        In<sub>x</sub>Ga<sub>1-x</sub>N/GaN 다중양자우물 구조의 광학적 성질 연구

        $In_xGa_{1-x}N$/GaN 다중양자우물 구조의 EL 특성을 온도와 주입전류 변화에 따른 특성을 조사하였다 저전류와 고전류 주입시 EL 효율의 온도 의존 변화는 매우 다르게 나타나는데, 이러한 온도와 전류의 변화에 의한 독특한 EL 효율의 변화는 내부전기장의 존재 하에 순방향 바이어스에 기인한 외부전기장의 영향인 것으로 볼 수 있다. 그리고 $In_xGa_{1-x}N$/GaN 다중양자우물 구조에서 In 성비의 증가는 발광파장위치의 적색이동을 보였다. 15K에서 주입 전류의 증가에 따라 녹색 양자우물 구조는 80 meV와 청색 양자우물 구조는 22 meV의 청색 편이를 하였다. 이는 전류의 증가에 의해 단위 시간당 생성되는 캐리어 수가증가하게 되고 그에 따라 subband가 급격히 채워지는 band filling 현상이 일어나게 되어 짧은 파장에서 재결합이 증가하기 때문이다. 그리고 청색과 녹색 다중 양자우물구조의 짧은 파장 쪽으로의 편이 차이는 In 농도에 기인한 것으로 In 농도가 높으면 양자우물 깊이가 증가되어 더 강한 양자속박효과가 작용하여 캐리어 구속력이 증가하기 때문 것으로 볼 수 있다. Temperature and injection current dependence of electroluminescence(EL) spectral intensity of the $In_xGa_{1-x}N$/GaN multi-quantum wells(MQW) have been studied over a wide temperature range and as a function of injection current level. It is found that a temperature-dependent variation pattern of the EL efficiency under very low and high injection currents shows a drastic difference. This unique EL efficiency variation pattern with temperature and current can be explained field effects due to the driving forward bias in presence of internal(piezo and spontaneous polarization) fields. Increase of the indium content in $In_xGa_{1-x}N$/GaN multiple quantum wells gives rise to a redshift of 80 meV and 22 meV for green and blue MQW, respectively. It can be explained by carrier localization by potential fluctuation of multiple quantum well and MQW structures also shows a keen difference owing to the different indium content in InGaN/GaN MQW.

      • In-direct localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR)-based nanosensors for highly sensitive and rapid detection of cortisol

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Over-secretion of cortisol from the adrenal cortex is closely related to acute and chronic stress; thus, rapid and sensitive detection of cortisol in serum is of critical importance for preventing the progression of stress-related diseases. The binding of a biological molecule to the surface of metallic nanoparticles changes the local refractive index and in turn induces a shift in the localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) wavelength. Utilizing this phenomenon, we designed a novel disposable LSPR-based cuvette-type sensor for detecting cortisol in serum. The developed cuvette-type nanosensor consists primarily of an assembly of plastic unit sensors coated with gold nanoparticles on a single layer wherein cortisol-conjugated bovine serum albumin (BSA) is immobilized. In this system, a redshift in LSPR wavelength is induced by the binding of cortisol antibody onto cortisol-conjugated BSA immobilized on a gold nanoparticle surface in the nanosensor. In a competitive assay, the nanosensor could rapidly detect cortisol in both a PBS solution and serum (within 20 min) at concentrations ranging from 1 to 10,000 ng/mL (2.759–3 × 10<SUP>3</SUP> nmol/L), which is comparable to conventional enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) which typically requires longer than 4 h and complex sample preparation. Thus, we demonstrated that the LSPR-based nanosensor system developed in this study can provide a useful toolkit for a rapid, highly sensitive and reliable detection of cortisol hormone in a commercially available manner.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> Novel disposable LSPR-based cuvette-type sensor for detecting cortisol in serum. </LI> <LI> Rapid, convenient, and sensitive method for detecting cortisol hormone in serum. </LI> <LI> Detect cortisol in both PBS solution and serum within 20 min at concentrations ranging from 1 to 10,000 ng/mL. </LI> </UL> </P>

