Chung Hak jae. 2002. A study on Choi il-soo's literary criticism. The purpose o this paper is to clarify that Choi Il-Soo's criticisms sere the search for the literature of the Korean nation. The research method in this paper is Pierre Bourdieu's fields and symbolic struggles. I classified Choi's criticisms into three aspects ; (1) aspect of the literary generation (2) aspect of the attitude to the culture tradition (3) aspect of the attitude to the national literature. (1) About the literary generation, Choi used discourse strategy of inclusion and difference, distinct from other critics' strategy of exclusion and enhancement (2) About the culture tradition, Choi surpassed the strategy of concealment by the tradition negationists and abstract and ideal discourse by the tradition accessionist. His discourse included form and substance. (3) About the national literature, Chung Tae-Yong and Choi's discourses are superior to others. Because they re-defined the nationality through the historical view. (4) Choi's discourses about the national literature were continued to the concern about the third world's literature. (5) Choi's discourses about the national realism were on the basis of the confidence in the progress of history and he had the intenion to the methods of creation. finally, we could understand tat Choi's literary criticisms were superior to others'in the field of 1950's literary criticism about the aspect in the tradition and national literature and it could be more clear when compared with other critical subjects.
전통누룩 진균류를 이용한 입국의 제조 및 입국곰팡이의 동정

다양한 향미를 가진 막걸리의 개발을 위해 전통누룩으로부터 분리한 곰팡이로 입국을 제조한 후 품질특성을 분석하여 입국의 규격에 적합하며 이취가 없고 관능이 우수한 9균주를 입국 제조용 우수균주로 최종 선발하였다. 선발된 균주는 Aspergillus oryzae(C1-5-2-2, C20-7-3, CN1.3.1-4, CN16.19.1-1, N152-1, N220-1), Mycocladus corymbiferus (N162-2), Rhizopus oryzae(N20), Lichtheimia corymbifera (N21)로 동정되었으며, 제조한 입국의 산도는 5.0~6.8, 당화력은 128~241sp이었다. Various koji were prepared by fungi isolated from traditional nuruk and their quality characteristics were investigated. Acidity and saccharification power of their koji were ranged in 5.0~6.8 and 128sp~241sp. Nine fungi which were showed good quality and sensory evaluation were identified by analysis of their nucleotide sequences with PCR-amplified 18S rDNA internal transcribed spacer-1(ITS-1) and ITS-4 genes. Among them, six strains were identified as Aspergillus oryzae and the other strains were identified as Mycocladus corymbiferus, Rhizopus oryzae, Lichtheimia corymbifera.
노령의 대퇴 전자간 골절 치료에서 압박고 나사못의 안정성 및 유용성

목 적: 노령의 대퇴 전자간 골절에서 압박고 나사못의 안정성에 영향을 주는 인자들간의 상관 관계와 골절 양상에 따른 술후 고관절 기능을 평가 및 분석하였다. 대상 및 방법: 압박고 나사를 이용하여 수술적 치료를 시행한 231명의 환자 중 6개월 이상 추시가 가능하였던 60세 이상 84명의 환자들을 대상으로 했다. 방사선적 계측은 압박고 나사못의 활강 길이 및 내반각, 가압 나사 위치, 정복 상태, 원위 골편의 내측 전위를 측정하였으며 술후 기능은 Clawson의 기능 평가표로 하였고 골절 양상에 따라 방사선 계측과 기능 회복과의 상관 관계를 평가하였다. 결 과: 임상 결과는 불안정 골절에서 양호가 10례, 불량이 23례, 안정 골절에서는 양호 40례, 불량이 11례로 안정 골절에서 임상 결과가 좋았고(p<0.001), 압박고 나사 활강은 10 ㎜ 이상일 때 양호가 4례, 불량이 21례, 10 ㎜ 이하에서 양호가 46례, 불량이 13례로 10 ㎜ 이상 활강시에 술후 결과가 불량했다(p<0.001). 다르 방사선적 계측 요인은 결과에 의미있는 차이를 보이지 않았다. 또한, 불안정 골절 중에서 전위 양상 골절의 경우 10㎜ 이상 활강이 12례, 10㎜ 이하 활강이 8례, 분쇄 양상 골절의 경우는 10㎜ 이상이 11례, 10㎜ 이하가 2례로 분쇄 양상의 불안정 골절에서 10㎜ 이상 활강이 의미있게 많았다 (p<0.001). 결 론: 10㎜ 이상의 지연 나사 활강은 고관절 기능 회복 약화를 유발시킬 수 있으며 불안정 골절 분쇄 양상 골절은 이런 지연 나사의 활강이 과도하게 유발될 수 있으므로 불안정 분쇄 양상 골절에서 압박고 나사의 단독 사용은 재고해 보아야 할 것이다. Purpose: To evaluate the relationship between fracture stability and functional results, and analyze the correlation between stability factors and the outcome in intertrochanteric fracture of the elderly. Materials and Methods: Of the 231 patients, 84 patients with age above 60 were able to follow up for minimum 6 months. We measured the sliding length of the lag screw, varus degree, position of lag screw, reduction status and medialization of distal fragment radiologically. The functional outcome of the treatment was evaluated with the Clawson's result classification and we evaluated the correlation between the radiological results of measurement and the functional recovery depending on the Evans fracture classification. Results: There were good results in 40 cases out of 51 stable fractures, and in 10 cases out of 33 unstable fractures (p<0.001). In case of sliding of lag screw more than 10㎜, good results were obtained in 4 cases, and poor in 21. And in case of sliding less than 10㎜, good results were obtained in 46, and poor in 13. (p<0.001).But there was no relationship between other radiologic factors and clinical results. In unstable type, there were 12 cases with lag screw sliding more than 10㎜ and 10 cases with less than 10㎜. In comminuted type, there were 11 cases with lag screw sliding more than 10㎜ and 2 cases with less than 10㎜(p<0.001). Conclusion: The sliding of lag screw more than 10㎜ may result in poor outcome. As in comminuted unstable pattern, sliding of lag screw might be excessive, the use of compression hip screw alone is not good treatment option.
고추 근권에서 분리한 Bacillus subtilis J-24의 검은 곰팡이병원균 Alternaria alternata에 대한 길항력 및 고추의 초기 생육에 미치는 영향

