젊은 성인에서 신체 만족도에 따른 문제해결양식, 대인관계문제와 우울증상과 자살사고와의 관련성

Objectives:The aim of this study was to evaluate that problem solving styles, interpersonal problems, depression and suicidal ideation according to body image satisfaction. Methods:One hundred and nineteen young healthy normal subjects filled out administered the Body Dysmorphic Disorder Examination-Self Report (Korean version of BDDE-SR K-BDDE-SR), Problem Solving Style Scale(Korean version PSS), Korean Inventory of Interpersonal Problem(KIIP), Korean version of the Depression Anxiety Stress Scale(KDASS-21), Korean version of Beck Scale for Suicidal Ideation(Korean version SSI) and Korean version of Reynolds Suicidal Ideation Questionnaire(Korean version SIQ) for a month. Results:Out of the 119 subjects, 39%(N=46) was male and 61%(N=73) was female. In high K-BDDE-SR group (higher than 67), helplessness was significantly higher than low K-BDDE-SR group(lower than 67), and problem-solving confidence, creative style, approach style were significantly lower than low K-BDDE-SR group. Also, Higher level of all KIIP factors in High K-BDDE-SR group was significantly differ than low K-BDDE-SR group. In High K-BDDE-SR group, K-DASS-21, SSI, and SIQ were significantly higher than low K-BDDE-SR group. Using multiple regression analysis contributing variance toward the total factor score of K-BDDE-SR of participants were K-DASS-21 and SIQ. Conclusion:Our results indicates that high tendency of dissatisfied body images have differences in helplessness, problem-solving confidence, approach style, interpersonal problems, depression and suicidal ideation compared to low tendency of dissatisfied body images. It is necessary to study body dysmorphic disorder patients group in the future.

The purpose of this study this study was to comparative analysis the V02max and HR through arm ergometer exercise, bicycle ergometer exercise, and treadmill exercise and to propose correct data of aerobic ability according to GXT. Subjects for study were 8 healthy male students. The process of the test were performed maximal GXT on arm ergometer exercise, bicycle ergometer exercise, and treadmill exercise and measured V02max, max heart rate and recovery time of 3 VO2 and heart rate respectively. The conclusions were supported by the findings of this study: 1.There were significant differences between test style and V02/kg/min(p<.05). 2.There were significant differences between test style and test stage at heart rate(p<.05) There were no effect of reciprocal action. Therefore, V02/kg/min should be on individual exercise prescription guiedlines for health promotion should be provided proper GXT which are arm ergometer exercise, bicycle ergometer exercise, and treadmill exercise.

Enzyme의 처리에 의한 Cheese Base의 숙성중 Casein의 변화

본 연구는 UF에 의한 cheese base제조과정 중 calf rennet 과 대용효소인 porcine pepsin을 각각 단독, 또는 1:1로 혼합첨가하여 cheese base를 제조한 후, HPLC와 전기영동을 이 용하여 casein의 변화를 관찰하기 위여 실시하였으며 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다. HPLC를 이용, Superose 12 column에 의하여cheese casein을 gel filtration한 결과, Cheddar cheese는 제조직후 5개의 분획이었던 것이 6개월 숙성후 8개의 분획으로 분별되었으며, 효소처리하지 않은 대조구 cheese base는 8주 숙성중 4개의 분획으로 분별되어 분획수의 큰 변동은 없었고, calf rennet 단독처리구는 4개에서 5개로, 1:1혼합효소처리구(calf rennet: porcine pepsin)는 4개에서 7개로, porcine pepsin 단독처리구는 4개에서 8개로 각각 분별되어 porcine pepsin이 혼합됨에 따라 casein의 분해 정도가 높았다. 효소처리하여 8주간 숙성시킨 cheese base의 casein을 전기영동한 결과, as1-casein의 경우, calf rennet 단독처리구는 3개의 band로 분리되었고, 1:1혼합효소처리구(calf rennet:porcine pepsin)와 Porcine pepsin 단독처리구는 5개의 band로 분리되었으며, 대조구는 1개의 major band와 2개의 minor band를 나타내었다. B-casein은 porcine pepsin의 첨가비율이 증가할수록 그 농도는 감소하였고, y1, y2-casein으로 추정되는 band는 상대적으로 증가함을 나타내었다. 또한 para-k-casein은 대조구를 제외하고 calf rennet, porcine pepsin단독처리구, 1:1혼합효소처리구에서 분리되었다. This experiment was carried out to investigate the changes of casein of cheese base treated with substitute enzyme during ripening. The cheese base without enzyme treatment(control, D)and cheese base treated with only calf rennet(A), cheese base treated with mixed enzyme(calf rennet :porcine pepsin 1:1, B), cheese base treated with only porcine pepsin(C) were manufactured. The changes of casein were analyzed by means of HPLC and electrophoresis as experimental parameters during ripening. Gel filtration(HPLC) of casein by Superose 12 column in Cheddar cheese showed 5 fractions immediately after manufacturing and 8 fractions after six months ripening. Though D showed no difference in number of fraction(4 fraction) during 8 weeks ripening, A, B, C have represented the change of fraction number 4 to 5, 4 to 7, 4 to 8, respectively. As the mixing ratio of porcine pepsin increased, higher degradability of casein appeared. After 8 weeks ripening, electrophoresis of casein in cheese base showed three bands as an as1-casein from A and five bands from B, C. In case of D one major band and two minor bands were appeared as an as1-casein. As the additional level of porcine pepsin increased the concentration of B-casein band decreased. however, that of y1 y2-casein band increased and para- -casein band appeared from A, B, C, except D.

We drive a set of Evaluation Activity Diagram (EAD) of EAL 1 ~ EAL7, CAP-A, CAP-B, CAP-C, PP, ST from dependencies among component in CC 3.1, an international IT security product and system evaluation criteria. The EADs, that are similar to PERT chart, are to use as scheduling information in CC evaluation project management of a target of evaluation. Proposed EADs are should be included in next version of Appendix C (Cross reference of assurance component dependencies) in Part 3 of CC 3.1 and CEM 3.1

정보화 발전으로 정보 시스템에 대한 의존도가 높아짐에 따라 이에 대한 위협, 취약성, 위험이 증가하여, 조직의 정보노출 및 보안침해 사고가 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 이러한 보안 사고를 사전에 예방하고 위협과 취약성, 위험을 제거하기 위한 보안위험분석의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 이에 따라 다양한 위험분석 방법론과 이를 지원하는 자동화 도구가 제안되었다. 하지만 위험분석도구가 지원해야하는 보안요구사항이 정의되어있지 않아 요구사항분석이 미흡한 경우가 발생했다. 본 논문은 CC기반의 위험분석도구의 보호프로파일을 개발함으로써 이러한 문제를 해결하고자 한다.
