        2009년 인플루엔자 대유행 중 인플루엔자 진료소 방문자의 연령 분포 변화

        The pandemic influenza (H1N1 2009) virus, after being introduced in Korea in April, 2009, spread rapidly nationwide in mid-2009. This study was conducted to characterize trend in age distribution of visitors to Flu-clinics during the pandemic. Demographic, clinical and laboratory data of visitors to flu clinic from Week 36 to 52 (August 30 to December 26) of 2009 were retrieved and collected from electronic databases at 9 hospitals. Visitors 0-6, 7-12, 13-18, 19-29, 30-64, and 65 years or more of age were classified into group I to VI, respectively. A total of 107,467 visitors were seen at Flu-clinics for a 17-week study period. Of those, 32,485 were laboratory-confirmed. Antivirals were prescribed for 62,533 visitors. Numbers of visits, prescriptions of antivirals, and laboratory-confirmed cases of the pandemic influenza (H1N1 2009) peaked at Week 44. A large number of visits by group II and III were followed by those of group I and V, especially around the peak. Numbers of visits by group VI were lowest in all hospitals. In some hospitals, higher number of visits lasted longer in children than in adults while vice versa in other hospitals depending on the location. In summary, the pandemic influenza (H1N1 2009) was presumed to peak in late October and involved majorly children and students in Korea. Unique age distribution of visitors to flu clinic was observed in some hospitals.

        근로삼권의 규범론과 정책론

        Compared to the function of case law concerning industrial relations in most of the developed countries, that of the Republic of Korea occupies an overwhelming portion in formulating the practical consciousness of the social partners, as well as the public in general. Social partners sometimes adhere to it in the hope that it would back up their own interest. But if they cannot hope the positive result of it, their attitude turns to the direct opposite. Case law has no persuasive effectiveness to the social partners but the usefulness as a defensive measures. Case law has accumulated the notion that the right to organize, bargain collectively and strike is closely interrelated in that the right to organize and strike is justified only in the context linked to the right to bargain collectively. So the trinity of the right to organize, bargain collectively and strike can have its own meaning only in the condition that it serves as a tool to obtain the better working conditions. On the other hand, case law has construed that the labor law should be supplemented by the concrete legislation, the content of which is reserved to the wide -for my part, it almost seems to amount to "unlimited"-discretion of the competent bodies of legislation. Thus the labor law concerning industrial relations cannot only identify the trade union right but also restrict it. Although it is undeniable that the legislation might restrict the constitutional rights in a limited condition, the constitutional legitimacy of the over-restriction of the legislation should be denied. But case law has pardoned the over-restriction. To make the matter worse, it is accompanied by the context of biased politics. For example, case law has set the prevention of the industrial conflict prior to the democratic administration of trade union, and the possible liability of the unjust concerted activities prior to the normative needs in the strike-ballot. Case law had set aside the normative need to respect the democratic administration of trade union as one of the essence of industrial relations law, because it may cause an industrial conflicts and harm the peace of the premise. In recent years, significant confusion arises in sharing the normative sense of the constitutional rights of workers between social partners, as well as the public in general. Futhermore it is not a foolish foreboding that in the near future it will threats the social integration. So the misunderstandings of the notions of case law should be reviewed in the precise context norm of the trade union right.

      • 흰쥐에서의 Puromycin Aminonucleoside-유발 단백뇨에 대한 선택적 Thromboxane A₂수용체길항제, KT2-962의 효과

