        기억의 확장과 서사적 진실 - 최인훈 소설 <서유기>와 <화두>를 중심으로

        Novels can remind us of some memory remind by culture, moreover the way to remind is various. Depending on individual person or group, the one happening could be remembered variously. Everybody adds new analysis and they even make one memory to ‘creative remembrance’. How In-hoon Choi's novels remember war-experiences and how he makes that memory to meaningful remembrance would be good examples of that theory.<br/> Memories are very important part of the every novel, especially in In-hoon Choi's novels, memories are not just parts, but main codes that determine whole novels. After adding more stories on the memory, that almost looks like a creature. Novel is made by memories with historical and philosophical themes and then novel can have huge narrative device. So, we can read the times, trends and histories in Soyugi, Hwadu, and what's more, ‘myself' has recovered and escaped from the inspection of suppressed unconsciousness to real life in Soyugi. Sometimes, recovering the hidden or lost memory causes discovering new life, the other case, like in Hwadu, recovering memory would be the reason of ‘Writing’. <br/> The teacher of ‘guider’, in Soyugi & Hwadu, is same character in same incident, but the different point of view that remind the incident caused different plot. Though the incident is a very important part of the organization of ‘myself’ in those novels, for the different viewpoint or the effect of the author's years, the interpretations of the one incident would be various kinds. That incident was occurred by the antagonism of North and South Korea, so that was much more genetic war-experience than any other severe experiences. Therefore, that memory has controlled the characters in his novels more strongly than the memory about some person who saved his life in the bombing attack. In Soyugi, for bracing himself up, Jun Dokgo was going to ‘W city' to be given a inquest by teacher of guider, who make him so nervous. But in Hwadu, although author reminded the same memory, that story was said by warm viewpoint with Nakdong Gang of ‘Myung-hee Cho’, because the reminding that memory would be a way of finding the parts of his mental axis. The incident with candle light in the dark classroom was so terrible that he vomited immediately at that time, the memory is a decisive constituent of present ‘myself'.<br/> Narrators follow the memory. That activity is not only a way of the finding principle of the organizing ‘myself’, but also a way of the finding principle to recover our age's suffer. Even socialistic ideal in author's mind is vanishing like ‘Burning Troy’, if we remember ‘Troy’ in the burning light, that ideal will come over. That belief has been shown in Hwadu. Soyugi & Hwadu have accomplished the cultural remembrance by the searching the fertile ground of memories.

        Al 5052 함금 후판재의 전자빔 용접부 단면 형상과 강도에 관한 연구

        This present paper investigated the mechanical properties and the microstructures of each penetration shapes classifying the conduction shape area and the keyhole shape area about electron beam welded 120(T)mm thick plated aluminum 5052 112H. As a result the penetration depth is increased linearly according to the output power, but the aspect ratio is decreased after the regular output power. In the conduction shape area, the Heat affected zone is observed relatively wider than the keyhole shape area. In the material front surface of the welded specimen, the width is decreased but the width in the material rear surface is increased. After the measuring the Micro Vikers Hardness, it showed almost similar hardness range in all parts, and after testing the tensile strength, the ultimate tensile strength is similar to the ultimate tensile strength of the base material in all the specimens, also the fracture point was generated in the base materials of all the samples. In the result of the impact test, impact absorbed energy of the Keyhole shape area is turned up very high, and also shown up the effect about four times of fracture toughness comparing the base material. In the last result of observing the fractographs, typical ductile fraction is shown in each weld metal, and in the basic material, the dimple fraction is shown. The weld metals are shown that there are no other developments of any new chemical compound during the fastness melting and solidification.

