뇌동맥류 수술시 Fenestrated Clip의 사용에 대하여 : Report of Four Cases

Some aneurysms with peculiar shapes, large sized or in unusual location cannot be obliterated by ordinary methods. We present four cases using two kinds of fenestrated clips. There were 4 aneurysms in the 4 patients : 3 saccular and 1 fusiform aneurysm. Two aneurysms were located in anterior communicating artery, one left carotico-opthalmic artery, and one distal middle cerebral artery. All of the aneurysms were successfully obliterated. Our results suggest that the various shape of fenestrated clips may be benefit for clipping difficult aneurysms, which would not be clipped with ordinary one.

신경외과 영역에서 발생한 감염증 치료에 대한 Ceftezole의 효과

Ceftezole is a new cephalosporin derivative which was born at Fujisawa research labora-tories on 1975. It. is known as broad-spectrum antibiotics especially sensitive to E. coil, Kleosiella spp. Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Salmonella, Shigella etc., and known as anti-biotics of wide safety range. To study the clinical effect of ceftezole on the infected patients of neurosurgery, we administered ceftezole as first antibiotics before the microorganisms and sensitivities were identified. The results were as follows: 1) Without the identification of microorganisms and sensitivities, ceftezole was ad-ministered as first drug and there was clinical improvement of 76% of all cases. 2) When we compared microorganisms between the pretreatment and post treatment, S. aureus, E. coil, ?-streptococcus, peptostreptococcus were lightly sensitive to ceftezole. 3) There were no specific side effects on administering ceftezole.

從業員 持株制度를 통한 韓國 資本市場의 育成方案 硏究 : With Special Reference to Employee Stock Purchase Plan

The main objectives of this research is to identify and analyze the present situation of the employee stock purchase plan in Korea and to recommend a promotion measures of the plan for the development of Korea Stock Market. Adoptation of the employee stock purchase plan in Korea is one of the effective methods to promote Korea stock market. Equity capital of Korean business enterprises can hardly expand without the development of security market. The writer analyzed the questionaires on employee stock purchase plan which collected from 208 administrators and managers of the various industry from May 11, 1970 to May 21, 1970. The result of this study shows that about 86.9% (116) the 208 administrators and managers are in favour of the plan and about 82.8% of them are going to adopt this plan in the future. But only 8.2% of the administrators and managers are adopting similar type of the employee stock purchase plan at present time. Development of employee stock purchase plan in Korea is helpful for both the corporations and employees. Government authorities should encourage to utilize the plan by amending taxation law and financial policy. The writer wish that the proposed recommendations of this research study should reflected on the policy making.

체육고등학교 유도선수들의 일반적 특성에 따른 만족도 연구

This study is to investigate and clarify Life and Athletic Satisfaction of Physical Education Highschool Judo Athletes, based on 12 Physical Education Highschool Judo teams that are registered on Korean Judo Federation of Korean Sports Council in 2002. Among the physical Education Highschool Judo teams, 3 male teams and 3 female teams with winning experience over 3 times for 2 years, 2000-2001 and 3 male teams and 3 female teams without winning experience during the same period, and the responses of the 216 persons were applied to analyze actually. This study brings the follow conclusions by using statistical analysis such as reliability analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, regression analysis, etc. First, Life satisfaction in accordance with the background factors depends on school grades and athletic career significantly. Second, Athletic satisfaction in accordance with the background factors depends on athletic career. Third, Life satisfaction in accordance with the background factors shows a positive correlation in winning prize or not(r=.211*), school grades(r=.212*), and athletic career(r=.268*), and a negative correlation between genders(r=-.265*). Also, athletic satisfaction in accordance with the background factors shows a positive correlation in winning prize or not(r=.200*) and athletic career(r=.158*), and a negative correlation between genders(r=.-336*). Forth, In accordance with the background factors school grades(β=.123) and athletic career(β=.217) effect on life satisfaction and the former (β=.-102) and the latter (β=.200) on athletic satisfaction.