      • 시ㆍ도별 체육시설과 경기성적의 비교분석

        Ⅰ) Purpose The purpose of this is efficiency study for two basic methods which are criteria of estabishing physical education's system, physical basic condition in order to secure physical activities. One of two methods which are criberia of securing physical education's system worldwidly is to consider the area of facilities per one, according to golden plan method in German, and the other is to consider the number of physical education's facilities which is needed to satisfy the demand of local physical populations by central council of physical recreation in England. Among these, I'll try to examine the method which is effectively more proper in Korea by events. Ⅱ) Method By dividing the whole nation into 14 administrative districts, 25 kinds of events studied, which is based on the data of administrative organ accounts the number of faclities in each district and the occupation rate of nation. After getting the everage of both, through relative comparing, comparative superior group of the number in the view of facilities and comparative superior group of the area in the view of facilites are divided. And by contrasting in game score of National Sports Meet for last 4 years according to districts, superior or inferior of game score among groups are given. Ⅲ) Results (1) As game score in comparative superior group of the area in the view of facilities is better, it occupys 72% of the searched events. On the other hand, comparative superior group of the number in the view of facilities occupys only 24% on the searched events. Therefore it shows that securing sufficient place for physical education by a large scale of facilities is necesary in order to improre national physical education and competition ability. (2) For the criteria of securing the physical education's facilities in district, golden plan method in German is more efficient for improving competition ability, C.C.P.R method in England is only the best alternative plan, when they have difficulty in securing the narrowing ground. (3) To put it concretely, some events including football, table tennis, wrestling, weight lifting, archery, bowling seems to be possible to use C.C.P.R method.

        문학비평에서 마르크스 변용의 한 양상

        Kim In-hwan's criticism contains a great many references which are hidden under textures. The primary purpose of this study is to examine the acceptance and adaptation of Marxist theory in Kim In-hwan's critical writings. To this end, I try to find the Marxian thoughts included in Kim In-hwan's two axes of critical theory, one is his principles theory and the other is his stages theory, and try to explain the meaning and intention of strange formulas in his criticism. Capital is a massive book. If we want to look out upon the relationship between literature and reality, we cannot bypass Marx's thoughts contained in the book. It can be understood that the formulas inserted in Kim In-hwan's critical writings are intended to summarize the entire contents of Capital Vol.Ⅰ, Vol.Ⅱ, and Vol.Ⅲ without citing Marx's lines directly. Insofar as literature is bound to social reality, the summingup of Marx’s Critique of political economy enabled Kim In-hwan's critical writings to connect science as an objective recognition of reality with literature as a denial of fetishism in reality, and provide the criteria to judge literary works and authors. this study will consider what feeble hope the speculativity that literary criticism inevitably possesses can convey to us. 김인환의 비평 텍스트에는 수없이 많은 전거들이 압축되어 있다. 이 글은 김인환의 비평 텍스트에서 마르크스가 수용되고 변용되는 양상을 살피는 것을 일차적 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 김인환의 문학비평이론의 두 축인 원리론과 단계론에 내포된 마르크스적 사유를 찾아보고, 또 김인환 비평 텍스트에서 가장 낯선 모양이라 할 수식 표현의 의미와 의도를 해명하고자 한다. 『자본』은 큰 책이다. 문학과 현실의 관계 맺음을 조명하기 위해서는 이 큰 책에 담긴 마르크스의 사유를 우회할 수 없다. 김인환의 비평 텍스트에 삽입된 수식들은 마르크스의 사유를 인용하지 않고 『자본』 제Ⅰ권, 제Ⅱ권, 제Ⅲ권의 내용을 요약 제시하기 위한 것으로 읽어낼 수 있다. 이럼으로써 김인환의 비평 텍스트들은 현실의 객관적 인식으로서의 과학을 현실의 물신에 대한 부정으로서의 문학과 연결 짓고, 문학이 사회 현실과 연결된 한에서 작품 또는 작가를 판단할 나름의 기준을 마련했다. 궁극적으로 이 글은 문학비평이 벗어날 수 없는 사변적 성격이 현재 미약하게나마 어떤 희망을 전할 수 있는지 생각해볼 것이다.

