the members of society. As a result, unlike American case in Korea it might not be possible for the parties who organize a community and live together to adapt marriage law due to give the legal protection. Furthermore, the possibilities legislating an independent law for same sex couples in order to granting legal protection to them are not high, because of the negative perception about sexual minorities in Korean society. Indeed, independent legislation is often frustrated by the National Assembly. After all, the results of ｢Factual Survey about the discrimination on the Basis of Sexual Orientation ･ Gender Identity｣ by the National Human Right Committee and ｢Final Report about Need Investigation of Korean LGBTI Community｣ by the Korean Community for Gay Rights Movement show that although same sex couples live together and take responsibilities for each other like other family members, they experience discrimination, because their communities lie in outside of law. Based on these facts, this paper dealt with how the legal protections to preserve the living communities of same sex couples, for instance, receipting family allowance, acquiring qualification to apply for National Public Housing, getting National Health Insurance dependants eligibility, and acknowledging the discretion about medical treatment could be guaranteed without an independent legislation for sexual minority. Furthermore it examined how the parties` common property could be adequately liquidated, after their relationship was disbanded. 2015년 미국 연방대법원이 결혼에 관한 권리를 자유권의 일종으로 전제하고 이성 커플 뿐만 아니라 동성커플에게도 동일하게 인정된다고 판결함으로써 미국 전역에서는 동성혼이 합법적으로 가능하게 되었다. 미국처럼 혼인으로 인정되는 것은 아니지만 독일이나 프랑스를 비롯한 유럽 국가에서는 독자적인 입법을 통하여 동성커플을 등록하도록 하는 제도를 마련하여 이들에게 법적인 보호를 제공하고 있다. 이러한 법적인 보호가 가능한 원인은 성소수자의 인권이 보호되어야 한다는 것에 사회적 합의가 상당히 이루어졌기 때문일 것이다. 그러나 동성애와 동성혼인 등에 대한 인식이 점차 개선되고 있기는 하지만 우리나라는 여전히 동성애에 대한 사회구성원들의 부정적인 인식이 매우 높은 것으로 나타나고 있다. 때문에 우리나라에서는 생활공동체를 형성하여 함께 생활하고 있는 동성커플 당사자들을 혼인법을 적용하여 법적인 보호를 부여하는 것은 현실적으로 쉽지 않을 것이다. 또한 사회 구성원들이 동성커플에 대한 부정적인 인식을 가지고 있는 한 입법부에서 성소수자를 위한 특별법을 제정하는 것은 기대하기 어려울 것이다. 실제로 독자적인 입법 또한 입법부에서 좌절되었다. 하지만 2014년 국가인권위원회가 실시한 ｢성적지향･성별정체성에 따른 차별 실태조사｣와 한국게이인권운동 단체 친구사이에서 실시한 ｢한국 LGBTI 커뮤니티 사회적 욕구조사 최종보고서｣의 결과를 종합해보면 동성커플들은 서로에 대해서 사실상의 가족의 역할을 수행하고 있으면서도 법의 영역 외부에 위치함으로써 상당한 차별과 부당함을 경험하고 있는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 이 연구는 동성커플만을 대상으로 하는 독자적 입법이 현 단계에서 어렵다는 것을 전제로 독자적인 입법을 시도하지 않고 가족수당지급, 국민임대주택 신청 자격 인정, 건강보험 피부양자격 인정 및 의료 현장에서의 결정권과 같은 공동체 생활 유지에 필요한 일련의 법적인 보호와 동성커플 관계가 해체된 경우 당사자들의 재산을 청산하는 방법을 현행 법체계 내에서 어떻게 보장할 수 있을지 검토한다.

발레,한국무용,일반학생간의 유산소 능력 및 체지방율 비교

This study is to investigate the physiological influence of dancing on the body by comparision of %Fat and pulmonary function among three groups of college students-Sixteen ballet majoring students(Group A), thirteen Korean dance majors(Group B) and seventeen general stdents(Group C). A total of 46 freshmen and sophomores of P university were tested in view of, the Heart rate at rest, Vital capacity, Vo₂max, Vo₂max/wt, % Fat, Body Density. The results are as follows. 1. The heart rate at rest of Group A(69.9±6.8beats/min)and those of Group B(72.9±6.6beats/min) showed significantly lower statistics than those of Group C(80.2±9.4beats/min) 2. Vital capacity of Group A(3270.5±261.3㏄) and Group B(3048.3±310.9㏄) showed significantly higher statistics than those of group C(3025.9±312.7㏄) 3. Vo₂max was the highest among Group A(1.96±0.27ℓ/min), the second highest among Group B(1.78±0.27ℓ/min) and the lowest among Group C(1.74±0.15ℓ/min) 4. Vo₂max/wt of Group A and Group B was 38.00±5.92㎖/㎏/min(the highest) and 36.58±6.28㎖/㎏/min respectively. Vo₂max/wt of Group A showed meaningful difference from that of Group C.(32.61±5.31㎖/㎏/min) 5. % Fat of Group A and Group B was 20.30±3.57 %(the lowest), and 20.53±4.90%, respectively, which showed difference from that of Group C(23.63±3.09%) 6. Body density of Group A(1.0519±0.0086g/㎖) and Group B(1.0513±0.0117g/㎖) was meaningful higher than that of group C(1.0438±0.0117g/㎖)

