        담자균류를 이용한 폐기물연용 밭토양의 건전성 간이평가

        Application of sludge wastes into the field may help soil fertility with physical, chemical and biological properties. Efficient use of sludge waste, however, requires an individual assessment of the waste products. A lot of experiment into the organic waste-treated soils has been done for decade. However, studies have not been carried out on the assessment of agricultural soil by Basidiomycota. This study was assessed the influence of sludge application on soil healthy in agricultural upland soils. The organic wastes selected for long-term application experiment in this study were municipal sewage sludge (MSS), industrial sewage sludge (ISS), leather processing sludge (LS), alcohol fermentation processing sludge (FS), and pig manure compost (PMC). To develop the soil healthy assesment method, soil samples were diluted by 20X with distilled water. After shaking at 200rpm for 30 minutes, the shaked sample was mixed on PDA(Potato Dextrose Agar). And sterilized at 121℃ for 20 minutes. Coriolus hirsutus (MKACC 50560) was inoculated on petri-dish including PDA mixed sample. After the media was incubated at 25℃ for five days, the mycelial growth of C. hirsutus was measured. When the mycelial growth on sample media was compared with growth on media contained PDA only, well grown media contained sample soil was assesed as healthy soil. The results suggest that the simple method by Coriolus hirsutus is a handy way to assess the healthy of waste sludge-applied upland soils. 이상의 결과를 종합하면, 평가대상 토양을 증류수로 20배 희석하여 200rpm 으로 30분간 진탕한 후 PDA (감자 추출배지)와 혼합하여 121℃에서 20분간 살균한 후 Coriolus hirsutus (MKACC 50560) 균을 접종한다. 접종 완료 후 25℃에서 5일간 배양한 후 균사 생장을 측정하여 담자균의 균사 생장률 (목적토양에서의 균사생장/PDA 에서의 균사생장×100)을 계산한다. 이 기준에 따라 균사생장률이 60%이상이 되면 대상 토양은 작물 생육에 적합한 토양이라고 추정할 수 있다. 이러한 방법은 토양의 건전성 평가를 위한 신속한 간이검사를 통하여 소량의 시료를 가지고 단기간 내 대량 분석을 가능하게 하여 토양 건정성 평가의 기초 자료로 사용될 수 있다고 사료된다.

        중금속 오염지 및 건전지역에서 수집된 담자균류의 분포

        미생물을 이용한 중금속 오염지의 생물적 개량연구를 위하여 구리, 납 등 중금속 오염지인 은성 폐광과 도곡 폐광 지역에서 야생버섯을 수집·동정하고 중금속 함량을 분석한 결과 Laccaria Jaccata가 가장 높게 나타났으며 토양내 중금속함량이 높을수록 버섯 내 중금속 농도도 높았다. 그러나, 전이계수를 이용하여 버섯 자실체의 중금속 이행률을 알아본 결과, Amanita volvata 가 카드뮴과 비소의 이행률이 가장 높았으며, 구리의 이행률은 Agaricus praesquamosus가 다른 버섯에 비해 월등히 높은 수치를 나타냈다. 납은 Mycena pura, 아연은 Marasmius pulcherripes, 니켈은 Laccaria laccata, 크롬은 Collybia confluens로 나타났다. 중금속 오염지와 비오염지인 치악산 지역에서의 담자균의 발생 분포를 비교한 결과, Russula 와 Collybia 속은 비오염지와 오염 지역 모두에서 발생되었으며 Leucocoprinus, Coprinus, Suillus, Lepiost, Gyroporus, Lepista, Microstoma, Stropharia, Agrocybe 속은 오염지에서만 발생되었다. 이상의 결과, Laccaria laccata 등 일부 담자균은 중금속 오염지 저감에 이용할 가능성이 있으며 이를 위한 많은 연구가 기대된다. Two hundred seventy-four microorganisms were isolated from the soil of abandoned mines around for selecting the heavy metal-degrading strains and their microbial diversity was analyzed. The specimens of macroftingi were isolated from the soil of abandoned mines around for selecting the heavy metal-degrading strains. Eunseong and Dogok in Gyeongsangbuk-do, for selecting the heavy metal-degrading strains. Soil was also collected from same location. Contents of heavy metals (Cd, Cu, Pb, Zn, Ni, Cr, and As) were determined spectrometically in fruiting bodies of forty eight wild macroftmgi specimens with soils. When the analysed their transfer factor from soil to fruiting body, Amanita volvata have the highest transfer factor of cadmium and arsenic. And Mycena pura showed the highest in mercury, Marasmius pulcherripes in zinc, Laccaria laccata in nickel, and Collybia confluens in chrome. When compare the population of mushrooms between the contaminated mines and Mt. Chiak as the healthy area, Genus Russula and Collybia were collected both area, but Leucocoprinus, Coprinus, Suillus, Lepiost, Gyroporus, Lepista, Microstoma, Stropharia, and Agrocybe were only in the contaminated mine area.