        톨루엔 디이소시아네이트 폭로 근로자들의 작업방법에 따른 대사물질의 비교 및 면역능에 관한 연구

        Following recent advanced industrialization, the amount of polyurethane to use as thermal insulating materials, upholstery, mattresses and packing materials in automotive and furniture industry is increasing world-widely, and the number of polyurethane-producing worker will be increased. Because the numerous organic solvents are used in polyurethane-producing factory, the workers in this work site is exposed to many organic solvents. Of the organic solvents, Toluene Diisocyanate(TDI) has many hazardous effects to human. The effects of TDI on human are the irritation to respiratory mucosa and gastrointestinal symptoms. Conjunctival irritation, dermal inflammation (redness, pain, vesicular formation) and gastrointestinal symptom(nausea, vomiting. abdominal pain) are reported just after short-term exposure of TDI. TDI is known to give rise to bronchial asthma, as the immune disorder. And because of strongly volatile characteristics of TDI, it is suggested as a more injurious material to human health, especially human immune system, than other organic solvents. Bronchial asthma inducing mechanism of TDI is not clearly known, but on the analogy of TDI induced symptoms and recent studies, early-onset asthma is type I hypersensitivity reaction mediated by immunoglobulin E(IgE), and late-onset asthma is maybe type III hypersensitivity reaction by circulating IgG. And we know that the complicated human immune function is likely to move in such that mechanisms, there are not studies on immune indices evaluating the bronchial asthma-related immune function. The evaluation of change patterns of humoral immunity including IgE and IgG and cellular immunity including T-helper cell. T-suppressor cell and T-cytotoxic cell will be helpful to evaluate exposure degrees and prognosis in TDI exposed workers. Because TDA(toluene diamine) as a biological exposure index of TDI becomes the focus of interest, we know that a study on the correlation between urinary TDA and air TDI and immunological indices will make a contribution to biological effect monitoring indicies. We examined human immunity indicators such as WBC, %Lymph (percentile of Lymphocyte in WBC), %T-cell(percentile of T-lymphocyte in total lymphocyte). CD4, CD8, C3, C4, IgA, IgG, IgM, IgE in peripheral blood to evaluate the health hazard of the TDI-exposed workers. And we examined TDA to evaluate correlation between exposure and effect. Total 90 subjects was selected, 45 workers who worked in the polyurethane-producing factories as an exposed group, and 45 cases who were office workers(10 cases), other blue collors(27 cases), and medical college students(8 cases) as a control group. And the results were as follows; 1. The logarithm of IgE-Log10(IgE)±SD-in peripheral blood of a exposed group was significantly higher than a control group, 2.22 ±0.62 in case group compared with 1.98±0.53 in control group. (p<0.05) 2. IgA and IgM in the polyurethane-producing workers were 261.02±83.12㎎/㎗, 151.97 ±59.64 ㎎/㎗, respectively, and 292.77±100.45, 179.17±100.78 in control group. IgA and IgM was slightly lower in polyurethane-producing group than control.(p>0.05) 3. WBC, %Lymph. %T-cell, C3, C4, CD4, CD8, CD4/CD8 ratio and IgG in case group were 6.391.1 ea/㎖, 37.53 %, 59.54 %, 76.68 ㎎/㎗, 0.76×10(9) ea/L, 0.63×10(9) ea/L, 1.39, and 1606.29 ㎎/㎗, respectively, and 6,974.7 ea/㎖, 35.12 %, 59.64 %, 71.95 ㎎/㎗, 33.94 ㎎/㎗, 0.80×10(9) ea/L, 0.61×10(9) ea/L, 1.39, and 1581.51 ㎎/㎗ in control group. There was no statistical significance between two groups.(p>0.05) 4. In the comparison of each other companies, average of individual urinary TDA in polyurethane paint manufacturing companies is higher than that of polyurethane sponge foaming companies. And, the concentration of 2.6-TDA which is a metabolite of well-vaporized 2.6-TDI is higher than that of 2.4-TDA in the polyurethane sponge foaming companies. But, the concentration of 2.4-TDA which is a metabolite of illvaporized but well skin-absorbed 2.4-TDI is higher in polyurethane paint manufactures. 5. There were no statistical significance in the correlations between individual urinary TDA and immunologic indices.

      • 濟州市 三大 河川地帶의 地質構造와 地形發達

        The pupose of this study is to investigated the landform developments in relation with the geological structures the Byungmun, Sanji and Hand stream which are situated in Cheju city. Stream drain radially from Mt. Halla in their upstream sides, but later change their course to either south or north at the northern plateau area that acted a divide. It is weil-known that stream which have perennial stream are very scare. Due to the steep mountain slopes and short runway and impervious volcanic rock, stream get dry short after torrential run off right after rain fall. Only few stream have permanent flows in down stream shortly, and most of them furthermore developed in south-wester area of Cheju Island. The joint system observed are dominated as follow; conjugation of N16˚∼25˚E formed 25.2%,conjugaation of N6˚∼15˚W, N46˚∼ 55˚E and N26˚∼35˚E occupied 22.7% respectively. Prevaling stream direction of the Han, Byungmun and Sanji are represented by N∼NW directions. The drainage pattern of the area are well developed into mostly radially on the volcanic rocks, although angulate pattern occur in places. The Han stream is longer in lenth and steeper in channel gredient than Byungmun and Sanji stream. The trunk streams on the volcanic plains are generally graded. The stream order of the Hancheun has the 5th order whereas the Byungmun the 3th order and the Sanji the 2th order. The bifurcation ratio is 2.22 in the Han stream, 2.75 in the Byungmun and 3.0 in the Sanji, which indicates that the Han stream is most highly developed in the tribuaries. The mean slope are higher in the trachyte and trachy-andesite terrian than in the area of basalt rocks. In view of a slope angle, the area can be divided into four categories, that is low plains(under5˚), hilly gentle slope(under10˚), moderate steep mountain slopd(over15˚), and steep mountain slope(over20˚). The mean local relief in the Han stream is higher than those of the Byungmun and Sanji. Geological structure of the strdy area is controlled by place and type of lava eruption, and structure winthin the lava such as joint, porosith and lava tennel. This stucture seems to have contributed to the formation of the present topography alone with weathering and erosion of upper tributaries of the streams and are very important in view point of landform development.