        육가공 모델 시스템에서 아질산염의 역할에 미치는 향신료 환원성분의 영향

        향신료의 첨가가 육제품에서 아질산염의 효과에 미치는 역할을 구명하기 위하여, 마쇄한 돈육에 8가지 향신료, ascorbic acid, nitrite를 첨가한 다음, 가열하지 않거나, $70^{\circ}C$ 30분 또는 $121^{\circ}C$ 15분 가열처리한 모델식품을 $5.5^{\circ}C$에서 12일간 저장하면서 pH, 아질산염 잔존량, 적색도, TBA값, 항생역가 등을 측정한 결과 비 가열 시료의 PH는 $5.6{\sim}5.8$로 일정하였으나 아질산염, anise, ascorbic acid, black pepper 처리구의 경우에는 5일 후에 급상승하여 12일 후에는 $6.7{\sim}7.8$로 상승하였다. 한편 $70^{\circ}C$ 및 $121^{\circ}C$로 가열구는 $5.9{\sim}6.1$로 거의 변화가 없었다. 아질산염량은 첫날에 큰 감소를 보이며, 저장기일에 따른 감소효과는 ascorbic acid구가 가장 높고, clove, eugenol, thyme도 상당한 효과를 보였으나 peppermint구는 효과가 적었다. 시료의 적색도는 대조구 보다 낮은 peppermint를 제외하면 ascorbic acid, clove, eugenol, thyme, anise, blackpepper, coriander, rosemary처리구가 대조구 보다 높았으며 그중 ascorbic acid, clove, eugenol첨가구의 경우 저장 12시간 후에 $2{\sim}3$정도 높았다. TBA가는 clove, eugenol, ascorbic acid처리구가 아질산염만 처리한 구보다 $4{\sim}6.5$정도 낮아 강력한 항산화성을 나타냈다. 미생물의 생육을 저해하는 항생역가는 Penicillium에 대해 clove, eugenol, peppermint, thyme 처리구가 강력하였으며, Salmonella에서는 모든 처리구에서 다같이 어느정도의 저해 역가를 나타냈다. 따라서 eugenol, clove, thyme oil을 육제품에 첨가하면 아질산염의 첨가량을 줄일 수 있을 것이다. To investigate the effect of spice oils on the nitrite role in processed meat products, eight spice oils, ascorbic acid, and nitrite at different combinations were added to marcerated pork, and cooked at $70^{\circ}C$ lot 30min or $121^{\circ}C$ for 15min. The cooked sample were stored at $5.5^{\circ}C$ for 12days and pH, residual nitrite, redness, TBA value, and antimicrobial activity were analyzed. pH of the uncooked samples were stable at $5.6{\sim}5.8$ except in samples with nitrite alone, anise, ascorbic acid, and black pepper in which pH increased to $6.7{\sim}7.8$ after 5 days of storage. The pH of the cooked samples were stable at $5.9{\sim}6.1$ during the storage. Residual nitrite decreased rapidly on the first day of storage in each model. Residual nitrite decreased rapidly on the first day of storage in each model. The nitrite reducing effect was greatest in sample with ascorbic acid, followed by clove eugenol and thyme, but was small with peppermint. The redness of the sample was increased with ascorbic acid, colve, eugenol, thyme, anise, black pepper, coriander and rosemary except peppermint, specially samples with ascorbic acid, clove and eugenol were prominent. The TBA values of the samples with cloves, eugenol and ascorbic acid, stored after nine days, were $4{\sim}6.5$ lower than that of nitrite added sample and indicated strong antioxidant activity. The antimicrobial activity determined by inhibition zone, was strong in samples with clove, eugenol, peppermint, thyme, coriander, black pepper, rosemary and anise had antimicrobial activity to the Penicillium sp. Specially with clove, eugenol, peppermint and thyme, while all the samples showed $7{\sim}10mm$ inhibition zone to the Salmonella sp. The above results suggest that addition of eugenol, clove and thyme oil to the processed meat may increased the antioxidant, antimicrobial activity, and redness of the product so that could provide a way of reducing nitrite addition into meat products.