        왕송이(Tricholoma giganteum) 신품종 '백련'의 특성

        주로 고온에서 재배되는 왕송이는 온도제어기를 사용하지 않고 재배할 수 있는 잇점이 있다. 여름철 냉방시설없이 재배할 수 있는 품종을 개발하고자 국내외에서 수집된 왕송이균을 교잡하여 새로운 품종 '백련'을 육성하였다. 백련 왕송이의 균배양온도는 25℃~30℃이며 자실체 발생온도와 생육온도 거의 동일하다. 다만 배양완료 후 복토를 해야하기 때문에 2차 균사생장기간이 있어 초발이소요일수가 다소 늦다. 하지만 복토를 하기 때문에 주야간 온도차이에도 버섯발생이 용이하고 습도관리가 쉬워 여름철 재배가 유리하다. 버섯의 모양은 순백색에 전형적인 우산형으로 강한 다발성을 가지며 대가 긴편이다. 특히, 병재배보다는 봉지재배를 할 경우 다발성은 더욱 강해지면 자실체의 크기도 증가한다. 적정배지는 포플라 40%+미송 40%+미강 20%를 혼합한 배지이며 평균수량은 병재배시 101g이나 봉지재배에서는 더욱 증가할 것으로 사료된다. Tricholoma giganteum, belongs to Tricholomataceae of Tricholoma, is also well-known as the medicinal mushroom in Taiwan. " Backryon " was the first variety developed by intra-specific crossing in Korea. It was improved with hybridization between monokaryotic strain derived from MKACC50852 and MKACC 50853. The optimum temperature of mycelial growth and fruiting body development were 25~30℃ and 20~25℃, respectively. The color of fruitingbody was pure white and cap type was umbrella. It suggested that 'Backryon' was new commercial variety for small-sized cultivator during the summer season

        In this study, using Monte Carlo simulation about inspection model applied practically in air-conditioning facilities of office building, the optimal preventive maintenance inspection period is suggested to improve the reliability of the units, and effect on expected profit of optimal preventive maintenance inspection period is computed. The main results of this study are summarized as follows: 1) Simulation program for sensitivity analysis and optimal preventive maintenance inspection period is made, in order to execute precisely sensitivity analysis of maintenance factors, by using Monte Carlo simulation's flow chart and compute optimal preventive maintenance inspection period. 2) Using models for the relationship between reliability and inspection frequency per unit time and model between inspection and expected profit of preventive maintenance by CBM, the optimal preventive maintenance inspection period of air-conditioning facilities is computed, and it is revealed that the range of that is 90∼175 hr and, correlation curve of the original MTBF and optimal preventive maintenance inspection period by CBM is derived. 3) And effect on expected profit of preventive maintenance's activity by optimal preventive maintenance inspection period is computed. It is found that the larger the original MTBF, like MTBF of centrifugal compression chiller and AHU is, and the smaller the expected profit increased, and the smaller the original MTBF, like MTBF of boiler, absorption chiller and turbo case cooling tower is, and larger the expected profit increased.

      • 만성 호중구성 백혈병 1례

        Chronic neutrophilic leukemia is a very rare myeloproliferative disorder which is characterized by severe sustained mature neutrophilic leukocytosis in peripheral blood (PB), hepatosplenomegaly, elevated leukocyte alkaline phosphatase, serum uric acid. serun viatmin B 12 and the bleeding tendency despite normal platelet count and coagulation time, absence of philadelphia chromosome, and the absence of fever or underlying infection or disease sufficient to mimic a leukemoid reaction. We have experienced a 34-years-old male patient with atypical chronic neutrophilic leukemia. On admission, the leukocyte count was 56,860/uL. severe neutrophic leukocytosis with 76% neutrophils and rare immature forms on PB smear. Many neutrophils had toxic granules, and vacuoloes. Leukocyte alkaline phosphatase score was decreased. The cytogenetic study showed Philadelphia chromosome negative with normal karyotype.

