      • 제초제 Paraquat의 독성에 미치는 용존 산소의 영향

        제초제 paraquat는 S. cerevisiae에 독성을 나타내었으며 독성의 크기는 산소공급 상태에 크게 의존하였다. 즉 균체를 진탕하면서 0.3M paraquat로 4시간 처리한 결과 생존률이 33.4%에 불과하였으나 정치배양으로 처리한 경우에는 85.2%가 생존하였다. 균주의 진탕, 정치배양의 배양법 차이에 따른 생존률의 차이는 5% 미만으로서 산소공급이 원활한 상태에서 paraquat의 독성이 더욱 증가되었다. To understand the effect of oxygen on toxicity of a herbicide paraquat, exponeotiallygrowing cells of the Sacckaromyces cerevisiae were exposured to 10^-3M paraquat. It wascontinued for four hours at 30℃ with or without agitation for air supply. The cells revealed a 33.4% of survival when they were expousured to the herbicidewith vigorous shaking. However, they showed a 85.2% of survival when they exposuredwithout shaking. The content of oxygen soluble in the cultural medium was remarkablydecreased from 38ppm to 8ppm during for four hours of cultivation of the cells withshaking and without exposure to the herbicide. On contrastly to it, little change inoxygen content was found by the herbicide treatment. It was clear from the results that toxicity of the paraquat was enhenced byconcomitant presence of oxygen.

      • 수확후 채소류에 발생하는 진균독소의 탐색과 방제(Ⅱ) 이병된 양념 채소류(양파, 마늘, 고추)에서 주요 진균독소 검출

        수확후 Alternaria, Penicillium 및 Fusarium에 이병된 고추, 양파, 마늘을 HPLC로 주요독소들을 검정한 결과 고추에서 Alternaria 독소의 AOH(alternariol)는 소량∼440㎍/g 및 ALT(altenuene)는 소량∼103㎍/g, TeA(tenuagonic acid)는 249∼342㎍/g 및 AME(alternariol monomethyl ether)는 206∼294㎍/g이 검출되었고 양파, 마늘에서 Penicillium 독소의 citrinin이 2.8∼18.4㎍/g, penicillin-G는 0∼439.0㎍/g, penicillic acid는 0∼10.2㎍/g 및 patulin은 0∼7.0㎍/g 검출되었다. 그리고 양파, 마늘에서 Fusarium 독소로는 fusaric acid가 0∼553.6㎍/g 검출되었을 뿐 deoxynivalenol과 nivalenol은 검출되지 않았다. The major mycotoxins were detected from peppers, onions and garlics infected postharvest pathogens, Alternaria, Penicillium and Fusarium. Analyses of the major mycotoxins were conducted using HPLC. Detected Alternaria mycotoxins per gram of infected postharvest peppers were alternariol (AOH) with amount ranged from small quantity to 440 ㎍/g, altenuene (ALT) with amount ranged from small quantity to 103 ㎍/g, tenuagonic acid (TeA) with amount ranged from 249 to 342 ㎍/g and alternariol monomethyl ether (AME) with amount ranged from 206 to 294 ㎍/g. Penicillium toxins per gram of infected postharvest onions and garlics were citrinin with amount ranged from 2.8 to 18.4 ㎍/g, penicillun-G with amount ranged from no detection to 439.0 ㎍/g, penicillic acid with amount ranged from no detection to small quantity and patulin with amount ranged from no detection to small quantity. Fusarium toxins per gram of infected postharvest onions and garlics were fusaric acid with amount ranged from no detection to 553.6 ㎍/g. However, deoxyrivalenol and nivalenol were not detected from onins and garlics infected by Fusarium.

      • 일부 농촌지역 노인들의 인식기능에 관한 조사 연구

        For the purpose of promotion of mental health in the rural elderlies, we surveyed 506 elderlies by means of Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE) for evaluation of cognitive functions. We assesed degree of cognitive function impairments and association between cognitive function and socio-environmental conditions. The results were as follows : 1. Proportion of severe and mild cognitive function impairments were increased as incresing age, and mean scores of MMSE became decreased significantly among them(P<0.001). 2. In female, rates of severe and mild cognitive function impairment were high and mean scores of MMSE were significantly lower than male(P<0.001). 3. In widow group, proportion of severe and mild cognitive function impairment were high and mean scores of MMSE were significantly low(P<0.001). 4. As decreasing familly numbers, proportion of severe and mild cognitive function impairment became high and mean scores of MMSE were significantly low(P<0.01). 5. In physical handicaped group, proportions of severe and mild cognitive function impairment were high and mean scores of MMSE were significantly low(P<0.001). 6. In low scores of physical ability group, proportions of severe and mild cognitive function impairment were high and mean scores of MMES were significantly low(P<0.001). 7. Most item-scores of MMSE were significantly correlated. 8. In stepwised multiple regression analysis, age, existence of physical disorder, sex and scores of physical ability were selected highly correlated variables and power of explanation was 0.1528.

