        암에르고미터 운동시 여유심박수에서의 신체작업능력(PWC%HRR)을 이용한 최대산소섭취량 추정에 관한 연구

        암에르고미터 운동시 여유심박수에서의 신체작업능력(PWC%HRR)을 이용한 최대산소섭취량 측정에 관한 연구 운동과학. 제 9권 제 1호. (1)-(12), 2000. 본 연구의 목적은 암에르고미터 운동시 여유심박수에서의 신체작업능력(PWC%HRR)을 이용해 최대산소섭취량(O₂_(max))을 추정하는데 있어 그 타당성을 보는데 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 건강한20대 남자 대학생(21.1±2.77)20명이 참가 하였다. 이들의 안정시 심박수는 5분간 EKG로 측정되었고, 최대산소취량은 암에르고미터에서 50rpm의 속도로 20W에서 운동을 실시하고 매 3분 간격으로 10W씩 증가시켜 피험자가 탈진시까지 운동을 지속시켰다. 여유심박수 계산에 있어서 최대심박수는 수식(HRmax = 210 - age)으로 계산되었다. PWC%HRR의 계산은 점증부하 운동상에서 120≤R≥160의 범위에 발견된 HR과 O₂의 관계식(Y=bx+a)에 의하였다. 강도별 상대적 백분율 범위는 50∼85%사이였으며, 비교대상은 PWC%HRR, O₂R, O₂_(max)이었다. 그 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다 첫째, %HRR과 O₂R, O₂_(max)간의 회귀분석결과 %HRR은 O₂_(max)보다 O₂R에 가까웠다. 둘째, 각 강도별 PWC%HRR과 O₂R, O₂_(max)간에는 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 없었으나, PWC%HRR은 O₂_(max)보다 O₂R에 보다 가까웠다(P<.05). 셋째, O₂_(max)의 실측치와 PWC%HRR = O₂R에 의한 추정치 사이에는 모든 강도에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없었으나, 상관관계는 PWC%HRR에서 가장 높았다(P<.05). 이상의 결과를 종합해 볼 때 암에르고미터 운동검사 과정에서 만족할 만한 O₂_(max) 발견하지 못했더라도 최소한 60%HRR에 해당하는 심박수가 발견될 때까지 운동을 수행하였다면 일련의 방식에 의해 O₂_(max)의 추정이 가능하다고 본다. The study on Estimation of maximal oxygun uptake through PWC%HRR during Arm Ergometer Exercise. Exercise Science, 9(1): 1-12, 2000. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the validity for estimation of maximal oxygen uptake through PWC%HRR during Arm Ergometer Exercise. The subjects of this study were 20 healthy males(21.2±2.77yrs) college students. Resting heart rate of subjects were recorded by EKG for 5min. the maximal oxygen uptake was determined until subjects were exhausted. The first stage was performed 50rpm, 20W, and then was increased by 10W every 3 minutes on the arm ergometer. HRmax was determined by a numerical formula of HRmax = 210-age. PWC%HRR was assessed by relative equation (Y=bX+a) of HR and V˙O₂ observed in range 120≤R≥160 during the exercise test. Range of relative percentage was between 50% and 85%, comparison factor was examined among PWC%HRR, % V˙O₂R and % V˙O₂_(max). The results of this study are as follows : 1) Result of the regression analysis among PWC%HRR, % V˙O₂R and % V˙O₂_(max), %HRR was equivalent to % V˙O₂R rather than V˙O₂_(max). 2) No significant difference was observed among PWC%HRR, % V˙O₂R and V˙O₂_(max) in the all intensity, But the PWC%HRR was closer to % V˙O₂R rather than V˙O₂_(max)(P<.05). 3) No significant difference was the actual V˙O₂_(max) and the estimation value by PWC%HRR = % V˙O₂R in the all intensity, and the correlation analysis was the most correlated at the estimation value by PWC%60HRR. It was concluded that if the satisfactory V˙O₂_(max) was not found in Arm Ergometer exercise test but heart rate corresponded to 60%HRR, V˙O₂_(max) can be estimated by a series of equation.