TPR을 활용한 초등 영어 지도 방안

The aim of this research I want to present here is to chew English teaching methods in elementary schools. Normally elementary school students are not so attentive to the teacher and their attention does not last so long. For that reason, teachers need to prepare various activities like games, role plays, songs, and chants. Students can have comprehensible amounts of listening drills and learn English more easily through exciting activities in which they have to use their bodies. By analyzing the results of English teaching to the 4th grade students through TPR, I got to know how much they enjoyed the class and how much they learned. Here are some advantages of TPR. First, students can team more easily when the teacher makes commands in English from the beginning period using realias. Second, by acting according to the teacher's commands, students can get confidence in learning English. Third, as a result of confidence in learning English students can have positive attitudes and be more motivated. In spite of the advantages of TPR, there are also some disadvantages. First, there are teaching materials that students can't act out with their bodies. Second, not all the students like to learn language through acting. Moreover, higher level students have a tendency to be reluctant to act. Third, it is not easy to control the class, so the class can be too noisy. Regardless of disadvantages of TPR, I think TPR is the most effective teaching method for low level students because it doesn't force students to speak English.

煖房環境이 人體에 미치는 影響에 관한 硏究 : Emphasis on the Central Heating and the Partial Heating 중앙식 난방과 국소식 난방을 중심으로

The purpose of this study was intended to examine the environmental conditions and the adaptation of human body under the heating conditions(Central and Partial heating). The research explored the following items ; environmental conditions(air tempersture, relative humidity, air movement), skin temperature, clothing climate, body temperature, blood pressure, pulse, thermal sensation, comfort sensation. The results were as follows ; 1) The environmental conditions in the Central and Partial heating showed 21.6±1.0℃and 17.7±1.3℃ for temperature, 60.0±0.8% and 53.7±1.5% for relative humidity, 0.1-0.2 m/sec and 0.1-0. m/sec for air movement respectively. 2) The variation of skin temperature was recognized significant difference with the lapse of time and measuring points in the Central heating, that in the Partial heating was recognized significant difference only with the measuring points. The skin temperature in the Central and Partial heating appeared in the order of eqigastrium>forehead>anterior forearm>anterior thigh> anterior leg. The mean skin temperature was comfort range of 31.5-33.5℃ in both heating conditions. 3) The variation of clothing climate (temperature under clothes) was recongnized significant difference with the lapse of time and between layers of clothes in both Central and Partial heating. The temperature under inmost layer in the Central heating belonged comfort range (32±1℃), while that in Partial heating was below comfort range generally. 4) Subject's body temperatuse, blood pressure and pulse were normal, and there were not recognized meaningful varialion according to the lapse of time in both Central and Partial heating 5) The thermal sensation and comfort sensation showed "slightly warm" and "comfortable" in the Central heating, "neutral" and "comfortable" in the Partial heating respectively.

