        한국 거주 중국 소비자의 소비자역량에 관한 연구

        This study examined the consumer competency of Chinese adults living in Korea to get the basic material for development of consumer educational programs and establishment of consumer policy. For the percentage of the correct answers of consumer knowledge competency was 54.6%. The each section for this was in order of financial competency (64.3%), citizenship competency (56.7%), and trading competency (39.6%). On the other hand, the mean of the consumer practical competency was 3.43 of 5 points. In addition, trading competency was 3.61, financial competency was 3.43 and citizenship competency was 3.27. The significant variables for financial competency of consumer knowledge were age, employment status, stay periods in Korea, TV watching time, internet use time, and communication with Korean friends about consumption. For trading competency of consumer knowledge, educational level, and monthly household income were significant. In addition, age, educational level, monthly household income, and stay periods in Korea were significant for citizenship competency of consumer knowledge. On the other hand, for financial competency of consumer practice, age, employment status, stay periods in Korea, and financial competency of consumer knowledge were significant. Gender, age, educational level, and TV watching time were significant for trading competency of consumer practice. Additionally, age, internet use time, and citizenship competency of consumer knowledge affected citizenship competency of consumer practice. On the basis of these results, various methods to increase consumer competency of Chinese adults living in Korea were discussed. 최근 한국에 거주하고 있는 외국인들이 증가하고 있는 가운데 본 연구는 한국 거주 중국 성인들의 소비자역량에 대해 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 자료는 부산 및 경남지역에 거주하고 있는 중국 성인 소비자 200명을 대상으로 설문조사를 통한 자기기입식 방법으로 수집되었으며, SPSS Windows V.21.0을 사용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석, Pearson의 적률상관관계분석, 중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 한국 거주 중국 성인 소비자들의 지식역량의 전체 정답률은 54.6%이었으며, 금융역량, 시민성역량, 거래역량 순으로 높게 나타났다. 한편, 실천역량의 전체 평균은 5점 만점에 3.43점이었고, 거래역량, 금융역량, 시민성역량 순으로 높았다. 한국 거주 중국 성인들의 소비자역량에 영향을 미치는 변수들을 살펴보기 위해 중회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 소비자지식의 금융역량에는 연령, 취업여부, 한국 거주기간, TV 시청시간, 인터넷 이용시간, 소비에 대한 한국 친구와의 의사소통 정도가 유의하였으며, 거래역량에는 학력, 월가계소득이, 그리고 시민성역량에는 연령, 학력, 월가계소득, 한국 거주기간이 유의하였다. 한편, 소비자실천 금융역량에 영향을 미치는 변수는 연령, 취업여부, 한국 거주기간, 소비자지식의 금융역량이었으며, 거래역량에는 성별, 연령, 학력, TV 시청시간이 유의하였고, 시민성역량에는 연령, 인터넷 이용시간, 소비자지식의 시민성역량이 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 이들 결과를 토대로 한국 거주 중국인들의 소비자역량 수준을 높이기 위한 방안을 모색하였다.

        A New Solution for Stochastic Optimal Power Flow

        A stochastic optimal power flow (S-OPF) model considering uncertainties of load and wind power is developed based on chance constrained programming (CCP). The difficulties in solving the model are the nonlinearity and probabilistic constraints. In this paper, a limit relaxation approach and an iterative learning control (ILC) method are implemented to solve the S-OPF model indirectly. The limit relaxation approach narrows the solution space by introducing regulatory factors, according to the relationship between the constraint equations and the optimization variables. The regulatory factors are designed by ILC method to ensure the optimality of final solution under a predefined confidence level. The optimization algorithm for S-OPF is completed based on the combination of limit relaxation and ILC and tested on the IEEE 14-bus system.

