Enhancing Stability of Perovskite Solar Cells to Moisture by the Facile Hydrophobic Passivation

<P>In this study, a novel and facile passivation process for a perovskite solar cell is reported. Poor stability in ambient atmosphere, which is the most critical demerit of a perovskite solar cell, is overcome by a simple passivation process using a hydrophobic polymer layer. Teflon, the hydrophobic polymer, is deposited on the top of a perovskite solar cell by a spin-coating method. With the hydrophobic passivation, the perovskite solar cell shows negligible degradation after a 30 day storage in ambient atmosphere. Suppressed degradation of the perovskite film is proved in various ways: X-ray diffraction, light absorption spectrum, and quartz crystal microbalance. Cumulative residual Kullback-Leibler (CRKL) information is well defined on the em-pirical distribution function (EDF) and allows us to construct a EDF-based goodness of fit test statistic. However, we need to consider a scaled CRKL because CRKL is not scale invariant. In this paper, we consider several criterions for estimating the scale parameter in the scale CRKL and compare the performances of the estimated CRKL in terms of both power and unbiasedness.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P><P>In this work, we develop a low‐temperature, facile solution reaction route for the fabrication of quantum‐dot‐sensitized solar cells (QDSSCs) containing Ag<SUB>2</SUB>S‐ZnO nanowires (NWs), simultaneously ensuring low manufacturing costs and environmental safety. For comparison, a CdS‐ZnO NW photoanode was also prepared using the layer‐by‐layer growth method. Ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy analysis revealed type‐II band alignments for the band structures of both photoanodes which facilitate electron transfer/collection. Compared to CdS‐ZnO QDSSCs, Ag<SUB>2</SUB>S‐ZnO QDSSCs exhibit a considerably higher short‐circuit current density (<I>J</I><SUB>sc</SUB>) and a strongly enhanced light‐harvesting efficiency, but lower open‐circuit voltages (<I>V</I><SUB>oc</SUB>), resulting in almost the same power‐conversion efficiency of 1.2 %. Through this work, we demonstrate Ag<SUB>2</SUB>S as an efficient quantum‐dot‐sensitizing material that has the potential to replace Cd‐based sensitizers for eco‐friendly applications.</P>
Novel CdS Hole-Blocking Layer for Photostable Perovskite Solar Cells

<P>Currently, the stability issue of the perovskite solar cells (PSCs) is one of the most critical obstacles in the commercialization of PSCs. Although incredible advances in the photovoltaic efficiencies of PSCs have been achieved in the past few years, research on the stability of PSCs has been relatively less explored. In this study, a new kind of CdS hole-blocking layer replacing the traditional compact TiO2 layer is developed to improve the photostability of PSCs because the intrinsic oxygen vacancies of the TiO2 surface are suspected to be the main cause for the photoinduced degradation of PSCs. As a result, PSCs with the CdS layer exhibit considerably improved photostability, maintaining over 90% of the initial efficiency after continuous sunlight illumination for 12 h, while the TiO2 PSC retains only 18% of the initial efficiency under the same conditions. Charge-transfer characteristics related to photodegradation are investigated by various analyses including electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and open-circuit voltage decay and time-resolved photoluminescence decay measurements. the CdS PSC exhibits negligible degradation in the charge-carrier dynamics, while the TiO2 PSC suffers from severely damaged characteristics like increased charge recombination rate, charge-transfer resistance, and reduced charge extraction rate.</P>

Recently small punch test has been developed to measure the fracture energy. In this paper the maximum load and fracture energy by the load speed have been experimenting with 6061-T6 Al alloys. So we compared them based on the each speed(0.2mm/min, 2mm/min, 20mm/min) using small punch test. Maximum load of 2mm/min increased by 7.5 percent compared to 0.2mm/min and maximum load 20mm/min decreased by 12 percent compared to 2mm/min. In the load speed of 2mm/min, fracture energy was the most excellent of other conditions, but fracture energy was the most poor in the load speed of 20mm/min.

In this study, resistance spot weldability of lightweight steel with high Al contents was evaluated using various electrode shapes. The six types of electrode shape were prepared with different electrode face diameter and radius. The tensile shear tests were carried out to investigate the failure behaviors. Also, the nugget size and hardness were measured and compared with various electrode shapes. The experimental results show that the acceptable weld current region for low density lightweight steel could be obtained with 10mm electrode face diameter and 76mm electrode face radius.
히스토그램 매칭과 프레임 차영상을 이용한 고전 영화의 플리커 제거

본 논문에서는 히스토그램 매칭(Histogram Matching)을 이용하여 고전 영화에서 화면이 깜빡거리는 현상(Flicker)을 제거하는 방법을 제안한다. 기존의 히스토그램 매칭 기반 방법은 프레임 간 물체의 움직임이 작다는 가정 하에 단순히 시공간 히스토그램 매칭을 수행하는 것이므로 움직임이 있는 부분에 존재하는 플리커는 잘 제거되지 않는 단점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 프레임 간의 차영상을 이용하여 물체의 움직임에 따른 히스토그램 매칭의 문제점을 개선할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. 인위적으로 합성된 플리커 영상과 실제 고전 영상을 실험에 사용하였으며, 기존의 알고리즘과 비교하여 향상된 결과를 보여준다.

태양광 발전 시스템에서 발전 효율 향상을 위해 태양전지 어레이의 집광 각도 제어가 필수적 인데 집광 각도 제어 방식에는 광센서에 의한 추적 방식과 천문학적 추적 방식이 사용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 영상처리를 이용한 광 추적 방식 알고리즘을 제안하며 천문학적 추적방식과 광센서 추적 방식을 혼용 하여 사용할 경우 날씨정보를 이용하여 운영 하는 방법을 제안한다.

본 논문에서는 준 지도 학습에 기반한 중요 객체 검출 방법을 제안한다. 첫째, 색상과 공간 정보를 활용하여 이미지를 분할한 후, 분할된 영역을 색상의 유사도로 연결하여 그래프를 만든다. 둘째, 색 대비 및 가장자리 사전 지식을 활용하여 중요 객체에 해당하는 씨앗 노드와 배경에 해당하는 씨앗 노드를 추출한다. 끝으로, 중요 객체 및 배경 씨앗 노드를 이용하여 준 지도학습 기법에 적용함으로써 이미지 전체 노드의 중요도를 계산한다. 실험 결과, 제안한 알고리즘이 최신의 다른 알고리즘보다 높은 재현율 구간에서 높은 정밀도를 보임을 확인할 수 있고, 시각적으로도 좋은 성능을 보임을 확인할 수 있다.