        프로골프선수의 슬관절 등속성 근력에 관한 굴곡근과 신전근의 비교연구

        프로골프선수의 슬관절 등속성 근력에 관한 굴곡근과 신전근의 비교연구. 운동과학, 제 9권 제 1호. (201)-(209), 2000. 본 연구는 장기간의 골프운동이 슬관절의 단축성 굴근력과 신근력의 발달에 미치는 영향을 규명하여 경기력 향상을 위한 트레이닝 방법의 기초자료를 제공하고자 수행 되었다. 연구의 대상은 24명의 프로골프선수들(29.60±3.8세)로 골프경력은 12±1.7년으로 대상자 전원이 오른손을 주로 사용(우타)하였다. 측정은 등속성근력계(Cybex 770)를 이용하여 각속도 60°/sec와 180°/sec에서 3회씩 좌·우 교대로 측정하였다. 측정변인은 peak torque, peak torque 발현각, 평균파워, 총운동량 등이었다. 자료분석은 SPSS통계프로그램을 이용하여 실시하였으며 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다.; 슬관절 굴곡근과 신장근의 좌·우 근력 비교에서 각속도 180°/sec로 굴곡성 운동시 총 운동량(total work)에서 좌·우측간에 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으나(p<.05), 나머지 측정변인에서는 굴곡근과 신전근 모두 부하각속도에서 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 굴곡력의 경우 우측하지가 좌측하지에 비하여 높았으나 신전력의 경우 좌측하지가 다소 높은 경향을 보였다. 각 변인의 평균치에 대한 60°/sec와 180°/sec간의 비교에서는 모든 변인에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타내었다(p<.05). 슬관절 굴곡근의 신전근에 대한 비율(Flexor/Extensor Ratio)은 60°/sec에서 60%보다 낮게 나타났으나 좌·우측간 유의하지는 않았다. 결론적으로 다년간의 골프운동은 하지의 슬관절 근기능을 발달시키며 우측하지에 비해 좌측하지의 신전근에 더 많은 발달을 가져온다고 할 수 있다. A study on isokinetic concentric torque of kee extensor and flexor in golf players. Exercise Science, 9(1): 201-209, 2000. The purpose of this stydy was to investigate the effect of long therm golf exercise on isokinetic concentric torque of kee extensor and flexor. The subjects of this study were 24 men progolf players(29.60±3.8yrs) who have experience of 12±1.7yrs golf exercise and use mainly a right hand. The measurement was performed by use of Cybex 770 in angular velocity 60˚ /sec, 180˚ /sec and 3 repetitions. The variable of measure were peak torque, angle of peak torque, average power, total work and so on. The result of this study were as follow: There only was statistical difference between both low limb in Total work of knee flexor in angular velocity 180°/sec(p<.05) but not in other variables in both angular valocity. Right low limb was little stronger than reft low limb in flexor but there was opposite result in extensors. There was statistical difference between 60°/sec and 180°/sec in all varible. Knee flexors and extensors ratio was lower than 60% in angular velocity 60°/sec but there was no statistical difference between right and left low limb. It might be concluded from the test that long term golf exercise strengthen muscle function of knee flexors and extensor and left knee extensors more strengthen than right knee extensors.

        진동형 분진 최소착화에너지측정장치에서 분진 응집현상이 미치는 영향

        It is widely recognized that Hartmann tube for measuring the minimum ignition energy(MIE) of powder. But It requires long time and operational skills for measuring. As a variety of new fine powders are being produced day by day in industry, Japen has been developing a measurement system which employs a new method to create a dust/air mixture in a miniature combustion box. In this system, by vibration, the powder is successively fed downward through a hopper made up of metal mesh, and then it is formed into a thin, certain-like, dust/air mixture. With this new apparatus, three types of powder-Lycopodium, Anthraquinone, and Polyacrylonitrile-were tested and the data of MIE were compared with those of a conventional apparatus (the Hartmann tube). Two of them agreed satisfactory, but the other, Anthraquinone, showed quite different values. It is guessed that the agglomerations of the powder particles appear because of particle shapes, static-charge and humidity.

        신장이식 마취 5 예의 경험

        This is a report of anesthesia for five cases of renal transplantation which was performed be tween February 1969 and August 1969 at St. Mary's Hospital, Catholic Medical College, Seoul, Korea. General of renal insufficiency of the operated cases were described. Operative technique were unilateral nephrectomy for three cases and bilateral nechprectomy with splenectomy for 2 cases ; Anesthesia was induced with epontol (propanidid) 250mgs i.v. and 4% halothane-oxygen and maintained with 1% halotbane-oxygen which was supplemented by nitrous oxide occasionally. 6% dextrose and lactated-Ringer's solution were infused. For transfusion, whole bleod was given to replace the operative blood loss. Dextran was also used to maintain adequate blood volume. Shortly before anastomosis of renal and femoral vessels, patients were haparinized. Fluids and electrolytes balance were studied pre-and post-operatively. Preoperatively, uremia and hyperpotassemia was corrected by several hemodyalysis. Urinary output after surgery showed a marked degree of diuresis up to 1800 ml/hr until second post-operative day. The special concern of anesthesia for kidney transplantation were: 1. Patients were suffering from severe uremia and metabolic disterbances. 2. Acidosis and hyperpotassemia should be corrected before surgery by hemo-or peritoneal dialysis. 3. Immunosuppressive agents made the patient less resistant to infection. 4. Anemia and hydrops was difficult to be corrected before surgery. 5. Muscle relaxants of choice were depolarizing agents, because of impaired renal excretion.

        저압용 누전차단기의 차단특성 및 그라파이트 분석에 관한 연구

        In this paper, we studied cut off characteristics and fire hazard of residual current protective devices(RCD or ELB) for low voltage. The operative time of RCD with grounding resistance was analyzed by using RCD operating tester. The surface structure and composition of insulator were analyzed by using scanning electron microscope(SEM) and energy dispersive x-ray spectroscopy(EDX). The surface of phenol resin showed network structure and void. The spectra shown in EDX analysis are composed not only of the corresponding elements but also of several new spectra, as CK, OKα , MgK, SiK, and CaK, which were absent in original material.