Thirty bacteria were isolated from the red pepper rhizosphere. The isolates were screened for antagonism to Alternaria alteranta causing red pepper black rot. Antagonistic bacterium No. J-24 was selected among the isolated bacteria and was identified as Bacillus subtilis based on morphological and physiological characterisitics and MIDI system. B. subtilis J-24 showed antifungal activities against A.alternata(inhibition percentage, 99%), Botrytis cinerea, Phytophthora capsici, Pythium ultimum, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, Stemphylium botrysum. The growth of red pepper seedling was promoted as compared to control when the microbial inoculants was mixed in bed soil. In the mixed microbial inoculants bed soil, the leaf area of red pepper was increased of 15 percent, the hypocotyl weight 12 percent, the root length 12 percent, total dry weight 13 percent as compared to those grown in the genenal bed soil.
고관절 각도변화에 따른 슬관절 굴곡근의 등장성 근력평가

Since isotonic exercise equipment can give an evaluation of muscle strength with great accuracy and objectivity, it is widely used as the one of the important methods for evaluation of muscle performance. The purpose of this study were to measure concentric and eccentric muscle strength of knee flexors as the change of hip angle in dominant. Concentric and eccentric muscle strength was assessed by monitoring repetition, peak power, average peak power, average power, peak velocity, average peak velocity, peak force, average peak force, and total work for knee flexors using the EN-TreeM isotonic dynamometer. For this forty healthy subjects, 20 males and 20 females, performed knee motion at 74.89% of their 1RM with 90˚, 45˚and 0˚flexion of their hip angle. The results were as follow. 1. All the values tested in male were greater than those in female. 2. The repetition, peak power and peak force of concentric and eccentric contraction showed a significant increase in order of 0˚ 45˚ 90˚hip angle in males and females. 3. The average peak power, peak velocity and average peak velocity of concentric and eccentric contraction showed a significant increase in order of 0˚ 90˚ 45˚hip angle in males and females. 4. The average peak force, average power and total work of concentric and eccentric contraction showed a significant increase in order of 0˚, 90˚, 45˚hip angle in males, whereas in order of 90˚ 0˚ 45˚hip angle in females. 5. All the values except total work tested in eccentric contraction were greater than those in concentric contraction.
開發制限區域制度(Green Belt)의 問題點과 合理的인 利用方案에 관한 硏究

1970年 이래 우리나라의 急速한 經濟成長은 都市化와 産業化를 수반하였고 結果的으로 都市로의 人口集中과 숱한 都市問題를 야기시켰으며, 이러한 問題를 合理的으로 대처하기 위하여 政府는 지난 20여년에 걸쳐 英國에서 처음으로 實施했던 Green Belt制度를 採擇했다. 우리나라의 Green Belt制度는 1971년 7월 30일을 기하여 서울을 비롯해서 全國 13個 主要都市에서 처음으로 實施하였다. 本 論文에서는 우리나라에서 처음 Green Belt設定으로 말미암아 거기에 수반된 숱한 問題點에 대하여 이를 各 側面에서 檢討·分析하고 나아가 管理面에서 發生한 여러 가지 問題를 解消하기 위한 合理的인 利用方案을 提示하였다. 따라서 「制限된 國土資源의 效率的인 利用」이라는 觀點에서 Green Belt의 合理的인 利用方案이 講究되어야 할 것이다. Rapid economic growth of Korea since 1970's has accompanied urbanization and industrialization, resulting over population, an urban problem. To cope with this problem effectively, government has being adopted Green Belt policy originated in Great Britain in the past 20years. Green Belt areas were for the first time established in 13 major cities including Seoul, on July 30 1971. This paper aimes to present rational plan, countermeasures and management problems, resulting from the establishment of Green Belt, of which several analysis were made in all it's aspects. Therefore, we should consider a counter plan and rational utilization method of Green Belt in a point of view of national land use.

Generally speaking, the characteristics with heavy fuel operation is different from that with marine diesel oil in diesel engines and the fuel viscosity exerts a great influence on the injection characteristics. In order to design the injection system suitably, the influence of the fuel viscosity on the injection characteristics should be understood. In response, a series of experiments and simulation calculations have been carried out. As a result, it is obtained that the decrease of leakage from plunger clearance and the decrease of flow coefficient at nozzle hole excert on influence on the injection characteristics at incleasing fuel viscosity. Moreover, it could be said that the optimum viscosity at the inlet of injection pump is less than 15∼20 cSt in the range of conventional injection system.