      • 접촉성 피부염 환자와 정상인의 첩포검사에 관한 연구

        Numerous studies on epidemiological aspects of contact dermatitis due to various causative antigens have been reported n recent year in Korea. However, degree of sensitization in healthy persons was not reported till now in Korea. We have performed the patch test on patients with contact dermatitis and healthy persons. The study results were as follows; 1. Percent of positive reaction in patients with contact dermatitis was 45.9%. The common allergens of positive reactions were nickel sulfate(21.6%), potassium dichromate (10.8%), neomycin sulfate (8.1%), Balsam of Peru (8.1%), mercuric chloride, ammoniated (5.4%), p-phenylenediamine(5.4%), cinnamic alcohol(5.4%), ethylenediamine dihydrochloride (2.7%), formaldehyde(2.7%), wool wax alcohol(2.7%), thimerosal (2.7%), mercaptobenzothiazole(2.7%), imidazolidinyl urea(2.7%) in order of frequency. 2. Percent of positive reaction in healthy persons was 10.3% and the common allergens were mercuric chloride, ammoniated(5.2%), nickel sulfate(3.1%), cinnamic alcohol(2.1%), ethylenediamine dihydrochloride(1.0%), formaldehyde(1.0%), epoxy resin(1.0%), in order of frequency. We conclude that allergens associated with metals and drugs seem to be the dominant causes of contact dermatitis and healthy persons.

      • 백반증의 PUVA치료반응에 관한 연구(제1보)

        The authors evaluated response to PUVA therapy in 44 vitiligo petients who did'nt show the spontaneous re-pigmentation. In the responded group to PUVA therapy after systemic administration of 8-methoxy psoralen, average MPD of female patients was 3.4 times higher than males, interestingly. Number of irradiation of UVA was similar between male and female, but total doses of female patients group were about 2 times than males till the first re-pigmented spots were noted. The response to PUVA therapy was quite different according to duration of disease and site of lesion. Therefore, we suppose that it is necessary to consider sex of patient, duration of disease, location of vitiligo before making a plan of PUVA therapy.

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the nature of Korean's Uzzul(boasting) mind and behavior from a cultural psychological perspective. The psychological aspect of Uzzul was examined by adopting the historical, contextual, and representational analyses. First, the historical analysis assessed the concept of Uzzul as recorded in the ancient Korean literature. In addition, the origin of Uzzul and the changes were examined from the topographical, ideological, and psychological perspective. Secondly this study focused on the we-ness relationship to assess the situational contextual analysis. Finally, an open-ended questionnaire was administered to examine the representational analysis. Ninety-one undergraduate students participated in this study. The data were analyzed by the content analysis and the major categories of responses were extracted.

        서울시 주택내 휘발성 유기화합물 공기오염농도의 계절변화에 관한 연구

        For the purpose of examining about seasonal change in concentration of indoor organic compounds in Seoul, 96 houses in the winter and 49 houses in the summer were investigated. Indoor organic compounds concentration were measured and survey was performed by questionnaire. Indoor organic compounds were monitored with two diffusive samplers. One was a cartridge treated with 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine for aldehydes sampling. The other was a passive charcoal tube for VOCs sampling. Two samplers were simultaneously exposed in living room during 24 hours. Aldehydes extracted with 2㎖ acetonitrile from the cartridge were analyzed by HPLC equipped with an UV diode array detector. VOCs were extracted with 2㎖ carbon disulfide from the charcoal tube by shaking and then analyzed by chromatograph and mass selective detector. The main Results were as follows. (1) Both of Formaldehyde and VOCs concentration in the summer are lower than that in the winter. This is because of increasing ventilation rate according to the opening of windows in the summer. (2) Formaldehyde, toluene and ethylbenzene were indicated as the major indoor volatile organic compounds in Seoul Residence. (3) There were 10 times of deference in concentration between non-occupied new house and that of post-occupied. (4) There was no significant relation between house type and indoor concentration.