        최인훈 소설의 연장자 인물론―아버지 찾기를 중심으로-

        Choi In-Hoon's novels do not conform into an existing form. Novel is composed of free forms to him, and that means free from all laws and rules. He speaks in 'empty forms' and simultaneously presents scenes, and this is how I define is his narrative strategy. This is why many think his novels are difficult to understand. Confronting narratives or perspectives are presented together, and their syntheses seem impossible, but they all fall into and exist within 'the empty form'. Most studies of Choi In Hoon's novels have clear limitations by focusing only on the matter of Subject in order to solve the riddle of complicated author-narrator-main character relations. However, it is difficult to grasp the author's intention or catch the point through all discourses colliding with one another. In this article, I will explore the elder characters in Choi In Hoon's novels, who play essential parts in the plot, and discuss their roles and meanings. The stories actually begin to make progress when the elderly characters appear. Those characters lead the stories by forcing the author-narrator-main characters to make choices in their actions. In such situations, the elder characters play the Fathers, who are lost, found, or to-be-found. The main characters are Korean War refugees, who suffer from the status of their existence. To them, the Father is basically a lost figure. They long to find the Father, and sometimes they do find someone who plays the Father's role. But the found fathers are either too smart in adopting themselves to the rules of the new world or too helpless in adjusting to changes in the world. In Choi In Hoon's novels, the world of the author-narrator-main characters has already collapsed. Choi In Hoon gradually expands cognitions about the world -- the whole stories evolve from the tragedy of individuals by being war refugees to the tragedy of the nation by being a broken country, then to the tragedy of the Third World and imperialism. His view emerges through defining such tragedies, and in this cognition expansion process, the to-be-found father should stay outside of the orders run by the found fathers and the para-fathers. My conclusion is that Choi In Hoon places the elder characters as the lost father at the stage of the tragedy of individuals, the found father at the tragedy of the Cold War and ideology-torn country, and the to-be-found father at the world-historical tragedy. Further studies of Choi In Hoon's view need to take this observation into account.

        응집공정에 적합한 In-Line 정적혼화기를 이용한 혼화공정의 개선

        The rapid mixing process for coagulation is a critical component in a water treatment plant. However, at the present time a detailed understanding of the rapid mixing by in-line mixer or generally accepted criteria for the design of in-line static mixer are not available. The aim of this work is therefore to improve the understanding of how the in-line static mixer works and how to better utilize it in coagulation process in water treatment. To investigate the performance of static mixer, coagulation experiments were conducted to compare the static mixer to the traditional backmixer under several coagulation conditions. Experiments were also performed to compare the coagulation efficiency of different mixing type of static mixer which were made using different flow rates and the number of elements equipped in a pipe. The static mixer performed better than the backmixer for all coagulation and mixing conditions tested. Especially, the static mixer was very effective in the surface charge neutralization, as showing higher reduction of negative charge with increasing mixing intensity. However, little difference was observed in the performance of the static mixer equipped with 2, 3, and 5 elements. Also, in a series of bench-scale studies of rapid mixing, the in-line static mixer performed better than the traditional backmixer for both adsorption and charge neutralization (A/N) mechanism and sweep coagulation mechanisms. Especially, the static mixer was more efficient at producing A/N mechanism conditions as a result of its fast and uniform dispersion of the coagulant.

      • 수종의 식물섬유의 급이가 고콜레스테롤 혈증 흰쥐의 지질 대사에 미치는 영향 : 1.간장의 지질성분 및 지방산 조성 Lipid Component and Fatty Acid Composition in liver

        This study was designed to observe the effects of feeding dietary fiber on the improvement of the lipids and the fatty acid metabolism in liver in dietary hypercholesterolemic rats. Experimental groups with 5% level of cellulose(A group as control group), chinese cabbage root(B group), tora stalk(C group) and sweet potato stalk(D group) were adminstered to the male rats of the Sprague-Dawley for 4 weeks. The results obtaind are as follows. Concentrations of total cholesterol, triglyceride and phospholipid in liver were significantly lower in the all experimental groups than in the control group, particularly, the lowest in the B group. Concentrations of free cholesterol and cholesteryl ester in liver were lower in the B group than in the other groups. In the fatty acid composition of total lipid, phospholipid, triglyceride and cholesteryl ester in liver, oleic acid in the MUFA was major fatty acid. From the above result, the feeding of chinese root was effective on the improvment of the lipid composition in liver.