        Effect of Ammonium in Medium on Ansamitocin P-3 Production by Actinosynnema pretiosum

        Ansamitocin P-3 (AP-3) is an antitumor agent produced by Actinosynnema pretiosum with a market demand for large and cheap supply, but its productivity is yet low. This work investigated the effects of ammonium in medium on the productivity, enzyme activities, and gene transcription for AP-3 biosynthesis. As observed, AP-3 production was depressed by medium ammonium, although the dry cell weight and the consumption of total sugar and isobutanol were not influenced obviously. From the onset of AP-3 accumulation, isobutyrate accumulation showed a different behavior in medium with or without ammonium. Isobutanol dehydrogenase activity was enhanced during production phase in medium with ammonium, but valine dehydrogenase activity was not substantially changed. qRT-PCR analysis revealed that transcriptional levels of structure genes asm14, asm24, asm43, and asm19 were down-regulated by medium ammonium. The transcription of regulatory gene asm2, asm29, and asm31 were slightly up-regulated while that of asm39 was down-regulated by ammonium. The results indicated that inhibition of AP-3 production by ammonium might be related to the AP-3 ester side chain supply and the repression of gene transcription responsible for 3-amino-5-hydroxybenzoic acid and methoxymalonyl-ACP biosynthesis. The information is useful for future AP-3 productivity enhancement.

        Defense Strategy of Network Security based on Dynamic Classification

        In this paper, due to the network security defense is mainly static defense, a dynamic classification network security defense strategy model is proposed by analyzing the security situation of complex computer network. According to the network security impact parameters, eight security elements and classification standard are obtained. At the same time, the dynamic classification algorithm based on fuzzy theory is also presented. The experimental analysis results show that the proposed model and algorithm are feasible and effective. The model is a good way to solve a safety problem that the static defense cannot cope with tactics and lack of dynamic change.

        Interleukin-22 Attenuates Acute Pancreatitis-Associated Intestinal Mucosa Injury in Mice via STAT3 Activation

        Background/Aims: Interleukin-22 (IL-22) is an important cytokine maintaining homeostasis at barrier surfaces. In this study, the role of IL-22 in acute pancreatitis-associated intestinal injury was further explored. Methods: Severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) was induced by administration of L-arginine in Balb/c mice at different time gradients. Histopathological examinations were made in both the pancreas and small intestine. Furthermore, recombinant murine IL-22 (rIL-22) was administrated to L-arginine-induced SAP mice by intraperitoneal injection. The mRNA levels of IL-22R1, Reg-IIIβ, Reg-IIIγ, Bcl-2, and Bcl-xL were detected in the small intestine by real-time polymerase chain reaction, and protein levels of total and phosphorylated STAT3 were assessed via Western blot. Results: Compared with normal control group, 72 hours of L-arginine exposure induced the most characteristic histopathological changes of SAP, evidenced by pathological changes and serum amylase levels. Meanwhile, significant pancreatitis-associated intestinal mucosa injury was also observed. The gene expression levels of antimicrobial proteins Reg-IIIβ, Reg-IIIγ and anti-apoptosis proteins Bcl-2, Bcl-xL were downregulated in small intestine. Furthermore, Larginine- induced SAP was attenuated by rIL-22 treatment. Importantly, pancreatitis-associated intestinal mucosa injury was also ameliorated, reflected by improved pathological changes and significant increase in gene expression levels of Reg-IIIβ, Reg-IIIγ, Bcl-2 and Bcl-xL. Consistently, serum amylase levels and mortality were decreased in mice treated with rIL-22. Mechanistically, the upregulated expressions of these protective genes were achieved by activating STAT3. Conclusions: Exogenous rIL-22 attenuates L-arginine-induced acute pancreatitis and intestinal mucosa injury in mice, via activating STAT3 signaling pathway and enhancing the expression of antimicrobial peptides and antiapoptotic genes.         Study on Inheritance of Potato virus X Resistance in Capsicum annuum

        Potato virus X (PVX) resistance in potato is one of the best-characterized resistance models, however little is known in pepper. To evaluate the resistance to PVX in Capsicum annuum, a total of eleven pepper accessions were used for resistance screening against two PVX strains, USA and UK3. None of them were resistant against strain UK3, whereas four resistant genotypes were found against strain USA, three of which were further characterized. Two unlinked dominant genes were identified for both genotypes Bukang and Perennial; resistance in the genotype CV3 seemed to be conferred by two complementary dominant genes. These results demonstrated that the resistance to PVX in C. annuum is different from that in potato. This is the first report on genetic analysis of PVX resistance in C. annuum.