        유휴 산업시설을 활용한 국내 전시관의 재생사례 연구

        (연구배경 및 목적) 산업구조가 변화하면서 자연스럽게 유휴 산업시설이 생겨났고, 유휴 산업시설을 활용해 다양한 전시관 및 문화공간들이 생겨났다. 그것이 도시 재생으로 이어지고 지역경제 활성화로 이어지고 있는 것이 세계적인 추세다. 이러한 시대적 흐름에 맞추어 국내에서도 유휴 산업시설의 재생이 활발히 진행되고 있으며, 유휴 산업시설을 활용한 다양한 사례의 전시관들이 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 유휴 산업시설을 활용한 국내 전시관 사례분석을 통해 필요한 구성요소를 알아보고 앞으로 유휴 산업시설을 활용하는데 있어 기초자료를 마련하는데 목적이 있다. (연구방법) 본 연구에서는 유휴 산업시설 재생에 대한 개념과 특성 그리고 문화공간으로서의 가치에 대한 이론을 고찰하였다. 국내 사례 분석에 앞서 성공적인 해외사례지 바탕으로 한 선행논문분석을 통해 정체, 보존, 사회, 환경을 카테고리를 도출하였다. 또한 국내 사례지를 바탕으로 한 선행논문 분석을 통해 역사성, 상징성, 구조체보존, 재료보존, 참여성, 연계성, 접근성, 장소성 총 여덟 가지 키워드를 도출하였다. 앞서 나온 해외사례를 중심으로 한 논문분석에서 나온 네 가지 카테고리와 국내사례를 중심으로 한 논문분석에서 나온 여덟 가지의 키워드를 재정리하여 국내사례를 분석하고자 한다. 사례지를 선정한 기준은 지역재생 활성화의 거점의 공간으로 전시관으로 리노베이션이 되고, 지역적 특색이 명확하게 나타난 곳으로 분석의 대상으로서 유효한 가치가 있는 장소들이다. 이에 합당한 사례지는 정선 삼탄아트마인, 윤동주 문학관, 김중업 박물관, 광명 업사이클 아트센터, 인천 아트 플랫폼으로 다섯 곳으로 선정하였다. 앞서 추출한 각 4가지 분류와 총 8가지의 키워드로 분석의 틀을 설정하고 문헌연구와 현장조사를 통하여 국내의 유휴 산업시설을 활용한 전시관사례를 분석 하고자 한다. (결과) 이를 기반으로 정선 삼탄아트마인, 윤동주 문학관, 김중업 박물관, 광명 업사이클 아트센터, 인천 아트 플랫폼을 분석한 결과 정선 삼탄아트마인은 정체성과 보존도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 윤동주 문학관에서는 전체적인보존 에서 재료 보존도를 제외하고 골고루 높은 것으로 보였고, 김중업 박물관에서는 사회분야와 환경분야 요소들이 집중적으로 높은 것으로 나타났다. 광명 업사이클 아트센터에서는 사회분야에서 참여성과 연계성이 높은 것으로 나타났고, 인천 아트 플랫폼 에서는 사회분야에서는 연계성, 환경 분야에서는 두 가지 요소 모두 높은 것으로 나왔다. (결론) 이에 본 연구에서는 유휴 산업시설이 활용되는 전시관에서는 정체성은 보존도와 서로 연관이 있고, 환경 분야는 사회분야와 서로 영향을 주는 밀접한 관계가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 보존도가 높은 전시관에서는 역사성 그 자체가 전시의 요소로 활용 되고 있다. 이러한 요소가 전시관의 강한 정체성을 구성하며 이로 인해 관람자가 이전에 쓰였던 공간의 역사와 상징을 알 수 있고 그것이 전시관을 구성하는 정체성을 이루는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 지방자치단체의 사회적 연계성과 지리적의 접근의 용이함이 지역적 활성화를 이끌어 내는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 도시재생을 위한 기틀이 되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. (Background and Purpose) The reason why industrial structure is changing, arrived so many idle industrial facilities were created. This social phenomena makes to use idle industrial facilities as the Museum or cultural space. And then this kinds of idle industrial facilities can carry over Urban Renaissance and regional economic vitalization. Nowadays, South Korea also Recovery and change idle industrial facilities to play actively, besides, already many cases of culture spaces used to idle industrial facilities in Korea. Therefore, in this research, through the national pavilion of the case analysis utilizing idle industrial facilities, examine the necessary components in order to take advantage of the idle industrial facilities, there is a purpose to prepare the future of basic data. (Method) In this study, we consider the theory of value as a concept and characteristics and cultural space for the idle industrial facilities of playback. Before analyze Korean cases, we’d analyze international cases to got four categories, that is identity, conservativeness, society, environment. also we’d extract the keyword from previous research about the idle industrial facilities of playback. That keyword is historicity, symbolism, conservation structures, preservation material, community attribute, connectivity, placeless. We’ve use that analyzed four categories and eight keyword, to analyze South Korea’s cases. This chose areas are systematically related to municipality or renovated space. The identity-clear place that has regional characteristics also can be a chosen case areas. The chosen case areas are space that is valued as a subject of analysis. These five case areas Jeongseon Samtanartmine, Yoon-dong-ju literary house, Kim-jung-up museum, Gwangmyeong epicycle art center, Incheon art platform will be researched. Now, we begin to analyze gallery characteristics with 8 keyword that broken down from precede thesis’ four classifications. (Result) Through the study, we can know that Samtanartmine has the best condition of identity and preservation. Yoon-dong-ju literary house have a good balance except preservation of materials. Kim-jung-up museum have social and environmental factors intensively. Gwangmyeong upicycle art center have good at social connectivity and community attribute, Incheon Art platform have high quality at social connectivity and environment. (Conclusion) Therefore, in this study, in the exhibition hall of idle industrial facilities have been utilized, identity, are related to each other and the field of preservation, the environment, that there is a close relationship that gives society in the field and each other to the impact It was analyzed. In the highly conserved Exhibition Hall, the historic property itself has been used as an element of the exhibition. These elements constitute a strong identity of exhibition hall, by which, onlookers can know the history a symbol of previously used space, it was found that forming the identity constituting the pavilion . Also, ease of social cooperation with geographic access local governments has been found to result in activation of the region. This was found to be the basis for urban regeneration.