        The administration of puromycin aminonucleoside(PAN) to rats caused to nephrotic syndrome which characterized ascites, proteinurisa, hypoalbuminemia, and hyperlipidemia similar to those observed in human minimal change disease. Recently, several studies indicate that renal endogenous thromboxane(Tx) A₂may have an important role in pathophysiology of various renal disease. In this sutdy, we hafve examined the protective effct of a selective TxA₂receptor antagonist, KT2-962(KT2) on PAN-induced proteinuria in rats. Thus, male Wistar rats were given either daily subsutaneous injection of PAN, 20mg/kg, for 10 consecutive days from 3 days before to 7 days with PAN treatment. Urine was collectd, and body weight was measured in interval of 2 days during 2 weeks and urinary N-acetyl-β-Dglucosaminidase(NAG) activity as an index of renal tubular cell damage and urine protein were measured. In addition to measuring BUN, serum creatinine and creatinine clearance were measured to assess the degree of renal functional damage in 14th day. The results(Means SE) otained can be summarized as follows: 1)Body weight(gm) was progressively increased and gained about 46.4gm and 39.2gm on 2 weeks of treatment in the control and KT2 groups respectively. In constrast, there was weight loss about 27.4gm in the PAN group. But, it was increased about 23.2 gm in KT2+PAN grou and means that KT2 has significantly(p<0.05) suppressed weight loss by PAN. 2)Urine flow (ml/24 hours) was slightly increased in both control and KT2 groups during 2 weeks. But, it was significantly(p<0.05) increased after 7th groups during 2 weeks. But, it was significantly(p<0.05) increased after 7th day. But, concurrent administration of KT2 significantly(P<0.05) suppressed PAN-induced polyuria in KT2+PAN group. 3)Urinary protein(mg/24 hours0 was slightly increased in both control and KT2 groups. But, it was progressively increased and reached at the maximal level, 3.2 folds of initial level to 11th day and thereafter slightly reduced proteinuria to 14th day in the PAN group. In contrast, KT2 cotreatment with PAN was significantly(P<0.05) suppressed PAN-induced proteinuria in the KT2+PAN group. 4)Urinary NAG activity was markedly increased and reached to maximal level, 122.03 18.53 U/mg of urine creatinine, 12.7 folds of initial by day 9 and thenafter progressively decreased to 5.4 folds of initial level by day 14 in the PAN group. But, when KT2 was administered with PAN, it was significantly depressed its increment to day 13. But, it was reached to maximal level, 99.05 42.55, 12.7 folds of inital level much than PAN group. This result indicated that KT2 had a partial preventive effect on PAn-induced renal tubular cell damage. 5)The BUN and serum creatinine level(mg/dl) were significantly(p<0.05) increased from initial level, 18.48 1.28 and 0.50 0.03 to 118.42 41.34 and 1.66 0.27 respectively, and creatinine clearance(ml/min) was significantly(P<0.05) decreased from initial level, 0.44 0.02 to 0.28 0.07 by day 14 by PAN treatment. But, when PAN was given together with KT2, the increment of BUN and serum creatinine except for creatinine clearance were significantly(P<0.05) inhibited in the KT2+PAN group. Based on all these results obtained in this study, it is concluded that the coadministration of KT2-962 with PAN can be ingibited protein excretion in urine and suggested that endogenous TxA₂would take part in PAN-induced proteinuria in rats.

        Nuclear factor I-C가 치근발생 과정에서 Hertwig's 상피초 형성에 미치는 영향

        치아의 형성은 상피-간엽간의 상호작용을 통해 조절되어지는 복잡한 발생과정이다. 지금까지 치관의 발생에 관여하는 유전자 및 그들의 신호전달경로에 관한 연구는 다수 진행되어 왔지만 치근의 발생을 조절하는 기전에 대해서는 별로 알려진 것이 없다. 최근에 NFI-C knock out 생쥐에서 정상치관에 비정상적인 치근을 가지는 치아가 보고되었다. 본 연구의 목적은 NFI-C가 어떻게 치근의 형태와 상아모세포의 분화에 관여하는지를 규명하는 것이다. NFI-C knock out 생쥐의 치근 발생동안에 HERS의 역할을 연구하고자 cytokeratin 면역조직화학적방법과 치근상아질의 특성을 규명하기 위해 DSPP mRNA in-situ hybrydization법을 수행하였다. 1. NFI-C knock out 생쥐의 치근형성시 HERS의 역할 Wild type과 knock out type 모두에서 cytokeratin은 모든 HERS 세포들과 반응하였고, HERS와 법랑상피 사이의 양성반응세포들의 연속성은 치경부 부위에서 소실되었다. Knock out type에서 치근상아질이 침착된 후, cytokeratin 양성-HERS 세포들은 치경부에서 불규칙한 배열과 극성의 상실을 보였다. 2. NFI-C knock out 생쥐의 치근상아질의 특성 DSPP mRNA의 발현은 wild type에서 치관과 치근상아질의 상아모세포 모두에서 강한 발현을 보인 반면, knock out type에서는 치관부위 상아질의 상아모세포에서만 강한 발현을 보였다. 3. NFI-C knock out 생쥐의 치근 발생과정에서 HERS는 치관으로부터 정상적인 확장을 보인 반면, 치근부위에서의 상아 모세포 분화는 실패하였다. 위의 결과들로 보아 NFI-C는 치근형성 과정에서 상아모세포 분화에 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 사료된다. Tooth formation is a complex developmental process that is mediated through a series of reciprocal epithelial-mesenchymal interactions. Several signal pathways and transcription factors have been implicated in regulating molar crown development, but relatively little is known about the regulation of root development. It was reported that NFI-C knockout mice showed abnormal root formation with normal crown. The aims of this study are to elucidate how the NFI-C regulate the determine of root shape and odontoblasts differentiation. We carried out immunohistochemistry using cytokeratin to investigate the role of Hertwig's epithelial root sheath and DSPP mRNA in-situ hybridization to conform the nature of root dentin during root development in NFI-C knockout mice. Cytokeratin reacted with all the HERS cells and the continuity of cytokeratin positive cells between the HERS cells and enamel epithelium was lost in the cervical region both wild and K/O types. After root dentin deposition cytokeratin positive-HERS cells showed irregularity and loss of polarity in the cervical region in K/O type. DSPP mRNA was strongly expressed in odontoblasts of crown and root dentin in wild type mice, whereas expression of DSPP mRNA was restricted in odontoblast of crown dentin in the K/O type. During root formation in NFI-C knockout mice, HERS normally grow out of the crown but fail to induce odontoblast differentiation in root portion. These results suggest that NFI-C may play important roles in odontoblast differentiation during root dentin formation.