한말·일제강점기 한국천주교회와 근본주의

근본주의는 그리스도교의 본질적이고 근본적인 교리를 재확인하려 했던 일종의 교리수호운동이었다. 그런데 근본주의라 말은, 어떤 이념체계에 대한 광신적 신념과 그에 따른 행동을 보여주는 종교운동이나 세속운동을 지칭할 때 사용될 수 있다. 그럴 때 근본주의는 다른 세계관, 신앙관을 가진 이들을 적대시하고 배타적으로 대하는 논리에 도달하지 않을 수 없다. 어떤 이념체계에 대한 광신적 신념과 그에 따른 행동을 보여주는 종교운동이나 세속운동을 근본주의로 본다면 모든 종교에는 근본주의적 성향이 있고 천주교회도 예외는 아니다. 제2차 바티칸공의회를 통하여 타종교에 상당히 유화적이고 포용적인 입장을 취하기 전까지 천주교회도 천주교 이외의 종교는 이교 내지 미신으로 비판하였다. 또한 천주교회가 누렸던 각종 혜택과 지위가 위협받는 상황이 초래되었을 때 그 상황을 적극적으로 인식하고 수용하고 적응하기보다는 반대·거절의 입장을 취하였다. 반근대주의 선서는 과학과 근대문명에 대한 부정적인 인식을 심어주었고, 그러한 인식은 교회로 하여금 성속이원론의 신앙관을 형성하게 하였다. 자신의 종교에 대한 믿음은 종교인들에게 가장 중요한 가치이다. 그런데 자신의 종교에 대한 믿음이 타 종교 내지 다른 가치관을 폄하하거나 오류라고 단정짓는 결과를 낳아서는 안될 것이다. 그것은 내 믿음 이외에 모든 것을 부정하는 것이고, 그러한 인식과 태도는 단절과 불화를 초래하게 된다. 그것이 경계해야 할 근본주의적 성향이다. 자기 종교의 근본정신을 추구하는 것은 바람직하다. 자기 믿음의 뿌리를 보다 깊이있고 자세하게 아는 것은 믿음의 토대를 굳게 할 것이기 때문이다. 주의할 것은 자기 종교에 대한 믿음이라는 이름 아래 자행되는 타종교에 대한 비난, 종교 믿음의 미명 아래 벌이는 폭력이다. 타인의 믿음도 인정하는 것이야말로 자기 믿음을 보다 확실하게 이해하는 것이며, 자기 믿음 이외의 가치를 인정하는 태도야말로 진정한 종교인의 자세이기 때문이다.

에니어그램 집단상담이 대학생의 대인관계능력 및 자아존중감에 미치는 효과

본 연구는 에니어그램 집단상담이 대학생의 대인관계능력과 자아존중감에 미치는 효과를 밝히는데 목적이 있다. 연구의 대상은 부산광역시에 소재한 D대학교 학생들이며 최종적으로 본 연구에 참여한 학생은 22명이다. 이들은 학생상담 센타 주최로 공고된 ‘대인관계 증진을 위한 에니어그램 집단상담’이라는 공고문을 보고 자발적으로 참여한 학생들로 실험집단과 통제집단에 각각 11명씩 무선배치되었다. 본 연구에서 설정한 가설을 검증하기 위해 사용된 측정도구는 집단상담을 실시하기 전 대인관계능력 검사와 자아존중감 검사가 이루어졌고, 집단상담은 매 회 120분, 주 1회로 10회 과정으로 이루어 있다. 집단상담을 실시 후 대인관계능력 검사와 자아존중감 검사가 이루어져 하위요인별로 채점하였다. 또한 에니어그램 집단상담이 대학생의 대인관계능력과 자아존중감에 미치는 효과를 검증하기 위하여 사전․사후 검사에서 얻어진 점수를 근거로 각 가설에 따라 평균, 표준편차를 구하고 집단 간의 평균차 유의성을 알아보기 위하여 t-검증을 실시하였다. 이러한 절차를 통해서 얻어진 결과를 통하여 얻어진 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 에니어그램 집단상담에 참여한 집단은 참여하지 않은 집단에 비하여 대인관계능력에 대한 접수가 유의미하게 나타났으므로 에니어그램 집단상담은 대학생의 대인관계능력을 향상시키는데 효과적임을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 에니어그램 집단상담에 참여한 집단은 참여하지 않은 집단에 비하여 자아존중감의 하위 영역인 일반적 능력에 대한 점수가 유의미하게 나타났으므로 에니어그램 집단상담은 대학생의 자아존중감의 일반적 능력을 향상시키는데 효과적임을 알 수 있다. 셋째, 에니어그램 집단상담에 참여한 집단은 참여하지 않은 집단에 비하여 자아존중감의 하위 영역인 사회적 능력에 대한 접수가 유의미하게 나타났으므로 에니어그램 집단상담은 대학생의 자아존중감의 사회적 능력을 향상시키는데 효과적임을 알 수 있다. 넷째, 에니어그램 집단상담에 참여한 집단은 참여하지 않은 집단에 비하여 자아존중감의 하위 영역인 학교적 능력에 대한 접수가 유의미하게 나타났으므로 에니어그램 집단상담은 대학생의 자아존중감의 학교적 능력을 향상시키는데 효과적임을 알 수 있다. 다섯째, 에니어그램 집단상담에 참여한 집단은 참여하지 않은 집단에 비하여 자아존중감의 하위 영역인 가정적 능력은 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이 점은 자아존중감의 가정적 능력을 향상시키기 위하여 집단상담의 효율적인 방안이 요구된다.