        총담관 결찰이 집토끼 십이지장 점막내 배상세포의 미세구조에 미치는 영향

        This experiment was performed to study the morphological changes of the goblet cells in the rabbit duodenal mucosa after common bile duct ligation. Healthy adult rabbits weighting about 2kg body weight were divided to normal and bile duct ligated groups. Common bile duct ligation was performed under ether anesthesia. Experimental animals were sacrificed on the 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th and 14th day after the operation. Mucosal specimens from the upper part of duodenum were fixed in 2.5% glutaraldehyde-1.5% paraformaldehyde, followed by 1% osmium tetroxide, embedded in araldite mixture, cut with LKB-V ultratome, stained with uranyl acetate - lead citrate, and observed with JEM 100 CX II electron microscope. Observed results were as follow : 1. In the early stages(1st-5th day) of the experiments, the goblet cells showed apocrine and merocrine secretion. But those of the late stage(7th and 14th day) groups showed exocytotic merocrine secretion. 2. In the late stage of the experiments, there found than increase of newly formed goblet cells that contain electron lucent cytoplasms. 3. In the goblet cells of normal rabbit, mucous granules with higher or lower electron densities are found together in the cytoplasm, and electron lucent mucous granules occasionally fused together. But in the early stage of the common bile duct ligation, goblet cells contained granules of higher electron densities. 4. Considering the above findings, common bile duct ligation probably initiates the hypersecretion of mucous granules of goblet cells in the early stage, and may facilitate the differentiation of goblet cells in the later stage.

        부재 종류에 따른 고강도 강재의 경제성 평가

        현재 국내에서 생산되는 구조용 강재의 강도는 크게 5가지로 구분할 수 있다. 경제적인 구조설계를 하기 위하여 적절한 강도의 선정이 우선적으로 요구되는데 현재는 이와 관련된 기존 자료가 충분치 않은 상태이다. 최근, 국내에서 항복강도가 650MPa인 고강도 강재가 개발되어 구조용 강재의 강도 범위가 더 커졌기 때문에 부재 종류별 강재의 선택에 따른 경제성의 차이도 더 커졌을 것으로 예상된다. 본 논문에서는 경제적인 구조설계에 도움이 되도록, 항복강도 235MPa, 325MPa 및 650MPa 강재를 다양한 구조부재에 적용함으로서, 고강도 강재 적용에 따른 부재 종류별 경제성을 분석하였다. The structural steel produced in domestic is classified into 5 grades. For economic structural design, the structural engineers need to choose optimal steel grades for structural member types, but the related data is not sufficient. Recently, high strength steel with yield strength in 650MPa was developed in domestic. It provides structural engineers with the wider range of structural steel strength, which leads to the larger difference in economic evaluation. In this paper, the economic evaluation of high-strength steel in building structures is investigated, by applying structural steel with 235MPa, 325MPa and 650MPa in yield strength to various types of structural members, and can be used as basic data for economic structural design.