      • 아리시마 다케오 연구 : 외국' 혹은 '일본'의 이미지 The Image of 'Foreign' or 'Japan'

        Takeo Arisima(1878~1923) shows a great abhorrence of Japanese nation and its ruling power through literary expression. This study focused on the interrelationship between 'nation' and 'literature' by analyzing how 'foreign' and 'Japanese' or 'western' and 'oriental' ideologies turns up in Arisima's works. Arisima depicts the resistance on the imperialistic colonialism in his diary and letters, which modern intellectuals in Japan are not always preserve. It is general to think that his anti-statismic thought resulted from repulse on inhumanity of Japan Army and apprehension of foreign country through study in America and travel in Europe. In the course of analyzing Arisima's text. I point out his limit on 'nation' or 'Japan', while evaluating his anti-statismic expression in literature highly. Though he criticise the statism of 'nation', he inevitably creates characters who can get their 'Japanese' identity reflected in 'western' mirror. Of course this depends largely upon the establishment of modern 'Japan' rather than Arisima's individual limit. In other words, the vicinity like Korea, China, and other Eastern Asian empire is not a 'Foreign' to Japanese, viewed from 'Japanese' identity which formed in the western ever since Meiji renovation.

      • 水平管內 液狀 流動層에서 縣濁粒子에 의한 熱傳達速度 增進에 관한 硏究

        Double pipe heat exchanger consisted of aluminium and acrylic pipes were constructed to study the characteristics of heat transfer between wall and slurry (Titanium Dioxide, sodium chloride - water suspension) flowing through the horizontal pipes. Experiments were conducted in the ranges, slurry velocity of 600-2400ml/min, weight fraction of particles from 0 to 0.1, and surrounding temperature at 50℃, 70℃ and 90℃ respectively. It was found that the rate of heat transfer in the suspension was larger than that of the simple water flow. The rate of heat transfer increased in the suspension as the velocity of slurry and weight fraction of particle increases, and surrounding temperture in the flow system. The results were as follows 1. The value of heat transfer coefficient is 580W/㎡℃ in the titanium dioxide suspension at concentration 9%, velocity of suspension 2400ml/min and surrounding temperature at 90℃ respectively. It was found that the rate of heat transfer coefficient in the slurry flow was about 1.3 times larger than that of the simple water flow. 2. The value of heat transfer coefficient is 570W/㎡℃ in the kaolin suspension at concentration 9%, velocity of suspension 2400ml/min and surrounding temperature at 90℃ respectively. It was found that the rate of heat transfer coefficient in the slurry flow was about 1.2 times larger than that of the simple water flow. 3. The value of heat transfer coefficient is 850W/㎡℃ in the NaC1 solution at concentration 9%, velocity of suspension 2400ml/min and surrounding temperature at 90℃ respectively. It was found that the rate of heat transfer coefficient in the NaC1 solution was about 2.5 times larger than that of the simple water flow. A heat transfer model was proposed to explain this behavior, assuming that the particle with its clinging film of liquid was in contact with the aluminium pipe and was rotating parallel to the pipe surface. The proposed model explained the augmentation of heat transport by means of the flow of suspended particles.