        신경회로망을 이용한 가공조건에 따른 원형가공 표면거칠기 평가

        The purpose of this study was to present the method to choose the optimization machining condition for the wire electric machine. This was completed by examining the ever-changing quality of the material and by improving the function of the wire electric discharge machine. Precision metal mold products and the unmanned wire electric discharge machining system were used and then applied in industrial fields. This experiment uses the wire electric discharge machine with brass wire electrode of 0.25mm. To measure the precision of the machining surface, average values are obtained from 3 samples of measures of center-line average roughness by using a third dimension gauge and a stylus surface roughness gauge. In this experiment, we changed no-node voltage to 7 and 9, pulse-on-time to 6㎲, 8㎲ and 10㎲, pulse-off-time to 8㎲, 10㎲ and 13㎲, and experimented on wire tension at room temperature by 1000gf, 1200gf and 1400gf, respectively.

      • 압전 세라믹/Polymer 1-3 Composites의 PZT Volume%에 따른 압전 및 음향 특성

        In this study, the piezoelectric composites with 1-3 connectivity have been studied. A piezoelectric ceramics PZT prepared by Flux method is used as a filler in a Epoxy polymer matrix. The piezoelectric coefficients were increased as PZT volume % increases, and resonace frequency was moved to lower frequency as the sample thickness increases. The acoustic matching impedance with water for 1-3 composites is lowered than that of single phase PZT ceramics.

      • 유동상 생물반응기에 의한 난분해성물질이 포함된 염색-제지 혼합폐수처리

        환경관리공단 대구사업소 폐수종말처리장으로 유입되는 염색-제지 혼합폐수를 대상으로 유동상 생물반응기로 담체충진율을 10%와 20%로 변화시키면서 처리한 결과, 담체충진율을 10%로 하여 BOD용적부하 1.52∼6.4㎏ BOD/㎥·day, COD용적부하 1.40∼4.81kg ??/㎥·day로 처리할 때 유출수의 평균 BOD는 216㎎/ℓ, 평균 ?? 농도는 241㎎/ℓ이었으며, BOD 및 ??의 평균제거율은 각각 73%, 65% 이었다. 담체를 20% 충진하여 BOD용적부하 1.8∼5.81㎏ BOD/㎥·day, COD용적부하 1.5∼4.85㎏ ??/㎥·day로 처리할 때 유출수의 평균BOD는 188㎎/ℓ, 평균 ?? 농도는 223㎎/ℓ이었으며, BOD 및 ??의 평균제거율은 각각 79%, 69%로 담체중진율 20%가 다소 높게 나타났다. 담체를 10% 충진한 경우 Y, ??는 각각 0.28(㎏ MLVSS/㎏ BOD)와 0.05(??)이었으며, 담체를 20% 충진한 경우의 Y, ?? 값은 0.30(㎏ MLVSS/㎏ BOD) 와 0.08(??)이었다. This study was performed to investigate the biological treatability and to determine the biokinetic coefficient by Fluidized Bio-reactor using 10% media and 20% media for dyeing and paper manufacture mixing wastewater of Taegu Namchun Sewage Treatment Plants. The dyeing and paper manufacture mixing wastewater contained BOD 601∼1.194mg/l and ??424∼812mg/ℓ was treated by Fluidized Bio-reactor. The conclusions are as follow : The 73% of BOD and 65% ?? were removed by Fluidized Bio-reactor using 10% media with the loading range of 0.5∼1.52kg BOD/kg MLVSS·day and 0.53∼1.24kg ??/kg MLVSS·day. The 79% of BOD and 69% ?? were removed by Fluidized Bio-reactor using 20% media with the loading range of 0.32∼0.8㎏ BOD/㎏MLVSS·day and 0.28∼0.66㎏ ??/㎏ MLVSS·day. The biomass yield coefficient(Y) and microbial decay coefficient(??) were shown as 0.28kg MLVSS/kg BOD and 0.05 ?? in using 10% media, and 0.30kg MLVSS/kg BOD and 0.08 ?? in using 20% media, respectively.

      • Flexible and Scalable Formation for Unicycle Robots

        This paper presents a self-organizing scheme for multi-agent swarm systems based on coupled nonlinear oscillators (CNOs). In this scheme, unicycle robots self-organize to flock and arrange group formation through attractive and repulsive forces among themselves. It is also shown how localized distributed controls are utilized throughout group behaviors such as formation and migration. In the paper, the proposed formation ensures safe separation and good cohesion performance among the robots. Several examples show that the proposed method for group formation performs the group behaviors such as reference path following, obstacle avoidance and flocking, and the formation characteristics such as flexibility and scalability, effectively.