        고려후기 정인경(鄭仁卿)의 정치적 기반과 활동

        This article is to find the life and political actions of Jung, In-Kyung(鄭仁卿) in Koryo Dynasty. He is not famous man, but he was raised his birthplace’s name from BuSungHeung(富城縣) to SuSanGun(瑞山郡). This named Susan has gone on country’s name today. His father named Jung, Shin-Byo(鄭臣保) came by ship to sea from chinese Sung(宋) Dynasty. We don’t know why he settled down in SuSan, but I think his ship was troubled by typhoon or his illness. He had not connected to SuSan’s people ago. He tried to be settled life in this country, and succeeded quickly. Jung, In-Kyung passed to SuSan country’s national examination and he got a class called HwangGongJinSa(鄕貢進士). After Mongol’s invasion, he joined in a war by a cavalry named BualCho(別抄). He got to an officer class. His ability of foreign language was important to his officer’s succeed and career. He was able to speak a chinese and mongol’s language. He has acted by an official interpreter to Mongol’s diplomat for Koryo’s king called ChouRull(忠烈). His loyalty to the king was recognized and his officer’ rank became higher class. One of the diplomatic actions is protected from a conspiracy to Koryo’s King which was settled by Hong, DaGu(洪茶丘). Finally He was a meritorious retainer by the king of ChouRull. And his born country was got to a name to SuSan.

        전단력 및 비틀림 모멘트에 의한 병진 변형 및 비틀림 변형의 상호 작용 효과

        국내의 서비스 수준 지진(SLE)과 최대 고려 지진(MCE)의 두 RC 건물 구조물의 실험 및 해석 결과에서 얻은 탄성 및 비탄성 응답은 비틀림에 대한 전단 및 비틀림 거동에서 저항 메커니즘의 특성을 연구하는데 사용될 수 있다. 불균형 구조의 특성 연구에서는 전단력 및 비틀림 모멘트에 대한 병진 변형 및 비틀림 변형의 상호 작용 효과를 나타내는 방정식이 제안하였다. 탄성과 비탄성 거동에서 힘과 변형 사이에 상관 관계 유무가 다르기 때문에 증분 전단력과 증분 비틀림 모멘트를 최대 벽 프레임 변형을 중심으로 항복, 제하 및 재하중 단계로 구분하여 해당 증분 변형 및 증분 비틀림 변형 측면에서 해석을 수행하였다. 두 가지 주요 지배 모드의 탄성 조합에서 병진 변형은 주로 전단력에 기여하는 반면 비틀림 변형은 전체 비틀림 모멘트에 크게 기여한다. 그러나 비탄성 응답에서는 증분 병진 변형이 증분 전단력과 증분 비틀림 모멘트 모두에 기여하게 된다. 따라서 주어진 방정식을 이용하여 비탄성 응답에서 비틀림의 편심 감소, 비틀림 강성 저하 및 겉보기 에너지 생성과 같은 모든 현상들을 설명하였다. The elastic and inelastic responses obtained from the experimental and analytical results of two RC building structures under the service level earthquake (SLE) and maximum considered earthquake (MCE) in Korea were used to weinvestigate the characteristics of the mechanisms resisting shear and torsional behavior in torsionally unbalanced structures. Equations representing the interactive effect of translational drift and torsional deformation on the shear force and torsional moment were proposed. Because there is no correlation in the behavior between elastic and inelastic forces and strains, the incremental shear forces and incremental torsional moments were analyzed in terms of their corresponding incremental drifts and incremental torsional deformations with respect to the yield, unloading, and reloading phases around the maximum edge-frame drift. In the elastic combination of the two dominant modes, the translational drift mainly contributes to the shear force, whereas the torsional deformation contributes significantly to the overall torsional moment. However, this phenomenon is mostly altered in the inelastic response such that the incremental translational drift contributes to both the incremental shear forces and incremental torsional moments. In addition, the given equation is used to account for all phenomena, such as the reduction in torsional eccentricity, degradation of torsional stiffness, and apparent energy generation in an inelastic response.