1970년대의 통일운동과 '3·1민주구국선언' 사건

The March 1st democracy save-the-nation proclamation was a very important event in the 1570's democratic movement. It exerted influence on the Park Chung Hee government and struck a severe blow to his regime. The Yushin regime regarded this incident as an attempt to overthrow the government. Meanwhile political prisoners viewed it as an anti-Yushin struggle. But the meaning of this incident is that it brought up the problem of the unification of Korea and made it a public issue again. This proclamation emphasized pre-unification post-democratization which means democratization should be accomplished before accomplishing the unification of Korea. The authors also promoted unification through victory over communism This thought was derived from the sense of the crisis of national security and anti-communist feelings caused by the Korean War and the communization of Vietnam All the signators did not agree with this. There were s()me people who supported the method of peace, democracy and independence. Their thought was confirmed in "the proclamation of a democracy save-the-nation at the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the March )st movement" by the group of the national coalition. Unification through victory over communism has similarities with the theory of the Lee Seong-man regime, but peace, democracy and independence were closely connected with the unification theory of the progressive party. Because the military regime prohibited debate on unification, discussion of unification has not achieved any progress since the days of the Jang-myeon regime. Even if pre-democratization was maintained, the unification theory declared in the March 1st incident made Koreans face the divided reality of Korea and it made clear that overcoming the division was the biggest task in our future. Since that time, discussion of unification has become lively, The March 1st proclamation made the unification issue a public one. Its biggest meaning lay on the side of movement toward unification.

포스트모더니즘 복식 칼라에 나타난 해체주의적 경향

The purpose of this study is to investigate how the Post-modernism social cultural pattern has been reflected in collar of costume. In the classes social, collar in costume is the expressive medium of ideology and status symbol such as Passium of ancian Ezypt and Byzantin collar which is examined religion belif. The conspicuous function of collar can be examed as the ruff collar. which is the expressive medium of self-confidence, but the whisk collar and the flat collar means decline the authorized conspicous function. In the cultural pattern of Post-modernism, collar in costume presents the coexistence of double-sides value such as androgyny, dividinism and eclecticism. For example, the tailored collar or shirt collar in women's suit with delicate materials express the self-confidence, energy and intelligence, and the round collar or the draped collar in men's suit with rough material express the sensibility and liberty. In the deconstructivity through breaking the basis form of the collar; callar can be transformed in to sleeve, cape or hat on occasion. In conclusion, the function of collar changes by the cultural pattern and expresses the spirit.

양성평등과 개인의 존엄의 시각에서 본 가족법 : 헌법과 가족법의 관계를 중심으로 On the basis of the relation between the Korean Constitutional Law and Family Law

우리 헌법은 제36조1항에서 "혼인과 가족생활은 양성평등과 개인의 존엄을 근간으로 유지되고 국가는 이를 보장 한다"고 규정하여 양성평등과 개인의 존엄을 보장하는 민주적 가족제도를 헌법이 보호하고 있음을 명백히 하고 있다. 그리고 이러한 헌법 조항은 단순히 제도보장으로서 의미만이 아니라 국민의 기본권을 규정한 것으로 입법자는 이러한 민주적 가족제도를 침해하는 입법을 해서는 아니 되며, 또한 특정의 입법으로 민주적 가족제도가 침해된 경우 가족의 구성원들은 국가에 대해서 기본권의 침해를 주장하고 이에 대한 구제를 요구할 수 있다. 그러나 헌법에서 보장하고 있는 민주적 가족제도와 달리 현행 민법은 전통적 수직적 가족제도를 여전히 그 전제로 하고 있는데, 이것은 친권개념, 호주제도 등에서 잘 나타나고 있다. 이와 같이 가족법이 전통적 수직적 가부장제를 전제로 하여 규정됨으로써 현행 가족법은 우리사회 내에서 나타나고 있는 이혼과 재혼 등을 통하여 변화된 유형의 가족관계를 효율적으로 규정하지 못하며, 아동의 권리를 보호하기에도 미흡한 면이 있다고 보여 진다. 따라서 입법자는 현행 가족법을 좀 더 헌법 이념에 충실한 구조로 개정하도록 하여야 할 것이다. Marriage and family life shall be organized on the basis of individual dignity and equality of sexes by Art. 36 I of korean constitutional law. That means, the first, the korean constitutional law protect a democratic family system on a guarantee of equality of sexes and individual dignity in family life and the second, the democratic family system is protected not only as system guarantee, but also as constitutional rights. So law-makers must not legislate against democratic family system and the family member can demand a special preventive measure from the Nation, if the democratic family system is infringed through the legislation. Without regard to democratic family system, which is secured by Art. 36 I of the korean constitutional law, the korean family law is based on a traditional patriarchal family system and a strong family-clan system. As a result of that, the korean family law is not suitable for the family relation which is reorganized through divorce and remarriage and for protecting the children's rights. And many articles and systems in the korean family law include a possibility of violation the constitutional law. This paper deals with two issues. The first is about which and how articles in korean family law include a possibility of violation. And the second is why the law-maker has to revise articles of korean family law.