      • Gymnemic acid의 간장 및 신장의 조직에 미치는 영향에 대한 실험적 연구

        생체에 투여된 물질은 생체내에서 아무 변화없이 체외로 배설되는 경우도 있지만, 대부분은 체내에서 여러가지 생화학적 변화를 거쳐 배설된다. 이런 체내에서의 생화학적 변화는 주로 간장에서 일어나고, 이런 물질과 그 대산사물의 배설은 주로 신장에서 이루어지며, 일부는 다른 경로를 통하기도 한다. 그러므로, 약물의 대사 및 배설장기인 간장과 신장에 이런 물질이 축적되면 그 장기가 손상되는 악순환을 거치게 된다. 이에, 본 실험은 2000여년 전부터 오늘에 이르기까지도 인도지방에서 비만이나 당뇨병에 대한 민간요법제로 이용되어 온 Gymnema sylvestre 잎의 유효성분인 gymnemic acid의 신장과 간장의 조직에 미치는 영향을 검토하고자 실시하였다. 실험동물은 정상 Wistar계 웅성 흰쥐(체중 200gm 내외)를 사용하였고, 실험기간중에 먹이와 물은 자유로이 공급하였다. 실험군은 정상대조군과 동일한 조건하에서 15일동안 gymnema산을 각각 500㎎/㎏, 800㎎/㎏의 용량으로 하루 3회, 즉 오전 7시, 오후 2시, 오후 7시에 각각 경구투여하고, gymnema산 투여 15일째 24시간동안 절식시킨 후 경동맥사혈로 희생시킨 다음 개복하여 간우측 전엽과 우측 신장을 적출하여 일반 육안적 소견과 Hematoxylin 및 eosin 이중염색상의 광학 현미경적 소견을 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 흰쥐 신장의 육안적 소견과 Hematoxylin 및 eosin 이중염색 소견에서는 정상 대조군과 GA투여군에서 특기할 만한 소견이 관찰되지 않았다.(Fig 1-a, 1-b, 1-c). 2. GA(500㎎/㎏)투여군 흰쥐 간장에서 Hematoxylin 및 eosin 이중염색 소견상 간소엽의 중심대와 일부 중간대에서 동양혈관이 확장되었고, 간세포대의 배열이 불규칙해졌으며, 간세포내의 간세포배열이 불규칙해졌고, 공포변성이 초래된 간세포도 관찰도었다(Fig. 3-a,3-b). 3. GA(800㎎/㎏) 투여군 흰쥐 간장에서 Hematoxylin 및 eosin 이중염색 소견상 간소염 전반에 걸쳐 동양혈관이 확장되었고, 간세포대배열이 불규칙해졌으며, 간세포대내의 간세포 배열이 불규칙해졌고, 공포변성이 초래된 간세포도 관찰되었다(Fig. 4-a, 4-b). The majority of the chemicals that enter a living system is taken to elimination by hepatic biotransformation and renal excretion of its metabolites and unchanged form. But, some chemicals are also excreted into feces or through other routes. Therefore, the accumulation of the chemicals in the liver and kidney have damaged the organs. It was more than 3000 yours ago that Gymnema sylvestre. Asclepaidaceae piant indegenous to certain regionss of the tropical and subtropical countries, began to be used a popular folk medicine among native population in India in order to treat obesity and "Madhumeha(DM)" and its use still continues to today in India. Theorefore, this study has the purpose to investigate the effect of gymnemic acid(GA) Which is an effective ingredient of Gymnema sylvestre on the liver and the kidney. In the study, Wistar albino male rats weighing around 200gm were divided into three groups, basic diet group(control), GA(500㎎/㎏)group, GA(800㎎/㎏)group, and administered orally the gymnemic acid for 15 days in dose of 500㎎ and 800㎎ per ㎏ of body weight triple a day. All animals were sacrificed at 15 days after the daministration of gymnemic acid and starved for 24 hours sacrificing them, the specimens and eosin. The specimens have been examined grossly and light microscopically. The results were as follows. 1. In the gross and light microscopic observations of the kidney, the control and all experimental groups were not observed pathologic findings. 2. The gross observations of the liver of the of the control and all experimental groups wrer not observed pathologic findings. 3. The sinusoidal dilation, hepatic cord irregularity and disarrangement of hepatocyte were observed in the central zone and a part of intermediate zone of the hepatic lobule of the 15 days GA(500㎎/㎏) administered group. 4. The sinusoidal dilatation, hepatic cord irregularity, disarrangement of hepatocyte and abnormal shaped hepatocytes were observed in all zonesof the hepatic lobule of the 15 days GA(800㎎/㎏) administered gruop. Consequently, it is suggested that administration of large dose of gymnemic acid in the normal rats induces hepatic cellular damages.

        국내 석회석들의 소성 탈황 동시반응 특성

        In order to analyze and compare the desulfurization characteristics of five different kinds of domestic limestons, a thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA) was used in this study. Calcium carbonate contents of the domestic limestone varied from 91 to 96 wt%. Experimental temperature and sulfur dioxide concentration of 850 ℃ and 2,750 ppm, respectively were selected to simulate commercial operation conditions. In this study, the calcination and desulfurization reaction of limestones were simultaneously occurred and investigated to simulate in-situ desulfurization reaction in commercial circulating fluidized bed combustors. In addition, desulfurization reactivities of limes having the average particle sizes of 37.5, 90.5, 159, 356 and 750 μm were investigated. Desulfurization reactivities via simultaneous calcination and desulfurization reactions were 5-20% lower than those of using general desulfurization reactions.

Through the review of the Superme Court's Judgement of the Case of Seoul Metropolitan Rapid Transit Corp, I perceived that the Superme Court's test allows comprehensive employee's compatibility and this leads to the unjust conclusion in the judgement of the employee's trade union rights.