        계란 면역 단백질[IgY]의 정제 연구

        계란의 난황으로부터 유래한 IgY의 분리와 정제과정이 흐름을 정리한 결과, 난황에서의 수용성 단백질의 분리단계가 단백질의 수율을 증가시키는데 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 판단되었다. 본 연구에서는 자연 침전방법을 통하여 실험하였는데 수율의 증가를 위해서는 원심분리와 같이 수용성 단백질의 양을 많이 얻을 수 있는 방법이 필요하고, 인지질이나 lipoprotein등의 성분의 제거효율을 높이기 위해서는 x-carrageenan등과 같은 natural gum성분의 첨가와 같은 방법이 필요하다. 그러므로 자연침전을 이용하여 수율의 증가측면과 비용의 절감의 효과를 얻을 수 있었다. 보다 효율적인 IgY의 분리를 위해서는 초기 단계에서 수율의 극대화와 불순성분 제거의 최대화가 동시에 요구되고 있다. 전처리 후의 시료를 이용하여 이온교환 크로마토그래피와 gel filtration chromatography를 통해 순도 90% 이상의 IgY를 얻을 수 있었다. Purificationi of egg yolk immunoglobulin(IgY) was performed to understand the property of egg immunoglobulin. IgY differs from mammalian IgY in the molecular size(larger), isoelectric point(more acidic), and binding ability with mammalian complement and protein A(nonbinding ability). IgY is also known as ${\gamma}$-livetin and exists in egg yolk together with other two water-solubel proteins, ${\alpha}$-livetin(chicken serum albumin) and ${\beta}$-livetin(${\alpha}_2$-glycoprotein) and various lipoproteins(Low density lipoprotein, LDL and High density lipoprotein, HDL) which are the major components of egg yolk. The first step of isolation of IgY is to separate the water-solube proteins from lipoproteins. We report a simple method for separation of water soluble proteins using k-carrageenan and sedimentation. k-carrageenan was found to be effective for removal of yolk lipoprotein as a precipitate. IgY remained supernatant, and was isolated by chromatography on columns of DEAE-Sephacel and G 75 gel filtration chromatography.

        DL-Phenylalanine의 수용액내 가공특성

        Phenylalnine은 enkephalin, endorphine의 분해를 촉진하는 carboxypeptidase, aminopeptidase의 작용을 억제하는 필수아미노산으로 식욕억제, 정서 안정, 통증, 기분조절 관련 아미노산이다. 자연계의 L-phenylalanine과 비교하여 물리화학적 당량반응으로 구조가 보다 안정한 DL-phenylalnine(DLPA)을 소재로 가공적성을 조사하였다. DLPA는 $60^{\circ}C$ 이상의 온도와 농도변화에서 용해 시 98%T 이상의 값을 나타내어 가공 적합성을 보였고, 다양한 pH 범위에서도 99%T 이상의 값을 보여 용해 안정성을 확인하였다. DL-phenylalanine (DLPA) is known as an essential amino acid exhibiting opiate capacities by inhibiting the degradation of enkephalins. From the viewpoint of developing a drink containing DLPA, its solubility and stability in aqueous solutions were investigated at some processing conditions such as temperature and pH. When the solubility was analyzed by transmittance at 600 nm, the solutions containing DLPA of 0.1% to 2% showed transmittance over 98% above $60^{\circ}C$ and over 99% at wide range of pH (3.0, 7.0, and 10.0). The valuable stability was also recognized through HPLC analysis for DLPA content, that is, 61-71% DLPA was still remained even after processing at high temperature and wide pH range, indicating the possibility of de-velopment of drink containing DLPA. Among flavors considered for the improvement of consumers' acceptability on drink, orange and amino acid flavors were superior to others. Microbial growth was not detected during 6-week storage after drink preparation.