        최대운동시 항산화제 투여와 운동처지가 대사 및 근피로도에 미치는 영향

        최대운동시 항산화제 투여와 운동처치가 대사 및 근피로도에 미치는 영향. 운동과학, 제 9권 제 1호. (137)-(148), 2000. 본 연구는 6주간의 항산화제 투여와 운동처치가 대사반응 및 하지근육의 근 피로도에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이었다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 중학교 학생 27명을 대상으로 6주간의 항산화제 투여(비타민 E+C, 위약)와 운동처치(처치집단, 통제집단)를 실시하였다. 이상의 연구 절차를 통해 얻은 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 6주간의 항산화제 투여(비타민 E+C, 위약)와 운동처치(처치집단, 통제집단)를 실시한 후, 각 집단간 운동지속시간을 비교한 결과는 항산화제를 투여한 집단에서 위약을 투여한 집단에 비해서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타내었다(P<0.05). 둘째, 6주간의 합산화제 투여(비타민 E+C, 위약)와 운동처치(처치집단, 통제집단)를 실시한 후, 각 집단간 최대산소섭취량을 비교한 결과는 항산화제를 투여한 집단에서 위약을 투여한 집단에 비해서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타내었다(P<0.05). 세째, 6주간의 항산화제투여(비타민 E+C, 위약)와 운동처치(처치집단, 통제집단)를 실시한 후, 각 집단간 근피로도(평균파워주파수)을 비교하였다. 각 집단간 평균파워주파수는 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 없었다. 이상의 결론을 종합해보면, 항산화 비타민 복합섭취는 운동수행력에 있어서 약간의 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으나, 좀 더 정확한 결론을 내리기 위해서는 세포수준에서의 세일한 측정과 연구가 더 필요할 것이라고 제안한다.

        B 형 간염 Virus-Associated Hemophagocytic Syndrome 1 예

        Virus-associated hemophagocytic syndrome (VAHS) is a nonneoplastic generalized histiocytic proliferation with marked hemophagocytosis associated with systemic viral infections such as Epstein-Barr virus, cytomegalovirus, adenovirus, herpes virus. etc. High fever, liver dysfunction, coagulation abnormality, and peripheral blood cytopenias are characteristic findings. Hepatosplenomegaly, lymphadenopathy, bilateral pulmonary infiltrations, and skin rash are often present. We report a case of Hepatitis B virus-associated hemophagocytic syndrome with a brief review of literature.

        일부 영세 도금사업장의 국소배기성능과 공기중 총크롬 , 6가 크롬 및 니켈농도와의 관계분석

        To evaluate efficiencies of the local exhaust systems installed in chromium and nickel electroplating tanks, specifications of each tank and general performances of the local exhaust systems were measured in 16 electroplating plants from July 3 to November 24, 1992. Airborne concentrations of total chromium, hexa-chromium and nickel were also measured. Most of the local exhaust systems installed in electroplating plants were inadequately designed. Average capture velocities of local exhaust systems in chromium and nickel tanks were 0.45 m/sec and 0.29 m/sec. Average slot velocities in chromium and nickel tanks were 7.30 m/sec and 2.87 m/sec respectively. Both average capture and slot velocities were in noncompliance with the standards recommended by American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists (ACGIH) and National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH). Exhausted air volume was insufficient in all local exhaust systems surveyed. Worker exposure levels to total chromium, hexa-chromium and nickel were 43.0 ㎍/㎥, 1.7 ㎍/㎥ and 9.3 ㎍/㎥, which were below the Korean Standard and U.S. Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OHSA) Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL). However, Worker exposure level to hexa-chromium exceeded the NIOSH Recommended Exposure Limit(REL) of 1 ㎍/㎥. As the result of Scheffee's multiple comparions, worker exposure levels to all metals were significantly different between two groups by the management state of existing local exhaust systems (p$lt;0.05). However, Difference between a group with local exhaust systems which were poorly managed and another group without local exhaust system was satatistically non-significant.

        RTCVD 법으로 성장한 Si1-xGex 에피막의 특성

        The growth and characterization of heteroepitaxial Si_(l-x)Ge_x films grown by the RTCVD (Rapid Thermal Chemical Vapor Deposition) method were described. For the growth of Si_(l-x)Ge_x heteroepitaxial layers, SiH₄/ GeH₄ / H₂ gas mixtures were used. The growth conditions were varied to investigate their effects on the Si / Ge composition ratios, the interface abruptness and crystalline properties. The experimental data shows that the misfit threading dislocation in Si_(l-x)Ge_x / Si heteroepitaxial film of about 400 A thickness was not observed at the growth temperature of as low as 650℃, and the composition ratios of Si / Ge changed linearly with SiH₄ / GeH₄ gas mixing ratios in our experimental ranges. In the in-situ boron doping experiments, the doping abruptness would be controlled within several hundreds Å/decade.