통신프로토콜의 적합성시험열 생성을 위한 경로 탐색 방법

본 논문에서는 적합성 시험에서 EFSM(Extend Finite State Machine) 모델에 대한 데이타부분 시험열을 효율적으로 생성시켜 주는 탐색 방법에 대해 제안하였다. 이 탐색 방법에서는 depth-first search와 같은 기존의 탐색 방법과는 달리 탐색 초기에 다양한 경로가 찾아진다. 이미 제안된 시험열 생성 방법인 데이타 값을 바탕으로 하여 시험열을 생성하는 방법에서 이 탐색 방법을 이용하였을 경우 기존의 탐색방법을 이용하는 것보다 효율적으로 시험열을 생성할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 Inres 프로토콜에 이 탐색 방법과 기존의 탐색 방법인 depth-first search를 각각 적용하여 시험열을 생성, 비교하여 보았으며, 제안된 탐색 방법을 이용하면 같은 시험 범주를 가지면서도 짧은 길이를 갖는 시험열을 효율적으로 생성할 수 있음을 알 수 있다. In this paper we proposed a searching algorithm for generating test cases, which can test data part of EFSM model in conformance test. In a different way to existing algorithm like depth-first search algorithm, this one can find various paths in the early stage of searching. When it is used in readily proposed test case generation method which is based on the value of variables and parameters it can generate test cases efficiently than in the case of depth-first search algorithm being used. We generated test cases for Inres protocol using each of proposed and depth-first search algorithm, and compared these two methods. proposed algorithm can generate much shorter test sequences efficiently than existing one.

말초부위의 후뇌동맥류의 외과적 치료

Advances in microneurosurgical treatment of arterial aneurysm have led to increased interest being focused on aneurysm situated within the posterior cerebral fossa. Despite this, reports of neurosurgical intervention in such cases are still rare and there is no report about the distal posterior cerebral artery aneurysm in Korea. An aneurysm of the posterior cerebral artery has been referred to as a "distinct rarity", making up about 0.26 to 2.7% of all cerebral aneurysms. Especially, the incidence of the distal posterior cerebral artery aneurysm is quite rare and most of them are saccular in shape and single in number. The authors report a case of P4 segment aneurysm of left posterior cerebral artery, successfully treated by clipping cross neck and reviewed the literature, and discussed their anatomy, clinical feature, location, and variable operative methods.

3,4'-dihydroxypropiophenone, a phenylpropanoid, purified from Betula platyphylla var. latifolia was evaluated on the antitumor activity. In vitro, the cytoxicity was determined by 0.4% trypan blue dye exclusion method. And the most sensitivity cell line was L5178Y(ED_50=0.96ug/ml). The ED_50 of 3, 4'-dihydroxypropiophenone against sarcoma-180, L-1210 were 8.77 and 2.69ug/ml respectively. As a result, 3, 4'-dihydroxypropiophenone was considered to show the antitumor activity.

初等敎師의 專門性과 養成大學의 敎科敎育

This paper premises that the teacher's performance is different depending on the subject matter in teacher education. The objects of this paper are as follows. At first, this research is reviewed how curriculums of three type teachers education colleges - eleven national universities of education. K national university of education, E womans university - in korea is operating. Secondly, Teacher's performance is interviewed by 26 teachers in 9 elementary schools. They had studied subject matters in each other colleges and universities for elementary teachers. Data is analyzed by triangulations. The results showed that 11 national university of education demands high a grades for student in order to get the certification of teacher. Those of both teachers colleges of university is low. But pre-service subject matter education does not satisfy all of teachers. They assert that curriculums are changed not theory but practical. methods. This study appears that teachers are cultivated the knowledge and teaching method of subject matter in pre-service education.

L.P.E에 의한 Al_xGa_(1-x)As 에피층의 성장 조건과 불순물 주입 효과

GaAs and AlGeAs epitaxial layers were grown on semi-insulating GaAs substrate by liquid phase epitaxy. We tried to find the best growing condition for high quality GaAsepitaxial layers by measuring the electrical properties using C-V method, Hall method and DLTS. Carrier concentration of undoped GaAs epitaxial layer, grown using the Ga+GaAs solution annealed at 800℃ in hydrogen atmosphere for 24 hours, showed the best properties. The carrier concentration is 4.0×10 exp (15)cm^-3 and the mobiliy is 4,405cm^2/V-sec. By DLTS, we observed the electron trap E_1(E_c-0.56eV, 2.3×10 exp (-18)cm^2) in undoped GaAs layers and Te-doped GaAs layers, the electron traps E_2(E_c-0.27eV, 5.0×10 exp (-13)㎝) and E_3(E_c-0.67eV, 6.0×10 exp (-17)cm^2) in Te-doped Al_0 _34Ga_0 _46As layers. We observed the hole traps H_1(E_v+0.45eV, 1.7×10 exp (-20)cm^2), H_2(E_v+0.35eV, 6.2×10 exp (-21)cm^2) and H_3(Ev+0.50eV, 1.6×10 exp (-19)cm^2) in p-type Mg-doped AIGaAs samples. We think, H_3 is Mg related hole trap.
